I really liked the service here. The manager, Jaime Campos was true to his word and he called back as soon as the unit available. Everything was explained to me. I enjoyed my experience.

Easy to get what I needed. No extra fees to try and make me spend more money. I forgot the Hispanic guy name at the front desk but he was amazing with how he helped me.

As soon as I walked in the door it was such a smooth transition & very efficient. I had so many requests and Mr. Jamie Campos took great care of me. All the staff are very accommodating & warming! Would definitely be referring and renting in the future!!

Love this place. They are by far the most polite and helpful storage facility. They even take the time to know you by name. I was waiting for an available parking spot and they kept me informed on upcoming availability. Sharon always greets us pleasantly and goes above and beyond to help. The price is great, the facility is always clean, and the parking spots are spacious and on concrete which is much better than other places that have you park on dirt, grass, or gravel. Also, the location is PERFECT! I highly recommend this storage place for anyone looking for wide parking, secured entry, and decent pricing.Oh and let me NOT forget to mention Jamie!! You would be hard pressed to find a nicer individual..!

If you want to store your belongings and feel that theyll be safe and secure; I highly recommend Assured Self Storage. I have 3 units and all 3 were clean. I also made several visits to check on them and they were always just as I left them. Give them a shot, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I love Assured Self Storage on N. Houston School Rd! I have been with them since they opened the property. The staff members are excellent!!! Very helpful and more than willing to show you around the property and assist you with making the best selection. The property is nice and clean. It is gated, well lit and I feel very safe when I am there. I have never gone in that office and had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this Storage facility to anyone. You wont be disappointed. What more can I say...BEST SELF STORAGE, EVER!!! Assured, you get an A+ rating from me!!!!!

A brand new storage facility so everything is still nice and clean and shiny. The staff was friendly and helpful and took time to explain the differences and escort me over and let me look at a couple of lockers so that I can make my decision. I am not going to need a locker for a couple weeks but they told me that I would be able to get one when I came in. I really like that it was a gated front gate so I had a little extra sense of security

The place was very nice, affordable and well kept up. I kept my storage for 7 months and never had a problem. I will use them again whatever I need their service

The storage is clean and I liked it. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is cause I move on the 7th and I thought they would prorate it since I wasn’t staying the whole month but they make you pay for the whole month which I think is very stupid
