Theres a reason they have 400+ 5 star reviews.I had 5 different companies come out to give their opinions and an estimate. Most were around the same price, but one was crazy high.This company was incredibly professional. Charlie came out evaluated the situation. Everything he said made sense he even thought about the placement and everything to make sure that there were no issues.From the time that I called it was only 3 days and everything was installed perfectly on the same day within hours. The best part was the job was done super clean as you can tell by the photos.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do some type of air conditioner installation.

Nevada Residential is such a great company with amazing people. After having so many issues with my home warranty regarding my ac unit, I called NV Residential at 11pm to ask if someone can come out to look. The tech came out the very next day. My ac unit was very old and would need to be replace in the next few years after being fixed. The tech came out to give a quote for a new ac unit but also checked to see if a new unit was needed or if it could be fixed. I had explained to him about my situation and showed him the diagnosis from the home warrantys contractor. After checking the tech stated that although there compressor and condenser fan and motor needed to be replaced, the bearing grease was not the cause of my ac going out. I ended up opting to get a new unit because I knew it would need to be replaced in the next few years. NV Residential was able to schedule me in for the installation within 2 days.Id like to sincerely thank Cesar! I had my new ac unit installed in the morning by another team. In the afternoon, Cesar came to check the wiring to ensure our unit was working properly. While checking the wires on my roof, he heard my elderly neighbor calling for help. His quick reaction to getting down and running over to help her and stayed with her to make sure she was OK before coming back to finish the job is greatly appreciated. The situation could have been far worse if he hadnt jumped in to help as quickly as he did. Nevada Residential Services Air Conditioning & Heating Repair are excellent!!! We recently had our air conditioning units checked up as it had been quite awhile and Juan Fernandez was great. He checked both units and knew what they needed to keep them running smoothly for the upcoming hot months of Las Vegas. He also took the time to explain everything that he was doing as well as giving us tips to keep our units in good shape. We highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call if needed in the future.

This is a long review but you can’t put the good in short sentences. Even though this company has no catchy slogan or expensive commercials, they are above the norm for a heating and cooling company. Finding them was my wife; she went online and found this team after 8 or 9 other companies with slogans and commercials came and bid on my replacement. Being in Las Vegas during June and July will make you do what you have to get your air conditioning back. When the salesman Vlad came out, he listened and he reviewed what we had. He made his recommendations and ideas and listened to my concerns. He listened to the sales pitches that the other companies had made me. He helped me weeded out the truth from the sales pitch. He got me when he said, Look, we are not the largest, but we do our best. We are here to build a long-term relationship. Later that night, he gave me my quote, and it was way different than the others.Price was not the only thing I looked for when I say different. The price was very reasonable, but he went through line by line to explain what his company would do. He did not get me tangled in the weeds of the system. He did each line, and when I signed the contract, he assisted me with a portable if I needed it. But he worked magic and got it installed in 2 days after signing.Another thing I found different was the installation team, who were professional from the get-go. They arrived early and were ready for the long day ahead of them. They discussed the process again with me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They did not do the show us the system, step back, and let us do our job type of installation. It was awesome, folks; if you want a company that makes you feel like you are a client and not a customer, you would be a fool not to give Nevada Residential a chance. Even when the installer and I did not agree, the Salesman called me and stated “no problem we can fix this.” The installing team was not disrespectful or argumentative but he had his opinion and I had mine. After the installation, they had a crew member come and collect all the refuse and trash for about an hour or two. They stopped and asked me again if there were any issues or concerns. They explained the system again and made sure there was no doubt in my mind. The day after installation, they have a Quality Control Technician come out and re-inspect the system. He checked all the wiring and installation for any non-code or shoddy installation. He then went to the condenser and re-checked the coolant levels to ensure that it was at the perfect operating level after the system ran. It made it feel that not just quantity but quality mattered.And the best thing was this company did not ask for my body parts and firstborn to get this kind of service. Let me tell you, for the service I received, and you would have thought that I was paying 6 or 7 figures for the system.

Guy came out to look at installing a mini split in my garage. Everything seemed fine and the tech told me the company was going to send me an estimate. Few days later still no estimate sent to me. I called this morning and they said they would have the tech contact me, well its now pushing 5pm and still no call. Im not going to hunt you down to get work done. Ill take my business elsewhere.

The technician was able to arrange an appointment and came with his team very promptly. Upon arrival, he walked me through the work he would be doing and then completed the work before his estimated completion time. Best furnace repair service for a reason.

I gave 5 stars as overall Im extremely happy with NRS and their installation of the new AC, heating system and APCO-X air treatment system. The great parts of my experience: Kevin, my sales rep, was awesome and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions (had a lot since this was the first time I’ve ever purchased a complete heating & air system for a home) and ensured that I had the correct system for my home. Tim and Kali from their office were also very helpful through the sale and install process. On the day of installation, the team was amazing and had the AC and furnace fully installed within a few hours. The not so great part and where NRS could improve on: Customers should verify the products to ensure everything being installed is accounted for. I purchased the APCO-X air treatment system, but it was not with the equipment that arrived in the morning. The head installer had no information about this about the additional product. Around lunch time, the head installer dropped of an air treatment system and advised a Senior Tech would be back to install. While waiting for the Senior Tech to arrive, I reviewed my Sales Receipt and compare it to the box that was dropped off to discover it was the lower model and not the APCO-X that I prepaid for. I contacted Kali and was advised that they didn’t have the correct one and they could credit the difference. I was appreciative of the offer however, I purchased the APCO-X for a specific need and was disappointed that there was a week between fully paying and the install so all the items could be available. When Scott, the Senior Tech, arrived he indicated that the APCO-X was on the way and while we waited, he would assist me in downloading the Thermostat app on my phone and setting it up. Scott was great and installed the APCO-X and I was fully up and running that day. 2 days letter I received an envelope with the Dept of Building and Fire Prevention permit with no other information. I thought I needed to set up the inspection but when logging into the website listed on the form it was apparent the contractor was to do this. I contacted NRS and was advised they would schedule it…No problem there it was set for 5/12. On 5/12 a NRS tech arrived around 9:30am and said they were trying to reach the inspector but would leave a ladder for him since he could not be reached. Around 2pm the inspector arrived ( issue #2), asking if the contractor was here I advised no, they left a ladder for you and I was to show you where the access was. 15 mins later the inspector indicated he was done, I asked if he signed the permit….said no it failed and left. I contacted NRS to let them know. About an hour later a NRS Senior Tech arrived to make the needed repairs and when he finished he indicated the inspector passed it. I asked how, I was advised it was done virtually. I asked how I would get a copy of the signed passed permit. He called Kali, who had already left the office for the day, and she advised that she would email it to me the next morning. The next day came and went, no email from Kali or NRS.( issue #3) I left a voicemail message the next morning around 10am to follow up. No return call or email containing the signed/passed permit information. Today, I made a phone call to the Dept of Building and Fire Prevention to obtain and was told that I needed to contact the contractor for the information. I spoke with Kali, who indicated she couldn’t send it because it was electronic. I asked then how do you keep your records complete if an NRS install fails and has to be reinspected and then passes. Kali indicated it’s a data base she can log into. Kali indicated she could send that. I asked if it would also include the information on why it initially failed and what was required to be repaired/fixed. Kali indicated it would, however when I receive the information it only showed the failed by and the passed by. Still waiting on the why it initially failed. Maybe other customers wont be that into details. Overall Im still recommending NRS to everyone!

Ill start by saying we did not use this business but only because the tech, Charlie, was so helpful & honest. He gave us all the information we needed instead of simply trying to sell us a new unit. We requested an estimate for a new a/c unit from 3 companies. The tech from the first company barely even looked at our indoor unit before telling us we needed a new unit inside & out & it would cost $10,000. Again, this was before even looking at the outside unit. When we balked at the price, he told us to just finance it. He said finance now or regret going with our warranty companys repair. Again, this was still before even looking outside. NRS was the second to come out. Charlie gave us a cash price that was almost $3000 less than the first company (they also offer financing) & then proceeded to tell us that what our warranty company was already willing to cover was not only a good deal but would also ensure we had a new warranty for those parts. With that information, we were able to more confidently choose the path that would save us money. We dont need to get a new a/c unit now but I have NRSs contact info & Charlies name saved in my phone & they will be the ones I contact when we are ready for one.

When we needed help with a malfunctioning AC (in that it was triple digits outside and blowing almost as hot on the inside); I did some quick research starting with the Nevada Power website and cross referencing reviews off of Yelp. Based on the numerous great reviews I decided on NRS. Im glad I did. From the first conversations with Kali our Service Administrator, to the actual handling of our issue by Sergio our Service Technician, I was pleased with the professionalism and care given our situation. I am relieved to have such a competent company a phone call away for any ac or heating problems.

I spoke to Kali and she explained everything to me so well. Thanks to her I have a better understanding of all the equipment and she was just a complete pleasure to speak with. This is the second time that I have had to call Nevada Residential Services for my aging A/C unit, and the second time that I have been very happy with their service. This time was not for the same part that was repaired the first time, but another part that was installed in a poor manner by the prior occupants of my home. Within an hour of calling, a wonderful, kind technician named Charlie was at my door (with shoe covers!!). Charlie quickly diagnosed and repaired my A/C unit problem. Within minutes, my vents were blowing cold again - for a reasonable price. He was courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to have in my home. I called this company in 2016 summer, because my tenant claim the air conditioner was not working right and other repair company told her its broken and need $$$. I called Nevada Residential Services to get second opinion, and Tim came out fast to diagnose the problem for a free quote. He told us nothing is broken just a wire was pulled out, he already put it back in and everything is fine. He did not charge us anything. OMG! I was speechless. This kind honest company is so hard to find!!! After being cheated by American Home Shield and their contractor Vector Appliances on a refrigerator repair this week, my husband and I thought about the great memory we have with Nevada Residential Services. The differences is day-and-night! (We only wish if Nevada Residential Services can also fix refrigerator too. Haha.) I had called this service to come look at my air con unit that had stopped working early this morning 7/13/2019. I called them about 1:50 pm in the afternoon as this is when we were sure it was broken as the air was not coming on and no air was blowing. I know they were very busy as it was 110 already with a high of 114 for the day. They called me back within 5 minutes and I explained my problem, they said we will let me know if the could come since my unit was not working. They called back at said they could be at my home between 2:30-4 pm. They were at my door at 2:36pm. The technicians name was Sergio and he was very well mannered and had booties for the inside of my home as we do not wear shoes of any kind inside or home. He was very respectful which in itself, is hard to find as some service people feel it is just too much trouble to take off their foot wear or bring booties, I have had some actually get mad if you ask. Sergio determined that my motor and another part needed replacing. He was efficient and knew what he was doing. The cost $720. Which is way better to us than having a warranty that we pay $60+ / month for. I will call this company again and have bookmarked them in case I need their great customer service again. You cannot go wrong here.

I had a 30+ year old furnace that was on its last leg and had an issue with the blower. Nevada Residentials technician diagnosed the problem and was able to make a repair, but also recommended an upgrade to a new system based on its age and availability of parts for future maintenance. I ended up contacting a few other companies to get other opinions and price quotes for a new system. An old school tech who installed my parents units 25+ years ago said to take Nevada Residentials quote all day. It was an excellent price and he found it was hard to compete with and that the same would be the case with other companies. He was honest and an older gentlemen who had no interest in climbing in my attic to install a furnace. I scheduled an appointment with Nevada Residential to get a new furnace, blower, and AC unit installed. They disassembled and removed the old system and installed the new one in one day. New system works great. My energy bills have dropped with the efficiency of the new system. And most recently, they provided routine scheduled maintenance before it was about time to use the furnace for the first time this season. Great company, great price, and excellent, friendly service.

Let me just say that this company is absolutely the BEST, bar-none, hands-down. Ive hired other AC companies in the valley and have been nowhere near as impressed as I was by Tim and his company. I was honestly surprised at how many 5star reviews they had and thought it was suspicious, but after 2 minutes with Tim it became apparent that the reviews are well-earned.He was honest, respectful, efficient, and ended up charging so much less than anyone else, and going above and beyond to diagnose our AC problems. Last week our AC unit cratered on Tuesday night - it was a busy week and i thought we could last until Friday -- Wednesday was super hot so i took a look at it - fuses were fused and melted, the breakers were being thrown, the system was not grounded properly and since it is 21+ years old - knew it was time.Call NRS at 10pm on Wednesday night - just to get the process started - plus i was amazed that they had a 5 star rating which is so difficult to achieve. Tim the tech/owner was at my place just before midnight - the analysis was pretty fast - he confirmed my findings and we discussed getting a new unit. He did not charge me for the service call.By the following morning i had a competitive quote for a high quality unit - did some price checking and also checked with my friends that own AC companies and they could not beat it nor offer as good of a unit.They had opening on schedule for Monday but wanted to see if they can do the job Friday or Saturday to ease our troubles.Coordinated process with Robert and that night Tim stopped by and dropped off all the new equipment as well as portable AC unit we can use for the evening (Thursday) and the installers arrived Friday at 7:30am.Turned out they needed a crane to get old unit out and new unit in safely - so by 9am a crane was on site. Job was completely finished and had final testing and dialed in by another tech by 3pm. Was kept in the loop at all times - communication was very good.Inspection happened this past Tuesday - Robert stopped by Monday to drop off ladder so inspector could access unit - inspection was a breeze and Roberts team picked up ladder.As a small business owner similar to TIm, I can only say I wish my team was as communicative and effective with our customers. Means I still remember some stuff, and they know their stuff. Was luckily an easy fix, and the cost is not inflated like in many other companies.When I was in the ac business everyone was just hungry for more, and everyone charged crazy amounts, and now all prices are going up. I scheduled a preventative maintenance service with Nevada Residential Services for heating and air conditioning unit. The service tech was prompt, friendly and professional. Service took a little over an hour and I am very satisfied. Both furnace and compressor were cleaned. I thought the price was right and I would recommend them for ac repair service.

The technician from Nevada Residential Services arrived on time and quickly went up into the attic to check that our heating systems were in good shape for the upcoming winter months. After giving everything a clean bill of health, he said goodbye and went on his way. Notably and unlike my previous heating and ac service contractor, he did not try to sell me a new system, something the previous contractor did during every visit.

Our AC went out sometime during the day, we called at 10pm and someone actually picked up for one thing! I called 7 different 24/7 companies before this one and none answered! Tim got here quickly, was incredibly professional, and got the job done in no time. Also, it comes with a warranty, just in case. We had to call them in the middle of the night since our AC went out earlier on and it had climbed up to 78°... We usually sleep at 72°. I wish we wouldve called them right away but we were looking at it and researching it ourselves. Finally we called them and they were at the house within 30 minutes and it was fixed within another 30 minutes! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and it was surprisingly affordable. I would definitely recommend them and I will only use them from now on.

If there was a six-star rating, Id give that.I work graveyard shift and was on my way to bed. I noticed it was getting really hot in the house and realized the A/C wasnt running. I had that terrible feeling of not only was it going to be a long hot night, but it was going to be expensive.I called a different air conditioner repair service that actually had a higher number of ratings in the internet than Nevada Residential Services and they said they couldnt send somebody out for at least two days! That wasnt going to work. How did they get a high rating??I called Tim and he arrived within twenty minutes! After a brief look at the system he went right to where the problem was and found it was simply a matter of replacing a cover with a system interlock switch that has worked itself lose. Just by replacing the cover the A/C was blowing cold air again.From the time I called to the time he departed was less than an hour.Now I can get a good nights sleep for an early morning start.Fantastic job!Thank you Tim.

Had a great experience with them recently. Their tech Tim came out and was very knowledgeable in approaching my broken furnace. He diagnosed it which by all accounts appeared to be functional but was providing bad voltage to the control board. Scheduling with them for furnace replacement was painless and overall Im very happy with the service.

My A/C unit was stop working with 110 F outside. 2 companies stop by and only offering me a new A/C unit after spending 5 min on the roof . Then Timur coming I didnt aspect any other offers but call his company just in case. So he spent 20 min on the roof after I heard and feel working A/C again.
