Thank goodness for Air Squad and Brian!! Another plumbing company came out yesterday and took a cursory look at the cut off valve under my sink and announced he couldnt do it as I had galvanized piping. Brian came out, on time, as scheduled and with a little work noted it was copper piping. However, it was quite a job that took a couple of hours as the valve was broken and frozen. Brian was friendly and professional and diagnosed another problem I have. When I call my warranty company to get my other issue repaired, I will definitely request Air Squad and from here on out! Finally, a contractor thats not afraid to do the work!! Thank you Brian!

$100copay $1500ahs,plus $1175 from me total $2775.this is what Air SQUAD charge to fix the problem, only a 3 hr job..Thank God I was there watching every move he made, because he told me the price change due to the hole on the pipe was under the kitchen, to do this job was around $40-$60 k So i have decided to get my hands Durty & see the problem ..I came to find out the plumber was lying, My ex was a plumber & learn from the best .I ended up tell the plumber waht to do.& he did exactly what i said ...that took care if the back up kitchen drain & the rest .This scam plumber was trying to rip me off. STAY AWAY FROM AIR SQUAD PLUMBING 😤

In May, I had my a/c unit tune up done. They found 3 issues of concern, however they were not contracted by my home warranty. So Air Squad was sent out.The technician arrived, we told him what we needed checked for repairs, he discounted them and did a minimal check with his findings being nothing wrong, and made excuses why he didnt need to check them out.Hello!!! You were called to address our issues. Anyway, I contacted the company who did the tune up, the owner apologized if his tech was in error, and would refund my $100 co pay to home warranty plus the cost of the tune up if this was the case. He was very nice and offered a solution.He recommended I see the readings from Air Squad to compare with the readings they did.Seem simple enough right?? Well, I called Air squad, only to have a confused person on the phone, so he said he would have the tech call me..When the tech called, I asked for this info, and he was very rude and unprofessional. He told me if I wanted any info to contact my warranty company and hung up.I did call my home warranty, only to be told they didnt receive any diagnosis from air squad yet, but they would request it.Well, I sat in limbo, as I couldnt get a 2nd opinion from home warranty until Air Squad send in the paperwork. It was requested several times, by myself and warranty co, even got told it was sent, got told Id get an email so I could use that myself.. nope.. nothing. In the meantime, we were hitting triple digits, and my air needed to be fixed, and I ended up paying $700 out of my own pocket for a repair.5 weeks now and still no paperwork turned in to warranty company.I DO NOT recommend this company based on their unprofessional work ethic, and poor performance in a whole.

Air Squad Came out for a home warranty claim, within 5 minutes started a bait and switch game with us. Tried to charge us $1500 to replace our water heater (under warranty), the next day we had a legitimate plumber swap our water heater out for $1100 without being under warranty. Another home warranty scam. Dont get taken advantage of, buyer beware

Air Squad was quick to respond and came out at the promised time. Marco was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. He had our AC fixed within the hour. We reached out to Air Squad as a second opinion. Another company in town was telling us we needed a new compressor and coil for over 6k. Marco had the issue fixed and saved us a thousands of dollars.

Angel at Air Squad helped me immensely. He caught the problem that everyone else missed. Angel even educated me as a home owner about my air conditioner and what to look for.

Tech Elias B. was great. Called before showing up and kept me informed about what was going on and even spent some time explaining some potential future issues to me with my system. Would highly recommend Air Squad!

This business is very professional. I used them through referral by my home warranty. Historically home warranty contractor have a bad reputation. These guys were timely, professional, and very informative. Quick to make an appointment when I request service through my home warranty.I appreciate them fixing my problem and did not try to sell me or make up other issues.

This company was assigned to us by the home warranty company American Home Shield. They needed to do plumbing repairs that required the water to be shut off to an entire building. They schedule the appointement for 2-5. Notices are posted to all 12 units for shut off. Air Squad calls and says they will be there about 4 and will need the water shut off for several more hours. This is not acceptable. Learn how to work your schedule. We spoke with Darion at Air Squad who said he does not have a supervisor to speak to. Totally useless and a waste of time. At this point we told Darion exactly what we thought about him and his company. Never use Air Squad. Also we are now cancelling several home warranties with American Home Shield on behalf of the owner.

Air Squads service tech, Marco, did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our heating system soon after I explained to him the problems we were having with it. I was not only surprised at how quickly he repaired it, but also at how reasonable the cost of the repair was. Air Squad had serviced our AC in the past and did an excellent job repairing that as well.

Literally the worst customer service. Down right, rude. Being a contractor myself I am disgusted with how every employee I encountered at this company is so miserable and rude.

Air Squad did a great job fixing the pluming issues at my apartment building. The service tech, Brian P., was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Thank you for the great service and doing a great job.

I had Air Squad out to fix my AC and they were great! Marco was my service technician and he was very prompt, professional, on time and explained everything about the repair so that I could understand it. Will definitely be coming back here for my next repair. :)

A/C system went out and Air Squad was able to fix same day. Price was fair and lower then estimate I got from other companies. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Owner has attitude and rejected the work. Had to call my insurance to get a new service company which is another wait of days. My house already feels like an oven..Update: they replied to my feedback saying they couldn’t recall rejecting the work which is a lie. I didn’t call them directly but they were under my home insurance American Home Shield and they sent this company and they refused to go up the roof to fix my ac so I have to call my insurance to get another company again.
