I walked in and was greeted immediately and shown to the servicing area. Services began once I sat down, which was terrific because who truly likes to wait?! The pedicure was great, and the owner was very knowledgeable about each product she used. She also gave verbal ingredients for each product to ensure I wasnt allergic to any of the elements that may be used. The manicure was great as well. After telling her what I would like, she executed the look. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and care displayed here.I also enjoyed the following of COVID safety procedures to ensure a safe salon. I will be back soon, and I highly recommend this salon.

I had a issue of paying a deposit for an appointment, and during covid beauty services were put off into further notice, which was understandable. When things went back to normal and I tried to make another appointment..It was a headache. I tried to resolved the matter, but the owner didnt follow up well.

The staff at Kultured is unmatched! They are always friendly. The girl with the short hair does really good pedicures and Ariel was professional and patient. I had no idea what I wanted and she made sure to take good care of me. I loved my set, thank you ladies !
