I couldn’t be happier with Sienna Senior apartments! They offer so much more then just amenities. The maintenance is one of the best in the business. Issues resolved within 24 hrs.The appliances are new.The counters are a beautiful granite top.They also have a night courtesy patrol that protects the property and vehicles. The friendly and courteous staff of Ronda and Beverly is the reason for 5 stars.They have been outstanding in listening to what the tenants have to say about the property and take there ideas seriously. This property is beautiful because of the tenants ideas. The owner puts a lot of money back into this property and makes it one of the nicest place to live.

I toured the property and loved how clean the property was. I loved Beverly, one of the assistant managers there. She was really sweet and informative. She was really funny and outgoing and a pleasure to meet! The clubhouse was neat and organized and the St. Patrick decorations made it all look festive and quaint. Cant wait to move in!

My parents currently live here and are very happy. Every time I’ve visited my parents the property has always clean and well maintained. The staff has been friendly and courteous and since the beginning of Covid-19 they have always taken the best steps for keeping residents safe yet still making it feel like a community.

Initially, I was attracted to the property due to its proximity to the Strip. I didnt drive so by bus it was just a few minutes and if you like long walks, that is doable. They have a bus that takes you to Walmart and to the grocery store, too. Also, there is a supermarket across the street. The pool was very clean and maintenance always responded to any needs for my unit. I loved the renovations, such as the Kitchen sink spray hose and counter tops. Great water pressure in the shower. I had a huge patio. Both bedroom and dining room had ceiling fans. But, my favorite features were that there were no carpets so I didnt have to vacuum and lots of storage space. I had so many built-in shelves and a huge walk-in bedroom closet. The staff all were very friendly and I never had any problems with staff or neighbors.

My mother lived at Sienna for over 3 years. Upon move out the feeling that we had in Rhonda s management came to fruition. We felt she was not genuine and she proved that true in the treatment of my mother now that she was no longer going to be a resident. I appreciate that sometimes business is business but that is not an excuse to be rude. Rhonda needs to learn professional behavior. Would not recommend this place if you are looking to feel like a valued resident.

I normally wouldn’t write a bad review but I have been living here for a year and for the amount I pay, it’s not worth it. The management here is very discriminating and disrespectful especially the manager Rhonda. When it’s time to renew the contract they charge another deposit to all tenants. On August 1 thery posted a picture on their monthly tenant calendar of a tent, a lantern, and a sleeping bag saying that’s when rent is due. I felt that at this time with COVID-19, it’s the wrong time to put a picture like that.

Wonderful place!! Rhonda and Beverly were very friendly and Bev has an awesome sense of humor. Place is very clean and easy to get around. Love the Halloween decorations this month. They really care and take time to talk with you and answer all your questions. Will be a great place to retire.

Okay place to live however the Manager lacks any professionalism.

Really nice place. Friendly and responsive office staff. Maintenance, ground crew, and security all professional and friendly. Relatively quiet and secure. Good central location in the city. Pretty grounds. The apartment itself is in good condition and maintenance needs are addressed promptly.

One of the nicest, cleanest and modernly updated 55+ properties in the valley. They have an amazing staff whom treat their residents like family. I work in the Multiple family business and would recommend this property to anyone. :)

Fantastic place for my mom to live. Plenty of events, activities, and socializing. Great transportation to shopping and doctors appointments. The staff is always professional and very hands-on. Wonderful management team.My mom is very happy living there. We have no complaints.

Great location. Close to shopping. Casinos with walking distance. The staff is very efficient and resolve all issues in a timely manner.The application process was very simple. You are treated like family. Its a great place for Seniors.

FANTASTIC SENIOR COMMUNITY! Management truly appreciates their residents and definitely demonstrates that they do by hosting activities. For those seniors who are looking for the active adult lifestyle, this is the place to be! As my parents are getting into their golden years, this community is definitely a candidate for their next home.

We were recommend to this place by Las Vegas Mobility Store when we purchased our scooter and lift chair from them. They were very nice and professional people so we asked were there is a good senior commmunity there is near by, they recommended Sienna Senior Aprtments. We took there word and visited and they were right, Very Nice community gated and protected. Very clean and kind staff as well. Manager was very nice. Thank you guys both! For Scooter and for the apartment!

Just a note to my Sienna friends about Sienna. Apartments this place has it all and the Management.loves Sienors. We have monthly Birthday parties and at least one special lunch every month did I mention the Continental breakfast every day. Drop by and youll be my new neighbors.

Came to visit and ended up staying. Great place to live, friendly staff, close to everything. Beautiful grounds, quiet and youll want to call this your home for ever.

What a great experience it is moving into Sienna and Ronda and Bev have been more than wonderful they moved it around to accommodate us early the neighbors seem to be very happy that’s exciting ones been here 22 years another 6 so obviously if Ronda is been here 14 it’s a great place were looking forward to our stay

EFGreat place. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the location is close to almost everything you need. Rhonda is so creative with the clubhouse decorations and Bev is always giving 100% with activities. Wonderful place to spend part of your life.

Once a month I enjoy the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the staff and occupants of this senior complex where they host the AARP Driver Safety Classes for the public-at-large. The people who live in the complex as well as visitors all agreed, its a wonderful safe environment for seniors to live in and to come to as a visitor.

Sienna Apartments Community is an awesome community to live. I moved in November 5/2018 and absolutely love it here. The Managers Here are wonderful Ronda is the manager and Bev is the assistant manager. They both work very hard to make sure sure that everything is done in a timely matter. We have all kinds of activity here, every morning is a Continental breakfast actually it’s Monday through Friday. We have bingo Tuesday night night at 6:30 and also Thursday at 3:00 pm. Then Tuesday ai 1:30 pm is movie matinee. There is also a gym, sauna and a big swimming pool. They do craft here as well. We also have a shopping bus every Wednesday at 9:00 am that takes us to Walmart, dollar store and in the afternoon 12:00 pm we go to Smith’s grocery store. Our driver is Mike and he is great he brings your groceries into your apartment for you. We also had a wonderful thanksgiving dinner with lots of delicious 😋 food and desserts. And for Christmas all the tenants here help trim the tree. And more delicious 😋 food. It’s very beautiful here the grounds are are beautifully maintained. The location is close to everything. The apartments are beautiful I love my apartment, my daughter and granddaughters love it as well. They are so pleased and feel good that I’m in a safe community. Sienna has become my home away from home. Thru tears and laughter, tough times and not, the Sienna residents have become my longgated family. The Sienna staff has kept my sanity ??? To my residents of 21 years to one month i say Thank You.

Clean and friendly

I have lived here for 8 months now. It is very quiet, very safe, and very clean. The staff is quick to fix things and take care of any problems. Most of the residents are friendly. Not too many people use the amenities like the pool, jacuizzi, tvs, or pool table. So you will have no problem using any of the amenities. The community center is empty after 6 at night and you can use it all to yourself. The rent isnt cheap, but in vegas you get what you pay for. I would recommend this complex if you are looking for peace and quiet. If you are looking for something thats wild and has parties, this isnt it.
