I came in to make a payment for my sister as well as hoping to get a unit of my own. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size I needed, but the young lady who helped me Shelby was beyond great! She makes sure each customer feels welcome when they walked in and even on the phone as she was the only one in the office at the time. Great customer service and did her best to help us all as quickly and kindly as possible. The facility was also very clean and tidy!

Im the Owner of a trucking company and we specialize in military transfers and I had a delivery at the Edwards base but arrived 2 days early so I had to find a spot to put my trailer for a couple of days while I explored the west coast I dealt with Shelby and she set me up with a great spot for a awesome price and did everything with a smile and great customer service I will for sure use this storage place in the future couldn’t of gotten better service anywhere else so a major thank you to Shelby for helping me

I was surprised at how professional it was. I was helped by a young lady named, Shelby Garcia. She extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions respectfully, honestly, promptly, and she made sure I fully understood all of my options clearly. Definitely going to recommend this place to my friends and family.

Ive been here a long time. Really expensive and they keep raising their fees..seems pretty greedy. Staff is nice and helpful. QAYY to much dirt that comes into the Unit we rent..EVERYTHING in out unit is filthy dirty

I was impressed by how clean the Storage facility was, but also with the office staff. Cynthia was welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable and so professionable. Loved her!! Told me about their facility in detail. Took me on a tour of the storage area and once I rented the place she walked over with me to the keypad to be sure I didnt have any questions about entering or exiting the facility and to be sure I had my password was indeed working. Ive rented several storage from many different Storage facilities in the AV and this was by far the best place that Ive ever rentd from. My husband and I were looking for a storage unit due to selling our home. We needed multiple storage units and both Victoria and Orlando (the manger) made everything so easy. I have also needed to change units and sizes and they have always been so helpful. I always enjoy going in to the office and speaking to them and they always reassure me that they can help me out. I am very thankful that I found this storage space and the price is the best by far from all other places I tried to go to. I full recommend Purely Storage!

I believe this is one of the best storage units around... 3 factors...1. Cost... that I important to me... one of the cheapest around2. Features... Lights in the unit and outside + a plug in not to far from your unit3. Staff... they do there best to keep the rif raf out ... cameras are a plus for security and they MBRA ...Manage By Riding Around...I wish there were more stories like this....

I write reviews all the time on places and give accurate information on Everything. This place has very bad staff that do not care about there customers. They also have very bad rodent problem I left for a month to come back and find a dead rat at the door of my storage with maggots and no one cleaned it. They overcharge and give very bad advice on storage units and when you take it to the manager he can care less.

This facility is a state of the art facility. They have indoor and outdoor units. They have unit sizes for everyones needs. Its sure is clean and the folks that work here are professional and honest . Come and see this facility in mid Lancaster on, Tenth Street West and J4.

The staff is very friendly, and they always make me feel welcomed every time I am there, and that is quite frequently.The grounds are up kepted everytime I have to go to my unit.This is by far the best storage location I have ever had.I highly recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for storage.

Dont bother doing business with this company.i prepaid for the following month and I was overcharged by $20. Typically the charge is $130. I had been paying $109 and before that it was $99 move in special. When I called to inquiry she said I told you the amount was you paid - end of story and she slammed down the phone. Poor customer relations dont do business with this company. Christa was the lady who overcharged me. Orlando is nicer hes also a manager, but quite frankly they dont care about their customers.I also constantly have dirt flying into my unit when the door is open or not. The place is not clean and I have mentioned this before, but they do nothing. These people are rude, inconsiderate and intolerable. Do yourself a favor find a different storage company. They changed their name from Flying Tiger because their reviews were so poor.
