I went to the Centerville location and was directed to the Columbia Avenue building. Somehow my unit was already occupied. Representative called and found out that the available unit was not utilized per the customer because she had problems opening the lock. I opened it and representative had me sign a new lease to reflect the change. So far so good although I do work late hours and I didnt realize that 3pm the unit access would be closed. Overall not a bad experience.

My experience with Moove-In was positive. Good communication from the company and responsive staff when needed. The payment process was simple and the price was fair. The grounds were clean and well cared for.

Very easy to deal with. Auto pay if selected makes worry free payments, and cancelation is easy and as promised. Facilities are reliable and clean. This was a very good choice!

Not sure about other locations, but I have to say that we are very happy with the Centerville Moove in Self Storage. The customer service people are friendly and very helpful. The storage units are clean, well ventilated, and well secured. I feel confident that my possessions are safe, and I really appreciate the staff and their responsiveness to any need. GREAT JOB!

My son is a student at Millersville and we needed someplace to store his dorm items over break. Moove In was perfect. Close to campus, clean & felt very secure. Liz was super to deal with & got everything set up quickly & easily. We will be back for the next break!

Unit itself is fine; service awful. We signed up online and arrived an hour and a half after they ‘opened’ the next business day. No one was there and no answered the “call for immediate help” number. The unit number we were given did mot exist on the map of the site we were on. Took calling three other local places before I got a person on the phone who, thankfully, was very helpful. Turns out there was an entirely different building we did not know about (nothing in the email I got about that). About an hour later (almost 2 hours after they “opened”) we left-still no one in the office.

I have been using this Centerville Rd. Location for storage since 2012. So clean and safe. Accessible at my convenience and good prices for storage. Polly and Liz, are always available to answer questions or even provide a broom! Really, a very pleasant place/ atmosphere when I am often there for several hours working on my storage.

Spoke with Polly about getting a unit somewhat last minute for a move from Montana. She was absolutely wonderful and understanding and helped me get the best deal possible. I highly recommend for anybody moving from out of state

The unit is very clean and well-organized. However, there seems to be a problem with the sliding doors. Sometimes door 8 does not open while door 7 did not close. Otherwise we are happy with the unit.

I love this place! Had a storage unit here for over a year recently. Clean units in a prime location were some of the things that kept me here, along with a good security system. The climate controlled inside units are nice. Also the cow theme is cute. Used to store my photography equipment here. I went from a small unit, to a medium, to a large one - all were nice. Called to make reservation and hold unit on 5/7/20 Centerville Rd, Lancaster. Talked to Holly on details. Tried to call them every day since then because we needed to make a move in date change, left several messages and never received a callback. Tomorrow is supposed to be our move-in day and still have not heard from them, so we booked elsewhere ...shame on you people if you say you’re open then return phone calls 😡

Ease of access, handy carts and outstanding staff.

We used Moove In to prepare our home to list for sale and during the move process. We could not have asked for a smoother experience. Polly, the manager, was helpful in explaining everything; as I was a storage user newbie. I was super pleased that even though our unit wasn’t climate controlled our stuff wasn’t exposed to the humidity/temperature extremes like some other storage places (as the units are housed in an old warehouse). There were always plenty of carts to use, it was clean, and secured by keypad gate and facility door. Thanks! High recommended!

The location was clean, secure and its obvious the owners invest into the properties in accordance to their own high standards, rather than what the customer will bear as so many other storage facilities do. I was careful to look for evidence of pests and saw nothing. The roof was new and the gate system was as well both which made me extremely happy. The roof and gate system are huge concerns for me, and to anyone who ever rented storage at a location that had problems with either one. I also want to take a moment and speak to the staff at this location. I spoke with Polly the manager who was exactly the type A driven personality I like to see in charge of this kind of facility. She was able to quickly and concisely explain every facet of the contract while still swiftly seeing to each customer that walked through the door to submit payment. Its obvious she loves the job and the company and meeting her went a long towards me renting from Moove In self storage.I would also like to shine a light on whoever is handling Moove Ins web presence and site. You (whoever you are) are the reason I even walked in the door for Polly to seal the deal. When doing research from Texas for a place to store our stuff while we house hunt in Columbia/ Hemp Hill your site was head and shoulders above the rest. One tiny suggestion, if someone is already a client can you add a rent unit next to my unit if its open option? Thats the only thing Ive wanted that wasnt available via the site. In closing I do not give five star reviews lightly, and the only reason I gave five stars for this storage company is I couldnt give more than five. Thanks for making some Texans rough transition a little easier.

Ive been very pleased to use the Centerville location of Moove In Self Storage for my business inventory warehousing. I have rented two units for several years. My inventory is secure and is readily accessible day or night and in any weather. The management is friendly. The premises are kept clean and dry. I find the rates reasonable. My only quibble is that the music is a bit more current pop than my tastes and gets grating if I have to be there for a few hours. I highly recommend Moove In for your self storage needs.

I wish the previous owners still owned it. The manager is one of the rudest person I ever met. Ill never store anything in one of their units again! They replaced the roofs on all the units wh we re I used one never telling any tenant they were doing it!! All my things were open to the sky and who knows who that was replacing the roof! That should be illegal if it isnt already. All my things were covered with dirty and hot metal shavings from the self tapping screws they used to install the new roof! I was stunned they did it! The hot shavings melted into everything I had that was plastic in my unit. When I told the Unbelievably disrespectful rude manager about it she tried to make me prove it happened never acknowledging it as real and trying to remedy the situation! She argued with me! I couldnt believe how disrespectful the mean lady was to me a paying tenant!!! Her motto is to deny any wrongdoing! I said why didnt you at least tell everyone you were replacing the roof?? She claims in the newsletter or whatever it is it said they were doing maintenance on the units...???? Maintenance???!!! When I signed my lease it stated my things would be protected. They would be safe, free of any damage etc. They darn well KNEW there would be dirt, hot metal shavings, and open to complete strangers to the open sky thats WHY they never told us!!!They are the evilest business Ive been forced to use! Never again!! They lie and hide things! Then to top it off they have 2 late fees as if one isnt enough!!Go anywhere else!!

I have a storage unit here. It is very clean and I found the prices very reasonable. The aisles are wide enough to make transporting large items easy. They supplied me with an excellent lock for my unit.

We first went looking for storage to store holiday decorations and tools. We looked around and finally settled on Moove In because its conveniently located and the rates were reasonable. Dana was able to help us get started and was a real pro.Later, we realized that our unit would not be big enough as we strive to declutter and get our home ready for sale. I stopped one day on the way to work and Jessica (the floating manager) was able to get our unit transferred to a larger unit, all without a great deal of fuss.We outgrew again, so I stopped to see Polly and she might have been the best of the bunch. She was very knowledgeable, as well as personable, and was able to get us a second unit right across the hall from our original unit.Theyve been great to deal with and if you have self-storage needs, stop and see Polly. Shell get you up and running in no time.

Had a very pleasant experience at Moove-in-Storage. We had returned a rental truck and I left some personal items in the truck. Called two days later and the truck was gone. Poly, made extra effort and had my items returned to Moove-in-Storage with a day! Good honest people that care about their customers.

I have been a customer at this facility for over 3 years, and have never been treated as poorly as I have been the past 3 months. I have a 45 ft. trailer and have to back in the gate to the right of the building. I noticed the construction and mentioned to the young lady in the office that I might not be able to get my trailer in and out and was told I should look for another place to put my trailer. I asked about the other gate and she said she would ask about a key and then told me a key was not available. Well when I returned with my trailer I noticed that they were digging in front of the gate area and she told me they were putting in curbs there as well and I told here I would not be able to get my trailer in and again she asked if I wanted to sign to give up my spot. Very unfriendly and Not at all helpful. Would not recommend this place.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. My stuff was completely infested with stink bugs, there were 100s of them, I ended up throwing many things away. Also, the manager was not polite at all.

Best service I have ever had while using self storage!

Very friendly easy to understand

I wish I could put a zero. This is hands down one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Someone elses storage unit leaked antifreeze into my storage unit and they basically did nothing to help. Other then telling me to go through the insurance which is even more of a joke. The rates are continually going up and are not that great to begin with. I will not clean up someone elses mess and Im sure Ill get charged for that because theyre greedy. They didnt even offer me another storage unit. I will make sure to inform anyone I know to stay clear away from this dump.

Very unprofessional! I called this morning around 9am to let them know I was coming in with a boat to store when I got there at 3pm the place was closed! I called the 1800 number they had on the door and talk to a operator she saw I had a reservation but said she couldnt do nothing about it! Very unprofessional stay away from this place!
