Bumble Breeze Plumbing, Heating and Air recently installed two new air conditioning units for my wife and I.We had used another company for years who kept the original unit’s running for an extended time. When the larger of the two units finally gave up the ghost and needed to be replaced we had them give us a bid to do so. The bid wound up being for what I thought was an exorbitant amount, then I found out that company no longer would work with NV Energy in order for us to get a rebate. We then moved forward and got another five bids from companies four other air conditioning companies.One of the companies who we had come was Bumble Breeze. Scott came to our house and explained everything that we should consider, and was very professional and thorough. I was very impressed with the business model that Bumble Breeze has in place, and after we had talked my first thought was with everything that they were offering to do to make sure the installation was done correctly was that their bid would be much higher. I was very surprised when their bid came in as a very competitive offer. In the long run Scott matched an offer that another company had bid that offered less bang for the buck.Within a week Carlos and Aharon had a large crew at the house and installed everything that had been promised. The crew that they brought all worked tirelessly to assure that things were done exactly as promised. Since they had a larger crew they were able to install both units in a day. (I understand they generally use smaller crews that are able to install two units in two days.) Regardless, they were all very professional, courteous, informative and they even cleaned up any messes that were made during installation.Needless to say, Bumble Breeze will now be our new air conditioning company after being so satisfied with their performance to date!

Always a good experience with this company from the very start. Scheduling was easy and the assistant was very kind and personable. The ac maintenance service member was on time, communicated well, and was thorough (for what i know as a non ac maintainer). He was polite and wore his shoe covers upon entering the house. When he was finished, he showed me pictures and explained what was going on as well as some history behind my systems. 5 stars, every time.

Louis, and the two techs that came out, Robert and Hector, were some of the most professional and knowledgeable people Ive seen in the business. The techs explained everything and were honest about what they found and what was needed. Louis gave us so many options for the new unit and even set us up with a loaner portable AC so at least part of the house would be cool this late in summer. Its so rare to find a good service company out here, they absolutely deserve the five stars they have. Thanks you guys.

These guys have been awesome. I didn’t meet the first guy that came out, Wesley, but my boyfriend did and he says he was awesome. After his visit, Scott came over to discuss pricing and options. Ive worked with Vegas Strong / Bumblebreeze 3 times. THe first 2 projects went really well and I was very happy, but in their most recent visit, I was quoted over $800 to replace a few parts in my hot and cold water faucets.I was quoted more than $800 to purchase those parts and install them.The quote was kind of deceptive because it lumped the parts and labor into a single number.Fortunately, the maintenance guy in our Condo was able to tell me which parts I needed, and I was able to pick them up at a plumbing supply placenearby for under $70, and he installed them for $200.I still love them for their earlier work, but Ill be more cautious about their quotes in the future.

Jake did a great job he went above and beyond! My Whole house filtration system sprung a leak. Called Bumble Breeze and within a half hour Jake was there installed shut off’s valves(which the first company never did) and I had water within an hour and a half, and I was able to use the water until they were able to come over and install a new filtration system. I really appreciate the hard work that Jake put in I recommend Bumble Breeze!Robert was very professional and did quality work. He answered all my questions. Robert was very neat, he cleaned up after he was finished.

Riley came to start the process of fixing a leak we have. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I give him a 6th star as he was a trooper with my little guys running around and wanting to talk to him as he worked. Would welcome him back anytime!

Mario was so responsive and so easy to work with when scheduling appointments for our tenants. He was super easy to work with too. I only used them three times in a day, so I am not too sure how the rest of team is, however I am please thus this far! Would definitely use them again. Oh and they even call you to let you know the estimate has been emailed. I appreciate that, especially on a weekend when I am out and about enjoying my personal time. I love that!

First time customers here! Derek came to our house for a one time AC maintenance appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and an overall joy. He explained our AC and it’s workings to us in a way that we could easily understand, and gave us tips on how we could prolong the life of our AC unit. When we mentioned a few minor issues we noticed with regard to how our house cools, he was quick to identify the problems and provide us with solutions and estimates. Derek was a breath of fresh air, and is likely to make any customer a regular. We can’t thank Derek and Bumble Breeze enough for such a positive experience.

They installed a system in a high rise unit less than a year ago that I am selling for an 83 year old woman. They did not do the original installation correctly as it came up in inspection for sale and this vendor acknowledged. They tried to charge her 100 dollars for a diagnostic, failed to show this morning to get the unit operational in favor or making only one trip instead of two when the part comes available. They had a choice to have the system partially operational with the trip this morning but since they were not being paid for work they did incorrectly they opted at the customers expense for only one trip leaving he unit 90 plus degrees.

1st time- Very professional quick and accommodating the services and communication were very easy very satisfied with the service so far and will certainly go back for future needs.2nd time, called them back to help put a valve on a gas pipe and again found the same type of service professional quick and easy to work with. Fast, efficient, on time in uniform with masks! I bought a yearly membership which REALLY saved me money on air conditioning services (2 free ac tune ups) and 20% off other services. Their prices are very good even without the membership! They did try to up sell me once, but I still highly recommend!!

Hired Bumble Breeze to run a gas line for a dryer less than a 10 foot run. First, where they ran the line out from under the house was stupid, way to far away from the gas meter. They has to move that so we now have 2 holes in the skirting of the house. We found out that they did not know that permits for manufactured homes come from the state and not the county. We thought that we had hired a knowledgably company. We were wrong. Work was done before the permit was even applied for. We were quoted over $2000 for the job with $800 of that being for a permit. We were told by Bumble Breeze that permits were extremely expensive in Las Vegas. County permit would have cost them $30 and the state permit was $120. We were told part of the $800 was for office work and their knowledge, which they seem not to have since they did not know where to get the permits, even after they came out to quote the job and were specifically asked if they could work on manufactured homes.I would definitely not recommend this company

Wesley was the first tech to inspect and temporarily fix the ac and He was awesome and helped get the ball rolling to set up an appointment with Scott because I had to replace the entire system. Scott was also awesome, very informative and gave lots of choices for me to choose from. As for the installers Benjamin and Larry, they were just as great! Called me to do the monthly check up and Derek the tech came within the time frame. Told me everything he was going to do and walked me through all of the process showing me how my hvac units should be operating. Long story short I had to get my capacitor replaced in both units and since I was a member I was able to get one replaced with my membership in there program. The membership has already payed for itself. Derek is incredible and I give this company 5 stars or even more if I could.

There was a water leak in the wall behind the toilet. Bumble breeze set a time for the plumber to come in. Roberto showed up on time. He determined that the leak was not at the valve but further up in the water line. He gave a quote before starting work. He was explaining every step along the way. He looked at the best way to find the leak without causing unnecessary damage. He located the leak and ended up replacing a portion of the water line. Roberto was very professional and had a pleasant personality. He wore shoe covering while working in the house. He was very neat and cleaned up after he did the repair. I’ve used Bumble Breeze for other projects and am very satisfied with there services.

Our A/C went out unexpectedly while the outside temperature was in the 100s. As if that wasnt bad enough my father is an Altzeimers patient, and is on home hospice care. He is confined to a hospital bed in the living room. When we called Bumble Breeze we explained our situation. They promptly sent a technician named Will to our residence. Will was SUPER professional, polite, friendly, and awesome. He described what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. I would recommend Bumble Breeze to anyone with any HVAC problems. David and Marshal were Awesome, these guys came in after a hell night and a whole day of over 95 degrees heat. Ac broke down and every company in town was giving appointments for 2 days ahead when they know without Ac in Vegas is a death sentence but bumble breeze they accommodate me and showed up and fixed the Ac in No time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our house had 3 a/c units that needed replacing. With this large investment, we made sure to call at least three different companies to get estimates. Bumble Breeze stood out among the companies since they had competitive pricing, were professional, informative, seemed really knowledgeable about our particular system and were prompt with their bid. Louis emphasized that they took pride in their installation teams, and represented they were the best available. Within less than a week, we had them scheduled to replace all three a/c units. We’re we surprised when THREE crews showed up! In total, there were 7 people working on removing the old units, cutting parts of the ceiling (our systems were difficult to access and we had other companies also let us know that they would have to cut part of the ceiling), putting in the new units and finally installing the ‘Nest system’ and teaching us how to use it. All the men were courteous, polite, professional yet friendly. Just their demeanor made me very comfortable in spite of so many people working in the house, Each day, they were meticulous about keeping the house clean, making sure there were drop cloths on the stairwell and the areas they were working on and they vacuumed at the end of each day. What was impressive is how all the teams worked quickly and efficiently with each other. We were also impressed that on the second day, they worked 12 hours to make sure our a/c was installed and working properly with minimal downtime. Within two days, as promised, all three units have been replaced with a more efficient system and Nest programming through our phones! So far, all seems to work well. Drywall repair and paint were also included. We are highly impressed with Bumble Breeze and would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends! Bumble Breeze is easily the most helpful and accommodating service company in Vegas hands down. Their receptionists take great notes and schedule you asap. I first requested a Spring tune up for my AC because it seemed to not work as great as last year, which the Spring tune up was on special and priced very well. Jerrell came out to do the tune up and informed me of all the issues with my AC. He was very nice. I ended up having to replace my AC unit with a new one. Kent and his partners, didnt catch their names, replaced the AC and finished early. Kent explained everything to me about the new AC and emailed me pictures to confirm everything. Kent and his partner were also very nice. Everything works great now and Im so happy. Did I mention that all this happened within 3 days? They were very fast and I was shocked how timely and nice they were compared to any other service company I have ever hired. Couldnt recommend enough.

Our AC stopped working during a heat wave, as things usually go. Bumble Breeze was able to come out for repairs faster than other companies we called. I felt that Hector was very honest and found the problem immediately and and fixed it fast.He spent the time to check the unit thoroughly, provided details and photos. He did not try to sell me a complete bew unit for $10,000 like the first company that came out yesterday. He had the replacement part onhand, and we are very cool, comfortable and happy now. It is hard to find honest people nowadays. I only hope their other employees are honest and reliable like him at this company. I was concerned about a leak from my shower and the company was able to get out to my house quick. My technician, Jake, was knowledgable, professional, and exceedingly helpful. It doesn’t seem that there was any pipe leak, but rather some broken tile could be causing the problem. Jake was able to get me in contact with a referral company that has also provided great service. The morning of my appointment, my bathroom sink had become backed up and Jake was able to clear it in just a few minutes, so thankfully he was still able to take care of a problem! Because of him I will definitely be using this company again in the future. I didn’t feel ripped off or like I was being talked down to just because I’m a girl, and that alone made the entire visit.

I don’t know where all the positive reviews come from but these guys wanted to charge me $659 for a half hours work. That is to take a garbage disposal out of a sink and replace the U joint drain. That’s $1,318/hour. I told the guy that even my over priced lawyer doesn’t charge that. After I expressed my incredulity he brought the price down to $469 but I told him to take a walk. These positive reviews are a sham.

I had Bumble Breeze come out today to replace my heating and air unit. They also replaced the thermostat. They did everything they promised. The technicians that came out were very professional and very respectful for my home. The plumber that came out was very nice and knowledgeable as well. We had an unexpected issue and they handled it very fast to avoid any problems. They all jumped in together to deal with it. In many ways I feel that went above and beyond. Called three other companies didn’t even get a return call till 7hrs later. Called Bumble Breeze, Wesley showed up within 30 minutes and had our AC repaired in a timely manner. Wesley is first class and the price is very reasonable considering how fast they showed up and solved our issue.

Will and Wesley came to our home about 30 minutes after we called needing service, which was later in the evening when we could have easily been pushed to an appointment the next day. They were both very friendly, prompt, and professional, and had our AC back up and running in no time! We would highly recommend!

Technician performed a diagnostic on our drain that was smelling and showed nothing major just that some liquid plumber should work to clean it up. He offered to pick up product and charge an hour of labor which would be $249 which i feel is pretty steep for that. I was a bit disappointed when it turned out i had the product already at home he couldn’t do it for a cheaper price but i wasn’t sure it was an option. The guy was professional and did his job so i still rate them good even though i was still a bit disappointed

Great customer service to begin with and when your expecting to hear the phrase “our next availability is…sometime next week” they shock you and say we can have someone there today if you’re available. WoW! Second time using BB and responsiveness is quick.Wesley was on time, professional, engaging and my informative about my options. Bought a brand new Train A/C unit after talking with Lewis Weber. 3 weeks later was the first time it broke. I was told I had a defective filter and that was causing the problem. Next technician told me that was BS. Broke again the next week, Aaron came out to fix it this time, seemed very knowledgeable and nice, still couldnt tell me what the problem was. I have very little faith in this unit working properly for the next ten years. Go somewhere else.Update 8/6/21 Changing to 1 star. Now its 2 months later and my brand new AC is broken again for the third time. Now they arent even answering the phone, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE products/service.

I have used Bumble Breeze for a long time now and I’m very pleased with their service. They are reliable and honest to deal with.

The company receptionist did not tell the truth about the experience of the technician they sent. Out HOA requires that technicians should have experience in the compound because of the accessibility of the units being in the roof decks. The tech sent was new and did not do a good job and instead of just doing maintenance, destroyed the functionality of our aircon because after she left the unit which was working well did not cool anymore. And when I called the company, they did not like to send a technician to repair until after 2 days while we were having a heat wave in Las Vegas that time with temps as high as 115 degrees. I will never use them again for fear that they will destroy our well maintained system.

Technician Roberto did a superb job fixing our kitchen undermount sink that came loose and dropped down. His attention to detail and quality workmanship is highly appreciated.

The technician was great. The price of service was too expensive. I looked parts up on Amazon.com $8.66 for a capacitor. There charge to install 299.00. I have know in electrical work. I decided to order the part and install myself.

My upstairs AC died in the middle of the night. This was one of 3 companies I called for an estimate. The tech Nate was on time and seemed nice enough. But then I was told that the condenser that was broke couldnt be repaired only a new unit will work (lie #1 other companies were able to find part) then I was told I needed the biggest unit they sell to be more efficient (lie #2, it was way to much unit for space) and then he showed us the price, over $15,000 for 1 unit, not including permits (i was quoted $12,000 to replace both upstairs and downstairs units). This place is a bunch of overpriced thieves. Stay clear of these crooksNo I am not confusing your company. I may have the name wrong, but I definitely do not have the business wrong

After having the AC repaired the night before, it broke again in the middle of the night. Came out next day and replaced motor. Aaron apologized for it breaking again. Aaron always has a smile and is respectful and kind. Thank you Brooks for giving us a discount and the fast service.
