Great place, They had received late notice of the previous tenants vacating the unit. Which meant we werent gonna make our move-in date. The fine Ladies in the office and maintenance crew. Worked tirelessly to be able to make our Move-in date. They provided us with a nice clean apt with all new appliances, in short notice. Greatly appreciate it
Everyone is so caring and responsive. We’ve always been able to get ahold of someone when a problem arises and are able to quickly get it resolved. The community is fairly quiet and everyone is very friendly. Maintenance has done an amazing job whenever we have needed them and I couldn’t be more pleased
I have lived at The Mariner for many years. And I have loved it here. Manny and the Octavio are always willing to help me. The girls in the front office Dani and Priscila are just dears. Always helping me with anything that I need. They always go above and beyond for me and I like to think of them as my buddies.
Priscilla and Dani have both been very helpful with the process of looking at apartments all the way up to signing the lease. There was some confusion with setting up the internet in the apartment and the modem, but Priscilla was great about helping get things straightened out and I feel confident that based on their help so far that they will take care of it. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend this place!
I took a tour at The Mariner and Dani assisted me. Loved everything about the property. When I walked in she was with a resident, and watching her with the resident made me feel confident and assured that I will be taken care of once I move in early February. Great Job Mariner. I am excited for my move in February. The community seems very quiet, and the property is well kept.
Cool quiet spot in Summerlin close to groceries and some fast food spots! Nice rental staff and the staff really care about you. I came in and at the time the unit wasnt in my price range, Priscila guided me with different apartments in the area. I had already done my research and knew that but it was really nice that she went out of her way to even guide me. Love my unit here!
I love how beautiful the property is. Dani and Priscila are very informative, so sweet and nice. Extremely professional and cant wait for when I can finally move in in June.
I moved from another state and needed some things in place before I arrived. Priscilla was great, friend and helped me coordinate handrails for shower and such. I have a disability. I dont drive and the pedestrian walkway is too far to go around to get to the other side of gate. If you have a cat- opening the gate is easy. Otherwise- very accessible.
I love it here and I’ve been here since 2010! The office staff is amazing and super friendly and the maintenance is awesome as well. I’ve never had any problems here. The grounds are very nice as well.
Personnel are professional and well mannered. Grounds clean and maintained properly. Quiet and secured property. Have been here for eighteen months and have enjoyed my stay.
Lived here for the past 3 years. Quiet community nice, staff. The technicians that fix appliances and problems with your unit are friendly and are quick.
Great place to live. Everyone is so nice. If you have an issue, its fixed!
Ive lived at the Mariner for over 6years.I lliked it for the great location that I needed.Especially all the wonderful parties they used to have on holidays.Like Easter and Christmas. It was very kid friendly.
We have always experienced wonderful service from the staff at the front office and the maintenance & grounds crew.
I have called the Mariner my home for roughly 4 years now. I dont plan on moving anytime soon. My dog and I have enjoyed our stay here. The landscaping throughout the property is beautiful and well kept. The office staff and maintenance team are always on top of everything. My work orders that I have put in have always been done in a timely manner. Dani and Priscila are always available to answer the questions I have had during Covid-19 when I was unsure if I was going to make rent due to the uncertainty of my employment. Thankfully, I was able to keep my job. The office staff assured me that things will work out, and they were able to keep me from stressing out. Thank You The Mariner Staff!!!
I just moved into The Mariner at South Shores and absolutely love everything about my new home. Not only do I love the property but also the move in process was easy. Thank You Priscila for such an amazing move in experience..
If youre looking for an apartment, do not bother to come here. I showed up today at 2:30pm in the hot afternoon sun and waited outside for someone to show up as their leasing office was locked even though it was supposed to be open. Finally, Jessica, a leasing agent, shows up. She walks into the office and tells me that shes off the clock and on her lunch break. She explained that they dont post signs saying what time they will be back because the residents there know that if they are not in the office then they are gone. WTF???? Thats what you have trained your residents to know? That you are unreliable and often absent despite posted office hours?I tried to get some information and she leaves me in the front office by myself, hands me two sheets of paper, and tells me to take the virtual tour online. If I wanted to take the virtual tour, I would have stayed home and saved myself the time, energy, effort, and gas to drive to your property. Please think about that next time you post office hours and leave for lunch without notification and then COME BACK and refuse to meet with the people who are looking for apartments. There was a girl who was waiting in the parking lot when I was leaving and I told her about Jessica taking her lunch and she decided to not bother with this place either.Disappointed in this utter lack of professionalism and will not be renting here.
Absolutely beautiful area.
I live here in the Mariners with my grandma. And she has made multiple statements claiming that she will be here for the next 20 years or so. She loves it here. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Maintenance is very attentive also. They get to you within a reasonable amount of time. Her car has never been messed with and Ive personally never had any problems throughout these apartments. Everybody is friendly. You can go in the workout room and meet a stranger and have a pleasant conversation. During the summer and spring the pool time is lightly populated, very rarely there will be quanity of a dozen or more people. I think this apartment complex should get 6 Stars. They do an amazing job.
I lived at The Mariner for about 4.5 years and loved it. I never had a problem. The staff were always professional. I especially love the area, in fact Im still in the same neighborhood (but in a larger place).I had a dog for most of the time I was there. I had some apprehension about having a dog in an apartment, but it worked out very well. The grounds gave him ample room to exercise.Never experienced a problem there and would gladly recommend The Mariner to a friend.
My little family moved in 4 months ago and so far so good. Out experience has been nothing like the other reviews. No car break ins and I pray it stays that way. The grounds are always clean. The manager is awesome since we first came in to tour. Kitchen appliance in our apartment is up to date and the apartment is quite roomy especially with the 9ft ceilings. I would have given 5 stars if maintenence had a better turn around time but other than that I love it here. Since its only 4 months. Ill come back at a year and let you know if anything changes. Happy hunting 😊
Is the best community of all I aver being living in. As a single mom Jessica and Priscila understand my needs and respond to them in an efficient, respectful, caring way. I would go anywhere else. You guys rock!!
I’ve been here since 2010 and I loved it then and I still love living here. The new office staff is extremely nice and helpful and the maintenance workers are awesome as well!
Just moved in here about there weeks ago the apartments say luxury there is Nothing luxury about them all of the visitor parking is on one side of the complex for starters all of the kitchen appliances are so out dated and full of those nasty orange stains on our move in day I had to clean every thing because there were food splatter on the kitchen walls and cabinets the shelves in the cabinets were full of spilled spices the first time we ran the dish machine all the water sat at the bottom of machine never drained now they have to replace the machine the carpet in apartment is ugly cheap and feels so gross ur kitchen will come with the ugliest oldest microwave ever seen that doesnt work correctly....I could go on and on doorbell doesnt work, outside light doesnt work you have to rub your sink water for over a minute before it even starts to get warm!!! The only good thing is it is very quiet out here but these apartments are out dated and over priced
I have just moved out of these apartments before my lease was up HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION THEY ALL KNOW EACH OTHER AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR THEIR HORRIBLE HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONALISM. I left because of many different issues. When I first moved in on 11/15/2018 I had no hot water it took until approximately 12/7/2018 after me informing the manager/staff multiple times of this issue. Also on January 7th my car was broken into and stuff was stolen out of my car including my purse a police report was made. I called the office and talked to PRICILLA and told her and she said “maybe you should call the police we are not responsible for cars being broken into and maybe you should lock your doors” all she wanted me to know was “THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE” SHE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE PERSON I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE!!! Then On February 15th my package was delivered to the front office I went to pick it up and Pricilla stated she gave my package to a TALL BLACK MAN typical right? 🙄 so I said why would you give my package to just anyone that’s not my lease and she said well if someone comes and ask for a package I just give it to them 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 so I filed a complaint with USPS and then all of a sudden my package shows up tampered with and rewrapped. Then on 5/25/2019 I took my daughter and her friends swimming and was bothered multiple times by staff Pricilla she came out multiple times telling them they can’t jump in the pool can’t play certain a games so I told her if she has an issue talk to the adult not the child so she got mad and told me to leave the pool and I told her I wasn’t leaving because we didn’t do anything AND YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT SHE DID !!?? She called the police on me (I still didn’t leave) my daughter no longer wanted to swim or invite her friends to swim at her own home I PAYED $1430 a month for this place and my daughter didn’t want to go swimming anymore!!!!. So on that Monday I called and told Jessica about the incident and PRICILLA lied on my kids and said that they splashed water on her when she told them to stop jumping in the pool! NEVER TRUST ANYONE THAT LIES ON KIDS. Jessica the property manager did not care about any of my concerns she just kept making excuses for Pricilla’s behavior! On Thursday 6/11/19 I asked for my air to be fixed in one of my bedrooms because it was not blowing cold air and they took over a week to fix it and I called their corporate office and they told me ITS NOT A EMERGENCY!!!! No sense in going to higher up to complain because they are all friends and all unprofessional!!!! I did not feel safe there and I did not feel safe getting my mail delivered there!!!! I am SO GLAD I NO LONGER LIVE THERE! CHECK OUT ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT HERE AND SPECIFIC NAMES STATED! I’m not the only one who feels this way. I’m not staying anywhere where I pay $1430 a month and uncomfortable and my daughter and her friends can’t swim in peace! That’s out! 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾
If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I toured the Mariner on June 22nd 2019. We toured with Priscila, who was friendly and seemed to be giving us helpful and correct information. Apparently, this first impression couldnt have been further from the truth. We toured an upgraded 2 bed 2 bath unit, and Priscila told us that a classic 2 bed 2 bath unit would cost $1200 a month to rent, plus $20 a month if we wanted an upstairs unit with vaulted ceilings. We were excited at the prospect of renting this unit as she described, which she said was available at the end of July. After sitting back down in the office, she told us that we would receive a discount on administrative fees if we were to apply within 48 hours, then referred us to the website to apply online. We left with the intention of applying for the unit that very night, but upon getting home discovered that no such unit was on the website, and that there was no online application process on the website either. I called the Mariner probably seven times throughout the next day, trying to find out where to apply. I never got a real person, just an answering machine. Same thing happened that Sunday as well. I also submitted email requests to try to get a phone call back. Finally, early in the day on Monday the 24th, I called another three times, and someone picked up. This was Priscilas coworker, Jessica. When I told Jessica the aforementioned information about the unit we were applying for and being told to apply online, she first asked how long ago wed toured, and when I said a few days ago, she chuckled nervously and said Priscila must have had Vacation Brain, as shed been about to go on vacation when we toured with her. It came out that not only had Priscila given us wrong pricing information about how much we would pay for a classic, upstairs 2 bed 2 bath unit, but there was no unit available in July. Most appallingly, Jessica also informed me that they do not have an online application process set up as wed been told, but one of them has to email you the application that is then filled out and returned. Already a ton of red flags. The worst of it is, once I entered into email correspondence with Jessica to try to figure things out, she suddenly claimed the price we had been promised was a promotion that had ended and that prices are always subject to change based on availability. This seems to me to be completely false, as Priscila promised us the unit at that price, never saying anything about a promotion that was going on or would be ending. And as for the price being subject to change based on availability? If we had not been told incorrect information about when the unit would be available, and how to apply, we would have gotten that price, so? The funny thing about all this is that the price difference isnt even that big of an issue, we can afford it. What I find completely insane is the poor management at the Mariner, the awful customer service skills exhibited by both Priscila and Jessica, and the fact that I, having now found a better apartment to rent at the price I was originally told by a leasing agent available the date I was originally told by a leasing agent, have found this entire situation so ridiculous that I feel the need to write this entire review. Please go somewhere else, theres an obvious problem with how things are handled at the Mariner.
I have been living here for Four years and have lived in three different parts of the community. I was finally able to get the upgraded apartment that Ive always wanted. I love this place and would only move into a house afterwards, but other then that Im here to stay. Also the Pool and Gym is 24/7 and that is what I really like about this place after a long and odd hours working in Las Vegas
Love the property, People that run property are friendly and helpful feels like a family. Property is clean and well kept
This property had such a great staff, they gave me all the information I needed. Beautiful Apartments!
Charged us $600 because we moved out three days early. my truck was broken into 4 times in 6 months. not a place for children. stay away it was our first year in vegas and it was absolutely terrible choose somewhere more north or way south. stay away from this area!
The best place to live in Vegas!
