If you have kids, I repeat do not move here. Apartments are made so cheap, the floors and walls are terrible, you hear Spencer traffic through the whole community. The office cares less about the well being of the renters. High turn over. I’ve never been scared in this area. Living in this community has made me want to move far away from this place. I will say maintenance is good at responding to requests, but that’s all I can really say that’s good about this complex. Oh and the rats around here are like I’ve never seen before. I’ve lived in lv for over 12 years. It’s a real problem, you’ll see rat catchers all through this place. And yes the rats come up to the second floor balconies.

Ive been living here for 3 months now and so far its been a positive experience. Ive done multiple apartment tours and this one had the best staff I have ever met. My neighbors are so friendly and will not hesitate to invite you to a cookout! Its tranquil to say the least -- I rarely ever hear my neighbors around me.I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apt. Its more than enough room for a couple. The amenities are wonderful and there is also an amazon hub that makes picking up packages easy and safe. The complex is an easy 5 minutes away from Target, Michaels, Walmart, Costco, and sooo much more.Id also like to mention that you can repaint/customize your apartment however you like as long as you patch up any holes youve made and they even give you the original paint code so you can repaint it back to its original color before you leave.My car recently got stolen and Ive heard from other neighbors that thieves check for unlocked car doors and rummage through them. My keys were left in my boyfriends car and he forgot to lock his car -- thats how they were able to steal my car. It was a lesson learned so please LOCK YOUR DOORS!!! The staff response to my car being stolen was good/bad. The good thing is that they sent out a mass email to all the residents to be aware and to lock their car doors. The bad thing is that the security cameras at the front of the apartment complex are very poor quality and werent able to capture my car leave the complex.Overall I love living here and I highly recommend it to anyone apartment hunting :)

I cannot stress this enough when I say how UNSAFE this complex is.. My car has been broken into and ransacked, tires have been slashed, (on two separate occasions btw) and me and my roommate always get weird notes at our door from our neighbors. Weve also seen neighbors try and look through our windows. And our upstairs neighbors pound on the floor from 12am-7am. Whats even worse is that the front office doesnt care either when weve called about these concerns they just say Thats not our problem Needless to say we have ended our lease and are moving ASAP

This place is so unsafe, constant car break-ins and thefts. There were cop cars there every other week because of some new incident. Almost completely makes me forget about the dog poop and trash I’d have to walk through. I really did my research before renting and thought I’d picked a good place. Unfortunately this was not the case.

I would like to give you a feedback about how you treat your residents.First of all, your maintenance staff and some of your office staff are great professionals but you have to solve car break in problems. I had 2 break-in issues one for my roommate and another one happened to me. When I reach you regarding these issues (looks like this is happening a lot and I hear some cars were stolen), I didn’t really see any serious attempt to solve it because first you keep gates open all the time except between 7:00 pm 5:00 am but as known all break ins happens around this time.Secondly, Air Condition (AC) is worst I have ever seen because it works so loud and you can’t even talk on the phone while AC works. As far as I have known, you restored the complex couple years ago but I think you might have reconsider to solve AC issues ASAP.And for future residents, when I tried to end my contract because of these issues, they asked me to pay 2000$ for it which I don’t think fair.I wish you all good luck.

Lived here for over seven years and loved it!!! Definitely recommend moving here. The staff is very friendly and helpful....& maintenance is great! Very clean also. If I didnt have to move I honestly would have never left.

We got a tour of the place yesterday, very nice and outdoor friendly. Within 24 hours Victor got us an apt secured and a move in date set. Looking forward to calling this home!

Very spacious and clean units. Amenities are a plus, even an amazon delivery hub! Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The apartments are nice and roomy. Office staff are so nice to everyone that comes through their doors. There is also a place where you can get on the computer or use your own. Enjoy spending time in the computer room doing my work.

I looked up reviews before moving out. This place did the job but our cars got broken into as well and the office did nothing. Both my roommate and boyfriend had their cars tossed and items stolen. Now I see other residents did as well I am livid.

Current tenant. Been living in a 1-bed-1-bath with my spouse. This place is great! The management is really friendly and helpful. They smile at us and know us by name. Maintenance is respectful, fast, thorough, and careful. Any problem we have ever had has been taken care promptly and done right. No bug problems.We moved in after new mgmt took over, and I feel like the whole complex is improving all around us. I have never had any trouble with neighbors. Plenty of parking. Grounds are clean and well-kept. Ive lived in more than a dozen apartments, and this is by far the best.Negatives:Closet/storage space in unit is limited (but we live in a 1b1b).Only one entrance/exit to complex that is sometimes tricky/dangerous to maneuver.Gym has few amenities (but all are new, well-kept, and clean).

So far so good. Staff is very friendly and always greet you if they see you walking. I think safety is most important in any given area and this complex has been very safe compared to other areas Ive lived in. And I hope this wont change in the future because Im happy here and wish to continue living here. As long as tenants are chosen wisely I definitely recommend this complex .

My family and I have been living here for 3 years and I tell you this will be our last year here. The front office have no consideration for their residents. The property manager isnt polite at all. They used contractors to remodel the apartment above us and had no consideration on the banging and loud noise they were making. With no warning at all they continued to bang for over 1 week day after day. My mom could not sleep !! she works 2 jobs. I called the office to complain and they expected us to talk to the contractors... NO !! thats not our job!! My mom pays a lot of money for us to live here. It is just ridiculous, no consideration for their residents. This is not the first time this happens.... were fed up!

Just moved in and couldn’t be happier. Staff in office are super and the maintenance man, Bert, is so friendly and quick to fix any little problem or to help in anyway.So happy here.Would recommend to anyone.

I lived there from 2017-2018. I can honestly say I am so surprised at the negative reviews. Our neighbors were all so nice. They have multiple places to dispose of dog poop, and most of our neighbors cleaned theirs up. Our washer stopped working, and ended up overflowing into a bedroom and the living room. They replaced the washer immediately and had the floors fixed within 72 hours. When our dishwasher broke, they fixed it same day. Maintenance was always so kind, and never made us feel like we were a burden. The only thing I found to be negative is that the pool needs to be cleaned more often of leaves and bugs. However, that was not as big of an issue to reduce stars. They constantly have fun things happening in the clubhouse. My son loved the ice cream sundaes, chocolate, and hot cocoa days! This was our first place in Las Vegas, and we were very scared of roaches and bed bugs, but we didn’t see one in our whole stay. I am so grateful for my experience with them!

DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS COMPLEX!!! I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. The people that work here never tell you accurate information- Ive lived here for over a year and anything that the front office agents tells you is never consistent.They will charge you an obscene amount for rent for appliances that break down all the time. One of the maintenance guys barely does his job and not only does he do a half assed job, hes also rude about it (no social skills whatsoever).You have to give a two months notice if you want to move out otherwise they charge you a fee of two months rent. Their month to month rent is ridiculous for a sorry excuse of a unit. I cant say enough how terrible this place is. Youre better off paying $300 less for a condo from some schmuck that barely knows how to be a landlord than paying for the less than desirable service that this joke of a complex provides.I would also like to add that every issue and complaint weve given them the past year has never been resolved and its always out of their control. Their response to this review below didnt work and its all for show.

Dont ever move here. The management staff will act nice at first but then they arent. We moved out after 6 months due to management issues. When we first moved in the carpet was horrible. It had been patched in multiple places and was horrible. In the first week the dishwasher was leaking ALL OVER! Then the oven was missing parts. The microwave broke. The worst problem? Smoke leaked through the walls from the adjoining apartments? Talk about health hazard! It gave my wife tremendous headaches. The apartment manager got so defensive when we tried to explain our problems with the complex. When we started looking for somewhere else to live our realtor happened to have met with a couple the previous day who also was leaving Augusta because their apartment was broken into. The community has a gate but was always open. In the 6 months we were there I can count on two hands how many times the gate was actually closed. We ended up terminating our lease early because we were fed up. Also, they say they are pet friendly? Not true. Yeah the allow SOME pets. They have pet restrictions on what type of dogs you can have. Talk about breed discrimination! Then we spent forever cleaning the apartment. Taking marks off walls, shampooing the carpets, bleaching the tubs (which had black marks all over it when we moved in) to make them white. We didnt even get our full security deposit back. I am so fed up and done with them that Im not even going to bother because the staff is HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! We left the apartment in much better condition than it was when we moved there and they screwed us. You would have to be a moron to move there.

We really enjoy living here, it is clean, not loud or crazy, the staff is nice and helpful and the amenities are great. Good value and close to most things

Safety has become a serious issue here as my girlfriend car just got stolen only a couple of months after my car got broken into. There are multiple broken pieces in the fence around this so called gated community and I see random people walking in and out and office has not take any action though being notified. There is supposedly a camera at the gate which we asked to be able to review the footage of incident. The office initially agreed to let us review the tape but ever since have not heard back from them, grossly negligent of all safety issues to say the least.

The way I was helped and informed and treated with being approved and set up with a place was awesome!

I wouldnt give this place any star at all but I have no choice but to choose at least 1 star so I can post this review....So my girlfriends car was stolen almost 2 months ago at this place after my car got broken into a few months before that!!! Every week we have requested to review the video that they have by the front gate, to see how or who drove her car out of the parking lot and each time Ashley, the apartment manager was supposedly not available, this is after she promised my girlfriend that Chris who works IT for the company will come to review the video with my girlfriend the same day it was stolen on Sept. 25th or Sept. 26th. The office staff has been informed that the cops are aware that there is a video and have asked for it to be kept intact but each and every time my girlfriend goes to the office, they gave her the run around!!!!! On Saturday, Dec. 15th, my car got broken into for the second time!!!!! After they said they had beefed up their night security!!!! Today, Dec. 18th 2018, the office had the audacity to give a warning for a noise complaint that didnt even happen. They stated that someone/multiple people complained on Dec 17th between the hours of 3 am and 6 am of a noise complaint. My girlfriend and I, attended a concert on Dec, 16th and didnt get home until after 12:30am from being out since 6:30 pm!! We were so exhausted that we fell asleep as soon as we got home, which would have been Dec. 17th. Whomever was making the noise between the hours of 3am and 6am were definitely not me and my girlfriend!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RFECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO LIVE IN!!!!!! They claim its a luxury apartment but let me tell you, they have the most outdated apartment, unfriendly staff except for Nikki and its not anywhere close to being luxurious and most especially, IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE IN!!!!!!

Horrible service. I came in to see if they had one bedroom apartments and some info and floorplans the lady just said yea and that was it. Gave me a paper with a floorplan, but no price! Wont move there!

I been here for almost 4 years....this place is getting really bad..u have people walking around there dog and poop is everywhere..have no respect for other neighbors. I’m moving out!!. The people that work at the office seem to don’t care, when I tell them that. Very bad customer services, they say things just to get u out of the office, when u complain..
