I love this place they make my sister’s nails so good. They are built different, and I like how they always stay good hearted and ply Christian music

The wait was long because I was a walk in. However, the employees offered complimentary beverages and customer service was excellent! I will definitely return to Princess Nails. Best nail shop in LaPlace hands down.

5 stars for the pedi but their gel nail need some work. Bumping, uneven, both hands nails look totally different. I would Not recommend it

The tech was very rough, didnt say one word to me but carried on the whole time talking to a friend that came in. Thats fine I dont mind that, but she was so occupied by the conversation that she messed my nails up. They ate suppose to be coffin, she filed the tips so much that they slant down, not even shaped into coffin. The worst nails I have ever had done, save your time and money and go elsewhere. Wouldnt even leave the one stat

Poor customer service! Went there and got the DIP... It really don’t make any since to let them know the stuff comes off your nails because they do what they want! They talk about you in SPANISH! Little do they know, Im a young female that took it up in college! 😉 Not cool! The thick young lady with the curly hair has a bad attitude! Just keep talking about people and think they don’t know what your talking ABOUT ! And if your tired of people complaining get better “nail polish”! You will lose more people ✌🏻

Reasonable price and friendly service. Loved my nails and had no problem with my polish. Just got the regular polish and lasted without chipping. Very happy.

I would give them no stars if it was possible,I went in on a Saturday, wendy wasn’t there Abby I think is her name she was great when she applied the color acrylic. It’s the other lady who also did my nail she shaped them funny and NOT EVEN A WHOLE WEEK LATER MY NAILS (multiple) came off . The whole nail came off it’s ridiculous, I basically paid 30+ dollars for some nails that didn’t even last a whole WEEK. Never spending my money with them again!!!

First of all, there was one lady working and she did mine, my moms, and my sisters, nails at the same time. Second of all our nails look ugly. My mom got gel nails and she didnt even paint over the whole thing. I got stiletto nails but she shaped them so messed up and my nails were supposed to be silver holographic but she did them blue. Also she didnt know anything about the salon she had to call her boss multiple times. Also there was another worker but she sat and watched TV the whole time while other people were waiting. My sisters nails were not painted all the way. It seemed like this was the first time this lady worked there.

Well, went here yesterday 9-23-16 it was pretty busy, not a long wait they worked fast Wendy is great, but I notice that some of my nails are slanted. This isnt the first time this happened to me, and it always happens with the older lady i dont kno her name. Whenever she does my nails they dont look right . Overall the color and length was good .

First time customer on 6/8/18, went in for gel polish refill, that was not what I received. Wendy, the owner, put me in a chair for my nails to soak and for 20 minutes she left the salon and went next door. Upon her return she had 2 more customers in the shop. She did not have the proper file for nails (said she was out), said she could make the polish gel, didnt apply a base coat and when I questioned her she said that the polish didnt require a base coat. Needless to say my nails chipped the same night and by 2 days later the nail polish was lifting at the tip and was coming off. WASTE OF MONEY, first time and last time customer. No referrels and wish I didnt have to leave the one star.

I brought my daughter and two nieces there.. the workers are AWESOME...

Workers do not greet you when you walk in. They are extremely slow and instead of working to get clients done they spend too much time talking to friends when they walk in. I’m still waiting after 2 hours and praying my nails come out the way I want. If not I will not return or pay.

I was getting my gels nails taken off and she did a horrible job...I literally had to turn around and come back just for her to take off all of the nail polish...To make matters worse, she stuck my fingers in a very very small glass to soak the gel polish off talk about the discomfort. Also she talked the whole time on the phone while doing my nails and she coughed on me! Basically, just go somewhere else to get your nails done. I wish I remembered her name!

I went get a manicure and the owner just sat me in the chair and put my hands in water for about 10 minutes then she went work on a customer nails who was her friend so instead of her coming to finish my manicure she sent another lady to me and she completely rushed she didn’t clean my nails, I still had hang nails and when she applied the clear polish she put polish all over my hand that’s how fast she was rushing then two days later then polish started peeling off so I do not recommend you guys to go to them horrible service lazy workers
