Everything was great. My son is going to Millersville Univ and was moving into a new apartment but unfortunately the lease on the old place ended before the new one started. I started looking for a storage facility in the area and found Moove In.I needed some help as this was the first time using storage and Danielle Griest provided it. Access was easy and the facility was clean.All of the online features, including email confirmations, were much appreciated. Id use them again if the need arises.

Danielle Greist was very pleasant to work with. She was respectful, fair, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The virtual process to rent a storage space was painless and efficient. I would highly recommend this facility for your outside or inside storage needs!

I wish I could give Moove In a BIG FAT ZERO. They have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After simply trying to confirm my reservation with them through phone on multiple occasions, they say their database wont work and I was told a manager will call and then the call never came. I just called again requesting to speak with the manager to try to confirm my reservation but in reality, Im canceling. The customer should not be the one having to reach out to the employer for a mistake on their end that they are supposed to make right. This is BS. Dont waste your money. Give it to a business who will actually appreciate it. I think it is clear that this place must have been good in the past since I saw a lot of good reviews but in recent months it has gone downhill. Every time I called for information and pricing I got different answers every time. What a joke.
