They have terrible service my a/c unit has been leaking water/air. Whenever I call them all they say they will have I technician call me and nothing ever happens after that. The A/C unit is damaging my roof you can tell it wasnt installed properly.

This company worked on the AC prior to moving In and my AC went out after moving in...So I called to come out and fix they rewired.AC went out AGAIN. Had new company national homeowners warranty come out and check thats when I was informed that Something was put In incorrectly and cause damage and blowing fuses due to reversed dryeraccording to the receipt they had replaced the compressor and they put it in incorrectly and it was reversed. Pictures provided.Ive been trying to call and call and they dont want to seem to answer me. To the point where I had my son call from his phone and they answered him right away but as soon as he gave our address call was disconnected.I still have yet to talk to anyone, horrible customer serviceI would not recommend..Im sure after commenting this then Ill finally get a response as what shouldve happened.RESPONSE TO MESSAGE SINCE I CANNOT COMMENT ANYMORE.That was 2 years ago my family wasn’t here we moved in july 2020 and that same month AC went 5/6 times which was fixed by you guys. And was fixed incorrectly.Old warranty? What do you mean when we moved in we got the warranty that’s why you were called. I don’t understand what you mean old warranty. So do you just treat all clients with old warranty’s like this ?You still can’t answer any calls or explain correctly.

Fabulous service! Daniel fixed our heater earlier this year at a fair price (far less than the big box guy quoted us)! Just lost one air unit in the middle of triple digit heat and he was here first thing in the morning! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Saw and ad for these guys, made an inquiry, next day I met with Jesus, came to my house on time, (wearing a mask), very professional, discussed my needs for a new split unit. Agreed on a price, they were at my house 10 am the next day as promised, did an amazing job. I would recommend Air Supply Cooling to anyone, Bravo guys good job

ABSOLUTLEY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Please read reviews before going with this company... 0 stars doesnt even do a justice. I unfortunately was forced to go with them because home warranty. My AC unit went out 5/18, their technician came out 5/19, gave it a boost and then informed us that the compressor was the incorrect part for our unit and required a follow up. I waited about a week and didnt hear anything, so I called 5/26 because my AC unit has the wrong part in it and I was sure itd be a matter of time before it went out again. I called Air Supply multiple times with no answer or call back. Sure enough 5/28 unit went out again, so I called my home warranty company and explained what was going on. They called and got though to set up an appointment for 5/29 between 10-12pm. I waited and waited nobody called or showed up. I tried calling Air Supply multiple times again no answer or call back. 5/30 I called home warranty again and explained... Mind you... I have 2 kids and my house is 100+ degrees and now its the weekend and they couldnt schedule anything till Monday. 6/1 I called multiple times no answer. 6/2 someone from Air Supply finally contacted me to come out on 6/3 between 10-12pm. Sure Ive been waiting this long.. Lets keep waiting. Magically they actually showed up at 1pm on 6/3. He left at about 3pm saying the compressor he brought wasnt correct and he had to go get the right one. 4pm he brought a new compressor which was actually the same compressor as the one that the previous technician said was wrong for our unit. I questioned why and he said because the hook ups are for this compressor and not the other one? I told him that the other technician said it was incorrect, but Im no AC professional so he put it in anyways. He was there until 6pm fixing it. It worked! Thank goodness it was fixed after waiting 5 days... Or so I thought. 6/10 exactly a week after they fixed it it went out AGAIN! Called and called and you guessed it.. No answer! Spoke to home warranty and told them I want a different company because this is ridiculous. Its been almost 1 month dealing with this head ache and I dont want to do it anymore. 6/12 Ideal Service came out to fix and the pictures I have of the hack job that Air Supply technician did to my AC unit is unbelievable. MY AC UNIT ALMOST CAUGHT ON FIRE BECAUSE OF THEM!!! I am so shocked they are still in business because of the lack of customer service. They have no knowledge of repairing an AC unit. Who in their right mind feeds wires through cardboard in an AC unit. Please go though someone else! Do not go though this company.

I was so exhilarated, I got such a friendly voice on the line. The customer service was very helpful and accommodated my request immediately. It was Air Supply who showed up on time to perform hvac air conditioning repair services. He was very informative and explained the process in detail. I was also very pleased with the final price and the quality of the repair. He made my unit worked perfectly again. Ill make sure to put this companys name on my go-to list.

Air Supply and his team have done two jobs for me, installed a new heat pump and propane furnace at my cabin and also ran some new ducting to an addition at my home. This was by far the worst company I dealt with. It was over 3 weeks with 3 different visits from the tech. They came on the first visit due to the AC not cooling as it was set at 76 and the house was at 84. The tech cane said oh it needed Freon and added 2lbs. I retired from business a week later house still at 86. I called and informed them that the issue has not been resolved. She said I would need to call and report another claim with home warranty. I refused and explained the issue was not fixed the first time. I then got scheduled for 3 days later. Mind you another 3 days in the 107 temps. Tech came the second time and said must be a leak and I don’t have the tools with me. I will add Freon as it’s low and this will hold you 2 weeks but I will return in 24hrs. They will be calling to schedule you. No call or nothing and the next day I called them. I was told sorry there are no appointments till first thing the following day. I had no choice I had to take it and sit another day in the 90 plus temp house. The guy then returns on the following day and says he’s found the leak in the line outside. He then says he’s repairs the leak and added Freon again. He leaves as he said it’s cooling and blowing 60 degrees. 2 hours later after leaving the temp is going up and up in the house. I call them back and explain. Am sorry but it must be a valve switch and I can’t schedule nothing till Monday and he will have to order a part then. Again I must sit and wait out the weekend and days for the part. I was fed up and called another company and luckily got them out that evening. All to find out that they had put to much Freon in the unit. This is been the most incompetent tech I have dealt with. The customer service here was terrible.Thanks

This company deserves zero stars. I wish I could comment on their service, but they never showed up. I made an appointment on September 30, 2020 and was told next available was October 1 between 8:00 am and noon. I wished they could have narrowed the time but decided to just hang out at home and wait.I waited all morning. At noon I began to get a little upset because I hadnt even received a courtesy call to let me know they would be late. Then 12:30, and finally at 12:45 I called their office. I explained the situation as well as if I had been an employer and they the employee they would be fired for no call, no show. Needless to say I didnt even get an apology.Horrible customer service.

This company is fantastic, they showed up on time and gave me a very competitive quote. I was very pleased with both their work and the speed at which the job was completed. they always dont cover the expensive parts like the thermal expansion valve. Id like to commend the tech who worked on our house today. He was very diligent, patient, knowledgeable, respectful and a hard worker. He has great work ethics. So glad we went with Air Supply Cooling to install our new furnace. Our old one went out overnight and they were somehow able to get us up and running with a new one in just a couple days. It was an excellent experience we had with Air Supply Cooling. They were able to resolve the issue of our cooling and heating system that had been malfunctioning in the past few days. Their technician came on time of the appointment, nice, presentable, prompt and professional of his work. Made some check-up and did the repair right after locating the main reason our system malfunctioned. Just a few hours after our heating and cooling system was working again like a brand new one. UNPROFESSIONAL!..... The AC broke in my house and the property management company I go through sent the work order to this company.... I was originally told that the AC would be fixed yesterday but as time went by nobody had showed up so I called my management company and told them that I was still waiting and if they knew exactly when someone would be out! I was then given the contact information to Air Supply Cooling. So I called and I asked them what the status was! They told me that they werent going to be able to come out but would be at my house today at 9am.... I explained to them that Im 9mos pregnant with 2 kids and my elderly grandmother is also living with me as in hopes that they would take this work order as a bit of a priority.... Fast forward to today and 9am rolls around and nobody shows up or makes any contact with me, so I called to once again to check the status. The same guy I spoke to yesterday answers and says there is someone out in my area working at another house but as soon as he gets done hell be over to my home... Again, time goes by and still nothing. So I call around 1130-12 and nobody answers! For the next couple hours I literally called at least 10 times, left messages and got no response.... I was beyond upset about this! I ended up reaching out to my management company who then called the emergency line. The home warranty people then called me and said they would try to get in contact with the AC company and if they were unable to, they would send another company over.... Needless to say, another company by the name of Mechanical Express was sent out. They made immediate contact with me and kept me updated on what time someone would be out. It was a simple fix and he was in and out within 10min..... Still never heard from Air Supply Cooling..... I cant even imagine if I would have still be waiting on them!! If you can help it, go elsewhere!

All of their technicians were extremely courteous and professional and did an outstanding job. I recently had a new roof installed and they took extra pre-caution not to damage a single shingle while removing the old unit and installing the new unit. After installing the new unit everything looks and runs GREAT. I will refer everyone I know to Air Supply Cooling.

I have a restaurant in Las Vegas and the heater went out over the weekend during the evening. It was a cold night but Air Supply came early the next morning and gave me a quote to replace 3 units. Before the beginning of the week I had 3 new units fully installed. Very proffesional staff. Very good prices.

They charged me for 2 air conditioners and only got (and need) one. I have called several times and they do not answer. On the rare occasion they do, i am told i need to talk to the manager, but he is not there and he will call me. He has yet to do so since about 6 months ago.

Very dissatisfied with this company. Called them to give me a quote to repair the fan on the condenser. They did showed up for the quote but never came back to repair it. I called them on a Monday and everyday after that. And on Friday they didnt show up for our appointment. I called in again just so they could tell me they were not going to show up because they couldnt find the parts needed. I wasted the whole week waiting on them.

Chose this company based on their price and customer ratings. Encountered a slight problem with the new unit but these guys all went the extra mile to get it taken care of. They were more than anxious to get the unit up and running which they dId. I have no problem in recommending them to others.

This company is amazing. Two other companies told me I would need to replace my unit at a 5k cost. These guys came in and within 10 mins the tech says all FIXED! They refused to let me pay him. I spoke with my home warranty to ensure Air Supply would be the company to fix my A/C. I choose Air Supply every time I have A/C issues because these guys are awesome! Honest, Professional, Great Service and lower prices then other companies.

I was referred to Air Supply Cooling by my warranty company. So I believed they were a honest company. I had them replace a furnace on my rental property in Las Vegas as I live in another state.They completed the work and then 2 weeks later charged $1000 more on my credit card than the company quoted me. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I have tried for 2 months to get a hold of a owner or manager for this company no one will return my call. Also I spoke with 2 different employees from the company they told me its our word against yours. I would not recommend using this company as they are not honest. This situation makes me feel they are a dishonest company. I would not use them ever again.As of today I still have not received a call back from any form of management or owner of this company.

Poor experience. After difficulties with Secure Home Warranty Ins. Co, they approved Air Supply to repair our York air conditioner. After waiting for 6 days of 109 degree weather, they arrived and the unit worked about an hour before quitting again. They put in a new motor. Trying to get them back . Probably put too small a motor on it. Not happy with either of these companies. Do not recommend you use either of them.

The owner of this business is a crook!!!!I sold this guy two service vans in good faith because I thought he was an honest guy.This guy paid me with a check and a week later the check bounced!This guys name is Jose.Jesus gave me a phony check for my vans and has been riding and hiding, making excuses and ignoring my phone calls.Also, writing phony checks is not only dishonest, its FRAUD.Anybody that walks around writing phony checks is a crook and not worthy of anybodys business.This guy hires illegals and pays them under the table.From my experience with Jose and Air supply cooling, I would not recommend these guys, Jose is as crooked as they come, he will look at you in the face, shake your hand and hand you a phony check.Not worthy of anyones business.Your dad would be ashamed! Fixed my air conditioner during the summer. Bad condenser fan motor. The technician had the motor in his van and was able to fix it in the spot.I recommend air supply cooling to everyone.

Guys I work here. We always do our best to get repair fixed in the spot. Most time we do unless we need a special part like a control board or a oem blower motor or a compressor. Other times we need to get autho from your Home warranty company. Anything over 100 dollars we need approval. We have to call the 1800 number just like you. Please be fair and give us a chance to get it right before leaving a bad review. I see a couple upset home warranty costumers here. Its understandable that you may be upset but your getting mad at the wrong people we dont got no control over coverage or approval times.

This company was referred by my home warranty American Home shield to fix the problems with my home ac. The first guy showed up on tuesday 6-19 on time. Seem very experienced. Advised me of the problems and summit for repairs. AHS issued a repair authorization. On 6-21 two guys showed up, late, there excuse was they needed more supplies. They went into the attic and 5 minutes later came out and said we dont have the right repair supplies. WHAT KIND OF BS IS THAT. They said they would be back on friday, I told them I have prior appointments, they said SAturday Ok, I said yes. Im still waiting for them to show. No phone call or any thing else.After reading the reviews on this company I can see they are just a company to avoid. I will be call AHS and complain about this company.

This company was referred to me by American Home Shield Warranty Company for my air conditioning problem. They promised to be at my home within a expand of time. I waited for more than 6 hours and they never came. They dont even have the courtesy to let me know that they can not make it. I can not give them even a 1 star for their performance. Please do not use this company for any of your needs.

Only because giving them zero stars is not an option. This company is the one our home warranty company uses so we had no choice. They came out and couldnt fix because they needed to order a part. Called me on Wednesday and said they would be here Thursday between 2-4. No call. No show. Called them Friday and were told they would be out first thing Saturday. Again, no call. No show.Meanwhile, a second AC unit failed. I called a local company and paid $251 cash to replace the exact same problem as the first unit.Finally, Air Supply Cooling showed up on Monday and, in addition to the $100 call out fee, they tried to charge us $360 of not covered parts.Scam business. Never again!
