I will not be back. Called this morning to see if they had any availability around 5pm. She asked if I could come earlier in the day (I worked until 4). I told her it’s okay if she can’t take the appointment today (I could always call around) yet she told me to come and took it anyway also asked me if I could arrive any earlier to please do so. Me and my mom showed up at 4:40pm I was booked for a pedicure and a polish change on my nails. My mom was just getting a basic manicure. We literally sat there for an hour after arriving while they worked on other guests. When it was our turn we were so blatantly rushed it was unbelievable.. my pedicure literally took 15 minutes my feet were barely in the water she went right to trimming and painting and off I went. They must have forgot that we just sat there and watch them work on other people for an hour. My nails were rushed as well I was charged $30 for a polish change (I did get gel) and you could still see my old polish underneath. As soon as her next appointment came in me and my mom were being rushed out the door my moms nails looked like a five year old painted them. We go to pay and she charges me $80. Mind you there is no signage at all with any pricing or any type of service list anywhere believe me I was sitting there staring at a blank wall for a while waiting! I pay on my card and tip $15 cash I go to leave she stops me and says she charged me wrong and it should have been $90 and then asks me for 10 more dollars! Saying that she forgot to charge me for her taking off Gel Fee!! Now I’ve heard of that in some salons but again there’s no pricing displayed plus if you make a $10 mistake as a business owner you really should be eating that instead of making your new potential clients feel uncomfortable and like I’m being scammed or something!! I will never go back and little does this lady know I am a local and I will tell everybody my honest experience there!! it’s really sad I went here specifically to support small business in my area and I feel totally jipped ☹️ Bad Way to run a business

The ladies here do an AMAZING JOB!! The shop is cute and very clean. I really enjoy their services. I have had many services here and look forward to more.

The lady who does the eyelash extensions will cause you to get a stye on your eye from using unclean and unsanitized tools at an unclean station from a previous nail customer.Shes too lazy to wash and sanitize her hands and workstation in between customers.She will try to send you out looking like who done it and why, if you dont check her work, especially when shes rushing to start the next nail customer.If, she mess up and place the lash incorrectly, she will snatch it off quickly and reapply it and sometimes have trouble reapplying it because of snatching out your natural lash leaving you bald, but expect you to pay full price.I had stopped going there for awhile. After, new COVID-19 mandates, I was sure she had gotten her act together. Nope. She still had the same old dried up lash glue on the same top she had used last time. She never clean it off. Still working from an unclean workstation. Had an alcohol spray bottle but didnt use it. I never go back there again.

I just started going to this place, and I love it! They are super nice and take the time to make sure that you get what you want. The nail art is amazing and I don’t feel rushed out like other places I’ve been to before. Definitely my new nail place!

I made an appointment and they took me and my daughter right on time. Very clean establishment and wonderful pedicure even with hot stones! I asked for a toe design and she delivered beautifully! Very professional and kind people! I recommend

Go support this local business!! I was skeptical at first because the outside isnt so fancy. But the interior is glam city, and the customer service was top notch! She was so warm and welcoming, and when the polish on my toes didnt look so hot she completely stripped it and repainted it so Id look fresh for my first in person meeting at my new job. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service here. Please go, be generous with your tip, and support this new business owner.

Good (first ever) pedicure, but shady discriminatory practices. Expect to pay 17% more if you identify as a man. Pricing menu says $30 pedicure, but doesnt specify men/women. No other signage or heads-up from the staff until checkout. Got the same pedicure as the women I came with, sans polish. No reason to charge more.

I went here yesterday and as a old cosmetology student and a person who was about to get there license at one point, I’ve never been so upset at the fact these people charged a little 6-7 year old $50 for a one color mani then her mom then got a color she didn’t decide on, then when I asked about pricing the woman over the phone began to get a little irritated. There was no menu list or price list, then a woman who probably just had her baby a month came to relax and get her nails done when she went to pay they tried to charge her $70 for a coffin shaped style and gel white color and then when I tried to tell them there over charging people my friend was almost charged $70 also for ombré full set of acrylics (no gel) when I said I will be reporting them to the state board of cosmetology she chased me down the street and gave me $10 to never come back. One rule my teacher did teach me at my cosmetology school that all licenses need to be seen and I didn’t see one certification for not one thing. I would not recommend this place unless you wanna be scammed !!!

This place is truly amazing!!!! They took their time with my nails and I didnt feel like they were rushing at all. They did a fantastic job and the woman doing mine double checked each nail multiple times. I could tell they really care about how they turn out. I got a Mani and Pedi and the price was very reasonable for the attention to detail and the customer service. Would recommend to everyone. Wonderful place!

This is my cousins business now and I’m so proud of how well she’s doing with nails. She did mine a week ago and they’re still sturdy and not chipped. I work in a place where I have to wash dishes and be quick with things and I’m surprised they’re still on and didn’t fall off.

Erica is fantastic!! 320 was my go to nail salon 10 years ago, I love that she is in there now! She has all the experience and her hospitality is exceptional. I’ve gone for my last 4 dip sets and plan on going back again.. Her work speaks for itself!

As soon as we walked in, Erica did a wonderful job of greeting us and getting us situated. The calming studio ambience paired with the reassurance of her 10+ years of experience really put me at ease. She did an amazing job reshaping and painting my full set as well as refresh my eyebrows ! Can’t wait to go back again.

320 has a new owner her name is Erica and she is freakin AWESOME!!!!!I got a pedicure done and my daughters got their nails done. I couldn’t believe how fast she was and her work was beautiful. My second daughter is a very picking person and she was even happy with the service. We definitely will be back and will continue to get our nails and feet done here. Highly recommended!!!

I give 3 stars simply for the customer service. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Shop is clean, beautifully decorated, and they have a lot of gel colors to select from. Also the prices are pretty good and fair. They will take the time to welcome you, talk to you, and will fix any problems you have with your nail work. The problem is simply the nail work itself. Van is wonderful but shes gonna have to hire someone that can actually do nails. In my experience there have been 2 ladies that do very, very good nail work and that was Tiffany and Sophia. Once they left, the nail work has been very bad here. I really do like this place and hope a good nail tech is hired soon

Made a last minute appointment for a refill with these guys... I was out in 45 minutes with this beautiful new shape & color! Very satisfied

I’ve been going to 320 Nails for over 2 years now and I’m not sure why I haven’t left a review- they’ve always done a great job on my nails & toes and they have reasonable pricing. All of the ladies are sweet and super accommodating whether you want a specific shape or want to test a color. Thanks for being a great local spot!

This establishment has a very fresh and modern feel like with a touch of the elegance. The pricing for services offered is great! The staff are very courteous and professional. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so as I recieve so many compliments on my nails and toes.

The salon is extremely clean and so pretty! They said they will start introducing disposables in December! It’s hard to find salons that will offer that these days.

I used to go here when I was in high school. Acrylics only last a few days to a week. My longest set for graduation only lasted a few days shy of 2 weeks only because I was 8 months pregnant and I wasnt doing anything. I recently got acrylics again for a job interview and my nail popped off literally 3 days after getting them done. They butcher your natural nails, use cheap ingredients so they can fall off and you keep coming back, and on top of that they are so rough with you. The only good thing is the pricing and tiffany because she speaks English. I feel like they take advantage of young girls here and give them bad quality nails because theyll always come back. Ive only had full set services and my toes polished once for prom so Im not sure about the other services. You get what you pay for here. Acrylics should last at LEAST a whole month if properly done with quality ingredients. Hope my honest review helps and saves you time and money.

Ive been going to this nail salon off and on for about 4 years now. Prices are very reasonable and have never been unhappy with my nails. Tons of fun colors to choose from and they are asking at funky unique designs.

Tiny unassuming salon with friendly people and great service. My friend and I went for a last minute pedicure and they were able to fit us in. Many salons advertise walk-ins welcome but they only have enough staff for their appointments, this salon had enough to cover both with a minimal or no wait most of the time. The ladies were friendly and talkative, they tried to up-sell us to the spa pedicure but continued to be friendly when we declined.A great place where I will visit again.

Love the place. Specially because if you just show a image to the nail tech Sophia she will do the same design. And the nails last because she takes her time to do a great job. If you go there ask for Sophia or tiffany.

Andy did a fantastic job on my nails. So sparkly and gorgeous, they are perfect. Everyone is so friendly too which rocks. If you like clean, friendly, amazing and inexpensive work done on your nails, this is the place for you.

I been going here for 6 yrs now and always satisfied! Always do a great job with my pedi and my toes and feet r gross and they make them look and feel great! I think I have the same lady every time and Im sorry im bad with names.Totally recommend ! Going this morning actually for my pedi! Also great prices! I used to love going here, but since Jen left this place has gone down hill. Not only does it take FOREVER for them to actually do your nails, but they are done so sloppy that they dont last two weeks. I walk out with my skin stuck to the nail, acrylic all over my cuticles and horribly shaped and unsmooth filed nails. This is the 2nd time my nails are not only ugly but they also havent even lasted a week. Waste of money going here.

Got a gel mani and pedi on a Friday. By Saturday morning I needed another mani- 9 out of 10 nails were chipped and/or polish coming off. They skipped steps during the mani...Called them to let them know how poor of a job they did and that I would need them to correct my mani. They said I could come back and get my nails done over. Waited over an hour before they even began to soak off the polish. This is not the 1st time I had received a bad mani/pedi from this place. Thought the first time maybe the chick that did my nails was having an off day. Nope. Apparently every day is an off day here for at least one of them
