Place has gone down hill, dirty and outdated. Took me 3 hrs to get a mani/pedi, the women kept starting and stopping to help others, had to wait 40 mins even with an appointment. Over it

It’s was a great experienced at this place, the staffs are very professional and experience. I got one hour hot stone pedicure and gel manicure, it was amazing and my gel nail looks really good and it last me more than 3 weeks. The place is very clean & price is affordable, gel manicures is $20 and they’re offered a lot of different type of pedicure services.I also got my eyelashes extension, the technician explained all the options I had since it was my first time getting eyelashes extensions. I’m glad I got them done because it has made such a huge difference! no more mascara and the time putting it on! They use medical graded glue for eyelashes extensions. I love my lashes and she clearly know what she is doing! Now I’m their regular now. I love this place!

Diane is amazing and one other girl is good. I had my nails done by one girl and I was highly disappointed. They do try to accommodate but take forever. I was there for 2 hours for a refill and they turned out horrible. I will only let Diane do them.

My experience here wasnt bad. I came in close to closing just to find out pricing and was greeted very warmly and got an appt set for the next day for an acrylic overlay that was way overdue with 2 broken nails that needed repair.The finished result was beautiful BUT I noticed that the two nails that were repaired appeared flat compared to the ones that didnt need repair and were just getting refilled.(See pics)Now, 3 days shy of a full week, one of the 2 nails that had to be repaired has a small crack going across it. I’m wondering if maybe the technician didn’t use enough acrylic? Or maybe it was filed down too much with that motor tool they use? I dont know...I will come back though if im in a pinch for a refill. They were very nice, the place was clean and they had a nice amount of colors. The people who were patrons were also very kind and seemed to be regulars but got gel so I don’t think they have this type of issue with the gel nails so, maybe that was a factor as well.

Went here for my wedding day with my family and it was amazing!!! They were so warm, professional, caring, and detailed! I absolutely LOVE them!

I only like going here for my eyebrows. This place has gone downhill. They either rush or take forever, either way the finished product nails or pedicure is not top notch. Two nails broke with in 4 days after my service. I was also completely embarrassed by staff for tipping on my card instead of bringing cash and was told I “NEED” to bring cash next time which i did not appreciate. It’s one thing to suggest and it’s another thing to demand.

My boyfriend scheduled an appointment at idol nails as a surprise for me. They were very quick and prompt and helpful when coming to pick out the color and design. Once they started the process on my full set it took over 2 hours. All my nails were different lengths and crooked... I’m not too sure she knew what she was doing.. so another woman who worked there basically did nail surgery to attempt to fix them. They did turn out a little better once she touched them but they are still uneven and they never cleaned the acrylic out from the sides and under the nail which has been super frustrating for the last 2 weeks. After my butt falling asleep and 2 hours later I honestly wasn’t very satisfied and they offered me only a $5 coupon to come back when I would have rather have had a discount for that day for wasting my time. They gave me absolutely no reason to come back. Would not recommend. I do however highly recommend ARTECH NAILS by the giant in Hatfield. ARTECH NAILS is wonderful, clean, friendly, fast and amazing quality. I appreciate my boyfriend making an attempt to do something cute... but I told him to never surprise schedule me for something like this again because I don’t like bad service. I want to go somewhere that I know is amazing just like ARTECH!!

Idol’s has been my nail salon for many years now. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and experienced. The results of my mani/pedi’s are always beautiful and long lasting. I recommend making an appt to avoid waiting. Also, paying with cash gets you a discount!

Service was great, i got my eyelashes done there and I would not recommend, the type of glue they put on the lashes smelled like nail glue, the second i opened my eyes it was burning. They lasted, but everytime they fell out my real lashes went right along with them.

The best nail salon in Lansdale

SOO disappointed! Got a pedicure here for the first time in years and my big toe nail was cracked while . I pointed it out and she did nothing to fix it. She said Next time you cut down I wish I could post a pic of my toes because Im disgusted. I should have demanded she fix it with some glue or acrylic 😡

3 of my acrylic nails I got done here just popped off in a week and a half. I came in this morning to get my nails done, told them i needed a fill and then was met with silence. A couple minutes later I was asked to wait 20 minutes so I left and am now taking my business some where else

I would not recommend this place my nails look cheap and you can see through them also they are already coming off my daughter had a pedicure one coat of nail polish the next day it was already coming off so 60$ later feeling very disappointed so in my opinion my advice is to go elsewhere

Not as clean as people say... I got toe nail fungus from there.
