When you get the owner to do your pedicure be prepared, it was awesome. I’ve have been serviced by several different owners for the past 5 years and I have never been dissatisfied. The massage on my legs as well as a mini massage on my shoulders and neck after the pedi …… what a wonderful relaxing time. Keep up the good work ladies!!!!

The staff service is good, its neat and I think I got my nails done to my liking. The satisfaction is good and it makes me want to visit again next time.

So I pay for my services. My bill comes to 70.00. I pulled out 4(50.00) bills. I pay. Mia takes my money (100.00). As I’m paying for devices I’m getting my things together and lay down the other 2 (50.00) bills.She gives me my change.However, I get distracted so I’m wondering when she is not taking the money on the counter. Mia is very hesitant and I’m wondering why the miney is still on the counter. Reluctantly she takes the miney I push towards her.The next day, my pedicure had streaks and it needed another coat, I call Mia remembers me ( the only AA i the salon at night). I told her my problem and told her I would be in. Then as if in a dream I realize why she was so hesitant SHE KNEW I ALREADY PAID HER!!! I began to search in my bag for the other 2 (50.00) bills!!!!! I call her back and Mia answers I told her I gave u an extra 100 last night. Now all of a sudden she can’t understand English. In 5 minutes I was at the salon. Without hesitation and with assertion, I let her know what she did. Now, she understands English, because her clientele is watching. Now that she has an epiphany of the English language, she asks me to come over to her...fine, but my voice will not go any lower...You know exactly what u did ans im here for my miney.I’m clear English she says she will need to get the footage. If I did not have a graduation to go to I would have sat right there til she pulled it and told every customer about this clear lack of integrity!!!She phoned me back...in clear Snflish and tells me I’m right. I knew I was right ans she knew th night before and chose not to open her mouth. Then tells me to collect the next day. Nope...you don’t want me to do that because the next day, I would not have simply walked in and out.Lack of integrity is not something I’m tolerable of.... GET SOME INTEGRITY!!! And by the way...please Fox my PEDICURE!

Terrible pedicure. Went there and had pedicure that was so-so, gave the place a second chance and results were worse than the first. They are expensive and poor quality. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a nail salon, this is definitely not it.

Awful experience. Walked in for a full set. Temperature was not taken and woman at door was rude from beginning . From the time I sat down I could hear employees coughing in the back and several times an employee came out on the main floor unmasked coughing into open air.

Always get beautiful results! Very clean and very friendly! Would definetly recommend to a friend! :)

I have been going to Cinderella Nails for a very long time--Best nail salon ever!! Everyone is so nice and so incredibly good at what they do--Extremely clean and friendly too--Give them a try--wont be disappointed!!

Worse manicure I have ever had. Cuticles were cut too short until they bled. They had to redo my gel manicure completely. Blaming it on the polish I chose. Lady I had was rude. She ended up making me cry. My nails still look awful. The polish is uneven, bubbly, and look like she added other layers when the polish was still tacky. She did not know how to do a gel manicure at all. I was ready to get out of that establishment. Would not recommend.

Love this place!!! They only use disposable files and buffs. So clean and sanitary!!! Also very professional and kind. My gel nails stayed on for over 3 weeks!!!

Best mani and pedi that I’ve gotten in a long time! My friend and I thought we’d give this place a try and we were pleasantly surprised! I don’t know why the negative reviews. We found this place to be warm and inviting. We walked out VERY happy! Great massage too! We def will be back!!!!!

This was our first time visiting Cinderella nails. My pedi was very rushed. They werent busy at all. My cuticle was nipped too much and I started bleeding during my manicure. I noticed that the nail polish wasnt painted to the edge of the nails. It looked like I had just painted them at home. I had to have them touch up my nails so the paint would go to the edge of the nail. Still looked sloppy. I will not return. Nails chipped next day.

Always a good experience at Cinderella. Mia runs a great shop, and she and Ivy have both given me great mainicures. One lasted almost 2 weeks!

I cant speak highly enough about Cinderella Nails and Spa. Mia-the owner and her staff are so professional and so knowledgeable. Relaxing environment, great mani and pedis topped off with a wonderful massage! My gel manicure lasted almost 3weeks. Thank you Ivy!

I love this salon and all the women who work here. They really take their time and are meticulous with the services they provide, my mani/pedis are always perfect!!! The salon is clean and the staff are so friendly. The massages that accompany the manis/pedis are so good! This is my go to for mani/pedis! The new owner Mia is top notch! She has been been my go to person for years!

Not what it used to be... Cinderella Nails was a classy, professional place that I visited regularly for many years. I dont know if its due to new management or what, but ever since MiMi left, the place has gone down hill. My last couple visits (and Ive been there less frequently the last 6 months) have been so-so and this last experience the worse yet. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure - the pedicure was okay, but the gel manicure I received was terrible. The technician cut my cuticles so low, I was bleeding on 3 different fingers. I said ouch - and she responded I know. No apology - not once. Every time she put alcohol on there I cringed in pain... still nothing. I went home and put Neosporin Pain on my fingers they were in so much pain - this lasted for 4 days. They were red and swollen. One week later, one of the fingers is still red and tender and half of my nails are chipped or peeling. Not a pleasant experience. I will not go back.

Too rushed.... too expensive ...not a good experience...would not return
