I stopped by because I wanted an apartment close to my job and when I walked in the office I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Christina, she went above and beyond to assist me. She showed me the apartment and I fell in love with my apartment instantly. Clean newly renovated and great value for my money and to sugar coat it the best staff in the office!!! Needless to say I am enjoying my apartment and the staff. Love the place but it’s the people who give it even more value.

No a/c for 4 days. Only 1/3 pools open. 1300+ a month!? My home is 87 degrees. They don’t care. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money here. So many more apartments in Vegas

Lauren helped us. She was magnificent! She handled us with the utmost respect and tender care. She was very kind and courteous to us. This made things go nice and smoothly. PLEASE DON’T RENT HERE!!I’ve been staying here since March of 2015 the complex recently has been infested with roaches and scorpions. The whole complex has them and they are here to stay.They have sprayed but it doesn’t help my neighbors have run into the same problem. When we first moved here it was a beautiful community sadly it’s not anymore! Plus our hot water went out and hasn’t came back on.

Been needing to move out and came to Solis. Lauren helped me with applying and was super sweet on making sure everything will work out smoothly. Ended up getting my first place and is super stoked. Randy made me feel welcomed and got me set for my apartment. Love the energy of the front desk staff :)

My boyfriend tried to rent an apartment from them. He didn’t give them any trouble and tried to give them multiple sources of income, because he has multiple jobs. They acted like they “couldn’t” read and verify his bank statements and when he tried to show them by other means, they rejected him anyway. He’s very professional and has a great credit score. It makes no sense as to why they would reject him when he has more than one income.

Thanks to Christina and Randy for being so nice and helpful throughout the process. Glad to be a new addition to Solis Community and I recommend anyone looking for a home to come here. Also Christina makes the best Soft Baked cookies!

We were in a very stressful situation trying to find our home and found these apartments 3 days before needing to move. This was the ONLY complex that took the time and asked us to come in for a tour. We toured, applied, and and got accepted the same day. Christina communicated with us via email and a phone and was always responding quickly. Randy was also very helpful as well when we called. We were able to move in before our set date and had 0 issues!

Christina and Randy made leasing here very simple and clear, and helped me along the way. They were very sweet and professional and thorough with me and answered all of my questions. Very grateful for the guidance and definitely am pleased! Thank you ladies!

The moment I pulled into this community for a tour, I was awestruck. Randy is the leasing agent who has been assisting me through the rental/viewing process. She has a stellar attitude and genuinely cares about the Solis community. The units are polished and have well-maintained floor plans. I look forward to being a resident here.

Just moved in about a week ago. We’ve been having a pretty good experience overall. There’s been a few bumps but Christina from the office has been such a light, she has been the BEST person to talk to and has just been extremely helpful. I know who to ask for when I have any questions, issues, concerns!!

I was made to make a review before being accepted into living here. And when you first talk to the front office, they seem like they care and they are nice. Come to find out, they are hardly in the office. even though restrictions has lifted from covid. I AM PAYING OVER A THOUSAND A MONTH TO NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE AMENITIES I PAY FOR BECAUSE WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE NOT BEING IN THE OFFICE OR NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. They will do that. What’s frustrating is the false advertisement the website gives you, false opening times, and it’s false that they are open seven days a week. I’ve been here almost a year and have yet for maintenance to answer my request on items broken In my apartment that were that way upon moving in. What’s most frustrating is you lock the gate to the pool, that says it closes at 12am but they lock it at 530pm. That is not fair and I cannot wait to move out. I wouldn’t suggest moving in here, the neighbors fight and the police are always in this complex. I’m very disgusted.

I had an extremely pleasant experience due to the helpful and very informative associate that assisted me, Chrissy. She gave very great input and was very welcoming when I first came in!! She definitely made me feel like I can trust and depend on her after just our first encounter! I will be definitely going to her moving forward for any of my concerns, as she works really well to execute.

Just wanted to thank my second maintenance man Arnold for fixing my air conditioning!!! So very appreciative of your great work!!!!

Ira and Nate were extremely kind last week whilst fixing my microwave. I had been waiting for them to go back to doing non emergency. I would definitely suggest to my friends and family about moving here.

I’ve been with Solis at Flamingo close to 3 years now and it’s really a nice and very decent complex. I Just want to commend one of the leasing office staff Christina Rivera for going above and beyond customer service. I appreciate her enthusiasm and positive attitude and the willingness to help out in resolving the issue right away. And I hope other staff would practice the same attitude that she has been showing to us. I always go to her because she is very knowledgeable with her jib and has really good follow up skills and that’s make her amazing. Kudos to her! Keep up the good job!!!!

I love living in Solis, I like the area and the friendliness of the people. If someone comes ask for CHRISTINA she is the best!.

She has the nastiest attitude and should not even be working there. Move in about a month ago and I’m just about ready to move again. Honestly would not recommend this place. I would definitely give it zero stars. When I first moved in I open the cabinet door and it fell off the hinges I contacted the office and it took them almost 3 weeks to fix it. Leasing agent Lauren is very rude and can care less about your apartment issues. Had to put in three different work orders just for them to fix my cabinets. To top things off the place is filled with roaches. Overall my experience here has been horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. All they care about is money and that is it. Don’t move in here trust me you’ll regret it.P.S… Notice how they only responded to the people who gave them 5 stars.. this place is full of it ! I am done with them. DON’T MOVE HERE

I recently rented an apartment at Solis flamingo and it is the best experience i have had renting. They were so polite and helpful. They answered all my questions during the application process and did so in a timely manner. Ricio and Chrissy definitely made me and my girlfriend feel welcome. I appreciate both their hard work.

To start, the apartment itself is gorgeous. It’s so beautiful inside that sometimes I can’t believe it’s actually mine. Great appliances, more natural light than I know what to do with, and man, these high ceilings make all the difference in the world. It really does feel like home here. Also the staff is incredible. The maintenance workers are prompt and courteous. And Randy, the leasing manager, is the icing on the cake of this place. She is one of the kindest and most helpful people we have come across in quite some time. It’s honestly so refreshing. If you’re looking for a new apartment, this is a good one.

I was lucky enough to have the help of Rosia while getting into my apartment. I first want to brag on how quick and easy the process was. Rosia was sure to explain everything to me and had an answer for every question I had (and I had plenty). The process was so quick and easy, after applying on Thursday, Rosia had me move in ready by Monday and I was officially in on Tuesday. I would definitely recommend asking for assistance from Rosia if you are looking for a seamless transition into your new apartment. I am very satisfied with my updated unit, it’s no bright and welcoming and I’m lucky enough to be located right near the pool.

Ive lived here for about two months and the complex is actually pretty nice for the price but the old saying you get what you pay for applies here.Ill start of with the application process:I called and asked how long the application process takes since i was a bit of a time crunch and we wanted the keys either that day or the next day, the leasing agent said 5 minutes my husband and i applied and the approval did come in about 5 mins, we were sent on form at a time to sign which took a entire day of going back and forth through email having to sign various forms before receiving the actual lease day three towards the end of the day the 50 page lease was finally sent to us. The day finally came for us to pick up our keys we were handed a envelop with keys no explanation for what key opens what, wasnt told the location of our mailbox, and we received a key fob for the gate and it doesnt open the gate at all it just flashes green and thats it. It took us two days to actually find our mailbox( its behind the office)We did the inspection in the unit and for a completely renovated unit there were several small imperfections like: a tiny hole under my sons window, the disposal wasnt working, the kitchen cabinets will eventually split in half because of the hinges on them. all of the electrical outlets are to loose ( i guess is the best way to explain it) plugs do not stay in them they just fall out. we do have new appliances which is great. i dislike the white cabinets ( i have small kids and they will get dirty really fast). I told the leasing agent all of this and she said she would put in a request with maintenance to fix the issues a few days later i had to put in the request to have my disposal fix which took them 2 days to respond and fix, the outlets have not been addressed.The outside of the complex is well maintained. I did see other reviews about scorpions, i havent seen any but my unit isnt near any palm trees so i dont expect to see any. The pool just reopened but reservations have to be made in order to use it YES RESERVATIONS! the gym is still closed. The complex itself is really quite, everyone that weve encountered have been very nice and welcoming. For the price that we are paying its a nice place to live.

She answer every question and Randy is also amazing staff was so professional and that’s hard to find. Those two I noticed work as a team. Please keep them around . Community was clean apartment was beautiful what you see online that’s how the apartments look. That was great. Cristina and Randy keep up the great customer service you provide not to many of those around. You see they love what they do.

My husband and I came out here on a leap of faith and severely needed a quick home. I have lived at Solis now for almost 4 months. So far I am extremely happy here. The move in process was simple and worry free. Randy was great and helped me find the perfect apartment that fit all of my needs. She was in contact with me through out the whole move in process and made it care free. Ive never had such an easy move! Christina and Rocio help me with all my calls to the office with questions or maintenance requests and they are always so friendly and nice to me when I call and they get things taken care of in a timely matter. The property is very clean and well maintained. Its very quiet and pleasant here. When my ceiling fan got replaced I got a really nice upgraded fan. Im very happy here.

I just Moved in a few days ago and the office staff were so nice and helpful! Chrissy, Rocio, and Andy made the process quick, told me everything I needed to do, and made it possible for me to move in within 2 days! There are a few things in the apartment i moved Into that needs to be fixed but other than that apartments are very beautiful!

The maintenance guys keep the community sparkling clean everyday. It is always quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I enjoy going for walks with my dog. Being located off of Tropicana and Pecos is a big plus because I am not far from the grocery store, Sprouts is just around the corner. I am very happy.

Let me start off by saying Christina at the solis at flamingo apartments has been extremely helpful in every aspect of this process. I have been looking for an apartment for my mother for a couple of months now and found Solis at flamingo. I called and spoke with Christina and through the entire process she was very inviting, easy and friendly. I felt at ease with her and knew she had the best interest for my mother in mind and that is hard to find in this town. Go see her she’ll take care of you!

I was planning on moving to Las Vegas about 3 months ago, my cousin recommended this property, upon arrival i was attended by a very nice young lady named Rocio, she was very sweet and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Unfortunately my plans to move out of state came to a halt. If i ever planned on relocating again i would definitely consider moving here. Not only was the staff friendly but the property was beautiful.

The office keeps me sending mass emails asking if they earned a 5 star review and no they did not. I didn’t apply for a lease so no. The property was nowhere near as gorgeous as the pictures were and A LOT smaller than expected. Will not apply, will not recommend and will not respond to emails

Looking at this property was very enjoyable.Rocio helped with getting us organized. And Christina helped with everything on site.In addition Rocio didnt hesitate to help with a simple work order for simple repairs to my new apartment.Very nice environment the community is very welcoming to new tenants. Already like my new home.

I want to say it was sad for me to leave after two years cause I loved my apartment but moved since I bought a house. I want to say thank you to Christina for everything she is amazing. I loved the pool the gym and my kids enjoyed the basketball court.

Undoubtedly the most comfortable, convenient understanding staff to work with, Christina is my favorite person who is well knowledgeable about programs you can qualify for. Also the management do a great job making sure to communicate with each other, my experience with them so far has been great, there were few disappointments like the the BBQ Utilities at the main pool was not functioning which ruined my plans but the management promptly took note of it. The Maintenance Team dont go unnoticed they are always on the move making our community look better. My only strong recommendation for Solis is to work on Security and Community Utility Maintenance which I am sure they are working on. Other than that staying here has been pleasant! Thank you Solis! Look forward to another year!

I loveeee my experience at Solis thus far. I’m only a quarter into my lease but I can tell this is going going to be an amazing year. First renting and touring was super easy. I was guided by Chrissy who is phenomenal. You can tell she’s real and simply doesn’t sugar coat anything. I appreciated the real more than anything. My apartment has its flaws but what place doesn’t? Flaws however seem to be Ira’s specialty. (Ira is a maintenance guy) who seems to always be there when I have an issue. He is so thorough and detail oriented; Solis is definitely blessed to have him. From what I’ve seen he works extremely well with his team and always follows through on a promise. There’s been a few times where I’ve literally stopped him in the parking lot to ask questions and he’s always eager to help.

Solis at flamingo is overpriced for the area however my experience has been pleasant with property management is this maintenance man that has completely tainted my view of my experience

I have been a resident for 19 months, the staff has been very professional and phenomenal. The community is very quiet for the most part with the exception of most recently and occasional muscle car.During the summer time the pest issue does become slightly annoying however pest control can be ordered and they do respond quickly. Overall I enjoy being a resident here.

Update: CHRISTINA is the RUDEST person I have ever come in contact with. No CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! I don’t know how a company like ConAm can have a person like her on there payroll. Going to corporate with how RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL she is. ALSO TOOK A VIDEO OF OUR INTERACTION TO PROVE THE TYPE OF PERSON SHE IS. Despite all her 5 star reviews all of a sudden. They send me emails almost every day to give them 5 star reviews.

Maintenance is very punctual. The yard is clean. I love it here. Really do.Solis at Flamingo is beautifully landscaped apartment home community that is comfortable to live in, walk around and enjoy your Quiet Moments at home.Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly.I renewed my lease because I like it here.Youre like me, you will enjoy living here too.Renewed for a second time. We have been living here for 2 years now. We have never had an issue with maintenance coming, its usually a 1 day wait. We had a scorpion get into our bathroom light last summer and somebody came to get it within an hour. Last year scorpions were everywhere outside, but this year weve barely found anything! We can tell theyre working hard to get that issue taken care of. The pool is always clean and neighbors have always been pleasant. Its a nice little spot and convenient to any stores you need.

In this condo in the office they give you the worst attention and do not talk to you about the apartments, then they tell you that if you recommend they will give you discounts and they will not discount anything at the end. you present a problem and they tell you we call you when we talk to the managger and if you do not communicate, they do not and I have only lived here for 3 months. Im crazy about finishing my contract because I want to break the contract they charge me a huge and unfair amount of money. the truth is not what was in my expectations these apartments

I have lived here for 7 months and it been great till covid but come see Christina in the leasing office her customer service is on point. She is awesome. move in was smooth the gym is amazing as well as the basketball court.

Solis is an amazing place to live, people have negative this to say but I love my place, basketball court the gym and pools, especially Christina in the office her customer service and communication is awesome we need more Christina around. She is an asset for Solis. We need more Christinas that love there job.

This is my second time moving onto this property & I absolutely appreciate the property managers, staff & maintenance. I havent had any issues & highly recommend. I love the gym area, the cleanliness & upkeep is always well taken care of. Christina Rivera is one of the ladies that always assists me with any questions or requests I need.

Cristina is amazing great customer service she is great at what she does. She helped me with everything. im ready to move in love the community

This will be my 11 month and I look forward to renewing my lease. Solis is amazing gym is awesome right now it’s still close but it’s for safety. Cristina in office is great look for her she knows everything and if she don’t she will find out before giving wrong information. My favorite one there

Chrissy was amazing! I was able to move in quickly and the community is very nice! I highly recommend Solis at Flamingo to everyone as a great place to live and close to the action!

Horrible customer service .. called to get info and pricing on apt .. a Latino man who barley speak English answered the phone .... at some point was annoyed with my questions and hung up inm y face .. relocating from cali to nv .... after reading reviews rude staff is common inn apt searching . so i will kindly crossd this off i could only imagine living there and having to deal with under qualified unprofessional staff. Good luck Id never give my money to a company who allows this type of behavior

I have been living here for 9yrs and I have had several issues with scorpions, bugs period. Every time I have reported it to management, and every time there defense is we stay in the desert. But today was my last straw, imagine being woke up being bit by a scorpin. Then 2 hours later being terrified already another 1 came crawling in the bathroom. I have spent plenty of my own money to resolve this issue. Ive also informed management continously about the holy unfitted screens and cracks in the doors.
