Jess was absolutely amazing when I stopped in unannounced. She showed me the units that were available, and when they did not suit, she called another location on my behalf and secured exactly what I did need. She was so pleasant and helpful and I really appreciated her service.

1st time renting a storage unit and overall it was a great experience. Randy was super helpful and gave very good directions of where my storage unit would be and provided a lock and keys. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

It was very easy to book a unit even with short notice and Randy was really helpful when I showed up to lock the unit up and everything. Sometimes small details really matter and the fact that he had gotten the clamshell on the lock already started meant I didnt have to fumble around when trying to lock everything up.The whole process was super fast and it was easy able to do it over the phone during my lunch and then sign the rental agreement through DocuSign.

Randy is extremely helpful and has been a pleasure to work with from the get-go. We look forward to continuing to rent from the company. As a fellow drummer, it’s imperative to have space to store equipment and Randy gets that!!

The day before we were to move our belongings into a 10x15 storage unit, I discovered that the company I had reserved the unit with had no record of my reservation (Even though I had received a confirmation email from them). The staff people are fantastic and go above and beyond for you but as far as a company not to impressed,they have a problem of raising prices and the excuse always is for security upgrades well been with them for about 5 or 6 years or longer and its been the same security stuff but what really got me is when they raised the prices during the height of the pandemic it felt like being kicked when you are already down

Loved using Moove In/Shreiner Station Rd for the last year. Prices were good, and the staff was alway responsive to email/calls on any questions I had. I will keep them in mind for any future storage needs!!

Called ahead to make sure site was open for service and it was closed. No sign or information posted to state if services were able to be rendered. Call center stated that it should be open and will try to track down the manager and that I would be contacted to hold tight and to no avail two hours later no call. After several promises and the run around I had to call at least eight times to get my issue resolved. On top of that having to pay over $40 for 5 days left in the month is outrageous almost the cost of an entire month of service. Thank God for the final customer service person that assisted me with my matter in the end. Kudos to you!! I will see how this goes for the next couple of months.

It was closing time The gentleman saw me going to the parking lot and before he left the parking lot he may sure that I was taken care of even after he had closed shop so he took care of me and i got my unit.

Place is extremely clean, well lit, and very easy to work with. Was able to rent my unit entirely online and get moved in the next day. Had one issue later on with an access code not working, but their phone support was helpful and got me back with a working code in minutes. Great place.

Overall experience with them was really good. Always willing to work with me no matter the situation. Always really courteous and respectful when talking to them on the phone. Would certainly do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone

The Moove in Storage facility on Shreiner Station Road in Lancaster is a fantastic group. The people are genuine and helpful, giving you all of your options without pressuring you to purchase space or extras that you dont need. The extras they do offer, from insurance to trucks to climate control, are all very reasonably priced and extremely convenient. The facility itself is clean and easy to navigate with wide hallways and parking areas. Our nonprofit will be with them for a long time! Thanks Moove in!

I always knew when I moved out, I would use Moove In! The location is excellent, the facility is clean & well maintained. The best part was Manager Randy, who has an excellent knowledge of his job, people skills, & customer service. I have been trying to figure out my new travel job, yet had no issues at all when it came to storage. Fast, efficient, accommodating with great competitive pricing & multiple options so there are no surprises. I am going cross country knowing all my stuff is in good hands!

The unit was clean when we received it and we did not have any problems getting in and out of the unit. I would highly recommend using this storage facility.

He consistently offered customer service with kindness and heart throughout my storage time. The facility was clean and he routinely walked the grounds to ensure security. When our company decided to have our Lancaster office go virtual we needed a site to store our materials and equipment which still allows our technicians easy access. Moove In was our location of choice. Tyranni who is the manager has been really great to deal with and our accommodations work well for our entire team. We have nothing but praise from our experiences and plan on being a long term customer.

I have used this company for over a year. I had it set up with monthly payments being deducted automatically. When I no longed had the need for storage I cleaned it out and attempted to contact the office to tell them I was cancelling. They had no one in the office and no one would answer the phone. After a few days I got ahold of someone and they said they would cancel it and stop deducting the monthly fee. Well they continued to deduct the fee. After I noticed this I spent a couple days trying to speak with someone. Finally I reached someone and they said there was nothing they could do but send management and email. They also were now saying I was to put my cancellation in writing which I was never told.If you ever use this company DO NOT let them have access to your bank account.

Area Manager Dana is arrogant, unresponsive, and a control freak. Her managers are afraid of her. Dana locked me out of my unit for more than a month over a disputed $10 charge for insurance which I already had. Then she tried to charge me $70 in additional illegal fees, and refused to respond to my emails and phone calls. I finally spoke to the owners in York, and they ordered her to talk to me and resolve the problem. It was resolved in my favor because I was in the right. Dana has no concept of what it means to be proactive or customer focused. She also has ordered her managers to refuse any late fee waivers no matter what the reason. I am in the process of moving my belongings to another storage facility not owned by Moove In. I have no issues with the people who work at the facility, but I have plenty of issues with Dana, and that is why I am taking my business elsewhere.

The Moove in Storage facility at Shreiner Station Road is fabulous. The units and buildings are clean and well maintained. There are carts available for moving in and out of the unit. Tyranni, the manager, is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I shopped around to different storage facilities and found Moove in Storage to be cheaper than its lesser quality counterparts.

The price of the unit is going way to high. The service is very good and a pleasure to work with.

I was totally satisfied with my service up until it came time for me to leave my storage unit. The person who waited on me had no personality and was very flat about everything that I said. She never smiled or anything. I was truly upset about the way it was handled. She made a big deal out of four days after being there over seven years. I have never been treated so badly in the years previous to that date. It saddened me that they would even hire such a person to handle dealing with the public.

Clean facility, knowledgeable staff, online communication and payment is convenient. Would highly recommend to others.

Tyranni is fantastic. I have had a unit with Moove In storage for over a year. Whenever I have had an issue or concern, Tyranni has been very helpful and has gone out of her way to make sure I had a good experience. Ive never had any issues or problems with payment or with the security system. This is a good choice for a storage location.

Simple and easy. The staff is straight forward and easy to deal with, the pricing is competitive, terms are reasonable, the lockers are clean and dry. What more could you ask for?!

The place is over priced and not available 24hrs. There is a time limit to enter your unit. They also promise you a one time free truck use but its never available. Not worth the money. Go around the corner to the other storage place and save your money.
