WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONEThey did NOT care about the purpose of my call or my personal belongings in my car. “Appointment only” service and never same day to recover my belongings. Ariel said she didn’t care because it wasn’t her stuff. What??? The business closes at 5 but wasn’t answering yesterday after 3:30. They don’t even deserve a star. Cant wait you see what my second encounter will be when I go in person. I’ll definitely make another review.

The lady who helped my husband was very helpful and nice. Had no problems, got everything back that was in the vehicle.

They have the worst customer service and are very rude. The lady that I spoke to named Ariel was very rude and did not have any manners or any knowledge of how to talk to human beings. If it was possible to give them no stars I would give them no stars even the manager was no help at all.
