I had not visited this establishment in over a year. It was a Sunday, they were open, and it wasnt crowded. I had dip polish on which requires soaking off and then re-application. The employee set a bowl before me and added acetone. I let it sit there because most shops add some oil into the bowl and place warm water under the bowl. None of that. Finally after the first 15 minutes another employee came and added oil and brought a larger bowl of hot water.The owner(I believe her to be so: seated at the chair directly next to the cash register) did a very haphazard application of the dip powder. This shop adds an acrylic layer at the end and requires UV light. Sigh.That was Sunday. By Wednesday, one of my nails chipped off on the end and Thursday a second nail chipped. $40 down the drain.Avoid this spot if at all possible.

I usually dont write out reviews but the service here is so poor. (This time was my second and last time coming) I came on a Monday morning--they were not busy and I was seated immediately. The woman wasnt rude but her work was poor. I had asked for an oval shape full set with orange tips and the way she slapped the paint on my nails was seriously heartbreaking. The lines on the tips were uneven and carelessly done so I asked her to just give me two coats of the nude polish. The nail shapes are inconsistent and some are longer than others. The polish job was careless and the acrylic was carelessly placed and rushed. Its just sad and irritating because people work hard for their money and for people to do rush jobs and careless work is disheartening and maybe just close if you plan on doing half hearted work/dont feel like working. Do not come here. Seriously..

I walked in and no one acknowledged me for about 20 minutes. After waiting, I was asked what I needed and finally placed in a pedicure chair….only to wait another 20 minutes for the pedicure to begin. My feet were sitting in cold water by the time they got to me. Four days after my pedicure (I went July 3rd, today is July 7th), the gel polish came completely off of one of my toes. Like the whole layer of polish came off all at once in the shower. I assume this is because my toes weren’t prepped properly before the application of the gel polish. If they were understaffed, I can understand the wait a little bit, but the quality of the pedicure was poor.

Honestly it was one of the worst times ive had there. Before they would ask how I wanted my nails shaped and all that. But this time they didnt ask. The lady who shaped my nails could barely keep then straight and some are longer than the others.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had ! The lady doing my pedicure cut the bottom of my foot & made me bleed. She apologized & stuck a bandage on the open cut & sent me on my way. I’m so stupid, because I paid the $30 and I should have just walked out. It was horrible DO NOT go to this place

The wait was an hour long. No mention of this before hand. Service was mostly rude and not friendly. Over priced and short staffed that is not friendly at all. Never again!!

Lee did my feet and she did an awesome job. 👌🏾The lady that did my nails was rough and did not properly do my nails...no ph bond was used and she kept cutting my cuticles with the drill. She seem aggravated from the beginning

I went over here to get a pedicure, it was close to closing so I guess the lady was rushing( I came a hour prior to closing) but I asked for a cut down she literally cut 2 toe nails all my toe nails were uneven she broke my toe nail didn’t even repair it just put polished over it, it wasn’t even close to a pedicure because my feet barely touched the water it was just a horrible experience never going back

When I went in to get my eye brows waxed the guy took my temp an asked me to sit in the next room. After waiting bout 30 minutes with no eles in the room, Id decided to go ask how much longer is the wait. When I asked him he just brushed me off and told me a few more minutes go have a seat. When she finally comes in she doesnt speak nor did she ask how I wanted them done. She did a rush job very rough and uncomfortable. She uses the same eyeliner pencil on ever client just real bad for business. She also took a huge patch of hair out of my eyebrow and refuse to fix the problem. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE visit that location.

I visited this establishment multiple times because there weren’t many nail salons in our area. Very lackluster service every time. The reason I am writing this review is because of my last visit (a year ago) a worker attempted to use tools for my pedicure that were JUST used on someone else. I literally watched her do it. I am writing this review now because sanitation is not something to take lightly & I think others should be aware. I hope their standards of sanitation have improved.

Never go to this place!!!! Ok I had the dip I know the process.. I was seated I had to wait 20 minutes before anyone started soaking my hand. Next a nail tech came looked at my nails And put back to soak. The next technician Kane started drilling on my nails convincing me that I need tips I told her I do not want tips let’s just do the best that we can do what we have which are my nails! This is the first nail shop I’ve been to that takes the brush and brush on the dip! She dip the brush into the dip clumping upI told her I didn’t like the way that look it’s not going to be smooth it’s going to be bumpy she took it off drilled all my nails again try to convince me that I needed tips I said I don’t want tips well she did not want to proceed with the nails because I didn’t want tips because one of my real nails were too short! So I Ask her have you ever done dip before Because it doesn’t make a difference if my nail is too short. So they told me they couldn’t do my nails because I didn’t want to get the tips because it was going to be an even a single that’s my choice and I said well how much do I owe you for the soak off??? He said 5.00 and I gave her the 10.00 and she tired to keep it!!! I said you owe me 5.00!!! Omg!!! Do go here!!!

Worst service Ive ever had. Took my mother, daughter, & myself here and service was okay until I had a problem. Nail tech rushed from doing another service to wax my eye brows and rushed them. I told her I didnt like them and she said they were fine . How you gone tell me what I like...NOTT. Didnt ask me how u wanted them or what I liked; then tried to draw on them with eyeliner. I told her no thank you, I dont wear that. #NeverAgain #NotOnlyThatTheyAreRude #NOcommunicationSkills

Worse experience ever. Very careless . Nails shaped uneven and not square . Piles the polish to the point it won’t dry . I left the the shop 30 mins ago and my nails look a week old

Went in to get a full set and i still had nails on . they almost ripped my nail off . they didn’t soak my nails off they pulled it off with pliers. never going back here again
