Really wanted to love this place. They had a great color selection for dip powders! I got a regular manicure and that was really good and relaxing. But the nails are a different story….You could tell the lady was rushing because they were busy, which I get. But they look sloppy. She added 2 tips on my nails that broke and you can clearly see a dip in my nail where the tip was added on. Also a black fuzzy stuck in one nail. The ends look rough like they will chip sooner rather than later. Overall it was not a good experience (except the pedicure!) I will not be returning here for a manicure again.

Never ever anyone did such a horrible job on my nails. I wanted gel and I already had gel manicure to be removed. The process of removal was another story, I ended up removing myself, but that not a problem. She did not clean nails properly and put the base on it. As soon as I washed my hands you can see on the pictures, colors got messed up. I didnt ask for discount, gave tips. Waited, didnt complain and still got horrible service. Avoid them.

I made an appointment for 5:00 and was there 15 minutes early. They seated me immediately at a station, but didnt get to me until 6:00. I didnt get out of there until 7:00. It was my fault that I didnt really look at my nails before leaving because they looked awful. I had polish all over my fingers and cuticles and had to clean the hardened dip from under my nails. They never apologized for making me wait. My friend and I have been going there for a long time but I wont be going back.

They were very nice and even though it was close to closing the technician took such care on me. Her massage and their kindness is why I gave 4 stars. The painting of the nails could have some improvement. However the massage alone was worth more than the cost.

Obsessed!!!! Nina was amazing I got ombré with stones and they came out beautiful!!! I will definitely will return for more work!!! I am obsessed with my nails and the experience was great! I can’t wait to tell more people about this place !!!!

This place is amazing I normally travel to Philly to get my nails done because the nail salons up her are very basic and dont know how to do the fun funky styles you see on Instagram and Pinterest...this place never disappoints they follow all the latest nail trends and they get it right every time...

Love LA Nails - super clean and wonderfully nice!! They do all kinds of nails - recently switched to dips - they did an amazing job. Took great care in these Covid times with barriers and cleaning everything. You will not be disappointed!!!

Nail technician was above and beyond rude and mean. I have been getting my nails done for years - never encountered such horrible behavior.

Made an appointment. Got there and told me a different time so left and came back. Getting there a second time and they didnt even acknowledge us. Waited 10 minutes then left.

I’ve been going to this salon for a very long time I’ve even got most of my friends hooked on this salon. I’ve made an appointment and I was 5 min late they weren’t scheduled to close for another hour I called and asked if I am able to be 30min late I got an okay that’s fine from my artist. As I’m walking to the door with my friend they turn the open sign to closed and locked the door. It’s not like I was in my car I was at the door when this all happened. Again they still had another 45min until they closed. I love Chrissy I love her husband but after that incident I don’t ever wanna return. I now go to unique nails who do an astonishing job.

First time here. I was a walk-in. The salon was not busy at that particular time. The place was clean, quiet, and relaxing. I was greeted promptly and politely by two of the ladies who worked there. They took me right away for a full gel/acrylic set. Tina, the technician who took care of me, could not have been more kind. She was sweet the entire time, spoke with me, made me feel comfortable and was extremely professional. I will definitely be back. Could not be happier with the service as well as salon and price. Very happy and I highly recommend this salon!

After leaving the girl who’s been doing my nails for 13 years because I moved I was told to come here and try it. The owner and the other girls didn’t stop until I had the perfect color for St.Patty’s day. They had Vivian do my nails and I can honestly say, she made my nails look better than the girl who was doing mine for 13 years! I’ll be back! Thanks so much!

I would be super careful going to this Nail salon. Today, my wedding rings were pocketed out of my jacket when I got up to wash my hands. I noticed before I left the salon that they were missing but my inexpensive ring and chapstick were still in the pocket. I threatened to have police come and then all of a sudden they magically reappeared and this is not the first time. Another incident occurred when I was there where an older woman said her brand new iPhone was set down near the dryers and when she went to grab it, it was gone! She, too, was very upset and distraught. Unfortunately for her, she never got her phone back. Moral of this story, be careful and do NOT bring any valuables to this salon unattended, EVER!!!!!!!!!

I usually have a pleasant visit here but I recently got my nails done for a vacation I was going on. Two days after I got a brand new full set of acrylic nails three of them had broken off while I was on vacation. They broke off very easily I put no force on them and they just broke right off.

Always clean, friendly and fast. They can get crowded but always make room for walk-ins. Great for kids too, this is my daughter and my go-to nail salon.

There was a man who was clearly intoxicated and made the experience extremely uncomfortable and disruptive. He repeatedly knocked things over and you could clearly smell beer on him. He kept going in the back to drink. My nail tech was professional and tried to joke about him but there is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior. I will not be returning.

I’m pretty disappointed I went in the other day and they were busy as usual. I had a full set don’t and it looks ok...the nail polish is clumpy there is still smothered nail polish on my fingers I feel like they were in a rush to get something done but the outcome wasn’t satisfying

My nails were done terribly, I got an overpriced gel fill-in, the nails were very crooked when the lady was done, you could see through the polish and I had gel to ask for more coats because obviously I’m not paying for that kind of service, I got my nails done on Wednesday and my nail broke with no force at all on Friday. So I was overpriced for terrible terrible service. I don’t suggest any come to this salon because they don’t care and their work or your nails, They just wanna make money. Awful service. (I also have a friend who wasn’t pleased with their service)

I live right down the road from them so its an easy dive and the prices are great and the work is wonderful, everyone is so nice! I cant wait to go back I have found a new place to get my nails and eyebrows done!

I’ve been coming to this place for a decent amount of time to get full sets. Always left at least 20% tip always liked my nails but after today I will NEVER go back. The one time my parents don’t sit down inside waiting with me one of the nail tech decides to completely BOTCH my nails. To start off There still is left over sprarklely gold colored powder acrylic on my nails from the last time I got my nails done. She just quickly zoomed over my nail bed unevenly one time didn’t trim my real nails or push the cuticles back or put the layer of protective polish to make sure my real nails don’t get destroyed. She then proceeds to cut my nails without checking to see if they’re even with my other hand. Then she starts my acrylic ombré nails. I showed a picture of how I wanted them to be shaped and done. Every single one of my nails is crooked and a different length. The ombré design itself is uneven and different. The work was shameful. I was so upset I didn’t even finish and Just gave my dad my card and left. I’m not one to disrespect people even though I’m sure I was only treated this way because I look like an “alone little girl with her daddy paying her nails”. But this little girl paid 45$ for nails that I could of literally done better myself or cvs nails would of looked better on my hands then what I have now. The whole time this woman had a rude attitude/energy. So disappointed I didn’t even go back in, just left crying. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

They did a terrible job waxing my eyebrows. My eyebrows are ruined. One eyebrow is half gone and the other still has underneath hairs that were not removed. If you care about your eyebrows, go somewhere else.
