The owner Freddy Chavez is a scammer. Booked an event payed one full and it was double booked so decided to cancel get a refund. Denied my refund so will have to handle it in the court system. This event center also owns Famouz Fadez think twice before doing business with this idiot!

I would absolutely avoid planning any event with this company. We had a baby shower planned and due to the COVID-19 and the Colorado stay at home order, we obviously had to cancel the baby shower. There has been numerous attempts on our end to contact the company to receive a refund due to the extreme circumstances. They continuously avoid speaking with me & refuse to give the money back. It says a lot about a company when during such an uncertain time and during a state order to stay at home & stay safe they keep the money from a family who is expecting a child any day!

If youre having a party here during the hot summer months be prepared to sweat like a dog if youre in the building. The AC doesnt work! For our party it was hotter in the building then it was outside. People couldnt even be in the building to enjoy the party. The owners dont stalk the bathroom with supplies like toilet paper or paper towels other than 1 of each half used. So you might want to bring your own.

Id like some more info on this place that comes from intelligent people...aside from the irresponsible buffon of a gun owner who leaves his firearm unattended and accessible. Should have been on your person or at home in the safe....therefore, your opinion is silent.

Best place for events. Weddings, XVs and others

1. Thats not how you spell Famous2. Move to non residential area or keep it down?Youll notice most of the good reviews are from Hispanic people (and are mostly Google translated or poorly spelled smh)....they are Always past quiet hours of 10pm, called police a few times. (imagine polka with Super heavy bass all night every week on Friday Saturday and Sunday) Also due to them having a small parking lot the streets nearby get flooded with cars. I advise ownership if they will not move, to at least turn the bass down because cops will just keep coming.Then eventually code services of Lakewood. Let me say it in Spanish. El ruido es muy molesto los fines de semana. Comprende?
