I got my nails done by Nancy 3 days ago and they are already looking bad and she has no decency to want to fix them. I dont recommend this place to anyone

The pricing confuses me I get the same thing every two weeks and I often wonder why the price differs, and all of my nails were all different shapes and sizes I dont believe I asked for that. She needs more help

I have not been to this place yet and just found out about it. I phoned for prices today and gift card procedures.The manager, Nancy, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. As far as the team speaking in their own language, it is more comfortable for them to do so...it is 2019, and we are an international country and all the other nail places of their ethnicity speak in their own language. If the person who gave a negative review based on this, I would suggest that she go someplace else.

I love this salon! My sisters and I have been customers here for almost 2 years now. I cant say enough good things about this place. We get excellent manicures by whoever is available that day and they are so consistent! Nina, Yvonne, and Jen are outstanding and hilarious, we always have a great time with these girls!

Love all the ladies at Hollywood nails. I always get first class treatment from everyone and its a fun atmosphere. Not to mention beautiful nails every time! Dont hesitate. By the way if the people are not speaking English maybe consider that they do speak as much as possible in English but they have a native language that is easier for them

Best ever! Greatest ever! So clean! Soaked and packaged tools! Bagged foot spas! Gloves! If you care about the health of your nails give this place walk in. Very friendly! Very knowledgeable! I just moved here from NC and it feels like home. I live about 48 minutes away from this place. I will go NO WHERE else BUT this establishment. I adore the owner and all her nail technicians.

I just left and am thrilled that I found this place. Nina did an amazing job on my acrylics. They look so natural and she was so kind! I already booked an appt to come again. Highly recommend Hollywood Nails.

The nail tech I had was rude. I went toGet a simple acrylic French design and she kept insisting on me trying to get another nail design that was “$5 more” she kept asking me the whole time why I don’t want to get that $5 more offer... even after she had agreed to do the simple design I wanted in a picture I showed ( which she didn’t care to really look at) but again, she was so persistent on asking why I didn’t want that offer she suggested and then was saying “ have you even ever gotten your nails done before?” and through out doing my nails asking over and over again .. so I finally said it was okay for the extra $5 offer. She obviously saw I was uncomfortable but would not take no for an answer. She also didn’t shape my nails correctly after me saying I didn’t want them too wide but continued to say “my nails are wide so my acrylic would be wide” which makes no sense. When I went to pay it had ended up being $10 extra ( I had called earlier to clarify the original price of what I wanted + make an appointment) I was just pretty fed up with her at that point. I’ve been to this place once or twice getting gel and never had an issue. I wish I got her name but she left before I could even tip her... I gave her 20% tip regardless but my friend had noticed her multiple snarky sly comments towards me as well. Will not return in the future.

This place is the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. If you want acrylic nails, Nina is hands down the most amazing tech ever. Fast, uses the best products, and I could go 4 weeks without the nails breaking or popping off. Never going anywhere else! Recommend making an appt Bc she books up! Pedicures are amazing AND cheap too

Nina and her staff do a wonderful job. They stay current with new updated products, colors and techniques . The pedicure experience while sitting in a massage chair is total bliss!

So clean! Ladies here are so nice and their hilarious I am so pleased with my gel manicure.

I absolutely do not recommend this nail shop the lady that sits in the first chair put on all my nails crooked and when i went back she blamed it on my nail bed, mind you i get nails on all the time and their never crooked and this is not the first time they have messed up my nails!!!!!

I was very dissatisfied the owner did my nails none of nails match some are to skinny or to fat and a few are crooked I asked her if she could fix my one nail she said she wasnt done but it looks worse she was busy and felt as though it was a bit rushed. I would have rather gone else where if she didnt have the time to do them in the fort place however she was so nice but I just wasnt happy with my nails

Love this place.

They spoke to each other in their language the whole time. . I find that totally rude. Plus ALL I got was COLOR on my toes and it was 15 $ . Ill find elsewhere to go

Dont take walk ins just as they open for the day, unreal

This salon is not good for a walk in at all, I have tried 3 times and been turned away when they only had 2 customers there at the time, they are rude and under staffed

I had a bad experience I did nail gel and eyebrow waxing, the ladie was yelling at me because she says that she have to go home, she was talking to her coworkers about me it wasnt professional from them, she doesnt have any respect for me as customer 👎 But the owner wasnt there it was a Sunday afternoon
