I’ve lived at these apartments since February 2020, and it’s been a great place to live! They keep the grounds nice and everything always looks clean. However, the best thing is the leasing office. Jannete Sanchez was so helpful and prompt I can’t thank her enough! I was able to renew my lease through email and it was easy and efficient! Not only was she accommodating, but she was knowledgeable and very nice. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who values a great leasing office staff.
I been living here for over 2 year and the experience i been getting thru ovation management properties is amazing. i cant thank Desiree for all the help she has provide during this craziness of covid-19. I recommended living here if Ovation is still management for this property.
It is so hard to find an apartment these days. I went to The Grove thinking that it would be more of the same. I was able to find an apartment for move in next month which will work for me. The apartments are really spacious and the community is really kept up well. I am excited I found my new place and I look forward to moving in.

The apartments are really nice!! and well taken care of. The new managers are awesome! When I walk into the office, Emma Rico-Garcia, she welcomes you with saying your name, And my name is different and she still remembers it. She’s extremely friendly and always goes out of her way to help you!! she makes you feel like you’re very important. The maintenance fellows are also very friendly and they do great work!!
Emma the leasing consultant is very rude and was not welcoming when i came to view the apartment. Out of the 6 apartments I have visited this week she was the rudest leasing consultant out of them all HANDS DOWN. Over the phone she was very rude and harsh when I asked simple questions in regard to availability and was not very informative with her replies, and in person she was rushing me throughout the whole process because she wanted to go to lunch. She honestly just made the whole 20 minute experience with her and the apartment complex very awkward.
Moved in December 2020 place was infested with roaches. I hate this place with my whole heart. There is trash everywhere of all sorts but they have the nerve to charge 1050 - 1250 for a 1 and 2 bedroom. As soon as my lease is up I’m moving. Worst decision ever.
I would like to say a million thanks to DAVE, the head of the maintenance department for his expertise addressing any issues in the apartment- from electrical to wood work, plumbing, appliances, everything..I cant be so thankful how efficient he does his job. You submit your work order and in minutes or a couple of hours, someone from his team is gonna show up and fix the problem. Amazing Dave and his team. I would give him 10 out of 10 or even higher.Keep up the excellent job.
So we moved from California to Nevada in April when we first moved in it wasn’t anything that we expected and it seemed as if the people didn’t really care When there was an issue but then we got a new manager and team in the front office and let me tell you it took us from wanting to move out immediately to deciding to stay here longer. They brought in more maintenance people that get to you in a timely manner, new pest control company that actually does their job!, Debbie and Veronica are the ladies I’ve talked to the most and they have helped me every single time with no problems.
Idont like the Grove apts lI love them. So quite and clean the staff ovation is great
Moving from Texas to Nevada wouldnt have been easy if it wasnt for The Grove Management, specifically Rana! Such a customer oriented person, she not only walked me through details but responded to my every question appropriately without tiresome or delays. (Yes, other Management & Maintenance is included in this comment although 98% of my correspondence was with Rana - Just a lovely team). In the beginning of my search, it was extremely challenging to find an apartment complex with solid and good reviews until I found The Grove.I am just about settled here in Las Vegas, and I am happy to have selected this newly and wonderful renovated apartment complex. Thank You for making my move a tons easier!!
If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. Moved in and all sorts of issues arose. The place has roaches and management doesnt seem to make a huge deal about it. I would not move to this location. Not super happy about paying 1k with roaches.

Rent for a 1 bed is 998, without water/sewer/trash. Plus theres a $300 nonrefundable admin fee that doesnt even go towards a security deposit or first months rent. Basically a $300 application fee. Big rip off
I went in looking for a place and was attended by a lady named Stefanie. She was very informative whenever I had a question and also very positive and respectful. I had a great experience over all and am thinking of making this my new home. Thank you!
I love this apartment complex Ive been living here for 22 years. The office staff Devin, Donna and Karen are wonderful they do Resident Bingo Wednesday. Its the grooviest at the Grove. Love it here
Some of the good reviews(4/5 stars) come from the office I saw them writing one when I came in to pay my bill which is why the rating is always over 3 stars and all the negative comments have likes and the 5 star ratings get no likes. With that being said If you enjoy loud ghetto people that break into vehicles/ apartments you’re in the right place! Welcome to the grove where none of your complaints will ever be fixed. Where you won’t be able to sleep because neighbors will be playing music all hours of the night. Welcome to the s**thole they call the grove. Do yourself a favor and run don’t walk RUN from this apartment complex save yourself the hassle of having to put insurance claims on your $1,500 tv because of break ins save yourself hundreds of dollars on security cameras. RUN!
Jus moved here from Cali, My experience was super smooth. Really happy with my new place, Karen, Devin and Donna are really cool people super easy going and funny!! This week they even had a company come do breakfast for the people that live here. Waiting for summer to grill by the pool!
The only reason why this gets two stars is my apartment was renovated and it’s pretty decent otherwise this is a terrible place to live. The management is terrible and doesn’t return phone calls they changed my move-in date on me and never returned any phone calls about doing anything about the inconvenience of that I had were had nowhere to live and coming from out of state. When I moved in the cable connections were cut I was told to call Cox which would’ve charged me $75 that’s not my responsibility the apartment should come with cable hook ups.Also this area is labeled Summerlin which is a very nice area of Las Vegas I have no idea how this is included in part of Summerlin but it is not maybe it’s barely on the border but this is the damn hood it is so ghetto here I don’t feel safe! The exterior of the apartment looks so nice and modern even the inside apartment showing looked really nice but once you move then you realize that they make the exterior and the main office so nice and modern to cover up the trash that is living in this complex!!!! I highly recommend Do NOT move here this is not a nice area to live and not a good apartment complex
Here I am again writing another bad review. The manager responded to my last bad review and said I should stop by to address my concerns, so I did just that and waisted my time. The manager did not help with anything. My boyfriend and I stop by and every concern we brought up she said “there’s nothing we can do about that”. So why tell me to stop by if you weren’t going to help us with our concerns. I got into a car accident a few months ago and we were in the process of getting my car fixed. We were calling different shops and sending them pictures of the damage to get quotes from them. The manager lied to the towing company. She told them to tow my car because it was sitting on jacks when it wasn’t. Yes there was damage to my car but it was still driveable. My registration expired after the accident but of course I can not get it registered if it won’t pass a smog check. The manager was extremely rude to my boyfriend. He tried to explain the situation to her and ask if we could have more time to get it fixed because she was telling him we only had 2 weeks or she would have it towed. No one plans to have an accident. We didn’t have any extra money to get it fixed right away. We are living in a new state by ourselves. We are only 21 with no family. We are paying all our bills by ourself with no assistance. All he was asking for was an additional 2 weeks to get it fixed and registered. She continued being rude to him saying that it’s in the lease agreement that a car can’t be parked on the property unless it’s registered when there is plenty of things stated in the lease agreement that they are not abiding by. Our lease stated that after 1 year we can chose to sign another 1 year lease or we can rent month to month at the market value price. They sent us a letter saying that if we wanted to renew our lease rent would be $230 more and if we wanted to rent month to month it would be an additional $100 every month on top of the $230 for not signing a 1 year lease. That is not stated anywhere in the lease agreement we signed. So how is it that you want to enforce following the lease on the residents when you guys are not following it either. After minutes of being rude to my boyfriend she told him to go to the office to get a parking permit so we could have extra time to get it fixed. He went to the office right after the conversation and he was not given a permit and the staff was rude as always so I had to sell my car for $150 because 2 weeks was definitely not enough time to find a mechanic, get it fixed, and get it registered. I don’t understand why she would lie to the towing company when we never met her before the situation. When we went to the office to talk to her we brought up that situation and she stated “I don’t recall being rude to him”. If someone is rude to you I’m pretty sure you will remember what they look like. This place is full of lies. The apartment they have for show will look nice of course so they can suck you in, but the minute you move in your apartment will fall apart. We put in a maintenance request a week ago because the ceiling fan in our living room does not work. The fan and the light is broken. We have no light in our living room now. We have both called several times and every time we call a different person answers the phone but they all say the same thing “I will print it out right now and give it to the maintenance supervisor “ but it still hasn’t been fixed. Please don’t move here. You will definitely regret it and you will have problem after problem. If you don’t believe any of the bad reviews just visit the property and ask any resident you see how they feel about living here and see for yourself what they say. This place is roach city. Our neighbors are extremely dirty. We have to shake the shower curtain and rinse all the roaches out the tub before we can use it. That is just ridiculous. This place has gotten worse since pinnacle took over. Stout was way better and I wish they didn’t leave. Please read all the reviews and you will see that everyone is saying the same thing.
Management keeps on going downhill and rent keeps going up. The only benefit is that it’s close to Smiths and Walmart. If you’re going to rent in this area get your money’s worth. Kids and neighbors have been especially awful lately. My girlfriend and I had a scary experience with a little boy carrying a gun one day. Really wondering where the heck his parents are. Anyway, stay away from here and if you really must rent in this neighborhood go to one of the (many) complexes nearby.Edit: I’ve since finally moved away from here. We had been residents for the past 3 years but this experience and the fact that they wanted 200 dollars more a month got us out. Spend your money on something better. Plenty of townhomes and nicer places to stay than this.
This place is horrible don’t rent here. I moved from Cali a year ago and it was the first place I moved into. They don’t even deserve the star I put but I had to. The apartment looks great in the being. My bathroom and bedroom flooded. The wall started changing colors in the dinning room, turned out there was black mold. It took them over 4 months to complete my bathroom. They still haven’t fixed the leak in the wall properly and it is discussing because there are roaches and insects coming out of the wall. 😰🤢😷They also enter your apartment with no authorization and leave your door open😠. They don’t care about anything and once you sign the lease they are ridiculously rude. Don’t listen to the people that wrote nice things, they probably got paid for the review.
Just terrible. Do not believe anything Stephanie says because it’s a lie. She’s new and I understand that but there has been many occasions when she lies. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question then she shouldn’t make something up, she should find out the real answer. I’m pretty sure she has no type of leasing experience and I’m pretty sure the only reason she got hired is because she speaks Spanish. Rent is a different price every month, who wants to live like that
Do not move here unless this is your last resort. This place is the worst and so is management. They can keep switching management all they want but things are not going to change. This place just needs to be shut down. Reyna, she is the worst. You can try to talk to her and express to her the issues you are having and she just looks at you like you are stupid and says there’s nothing she can do about it. Someone broke into my car twice and the second time I caught the person in the act and I had to fight them. I told her about it and she just stared at me. Pest control came into my apartment to spray for roaches since I have dirty and loud neighbors and they left my light on the and my door unlocked for several hours. I seriously regret moving here and I wish I could just void my lease. My husband and I stay to ourselves, we just go to work and come home and yet we have had so many issues to only have been living here for a few months. The list goes on and on about how many issues we’ve had. This place is extremely ghetto and dirty because they approve anyone. My husband and I both used fake pay stubs when we were applying and they clearly didn’t notice. I know someone who lives here that has abandoned a house in their name and she used fake pay stubs as well. That goes to show you how much they pay attention to people’s applications.

Never had a problem in the community but was hoping to have a baby shower in the club house. Maria or whoever the lady is at the front desk made me aware they dont rent the club house out for events. The website clearly states they have a club house but why have a club house if the tenants cant use it? She stated its a waiting area for when people go in to the office. That isnt necessarily a club house.
I have lived here less than a year and I can’t count on my fingers and toes how many issues my boyfriend and I have had. Rent for a 1 bedroom was 765 before water, sewer & trash. Now it’s 995 before water, sewer & trash ever since pinnacle took over. We pay almost 100 extra every month for water, sewer & trash because they take all those fees and divided them evenly to every apartment in that building instead of charging people what they actually use. So if you have a neighbor with 5 extra people living with them be prepared to pay extra because they aren’t following the lease. The people in the leasing office don’t care about you or your concerns, they just want your money. My car was broken into and over 1,000 of stuff was stolen. My boyfriend and I figured out who stole it because we have cameras and we figured out what apartment they live in and of course pinnacle took the thieves side. Someone’s car gets broken into damn near every day here. The dog park is so disgusting. Everyone takes their dogs there and 95% of them do not clean up behind them. The apartments are filthy and filled with roaches. Every time we sign up for pest control they tell the leasing office they knocked on the door but no one opened. We have 5 cameras put up because that’s how unsafe we feel. They don’t even come to our apartment, they just lie so we have to go buy spray and do it ourselves. The two times pest control did come they did not leave our apartment the way they found it. The first time they came when we were both at work and they left our lights on and our cabinets open. We got home about 6 hours later and our lights were on the entire time and of course we had to pay extra for that. The second time they came they left our door unlocked. This was during Christmas time and all of our presents were right under the tree by the front door. How disrespectful is that. What if someone would’ve stole them? Let’s not forget the lazy security who does nothing. They walk around all day on their phone. Maintenance is no better. Our AC had a leak one time and they came in to look at the leak and left the leak there because they didn’t have the part to fix it. They just left the water leaking and it got all over my uggs and the carpet. The carpet started to smell like mildew and they had to replace it, but had the nerve to try to charge us for it as if it was our fault it got messed up. Be prepared to fix something yourself if it breaks. You will be waiting for weeks for someone to fix something so small. Everything in the apartment is so old something breaks every week. Everyone who works here is extremely lazy, but let someone be late paying the rent, I bet you’ll get a phone call back. I had to fight someone because I caught them red handed touching my car and of course nothing was done. The pool is dirty and half the time they chain it up so no one can use it. They changed the locks to the pool and gym and did not notify anyone so one day we decided we wanted to get in the pool and we couldn’t because our key didn’t work. Half of the time the grills don’t work, so good luck trying to bbq. Everyone had something broke in their apartment and guess what pinnacle had workers doing ? Planting. They had people outside planting because they wanted to make the apartment “look” pretty. Everything here is just for show. It looks pretty on the outside so they can suck you in and take your money. If you have made it this far and you are still considering living here or you are in desperate need of an apartment they will charge you 100 extra every month if you sign a lease that is less than a year or you want to do month to month. If you are still considering living here make sure to have someone in the leasing office do a walk through of the apartment when you first move in because there was a hole in our closet door and 4 months later when they decided to come look at it they tried to blame us for it. I can go on and on about all the issues we’ve had living here but unfortunately I have reached the character limit. Good luck with your apartment search.
Ive been here for a couple years now and for the most part ive had great office staff. I havent had any problems so i may not to go to the office much. But when i do i expect friendly great service. Ive read some reviews on and some are correct and some are false based on my experience. Stephanie was great right off the back and now that Ms Roxxane is here she had been great as well. I continuously to go places where i feel welcomed. So Ms. Roxxane keep doing what u doing. Happy Holidays to all!!
This is a good place to live, the office girl named Roxann is very friendly and helpful and the new maintenance guys are so nice and efficient, I recommend this place
ROACH INFESTED!!!!!My ac went out when my son was only 3 WEEKS OLDn didn’t get if fixed until he was 8 WEEKS OLDthey didn’t care......N it was whn it was the heat waveI’m not going to say don’t move here but I won’t ever move back.....Just remember it’s ROACH INFESTED!!!They fumigated the apartment about 5 times n I did it myself about 6 times n it seemed like it just made more roachesN I never make reviews on anything but I am not lying
Horrible!!!! If I could give zero stars that would still be more than deserved. My blind parents live there and the maintenance sucks. Upstairs unit flooded and came through their bathroom ceiling. It took over six months for them to fix it. Didnt fix until right before it was time to resign the lease. Units are roach infested and refuse to bomb whole buildings just individual units so of course they come back. They raised the rent to where they almost cant afford it. Now they are kicking them out on the street due to noise complaint issues from another unit!!!!!! The office said they would take the eviction off if they turned in the keys by the first and corporate rescinded on that offer and said they will have the constable remove them between the 18th and the 29th!!!! DID I MENTION MY PARENTS ARE BLIND????? The have no souls. DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!!!!!
I recently moved in this week. At first they told me I would be able to move in ASAP. Then I applied, they pushed it back a few days. Then the day I was supposed to move out of my other apartment and they said I won’t be able to get the approval for another 3 days. Luckily my old apartment complex was amazing and let me stay an extra 3 days. THEN on the day I’m supposed to get approved they tell me I have to wait another day or two. Again, I extended my other apartment move out date. I finally called to go move in, got my keys and roxann was sweet enough to stay behind and give me my keys a few minutes before and after closing.. I think these apartments are way overpriced for what they are. I came into a disgusting apartment. They didn’t even clean it. To the eye at first glance, yes it might look clean. But it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life! The toilet seat was broken, pee still in the toilet, pee and poop all over the baseboards, the tubs stained with red and pink, the cabinets had bugs and food all in them, the balcony has caution tape wrapped around it, the storage space outside doesn’t even have walls, the closet doors are broken, the washer and dryer space had the old clients socks and starburst behind it, the entire apartment was filthy and the thermometer was broken. The crew came out within a few hours to fix it thank god, so much more is wrong with this apartment. I can’t even explain all of it in this post but I hope this pinnacle management can flip this around. The pictures will speak for themself. I spent 3 days deep cleaning the entire apartment. I called them 4 times to come clean and fix stuff in the apartment. The lazy maid came in and cleaned two things each time. They really need to hire a good cleaning crew to come in to clean EVERYTHING.
Staff bunch of shady people that dont tell you about extra fees this places isnt worth the price 1099Plus sewer water garbage. Like living in a house but all these BS fees for some ghetto apartments. Stay away if you could. Cant wait for my contract to end.
I love this place the state of the art gym i do not have to spend extra money on a gym membership.The pool and cabanas its like living at a resort.i am very happy i chose The Grove highly recommended.
Been here since August of last year and unhappy. My girlfriends car recently got broken too where almost $1000 worth of sound system equipment and shoes were stolen out of the car and when we brought it to the leasing offices attention they did absolutely nothing and did not care one bit, the security they have are bs and makes no sense and let’s not forget that it is filled with roaches. Me and my girlfriend clean up on a daily basis and somehow wake up to a scatter of roaches and of course pest control lies saying they spray and when they do spray they leave are lights on cabinets open and even our door unlocked. moving soon
I just have to say that love my upgraded apartment and the fitness center now I dont have to go out and drive to go to the gym. glad to have chosen The Grove as my home, staff very sweet and helpful

The manager and the leasing agents are very nice and attentive. I do wish that rent payments were extended until the 5th of the month. Other places give you until the 5th. Ive never been late with rent, I have paid by the 3rd. I think extending it to the 5th would be better.I do like that the pool is open year round. In the pool area, there are 2 propane grills. Its super easy to cook on themThe apartment has also started Wednesday bingo days. The bingo games are fun and give you the chance to win $50 off your rent. The first week of bingo they offered $100 off rent. Now its down to $50. A little bit of a bummer. Still, $50 off rent is something nice to get.I am giving 3 stars because I like the grills, the gym (wish it had a leg press machine, stair climber, or an elliptical), the staff, and bingo. I also like that my apartment has central ac and heating. I just wish other residents would clean up after themselves. It sucks seeing mail strewn about, people leaving the grills a mess, and it sucks having to make sure I dont step in dog waste.

Staff is really helpful, and the fully renovated apartments are very modern. The vynnil flooring makes it easy to keep the apartment cleaner.
I usually never post reviews on any websites but I needed to respond to give my positive remarks to a well deserving employee who is new to “The Grove”. I met Roxann the new Leasing Assistant on 12/16/18. When I entered the management office right before closing, she greeted me enthusiastically with a smile asking me how she could help. I informed her I was in to renew my lease but I wanted additional information that required approval from either the property manager or the regional manager. She diligently made several attempts to contact both of them but it was Sunday and they were both unavailable. I told her that it was not necessary for her to continue to persist in reaching them even though it was after her 5pm quitting time. It’s rare these days to find someone who is dedicated to their job and show such regard in really wanting to assist someone. I’ve lived here at “The Grove” (formerly La Ventana) for nearly 16 years and have interacted with various Leasing Assistants. Roxann stood out over all of them because she made me feel like a valued tenant. Thank you Roxann for your professional and amiable actions towards me. Welcome to “The Grove”.I also like to point out that Devin Douglas the property manager is very understanding and respectable person himself. I’m glad he decided to remain here as the property manager, changing from Stout Management to Pinnacle Management.John S
This is the worst apt ever!!! The maintenance sucks and they never have anyone stay longer than a month because they are horrible if you call the corporate they tell you to send an email which is a waste of time. I waited 4 months for a work order and still have some pending. Don’t move here unless you like horrible management and even worse maintenance

DONT MOVE HERE NEW MANAGEMENT IS WORSE THAN THE LAST !Been living at these apartments for 2 yrs. 1st unit we stayed in was average. They just cover up stuff with paint and a little plaster. The apartment upstairs had a huge hole in their bathroom tub and never informed the office causing our bathroom to flood. Took them forever to complete the job. The fixed the upstairs apartment quick just to fix the leak then told us some bs excuse why we still had a huge hole in our ceiling took them a month or so to patch up our hole. So we moved to an upgraded an apartment that was a HUGE MISTAKE. We have been here since April before new management took over our air conditioning went out, they barely fixed that still having issues. The wood fixtures at the bottom of the bathrooms are incomplete. Moisture gets into the cracks and now are wall is turning colors, Floors also and looks absolutely horrible. I feel bad for the ppl who are going to move in after us cause all they are going to do is cover it with paint. Oh & nov of 2018 new management started and they are worse then the people before. Maintenance will just come into your place without leaving an enter note (also all new maintenance since management changed) . Never in my years of renting have I experienced such unprofessionalism. We pay are rent on time, even ahead every month all of a sudden when the new management comes we owe $60 out of nowhere and its a month late !? So why did they wait so long to inform us? I think they are going to start scamming people out of money. I cant wait till May when our lease is up. Im leaving and never looking behind.
I love the staff here they are very friendly! The apartments are very calm! Great place 😀 the only down side is my apartment has cacuraches 😭😝 before y poo u move in make sure yours dosent have any!!

CANT believe they have the audacity to call themselves “luxury apartments”, they are the complete opposite LOL. Its not funny being catfished by an untrustworthy business. This place is smack dab in the middle of the hood, full of cockroaches. The apartment is as if it was built in a very half a** manner COMPLETELY NOT WORTH IT. The doors dont close all the way! The laundry units so tiny and DOES NOT DRY your clothes! And if theres an issue they dont care, they will literally NEVER FIX IT. There really are people here living with destroyed and half built apartments and no one will ever fix it. Do not move here

Google please create no stars....My mother and i were shown their demo apartment. Be warned Debbie isnt nice and speaks to people like she is Queen Grove. My mother decided she wanted to live there against my better observation and they gave her an apartment with no dinning room yet my mother was shown a unit with a dinning room. So they kept her deposit because my mother refused to move into a place that is nothing like the demo apt she was shown. (Like people dont own dinning table chairs etc...)...simply a janky business and Debbie is the main reason that quality people will never live here. No one has to subject themselves to a woman who has bigotry mannerisms. Good luck to anyone who lives here.
UPDATED**** (it gets worse) This apartment is not the place you want to move into. They catfished me. I was told to move in January 31st and that my apartment was ready. Today is February 28th and there are still no kitchen cabinets that management keeps promising they will fix. When will they, in another month? *sarcasm*. The built in laundry units are way too small, i can only wash like a few shirts at a time, the dryer does not work, and theres ALWAYS homeless outside your apartment, cant even get your mail in peace. I paid my rent in advance and wish id gotten a discount or something since i put so much money up front but instead i got catfished. My lease is 6 months and by then i promise im gone. If i could do it again id go somewhere better and honest unlike here.*** it is now june and even more BS has commenced, between the hours of 8pm and 4 am on june 1st when i was NOT HOME, the employees entered my apartment and destroyed the ceilings and left my apartment FLOODED. I came home at 4am to a FLOODED empty apartment with every single light in my house turned on and the ceilings in the kitchen and the bathroom are COMPLETELY DESTROYED. They claim the air conditioning leaked-ironically when i left to work at night, so that is why they broke into my house at night, destroy the ceilings and leave it flooding with no explanation for me when i came home to this mess? Just like the kitchen cabinets, they promised to fix the ceilings on june 4th and unsurprisingly no one came, and today june 5th, i was told they dont know when they will fix it. Do not move in here, only the 1 star reviews are true. Look at how these people dont care that you PAID MONEY to live in a destroyed half finished FLOODED apartment. And to the response to my review: unless im offered my full money back im not interested to bother emailing anyone because as you can see, these people are LIARS.

5 years now just crowded place now some things have improved pool area is nice wait room updated the apartment as well conveniently located next to shopping area. Finally got security and staff is approachable about issues that come up.
They were ok apartments just not the style I was looking for. Staff was super helpful though.
Karen is super helpful and speak english and spanish, so, you wont have any problem with any legal term while you are signing the lease

I moved into the Updated apartment and it’s been a terrible experience ever since Mold, leaking ceiling, plug sockets not working and it’s been a year of putting requests in for every little thing and who do you contact besides the people in the office
Have had my AC break down twice in less than 1 week. First time it was repaired. Second time, Ive had to call several times and go down to the office to have someone come repair it. They keep telling me someone will repair it. I asked if they plan to take some money off my rent for the inconvenience and I was told No because it was repaired the first time and it will be repaired again. Ive been living here 6-7 years now and they cant even be decent enough to reduce my rent. I wasnt even offered fans for the heat. My apartment has reached temperatures of 98 degrees.
Dont move here!!! The staff in the office lie to you about getting things fixed. These apartments have shootings, cars getting broke into and homeless people going through trash late at night with no security lights working by the dumpsters. They will straight lie to your face!
It’s a nice place to live but the service is horrible we moved 2 months ago and our apartment does not have doors in the kitchen and they don’t care about it ..
There was a rat in my bowl of cereal. i ate it. and got sick. then another time that there was a rat in my bathtub
