Convenient location and staff very courteous and accommodating.
They are very flexible and friendly. I would for sure recommend this storage company to anyone who’s looking.
Nice clean and secure storage
We found MOLD covering all of our belongings. They say its not there fault because there not climate controlled. Ive never seen so many colors of mold. Never ever trust them with your things because they dont care about them.
Its a really nice storage facility however it is on the pricier side of things.in order to rent from them you are required to have some kind of insurance on your stuff. I gave it 4 stars because you cant access the facility after I certain time.

The lady, I think her name is Dana, who you end up talking to at the Centerville location, or wherever she is, is a very mean and nasty human being that talks down to you any chance she gets not realizing WE are her bread and butter! I have a unit at the location on Prestige lane that was owned previous by Centerville Self Storage who they bought it from. The man at Centerville Self Storage was a VERY nice Christian man who was kind, considerate and understanding NOT like this cutthroat cow company who will cut your throat if you are 5 days late socking you a late fee of $10.00 then if you dont have the money then as many might not 10 days later they tack on $15.00 MORE for a grand total of $25.00 for 15 days late! They keep upping the rent every year!!! Having a late fee after 5 days wasnt bad enough, after they bought the place they tacked on the other one, 15 days late, to make even MORE money!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! !!!!!! NONE of these evil money schemes were done by the previous owner! Like I said he was VERY kind and understanding NOT out to steal your money ANY WAY POSSIBLE and lock your unit every chance they get! Oh and dont get me started on if you dont have the money by the end of the month - THEY WILL LOCK YOUR UNIT AND AUCTION ALL YOUR POSSESSIONS OFF!!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THE EPITOME OF EVIL greedy backstabbing money grubbing people that give any business whos bread and butter are people a VERY BAD NAME!!!! I wish for one second they had to be in our shoes and see what its like worrying and hoping youre not late with payments or have your possessions auctioned off to OTHER money grubbing thieves who cant WAIT to get your personal possessions! !! THEIR SYSTEM IS PURE UTTER EVIL JUST LIKE THEM!..I think they have their hand in the entire auction process too holding and bidding and winning these auctions to make even MORE money off these poor people who SO UNFORTUNATELY to have to use or VERY UNFORTUNATELY ended up being forced into using their storage units when they bought the units on Prestige Lane... There are sayings that hold VERY TRUE and they are, first, WHAT COMES AROUND HOES AROUND! and JUST BECAUSE ITS LEGAL DOESNT MEAN ITS ETHICAL, MORAL OR GOOD BUSINESS trying every legal means to suck every red cent they can out of their VERY UNFORTUNATE customers!!!.... There is NO leniency!PLEASE NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE EVER!!!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER BETTER STORAGE SERVICES AROUND! USE THEM PLEASE!!
Convenient storage set up and simple drop off and pick up once you get past the horrible customer service and unprofessional attitude of their manager Polly. Getting in touch with a person from your storage location is impossible, even though calling within normal working hours. The central answering service staff seems to be poorly trained and do not log your calls into the system, so every time you call back you have to start from scratch and they show no history of previous calls. The free truck they offer is very limited, I am pretty sure they only have 1 or 2 trucks total. I called several times over a week in advance and no one called me back. When finally call on moving day, they told me that they didnt have any logs of my previous attempts to rent a truck, but they would check other nearby facilities. I was polite but described my frustration since Id been trying to reserve a truck for over a week with no call back, asking for consideration and priority on my request. The rep understood and promised to do her best, and i thanked her. Several hours later I receive a nasty call from Polly the manager rudely ranting about how she didnt appreciate me giving their staff a hard time! Is she kidding? I was more than gracious and patient despite their horrible answering service. She offered no apology for what had happened, only called to wrongly accuse a CUSTOMER of giving someone on their staff a hard time. THIS MADE ME VERY ANGRY AND DISGUSTED. SHE CALLED SOLELY TO BERATE THE CUSTOMER. What is happening in this country? Polly was a bit rude when we first went in to rent the unit, but I brushed it off because we were on a tight deadline and my husband became impatient with the registration process. But this second encounter confirmed that she really has no business working in a customer-facing position. We will not be using Moove-in Self Storage in Centerville ever again.
My stuff got weather damage and there is a rodent problem that ruined alot of my clothes and bed room sets
