After a long day at work, I came home to a house that was approaching 90 degrees! My thermostat was set to 74 but the temperature just kept rising. My dog was panting and pacing around so I knew I needed help fast.I checked reviews and made a few calls. Understandably, a lot of providers were busy and offered to come out the next day. But, Bogdan Petre from Wave Heating & Cooling LLC was at my house in 30 minutes. He immediately got to work diagnosing the problem with my AC unit and explained every test he was doing. Bogdan found the issue quickly and explained to me the options I had to get AC pumping again. He had all the parts with him and fixed it in no time at all! He even cleaned the coils and showed me what I can do to keep my AC unit running for years to come.Unexpected home expenses are never fun but Bogdan And Wave Heating and Cooling made the experience so much better! Every step of the way, I was in great hands and sitting in my home (now at 74 degrees!) I’m so thankful for Wave Heating and Cooling and so is my now sleeping pup.

This is the most honest, and trustworthy HVAC company in the Valley. The technician Bogdan was very knowledgeable and friendly. I called him to go to my grandmas house on Labor Day and he was out there within 2 hours! When he arrived the system was able to turn on again. He explained to me what he thought the Issue was but wanted to wait to see what happened when the unit went out again. He then returned 2 days later within 30 minutes from my call and informed me that we needed to do to test the system again. He then returned again that night at 7pm to replace the motor. He had the part in stock on his van and was able to change it out and get the air on for my grandma quickly!Throughout the entire process he fully explained all the components of the system and what was causing the issue. Instead of guessing what was wrong with the system and over charging me, he took the time to confirm what the issue was. I really appreciate his honestly and hard work. I’ve had the pleasure of having Bodgan out to my home twice for heater related issues and he doesn’t disappoint. He takes his time to assess the issue and has gotten me taken care of both times in the same day. Definitely needed out here in Vegas when we have those extreme cold and extreme hot days. Both times I was worried I’d be sleeping with a million blankets just to make it through the night and luckily Bogdan resolved my issue so I could sleep comfortably. Truly great service! I had a couple issues with my AC that got fixed here. A leaking drain pan and no power at the thermostat. On both occasions, it was thoroughly explained to me so that I could understand what had caused the issue and what the fix was. Even with pictures and videos for the things I couldnt see in the attic. On top of this great service, the price was very fair. I have used other HVAC companies and it feels like taking a car into an auto mechanic by the time they get done with you.Go with Wave and youll be satisfied. I know Ill be coming back when I need more maintenance!

We have 2 ac units and have used Wave Air Conditioning twice. They replaced a motor on one and a capacitor on the other. Bogdad is the best! Always professional, honest and reasonable!

Wave heating was such a good choice for my new air conditioning. Bogdan and his team did a great job installing the unit. When they were finished they found out another contractor had shot a nail through my roof and punctured the cooling line. Bogdan worked another 4 hours to fix the issue and never charged me another penny. It was 107 degrees and he kept saying, I have to get you cool tonight.
