Not possible to have had a better experience in a situation upon turning on the a/c the first time for the season, and getting warm air. When I called to see if I could make an appointment to have my two units looked at the phone was quickly answered and the gentlemen I spoke to talked to me like wed been friends for years and we even had a few laughs. I didnt expect them to get me in quickly but crossing my fingers I asked and they got someone to my house same day.Our tech was Terrell. He was super nice and when I asked for an a/c maintenance, he explained at this time they were doing heater maintenance because its to early for the a/c side. Heck that works for me. Always good to have the heater checked. Terrell listened to my concerns about one of my units and even though it didnt make the noise I had been hearing (we all know things never make the noises when a professional is around), he still listened and was amazing at answering any question I had. Plus his energy level as he bound up and down four flights of stairs over and over was admirable.Terrell let me know that they have a service plan that would save me money. When I declined he didnt try to continue to push it on me. Ive had other companies be super pushy or lie about their service plans, but Terrell was honest and gracious even when told no.I will definitely be calling them back in May for the tune up on our a/c unit for the coming summer.Amazing job guys. Pro Tech Air has serviced my A/C unit for three years and have been great. I will be referring them to friends.

Air conditioning service. We have had terrible luck with the air conditioning company that no one can spell. Every regular maintenance check up finds something that needs work and cost $500+. They recommended we replace our whole system 3 years ago. We declined. We had a complete shut down of our system and called our local service company, Pro Tech Air in Southern Highlands. Brian came out, spent 1 1/2 hours checking everything out and fixing the problem. We were just charged for the maintenance call flat rate. That is a first since moving to Las Vegas that a maintenance call was actually a maintenance call, not a sales call. Use these guys.

Pro Tech Air has done a great job on my AC units at my rental and my person residence. They were very quick to respond when my AC went out and made the necessary repairs quickly. I really appreciated the fact that they did not try to hard sell me a brand new air conditioner like some companies do. They repaired it for a few hundred bucks and its been running great ever since. I recommend Pro Tech air to people that ask me for a referral because I know they are honest.

GREAT SERVICE! The technicians came on time and they were reasonable. My air conditioner has never worked as well. I have been using my homeowners insurance and each time a service person has come, no one could fix the problem until Pro tech. I will have them come back to service both my heat and cooling system.

12 degrees warmer❗️I was told that It was less expensive and more efficient to replace the outside unit with a better, a more efficient one with a longer warranty. I would have only done better had I a more powerful space heater for the one Frigid night I spent.

The previous A/C technician was taking me in the wrong direction when I contacted John Nelson at Efficient Air. Im very glad I spoke to John. This saved me a whole lot of money! He gave me vital information about selecting the new 5-ton unit to replace my broken R-22 unit.John gave me a price of $4500. I investigated the Internet and found pricing for a new unit (not R-22) ranges between $4400 and $7500. I was pleased to discover Johns price was excellent at the lowest end of the range. The unit he chose came with 10-yr warranty. And his service was excellent, too.His company was dependable, on time, very courteous, and the job was clean and beautiful! They even provided extra service at no charge! Efficient Air is my go-to company for all my A/C needs. I recommend them highly.

John has been very helpful throughout the years. He started helping us when he was working for another company. Excellent service, on time, friendly, and explained the process from start to finish. We had to replace our unit in the August heat, and John and his crew came right out. They took the time to diagnose the issue and offered several options until we realized the unit was on its last legs. Our 20+ year old air conditioner died at the end of June and I was out of the country on business. John at Efficient Air was the contractor of choice because he was the first one to look at the house and get me an estimate, was very competitively priced, and sounded the most trustworthy over the phone. I made the right choice because in a days time, the crane was at the driveway, the old unit was removed and a new unit was up and running. Highly recommended.
