Came in at 2PM for a tire patch. Person at the desk told me it would be 2 hours due to other cars in the garage already. I said should be fine, had someone pick me up. Come back at 5PM and my car is still sitting in the same spot as before. Hasn’t been touched at all. On top of it no one wants to take accountability for the slow service. Extremely poor and slow service. Don’t bring your car here unless you want to waste your time and patience.

Stopped in to have a nail removed from my tire. Denver took excellent care of me and my car. Was out of the store in no time. Thanks Denver for excellent customer service today!!!!

This is the 6th new tire was changed in NTB within 1.5 years!It took 2 hours testing and waiting because of puncture. After 2 hours, they told me I need change new tire because it can’t be fixed. I asked them to show me the puncture and reminded them my friend just fixed a puncture in the discount tire which is very nice and professional service. But NTB staff was very rude, dismissive and contempt, they don’t care!!! They just want you to buy a new tire.Be careful to spend your money to get so terrible service!

Had both front struts replaced the expected wait time was 4 hours but it was done in 1 hr. The service was amazing here

Expect a 2-3 hour wait for an oil change/inspection/ and rotation even with an appointment. Staff is rude as well. First and last time I’ll ever come to an NTB. They also did not list a price for their state inspection online and instead surprised me with an overpriced amount when coming to the store. Terrible business.

Oh my. We went to have a tire repaired/replaced due to a nail. Unfortunately, all of the tires needed replacing. They were nice, fairly quick, and informed us when the car was ready.

Absolutely the worst auto service place Ive ever been. One service representative at 8AM on what is probably the most common day for auto service (Saturday).

Chris was a very helpful and friendly person had me out in no time. Also had great service and warned me about my scheduled maintenance.

Cant recommend it. Took my car in for brake pads and linkage. Got the linkage done, and they recommended I have my pads done...this was why I went in the first place. No response from team or management when I requested contact. Hard pass. No additional response needed or wanted from NTB. Several other shops close by that will listen, respond and help fix your problem.

Understaffed, poorly managed. If you need something done on a Saturday be prepared for it to take the whole day.

Jermaine and the Shop Technicians took care of my BMW when the alignment was off from another shop. They brought me in to the shop and explained the work they did and other maintenance concerns. Great staff!

I had tires and shock replaced on my vehicle. These guys double charged me on part and got the parts from AutoZone (Cheapest), EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! The warranty they present is the AutoZone warranty. I now go down the street from them to Discount Tire. They are much more honest and customer service is extremely better. NTB IS BUYER BEWARE!!

I have been to several NTB locations in my 6 years of living in Houston. This Sugarland location off HWY 90 is AMAZING. I cannot give enough praise to the manager KYLE. He was extremely courteous and helpful. Kyle totally went above the call of duty to assist me with my vehicle. 10 out of 5 star service (yes, i said it)

Took over an hour for battery change. No one in the parking lot. One person waiting in the lobby. This was on a Tuesday at 11am. Had to remind them after 40 minutes and they apparently forgot about me. On top of that they wanted to charge me $60 for labor. Get your battery changed at an auto parts store like Advanced Auto or Autozone. Get your tires changed at Discount Tire. It will be faster and cheaper.

Terrible...dropped my car off at 1pm on Saturday to have check why tire was loosing air. They said they would call me in couple hours to see if they could plug it or had to replace it. 3 hours go by no phone call....we stop back in had not been looked at yet. They said we will pull it in next and will call me in an hour. No call call we drive back over...again and they are closed. Called Monday at 7am person said no one was there to look at. We drove over there and took it to Goodyear Integrity on 90 in Richmond on 90. . They called me back 40 minutes later plugged the tire and......didnt charge me!!Will never use NTB again.

DO NOT GO HERE. I called to inquire regarding tire availability and the person who picked up the phone left me on hold without saying anything. I had to call back only for him too give me an attitude over the phone and later in the store as well. The shop I was having install my tires told me horror stories of the treatment other customers had shared with them. Judging by the other reviews on google and elsewhere this place lacks professionalism, service, and basic mannerism.

If I could give them a negative 5 i would my car I brought in saturday to have a tire leak checked. They told me 2 hours. 3 hours later i stopped in to see the status it was not touched. They said they were bringing it in next they never called me back and my ca ris not done. I need to travel out of town monday morning and do not have my car awful.

This was my first time coming in NTB. I was told that an oil change and tire rotation would be completed after a hour. It took almost 2 hours because even after my car was finished. The 2 men at the front desk were no where to be found. There were many instances where I even saw them coming in and ignoring the customers waiting to be helped by going into an employees only room. I had to end up calling the store to get the attention of 1 of them, but he didnt even leave the room until I told him I was inside the store waiting to checkout. The only 2 front desk men should not be taking a lunch break at the same time. I will not come back to this location.

Extremely please with their service. My mother-in-law was visiting from Louisiana and realized she had a flat before heading back. The wait time was 2-3 hours but I stressed her situation and to one of the gentlemen here and he did his best to accommodate her time sensitive needs. It was less than 30 minutes and the tire had been repaired and ready to pickup. Great service!!!

Good place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive never been on a weekday. Love that they are open on Sundays because thats pretty much my only free day anymore. Ive only had oil changes, tire rotation, and alignments completed. Completely satisfied with all. The pace is a little slower than I would like, but not sure if thats because its Sunday and fewer staff on hand. I have a 6 inch lift on my truck with off road tires and they have no problem aligning.

Purchased tires from this store and 20,000 miles later needed to be changed, no more thread on tires, also worst than that, 2 of the 4 tires were mounted inside out, did not notice till today. Explained to manager Jermaine, my situation, was not helpful and said you are not getting free tires which I did not ask for free tires, just asked to honor the warranty of 60,000 miles on the tire and to correct the mistake of mounting tires inside out.... he was not helpful at all. Customer service very bad and a lady customer was complaining about the service since Jermaine was the only one working at the service desk. Now I know why some customers gave 1 star for this store. Please fix the service and train staff to be nicer and more helpful.

I stopped in as they were closing to see if they would check my tire pressure because I had a bad feeling about my tires....they were the most friendly, welcoming and most of all genuinely patient and I truly appreciate it. Good customer service is hard to find and my ride home was peaceful after they checked my tires.Thank you to the closers who worked in the garage and the manager who worked on Halloween night, you were awesome. 😊

SLOPPY WORK. WASTED TIME. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.Problem 1: UPSALE TECHNIQUE. To correct the slight tire vibration, I was advised to do a more expensive alignment (2 wheels = $80) instead of 1 wheel $10 balancing. Even if agreed an alignment would not correct it.Problem 2: NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL. When I asked a technician not to push me into additional sales. He has got upset and stopped talking to me other than asking for keys, etc.Problem 3: SLOPPY WORK. They did not replace a tire cap. I had to return to ask them to look for it. Luckily they have found it quickly.Problem 4: It took them 2 hours to do 2 simple repairs: to patch 1 punctured tire + to balance 2 tires. There was just one person in front of me.

Scammers, the bill may vary from 300$ to 600$ for the same service ( read your bill carefully),my one hour service lasted for 5 hours . They are rude. I don’t recommend only if you enjoy end up overpaying and super late.

Even while handling a stream of customers and technicians, he stayed on top of his customers and provided excellent customer service.There was a misunderstanding about filters: I did not want them installed, but the techs installed them. Jermaine adjusted the bill, no questions asked.The shop waiting area was clean and comfortable, too.

I came in a few weeks ago after I had gotten a flat tire. I thought the customer service was excellent and they had me out of there in under an hour! Would definitely recommend!

Going there was a waste of my time. I was trying to understand stuff about my car and I was talking to a different employee and Jermaine intruded in our conversation and was coming off kinda hostile and argumentative when I was not even giving him a attitude. He said I could go go other locations if I dont trust him which surprised me because I wasnt even mad, I just wanted to understand stuff about my car. The quoted time he gave me was not close to accurate either within the time frame I gave him. He just wasnt a kind or caring person. Does not make me want to support this company let alone go to other locations. Had I read the previous reviews I would have never came in the first place.

Called about tires for my sons car. They had them in stock so I told them I would come down shorty to pick them up for carry out. I work at a automotive shop and would mount them myself. They said okay. Come down and we will have them. Once I arrived I was then told they only take cash for carry out. Of course I didnt bring cash......... and they didnt tell me that on the phone either. I will never call them for tires again. Horrible business model to only take cash in 2019.

Excellent service! NTB Sugar Land is the only place I take my vehicle. I have been going there for several years. Jermaine the manager & Travis the mechanic are the best. They take the time to thoroughly explain and show me the repairs and service required. They are very skilled and knowledgeable.

Finding an honest and reasonable garage has been a challenge for me for quite some time. When NTB finally came to Sugar Land I decided to give them a chance and had the best experience ever. Dwayne is the GM for this location and has always worked with my needs and has provided me with exceptional customer service. He only tells you what you need, not what you don’t. I strongly recommend this location.

I scheduled an appointment for 830 but showed up at 730. Jermaine and his crew were extremely professional and worked me in early. They helped take care of the slow leak in my tire so my family could get back on the road for our 8 hour trip. Great work, very professional, highly recommend this NTB.

Awesome customer service! I came in for a tire repair service, and was greeted by Mario who explained the repair and showed me the materials to be used. Roberto repaired my tire quickly and did a great job! I will drive out of my way to come back here in the future. Also, there is a Dairy Queen next door for a treat while you wait!

Wasnt happy at all with my most recent experience here. I went in for a standard tire rotation and wheel alignment. I chose to wait (knowing that this is a pretty simple procedure). I was told it would be about an hour and a half wait....fine, no problem. That wait turned into 4 hours with no explanation. I may not be going back to this particular location.

Got a quote over the phone including installation and tax. Went to the store and they charged over $100 more. They refused to give the price they quoted over the phone.

5++++ Stars! I bought a couple tires from this shop about 2 months ago. I opted not to get the alignment (bad choice) because I had an alignment deal with another repair shop (Firestone) already. I got the two new tires and it pulled right a bit, which is normal after getting tires or doing other work. I got it aligned at my other place and it still pulled right. I then put in new struts and told them to align it again, and it still pulled right. Firestone then told me to get a camber kit for left and right side, which cost me a lot more. I did that and the car STILL pulled right. They told me after that, that I needed 2 maybe 4 new tires. I knew this was wrong because NTB just did two tires for me 2 months ago, and another reputable tire store did my rear two tires about 6 months ago. All of my tires still looked brand new. They told me that the tires were bad and to go back to see if they could help me with my tires. So I immediately went back to NTB where Frank helped me out. He hooked my car up to his alignment machine and showed me right away that Firestone did the alignment wrong. Frank had a young alignment guy (Dennis maybe) there who explained what was wrong, then he told me he could fix it for sure. He straightened my steering wheel and fixed my alignment PERFECTLY within about 20-30 minutes. They could tell I was pretty fed up with Firestone and for wasting so much money with Firestone, so when I pulled out the credit card to pay, he told me to put it away and that he will take care of it for me. I couldnt believe it. I dont care if NTB might be a bit more expensive for some of the services. I will try to take my van there whenever I can because of this great service. He saved me $89 today, and in return he will get LOTS of return business from me and my family for years to come. Please give this particular NTB a chance, you will NOT regret it.

Had oil change. They did not put oil beck into the car. When I went back to make sure it did not happen to anyone else. Jermaine started yelling at me.

I brought my car Nissan Armada for state inspection at 930 am and left to pick up when ready. No call for 2 hours. I called three times to find out if it’s ready. On my third call at 120 pm I was told it requires two front tires and should be ready at 3. I took Uber and went at 236. They told me 30 minutes. It has been one hour now as I am writing this review and still not ready. Taking Uber to pick up my kids now.So 6 hours for state inspection and tires and not ready yet.Be smart taking car here. I will not

I called these guys up at around 1:00 pm on a Sunday. They were courteous and told me if I come within the hour, I will be in and out quickly. Both Ali and cant remember his name were really nice. Nice clean sitting area, quiet, and cool for a really hot Summer day. Good job, I will be there again. Last but not least, they did not try to sell me anything I did not want.

Dont go here! They damaged my Mercedes after they couldnt find out why it was loosing air on too tires. They drove over a concrete curb and damaged the whole front. Would give 5 minus stars if I could!!!

* Update - i received a full refundI would AVOID this location at all cost. I am somewhat new to the area and was looking for a new spot place for alignment and simple jobs.I dropped my wifes car off because the car was pulling and it may need an alignment. I received a phone call an hour later letting me know the alignment is okay and it might be a tire problem.So i went to pick up the car thinking that i need to take it to the tire company and that was it. The person at the front who needs to learn simple customer service told me that i need to pay since alignment was adjusted. I asked him was the problem that i dropped the car off for fixed? His said it wasnt, might need an rotation or something.... the thing that got my upset was, i came in there to have a pull issue fixed and i left with it WORST. I left a message with manager and havent rcvd a call back.Took the car somewhere else and now its fixed.... will never return.

I tried to get a state inspection done here. Went on the weekend and was told inspector not there, come back next day. Went back next day, same thing. Third time, same thing. Finally fourth time, inspector was there and had vehicle inspected. Had to wait an hour to check out. I only went here because it was on my way to work. I recommend you call before hand to double check that inspector is there.

I’ve taken my other Lexus here a couple times before for an alignment with no problems. However this time I took my SUV Lexus here for an alignment because I got new tires, the car was driving straight no problems! Got the car back from the alignment and the steering wheel was slightly tilted left, not straight, and the car was drifting right. At first I thought it was drifting right because the road I drove on was slightly crowned but no matter where I drove it drifted right. I’ll be taking it back soon but they are wasting my time having to take it back when it should have been test drove and done correctly the first time.Update:So I eventually took my suv back and it took 2 almost 3 hrs for them to correct the problem and I even came an hr early for my appointment time. The staff assured me that the steering wheel is straight and drives straight. When I got the car back instead of the steering wheel tilted left it was tilted right and still does not track straight. I’ll just go somewhere else to get it done correctly

Don’t make an appointment because it means nothing. Once the vehicle is in the bay, they take their time working on the vehicle to maximize the price for the customer. Worked on my vehicle for about an hour but was charged for two.

11:45 Came in for an oil change, was told it would take less than an hour. So I grabbed a drink and walked over to GenYoga and did a whole class. Class was over at 1pm and I changed and walked back to NTB. It is now 1:30 and they Eric has informed of of “a number of things that are wrong with the car” and that each one he mentions has no price or quote ready, but wants to know how I want to handle each mechanical issue, that there is no price for. After back and forth confusing conversation I finally say just let me pay for the oil change and I’ll think about the rest. He says okay “go ahead and start the oil change “ to the mechanic. Okay so? It took 90+ minutes for them to begin or give the okay for this oil change? I have now wasted more than my lunch hour and still no oil change. If I could give less than 1 star I would because I came for an oil change and I still haven’t gotten it. It’s not bad service, is no service.But he has a list of things ready to begin fixing with no prices ready.I should have gone elsewhere.

Will never go here !!! I had bought tires here about month ago, got flat and took it to them to repair it. They wanted to sell me new tires instead of repairing the tires, went down to discount tire ( my new and no question ask tire shop ) fix it in less then 10 min and didn’t charge anything... save your self some time and headache and go discount tires or any use tire shop before going here.

I made an appointment to get an oil change on Friday. When I got back to my office I noticed that they did not reset my oil life on my display. I called and asked them to walk me through it so I could do it myself. They refused and told me it was too complicated and I needed to come back. This was not an option so I googled the instructions. Im not sure which part they thought was too complicated for me: Turning the key to the on position without starting the engine or holding the accelerator and brake simultaneously for 3 seconds. I called back to tell Eric that and he just laughed and said sorry. Ive been going to this location since it opened and do not plan to go back.

Absolute WORST shop Ive been to. Would give no stars if I could. Dropped my car off at 9:30am for an oil change and had to call them at 1:30pm to find out if the work was done. Come to find out the work on my car had been finished at 11:00am. Also asked them to look into why the tire pressure sensor was sending error lights. They found out the battery in the sensor was dead but couldnt find out which battery so they didnt replace it. Kamran at the front desk is absolutely USELESS.

Worst customer service. If you want your service done quickly then don’t leave. If you leave your car, they won’t look at it and when you call to ask if your car is ready, you’ll be told it’s being worked on. when you arrive, you’ll find it hasn’t been touched since you dropped it off. This one staff is really rude and has no clue what he’s doing.

The store manager, Dwayne, is always very helpful. He goes the extra mile whenever I need anything done. When I visit the store, he remembers the work he has previously done on my vehicles and always checks to ensure that I am not having any follow up issues.

Kamran provided excellent customer service. I called him on Sunday morning to inquire about new Cooper tires for my SUV. They didnt have those in stock but he expedited to get them there quickly. I walked into the store at 4pm on Sunday; they close at 5pm. All of the guys were really accommodating and able to install all 4 new tires and do a computer wheel alignment quickly. they also did a road test to ensure all is well. They were busy on Sunday but they stayed over to help a new customer. They have certainly earned my business. It was my first time doing business with them and I will certainly return. I hate to give a bad reviews for this place since their price is good, however the work quality is just too lacking. I went there for a simple tire rotation and balance. It took exactly over an hour for the guy to complete the work from start to finish. This morning my daughter complains tire pressure warning light is on. I measured tire pressure, it was all 39 psi instead of the 29 psi specified on door panel. Also, I used to have two tires at front are different than the two tires at back. Now, looks like I have two tires at left are different than the two tires at right. This could only happen if only one set of tire is rotated, but not other. I have never had such bad experience with other tire stores.

Every time I come to an NTB I remember why I avoid the place. I had to get a tire patched and the employee told me he would have to get it inspected before determining whether or not it was fixable. After waiting for 2 hours, I asked him when I would be finished (at this point I assumed the tire was fixable, which is LITERALLY THE ONLY REASON I WOULD HAVE WAITED) he said about 30 minutes. After another 30 minutes, he comes over and tells me the tire isnt fixable.THANKS FOR TAKING 2.5 HOURS OF MY LIFE I WONT GET BACK NTB. Your service, stores, and employees have never been good to me at this location or others.UPDATE: I wanted to update this so you can understand what to expect from this place - I just left Discount Tire and they fixed it without issue. I was in and out in under an hour with about 10 people queued in front of me and their system was down nationally. Save your time and your money - go somewhere else.

Appointment set up the day before, got my vehicle in at promised time. Reviewed what needed to be done on service with my vehicle going to set up an appointment to have service completed.

This is place is nice and new. I come here for my wheel alignment and they do a really good job. They were the only NTB that would do a wheel alignment for a BMW. Customer service is really good.

Dropped the car off for an alignment, first question was what is the matter with it. Uh hello,that’s your expertise right? Left car off to pick up later and 10 minutes out we get a call advising that they cannot do it, machine is down......lame. This was 1 o’clock not first in the morning. Lame.Go to the Hwy 59 @ Hwy90 store in The Fountains where Brittany knows customer service. Forget Kamran, Sugar Land Hwy 90@Hwy6.

I have been coming to this location for many years and cannot say enough good things. The staff is very helpful, service is great and the prices are reasonable.

A last minute emergency came up and came here to get my tire fixed. If it wasnt for Jose I wouldnt have made it to work in time. If you come to this location, make sure to come and see Jose the best customer service!!

Put the lug nuts on so tight that when I had a flat and tried to change my tire I could not get them loose. I took a breaker bar for leverage and managed to get 2 of them off before I broke the lug wrench. I have been working on cars for 30 years and have never broke a lug wrench. USE COMMON SENSE!

I went by yesterday around 3:30 to get some new tires I got mounted & balanced with a lifetime balance package, along with the 1 yr alignment deal they have. I was told it would be $80 to mount all four 245/40/18 tires on my 18x9+30 wheels. I saw they closed at 8, the guy working the front desk informed me they were busy so itll be a while. I had a few more errands I could run before coming back to get them done so I told him Id do so.I come back at 6:30 to be informed oh sorry after you left my general manager informed me we dont have equipment to mount tires on wheels that wide which is the most preposterous thing Ive ever heard.Im definitely glad they turned my business away because after seeing all the reviews for the surrounding NTBs this company is just a joke.

Jermaine was very friendly and communicated very well in telling me what exactly was wrong with my car in a way that I understood, we need more employers like him.

Dissatisfied with the service my drain plug screw was rounded out and I asked for maybe being at 3 hours to compensate us for our time. I have been a loyal customer with NTB over 20 years and I will not shop there anymore.

I would give 0 star if I canI went here to get my work van signal light change out 3 weeks ago and it went bad againI understand that this is a fleet vehicle but shouldn’t they be treating all vehicles the same?They charge more in fleet anyway.Today I came back for the same reason plus oil change and they went and called in to get approval for tires without asking me.Wasted over 2 hours of my work time where I can work and make money instead of trying to reason with them to get my van back.I’ve dealt with NTB from 2 different states and from many different location and this is the worse NTB ever.

Bought all 4 tires with them and Alignment. But my car was still pulling towards left side . I wentt back after 2 days, they told me that I have to leave the car and will be ready next morning . So I called them next morning and they told me that the car is now getting inside for Alignment. I went there after 2 hours to pick my car and the car was sitting in the same position I had parked yesterday. They basically lied to me. I stayed there and told them to take my car now for the balancing and Alignment:Why the staff has to lie to the customer. If you don’t have time or can’t do it just tell the customer upfront. Don’t waste time .Not happy . Trust should be first before customer service . Never will take my car to them again .Have to try Discount Tires next time .

Made an appointment over a day in advance. Arrived and was told 30 to 45 minutes. My oil change took almost 2 hours. I watched them lift it and drain the oil. Then they left it for over 45 minutes before getting back to it. Then they left it again for a but a half hour.

Worst customer service ever. Dropped car off at 9:30 and was told a couple hours. It is almost 1:30 and car still not ready. No one calls to inform you about what is going on. I have called twice been up there twice and they do not seem to care. I do not recommend this place. Go someplace else if you want adequate service.

This place does really good work and has good availability. Due to all the construction around Houston, I enrolled in their 1 year alignment plan and have used that three times. I like going here for routine maintenance.
