I have been living in my home for close to three years, and have always had AC issues. We’ve even replaced our AC and anytime we had and issue, we’d call an AC Tech from different companies and they’d always tinker with it for 15-20 minutes and if give us a vague response or a good for nothing opinion… until yesterday.My husband and I had been struggling with our AC yet again and called Fast Response, they were super professional and friendly on the phone, and had a tech out within that same hr, not only did he come out and access the situation, he also spent the entire afternoon getting to the root of the problem so that it wouldn’t happen again. We’d given him our history on this situation and how others never seemed to go this in-depth on our issue and we thought it was just an issue with our home . So not only did he fix the main reason for the call, he also fixed what had been troubling for the past two summers! He was super empathetic friendly and you could tell he enjoys what he does in helping others. Even let my husband make trips to go grab parts so that we wouldn’t have to spend an arms and a leg using his parts. And he didn’t charge us a ridiculous amount after all the work he’d put into it! Out of all the services that my family had to use to maintain our AC unit, Fast Response Services has been the BEST . Zach & Tracey were here on time and ready to get to work ! Before I knew it they were all finished and completely cleaned up their work area . They were both very professional and explained to me their procedure and answered ALL my questions. We used Fast Response Services (contracted through another company - A/C Vets, who is also awesome!) and could not have been more satisfied! As the weather got warmer, we decided to replace both old units that were 20 years old. Being retired military, this is our first home and we were pretty clueless on the cost. We received a quote that was almost $2,000 cheaper PER UNIT (PLUS free/included add-ons) than two other local companies we got quotes from. Aside from the price savings, the work was incredible! It was fast, on time, professional and just an overall easy install. Were just so impressed and so grateful for the time and dedication we were shown. We literally had it done 2 days after agreement. Installed 2 units, vents/ducts cleaned and drywall repaired/painted after the job was done (which was very little as they did no damage but a small chip in the closet, where the attic access was). I can’t say enough good words about Milton the tech and Ryan from the main office. My A/C went out Sunday night and by Monday 5pm I had a new unit that was blowing cold air.There scheduling was efficient. I received notice when the tech was on his way with no delay. I was a little hesitant by pricing but there proposal was very fair and no unnecessary up-sell.Fast response knows their stuff. There was no hold ups and the process was smooth.I am happy I found an honest A/C company.Thank you fast response.I’m sure my Neigbour will need a new A/C unit soon. See photo.

Unit wasn’t working and tech found low refrigerant. His quote to find and fix the leak was two thousand five hundred dollars. Had him replace refrigerant instead and had someone else come out. Turned out the leak was caused by a plastic cap some other Vegas HVAC used to replace my metal caps. The leak was so obvious too since oil stains show up where it happens. So 2500 bucks to find a leak and use a sniffer where it was so obvious showing… I got it fixed for 200 with appropriate caps. Stop gauging people

Poul was quick to respond with a whole house furnace/ac installation estimate. They provided an informative breakdown of different models. Also, gave recommendations on what’s best for your budget. The HVAC guys provided fast and professional service all around. This also goes for their duct cleaning crew, who also completed a small side job during HVAC install.

Zack was quick, friendly, and most of all accurate in diagnosing our problem.

This company really is fast! I had an issue on a Sunday night and the next morning Shelly and Fabio were there to save the day. They were prompt, friendly, and considerate. They got right to work and quickly found the problem. They had the parts on the truck and were out of there in a couple of hours. My A/C is back to cold status and I thank them for their great work at a fair price. Overall this company really gives you a sense that you are a valued customer. Plus I got a great tip from Shelly on a sushi joint. I will definitely use them again, so should you!

They coordinate a plan for the day of installation and then to be sure you are 110% happy with the final service. I am very sad to say that what I thought was a great firm has disappointed me in the long run. My issue was not $3100 that they charged me to fix duct work which they claimed was the issue with my AC. The issue was I needed a new system altogether with duct work to be repaired in addition to this issueI thankfully found a great AC firm that fixed the matter after I spent the $3100 for repair I’d duct work to Fast Response. I am very sad to say that I was duped by this company!

We had Fast Response Services replace an old air conditioning/heat unit on our roof. The price was good and they did an excellent job with the installation. They showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time, even considering that they had to do some custom work due to solar panels on the roof. They also installed new smart thermometers for us.

When you have a 19 year old air conditioning unit, every summer is stressful. Will this be the summer I have to shell out for a new air conditioning unit?For the past several summers, we have managed to repair parts to keep our trusted air condoning unit alive for one more summer. When my old HVAC stopped working at middle of the day, I called some services provider and they were giving me the estimate of about 2 days then I talk with the Fast Response and they came to me at same day. They were very fast and their price is reasonable. I would highly recommend them!
