This was the best pedicure Ive ever gotten! The only con is that the lady miscalculated my total at checkout. She charged more than the posted price, but even with the price she gave me, the math was wrong. She overcharged me.

Best nail salon I’ve found in the 13 years I’ve lived in Las Cruces. I didn’t get the name of the man who did my pedicure, but he was an older gentleman. He had tremendous attention to detail and put a lot of care into his work. There wasn’t a sense of urgency to hurry through it, like I’ve seen at other nail salons. It was a comfortable atmosphere, and one that when customers find this place, they will come back.

Brian, the co-owner, (Lynas husband);has been doing my nails for 7 yrs. He knows EXACTLY what I want when I arrive. He makes me feel that I am his most important customer. Today, I was his last customer of the day. I watched as his staff disinfected and sterilized the salon, upon closing for the day. I was so impressed with how detailed they were...cleaning every surface, taking their time; (rather than rushing just to get home). Lyna and her staff are VERY serious about sterilization of the salon! They are also the VERY BEST at what they do. They are consistent, committed and professional. I would NEVER go anywhere else.

Bryan and Ken were great! Both has the best service I’ve ever had from my pedicure from my toes. I’ll be back every two weeks from here on out. I’m so glad I found them! Check them out you won’t regret it!

Daughters nails chipped about 3 dats after gel manicure i went back... And although they did repaint them. Wyrn i walked in Manicurist said show me ger hands... I did and she said they chipped because ita regular nail polish mam it wont last a long time, told me its been more than 3 days defiantly her nails are too long. I showed her proof af receipt and just shaked her head no..... I payed 60 dollars plus tip, Mine are barelly chipping after 2 weeks but my daughters chipped 3 days later that too soon.

I had my nails removed for a hospital procedure. I had to wait a long time to be seen. Thought it would not take long but l was there 2 hrs. My nails have broken down to the end so it will be a long time before l get them done again.

Very professional, honest, responsive, and thorough. Lena exceeds all expectations and always has a positive attitude. They take very good care of us when we go, they are detail-oriented and complete our nails in a timely manner. I highly recommend Nails by Lena if you want to get your nails done right the first time.

Wonderful people that pay attention to every detail. I broke a nail once one day after having them done (at no fault of theirs). They took care of me and got it fixed in no time at all!

Lena was very professional and talented. Lena did my manicure and another woman did my pedicure. Both were done very well and thorough in a timely manner. My sister did the same services but with gel polish on her finger nails which looked beautiful and clean. For the price you cannot go wrong!! Highly recommend!!!

The best experience ever for my daughters and I. We were greeted immediately upon entering the spa. Noelle and Jason took care of us in a very timely fashion. It was a very clean atmosphere! Thanks us as walk ins today!

For starters, I waited for about 25 mins and as I was waiting, someone else walked in and they attend her before me. They finally sat me down and half way through they switched me to another tech. I will mention they did ask how I wanted my nails. My nails looked good at the end of the visit but a couple hours after my gel polish started peeling and for that reason, I will not be coming back.

Lyna is amazing, she has been taking care of me for a few years. Her work is very high quality.

If you go into The nail shop and ask for Melissa they tell you that shes on vacation. But the truth is she sold her business I will not be coming back. The new owners will not tell you this they will continue to say shes on vacation so they can keep her clientele . Melissa was great! Its going to be very hard to find a nail place like the one Melissa ran. I do not appreciate the new owners deceiving people to gain customers.

The nails came out really nice, but for it just being square shaped and just color it was $43 when it says it’s only $35 online. Also guy was really rude about the price. Did not appreciate that. Just didn’t appreciate an $8 tax with me not getting anything special on the nails.

No stars for this place. Im very laid back and dont complain much. Also dont tend to put bad reviews out there, cuz we are all trying to survive. However, find somewhere else to go! Rude, unprofessional, not the cleanest place. Wont go back. (Ever).

Friendly, efficient, professional staff!

A young girl started working on my nails for about 5 minutes when I got there and she seemed to be good. She then had a guy take over on my nails and he was beyond terrible! He did a very sloppy job painting my nails. To bad matters worse shortly after my nails were done - little bubbles showed up on everyone of my nails. There were no towels to dry my hands after washing them and the shop needed a good cleaning. This guy did a very bad job on my cuticles and didnt speak a word to me. He was consistently picking up his phone and he seemed to be texting someone as he was doing my nails. I am very embarrassed on how my nails look! Dont waste your money or time going to this nail salon! You will never see me in this salon again!!

It was okay my nails look bulky. A bit over priced. I received the bare minimum nail set. Ended up getting charged $55, which is a lot didn’t mind paying it, yet before I left the male who did my nails added “oh and $5 for tax”. Since when have I ever gotten charged this way? At any nail salon it’s been a flat rate including the “tax”. I paid it and left won’t go back.

I have never been spoken to so rudely in a place of business as I was today by the woman at the front. She was dismissive, abrupt and her tone was extremely discourteous. Stay away!

I bought my girlfriend an 80$ gift card to this place, the first time she tried to use it the lady said she didnt know how to work the gift cards because the owner was on vacation,ok so she paid for it, the second time she went in there she was told by the same lady that Melissa no longer owns the business so she cannot except my gift card, she asked where she can get in contact with Melissa so she can get my money back and apparently shes fallen off the face of the earth. Place is a total scam to take hard earned money and unable to get any services in return. Hope the bbb looks into this soon. Definitely plan on giving all the free advertising about this place. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWARE!!

This is no longer Nails by Melissa. The new owners lied to me for several months telling me that Melissa went to Vietnam for 3 months on vacation. They are rude and unaccommodating. They kept very little of the old staff and the new staff is sub par. Do not recommend.

Nails were different sizes and were so thick. When I mentioned the obvious difference in size was told it was the fault of my nail bed, not the fact that the nails were cut inconsistently. Worst set of nails Ive ever had. Will never go back!
