Yes, it has been hot and yes the unit was installed on one of the hottest days in Las Vegas. But, there is not excuse for this: 1. Many items were left up in our attic for us to dispose of, 2. the washer machine has terrible surface scratch, 3.. a 2x4 was broken at the attic entrance, 4. the new thermostat was a used thermostat which is at least two degrees off from the actual temperature and WAS registered to a different address - it was a used thermostat. For the COST of this unit, the cleanup/care of our property and the quality of the equipment should be nothing but stellar and NEW.

Made the call and they responded promptly. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Technicians were courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Will continue to do business with this company in the future. Five star performances.

I have used Precision since last year when they did the summer AC system check and winter furnace check. they have always professional, kind, and on time. Danny is a great tech. We got an amazing deal on a whole new HVAC system.

Along with the illegal phone phishing, everyday!! Had the tech come out when the AC went out, he did some Mickey mouse test on the compressor, batteries falling out of the unit, got a red light finally, claims the compressor failed, also did some Mickey mouse test on the motor fan and said it was frozen up, got a call from his sales mgr, you need a whole new system, costs between $9000 to $19,000, well put you up in a hotel while we fix it. Oh, I didnt mention the unit was never registered for the lifetime warranty by Precision Air, they claimed it was only covered for 5 years, they also claimed they didnt install it 10 years ago, all their stickers were on the unit, plus they had the serial numbers for the AC. Anyway, 2 other companies quoted me $7300 for replacement, whole system, similar specs. I turned the unit on the next morning, works great, the tech from another company said it checked out fine, probably the coil got iced up and the unit shut down. This was a month ago when Precision came out. Beware, call around and get quotes, might save you $10 grand. Here are some other suggestions for everyone receiving robo calls, call the contractors board and file a complaint, call the police dept. and file elder abuse if your over 60 years old, call our local D.A. office and file a complaint, call the Nevada State consumer board and file a complaint, and file Do not call registry for future law suits like class action suits.

Great quick service. The two men were very professional, knew exactly what was needed. They explained everything to me. He talked to AHS to explain what they were doing and price. Got ok from AHS and proceeded with their work.

Raul Gutierrez The manager of Precision Air called us to qualify us that we would be using his company saying its the high demand time of year for them so they dont waste their time unless we were using no one elses company before coming out to an appt for diagnostics after reseting & bumping us on our appt. Twice. He was calling to refuse our appt. W/O agreement that we would use his company Because of a previous experience of coming out & telling us we needed a new unit for $5000 when in fact we needed a $17 disconnector from Home Depot & a handyman as if we do not have a right to more than one bid on a job. Stay clear of this unprofessional arrogantly run company of sharlitans.

Hemal came out and was doing a routine maintenance on the outside portion of our AC unit and noticed some red flags. He told us about them and was honest in his feedback. We had 3 different parts we were working with and not much refrigerant R22 (EPA has banned) left. Everything was pieced together before we bought this house, so begrudgingly, but also proactively we took the step to replace our whole system. It was painful, but we feel like it was a step in the right direction and prevention before a disaster does cost. We thank Hemal for his honesty in all facets of his work and consulting his supervisors for options we could take. We chose the replacement route because the repair route would’ve eaten a hole in our pocket with no investment, now we have a nice warranty and feel ok with our system not failing completely in the dead heat of Vegas summer.

Calling my phone and addressing me by my first name and I have never utilized this business is a violation of my rights. I will never need the service. If you would like me to stop leaving one star reviews you can stop calling my phone like I asked you to repeatedly. You’ve told me multiple times the numbers going to be removed. We started using Precision Air at our house about a year ago. Their service techs are second to none! Friendly, fast, honest. However, once you use their service, they dont leave you alone --- EVER! This week (its Wednesday), I have taken 4 calls from custom services reps attempting to schedule my fall service. FOUR CALLS. Every time they have the same special, ALWAYS the same special. They were at my house 2 months ago, I dont need service. I ask every single customer service rep to STOP CALLING ME! On top of that, in 3 weeks, I dont own my home anymore. Why do I need to service something Im not going to own anymore when I took care of it just 2 months ago? Fed up with the HARRASING phone calls, I called the office. Spoke with the customer service manager Bill. Guess what he wanted to do -- sell me on service. Im not even kidding. After explaining the dozens of phone calls I take from his people, explaining that our house is sold and were moving -- BUT BUT, YOU NEED YOUR FALL SERVICE? Perhaps they have to be aggressive because with harassment like this, I am not sure how they keep long term business. Also, they never call from the same phone number so you cannot block their calls. Were building a new house, guess who wont be servicing our new air conditioners. This is nuts. Poor business practice.

I would definitely recommend Precision Air/Plumbing! I recently “broke up” with my old AC company because they just weren’t reliable anymore. I had used Precision for a service in the past, and decided to give them another chance. I’m happy I did! They were able to get me on the schedule within 48-hours. I received a confirmation call the day before, and a 30-minute courtesy call the morning of. Ryan showed up on time, and we immediately remembered having met before as he was the tech who was sent out for that prior service. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even remembered the conversation we had in the past about a part my old AC company was recommending. This tells me he listens carefully to the needs and concerns of his clients. He showed me his gauges when it came time to replace a part, and he offered me the most cost-effective way to get it done. I’m now a member of their Home Protection Plan, and I look forward to them coming out for my winter service.

Ive had an appointment since the 2nd of April, for the 22nd of April. No show, no call. After waiting hours I called to see what happened and got attitude. Not cool.

I get keep cold-called by these people on an unlisted number that has never been given to them. I told them after the first call to stop calling and remove me from whatever list they are using. Then a couple days later, another call with a recorded message. Then 2 days later, another call from a live person. STOP IT.

Was called by Precision Air and was sold on complete ac and heating maintenance testing for $29 Do not believe this. You get what you pay for here no deals. The lady gave me a long list of items they would perform including air quality check, duct check, ac inspection and the only thing they did was test heating system. Tech said unable to test ac system in winter freon would show low? This was the main thing I needed done didnt even need my heating system checked. If I new this was only thing they were doing I would have said no so I feel like I got taken. Am i out of a lot of money? No. was the service worth the value? Probably, but I didnt need a heat system check needed AC check like they said and the laundry list would have been nice also.

Missed 4 appointments that they made. I was off for two weeks, has open flexibility and they ignore me, no call no show 4 times. Can not recommend this company and shocked they have such good reviews. I gave them literally 4 chances, this isn’t an exaggeration. Jason and some other guy I don’t remember his name. No call no showed 4 times. Luckily my ac wasn’t broken, trying to be preventative. Thanks for nothing. Not a fan of my time being wasted. Don’t make a time if you can’t stick to it, on top of that change times mid day.

I spent $4,000 more than the competitors and then they lied and said I wouldnt be billed for 6 months. They billed the full price of the A/C to their loan provider before it was even installed. I have an 800 credit score and I was incurring 10% interest. These people are scammers. They just want to sell you full overpriced AC units. $12,500 AC unit for a 1300 square foot home. Scammers. Please get multiple bids before going with Precision.

They have been aggressively spam calling my cell phone with telemarketers for their free tune up for months now. I have asked repetitively to be removed from their list, I have blocked numbers they call from, I have been told MANY times they have no record of calling me or my attempts at telling them to remove me from their list. This is the only company that wont stop calling me. I would never use a company who cant get their act together and end the harassment of their call centers. No records are kept? Really? Why does each person who I speak with tell me they have no record of speaking to me? Hopefully, someone will see this and care to get organized.

We called Precision Air for an AC service check. The service tech, Danny, came out and confirmed what we already knew that the system is over 15 years old and failing. Danny took the time to explain our options in a very clear and concise manner and there wasnt any sales pressure at all. Precision Air comes highly recommended and Danny is a prime example why.

Doug came out and serviced my 14 year old units. He was very informative and let me know about the freon being banned.I decided to purchase new equipment from Doug and Andre. The price was fair with the quality of work and service they have done for me. They even pulled the permits and had their drywall guy come out to fix my attic access after the install. Doug is my go to HVAC tech from now on.

I have done business with this company in the past. They called and inquired if I was ready to schedule an annual service. I appreciated the call as I tend to forget when the annual service is due. The home office called to give me a heads up when the tech was 30 minutes out. I wish I could give a 0 star, i was sold a faulty brand new AC last years Didnt notice until summer time. I have been having issues since May they have been to my house over 15 times. The first thing that was said to me by Danny is that the AC was installed incorrectly. Then Raul said it was the duct work, convinced me into buying new duct work because he said that would absolutely fix the issue, AC still not working. I was also told that they would put in some kind of insulation around AC.THEN I was told that they would install returns and that would absolutely fix problem, but definitely did not .So after all that they claim by ordering a part that would fix the problem today is August 2nd, 2020 and still waiting for the part. Ive called numerous times and maybe Bill has returned my call a few times and have the nerve to say be patient, really its triple digit weather. I have diabetes and I have asthma, with a son who is a cancer survivor and an elderly mother and a support dog who got overheated because the temperature in my house reaches over 80 degrees every day. Sometimes reaches 86 degrees. When I call to ask about the part no one can tell me an ETA. They have the nerve to keep charging me for the faulty AC.Bill also had the nerve to tell me it was because my house was old i said well then everyone in the neighborhood would be having issues, instead of taking responsibility.

This company is shady and psychotic. They ripped me off by charging 300$ to fix my thermostat, then didn’t fix it at all. Tried to charge an additional 500-600$ for some heater part that I refused, that was three years ago and my heater still works so I guess that was a lie. They will not leave me alone. They have called me dozens of times since I told them I will never again be interested in their business. If they were an ex boyfriend I would get a restraining order, but it’s a business so I don’t know how that would work. They call me from different phone numbers. I got so upset one time I yelled and they were laughing like demons who enjoy to torture humans. Weird, sick people at this place. I have four different phone numbers blocked on my phone labeled Precision Air, then some months will go by and they will call me from a different phone number. I can hear it in their voice that they are enjoying taunting me. Don’t ever let these psychos into your house, you will live to regret it.

To make a long story short the old saying if when it rains it pours is still legit today. Water heater went out a while ago causing water damage to the floors which made us have to fix it. Everything that could go wrong with laying the tile did and its still not done. Then Friday night I get home from a bible study to find out that the ac wasnt working. The unit outside was running properly but not the inside unit. Turned it off to the night hoping it would fix itself. Had a 3hr nap and tried it again. Didnt work so found precision air online and gave them a call. Within an hour Ryan was out checking over the unit. The motor went out. Easy enough fix. But then he found rust on the coils and a leak in the system upstairs. Glad he got it so I can get it fixed before any major damage happens. Ryan was above and beyond what I had expected. Very kind, courteous and professional. I just praise God for Ryan being able to fix the unit and come to my house 4 in the morning and still be happy.

At first they were very nice they came fixed my AC and next day they brought Raul who convinced my husband into installing a brand new HVAC unit in the house everyone was so friendly but as soon as they left I never heard from Raul even though he was supposed to come and check the installation. So we called him on Friday the same day cuz the AC wasn’t working properly and no answer so I texted him and nothing so I called the company and explain that the AC wasn’t working and Nicole said she was gonna call me on Monday to schedule it I said NO I need someone here Now. This company is very unreliable and unprofessional just rude. I’m Very disappointed and I wouldn’t do business ever again with them.

Representatives can’t take NO for an answer. Called me multiple time to service my HVAC system though I have never requested any such service from them, nor were they the ones who installed my new system. Received a call today for summer checkup and I informed the “gentleman” that my summer AC check had already been performed. Rep asked by who. I said Comfort Masters, they installed my system which is still new. Rep says I still have to maintain it just like a car, every 3,000 miles. I told the rep I am not an idiot and know who to properly maintain my vehicle and home and asked rep to never call me again. Don’t use this company. If you need quality service use Comfort Masters.

Had new AC/heater installed earlier this summer and it was cold this morning and I woke up to my heater not working. Jeff N. came out within a half hour and quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue with the wiring on the thermostat as to why the unit was not working. Very professional and fast service. I took advantage of a free check on my whole system, since I had just had some major work done by another A/C company and wanted to see if everything was done OK. Precision wanted to take over maintenance contract, but in the process, they confirmed what the first company found - there’s bad coils and heat exchanger in my furnace unit (13 year old Bryant system that’s been a great unit for me), and they said I should think about replacing it. I got options from the first guys and got an estimate from Precision and even though I ended up staying with the first company, I wanted to acknowledge that Ryan Lanier (technician) was really a big help to me. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he took the time to go through everything and explain what both companies could do, and was there even though he didn’t need to be, when I got a price on the new unit. Turns out that replacing a furnace and coil cost more than just replacing the whole thing. Both companies offered a credit on work that was just done on my AC unit and the furnace, so even though I have to pay the first bill, it came out ok in the end and I’m getting a new Amana system. If you want service from Precision, be sure to ask for Ryan! I know I see some bad reviews on them, but this was not my experience, so I wanted to make sure folks know there are good techs available there and their maintenance membership is half the price of the other company. Thanks for everything to Precision and Andre for their time and patience through the bid process!

So last week one of our HVAC units went down... with all the panic and frustration that was going on I was in NO MOOD to deal with a business that jokes around. Called a few companies and hung up on them during our conversation due to overshare on their part! Finally came across Precision Air in the phone book and their receptionist was GREAT! She LISTENED and DELIVERED!!! She sent out one of their techs HER name was BETTY, she came out looked everything over throughly explained to my family what was going on and left information for me to look over when I get home from work! Very next day receptionist called to follow up and I told them I needed to wait till next week till I get paid in order to resume business. She accepted set an appointment for TODAY AUG 2nd 10am-12pm and i requested BETTY Because she was really respectful very specific very patient and she made my family feel comfortable. Not only am I satisfied with their service from start to finish but they didn’t play games they got straight to the point did it honestly which made our decision a lot easier.
