The workers at Jiffy Lube provided great service! They were prompt, thorough, and kind. They also took the time to explain and show me what they worked on in my car. I felt very honored by this and have not had this experience and hospitality anywhere else.

These guys were courteous and professional. While I had to wait a bit, the actual oil change was so fast I was surprised. They took the time to explain what they did and showed me how to read my oil dipstick. Also explained what service was needed next without trying to tell me I needed to get it done now. I will be coming back!

The guys really took care of me today as I got my oil changed. Very helpful, polite, courteous and fast. When finished they showed me my oil level with the new oil. When i left they opened and closed my car door like a gentlemen. Best oil change experience

A jiffy lube employee accidentally backed up another customers vehicle into mine as I waited for my turn to have my vehicle serviced. I was told that the district manager would contact me within a few days. This happened almost three weeks ago and I still have not heard from the district manager

Wow! I have never had an oil change experience like this. Each and every employee was cheery, attentive and SUPER knowledgeable. It was the first time any Jiffy Lube or oil change place showed me how to check their work and make sure it was done properly. I was so pleasantly surprised by this! They even had a female technician. A great joy to see. The Groupon worked but you still need to pay the tax and some fees. But the service is worth it!!!!

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years, even after having lived on the Western Slope. When I moved back, I returned to this spot. Not anymore.I was told at an oil change recently that my rear-brakes are in bad shape. The employee talked to me like I was a horrible person for not staying to get them fixed that day. They said to just come back when I was ready. I didn’t need an appointment. I saved up the $500 I needed and came back. They turned me away as they don’t do brakes on Sundays.I came back on Friday morning . Waited almost a full hour in the drive up to be told they can’t get the parts until 3pm. Was told I should have made an appointment. #1. Don’t talk to your customers like they’re trash because they can’t afford to fix what you found. #2. Tell your customers that the service you are recommending is only available on specific days of the week. #3. Don’t have your customers sit in your lot for an hour waiting to be told you can’t help them. You could have kept a customer if you just would have been honest, communicative and not wasted my time.

First time at a Jiffy Lube and what a great experience! No wait and didn’t even have to get out of my car. The mechanics/technicians were so helpful and honest. Let me know what need to be done today and what could wait. They didn’t try to pressure me into additional service but instead helped me understand the needs of my car. This will definitely be my new go to place for oil changes.

Two guys greeted me as I drove up shortly after they opened. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They had my SUV in and out fairly quickly. They had some trouble with their lift or it wouldve been even faster, but still quick. They mentioned a few things to keep an eye on, but werent too pushy with their extras sells, which I know they have to do. I was happy with everything about my visit except the price. The total for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation was about $30 higher than the dealership for the same service. The guys were all great and I would return if Im in a hurry in the future. But, Ill probably go back to the dealer if I have the time to wait next time.

I had a saga of trying to get my oil changed today. The first place I went to had a super long wait, second place was permanently closed, third was closed for today. This was the fourth oil change place I showed up at but I saved the best for last. Damon had such a cheerful, professional, kind disposition and made the whole experience very painless. Isaac worked hard and efficiently to get my oil changed as well as top off my power steering fluid, coolant, etc. Damon also popped my side view mirror back in for me which had been something I was stuck on for a while. Amazing customer service and an overall great experience. Definitely stop by this location next time you need an oil change!

The staff here was phenomenal today. They let me sit in my vehicle (didn’t need to unload my kids) and they explained the process step by step. I appreciate that they top off all fluids and offer that service in between oil changes as well. Damon was especially helpful, but I’m so thankful for the entire staff for getting me back on the road safely and quickly.

It was a great experience! It was done in a timely manner, very friendly and courteous, best of all everything was explained to me like what needed to be done and why then I was shown what the dirty fluids looked like. When I left felt good knowing that I kept up what needed to be done and I had 2 coupons which the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Really quick service and very well priced. They help me get a better deal quickly and made sure I understood what I needed for my next visit along with which items need to be replaced. However they did not pressure me at all which I am happy about.

I wanted to put a sock in the guys mouth. He wouldn’t stop talking and kept repeating himself over and over. Said the air filter looked brand new and I knew that was a lie because when I had oil changed elsewhere before I saw how difficult it was to get to the air filter and knew it would need to be changed next time I did an oil change. I honestly doubt they even knew where it was. Just caught the guy lying and when one is a female that is a huge flag. Won’t go there again

Pretty terrible service I asked for some sort of discount because I had my own oil and filter, that was all, not that I didn’t want to not be acknowledged or need a cheaper than the service offered just that I had my own oil. I used to work for jiffy lube. I know what a rock is. That’s what they call a no up charge service. I would definitely not waste your time there.

I stopped at this Jiffy Lube station to see whether it provided VIN verification services. Upon learning that it didnt I sat parked in the Jiffy Lubes parking lot with my wife for 2-3 minutes using my phone to try to identify an nearby establishment that provided such services, when the Jiffy Lube employee Id just spoken with came up and very bruskily informed us that we werent allowed to sit in the Jiffy Lube parking lot -- which had upwards of 10 parking spots empty on both sides of its lot -- and had to move our car. This was at most two minutes after Id asked the employee about the VIN verification. We told him that we werent planning on hanging out long, but just needed to figure out where to go next, and he told us that was of no concern to him, and invited us to move the car we were in into the adjacent King Soopers parking lot. Ive rarely felt less welcome at an establishment in my life. As I was leaving, I stopped into the Jiffy Lube and asked to speak with the General Manager, whom I was told was on vacation. When I asked for his contact information or a contact number I could use to submit a complaint, I was rebuffed, with a couple of other employees joining the conversation and telling me to get lost. The personnel at this location are terrible -- save yourself the time and needless frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Jiffy lube has always been my go-to. They topped off all fluids or changed the oil. They had me in and out in probably 15 minutes. And they were covid-19 aware and compliant. Its all good. I like them checking the air filters. Usually Ill change that out myself but out of convenience theyll do it for you and so I had it done.

Pulled into the parking lot of this jiffy lube just a bit after 4 today and seconds later a service tech was at my door ready to help. Cody was professional and efficient in answering my question and getting my car ready to be back on the road. After a few minutes of check fluid levels and the condition of other vital parts of the motor Cody was able to explain in easy to understand lingo other small service needs I was unaware of. Even with the additional work the whole process took less then 30min. Before leaving another tech explain jiffy lube a free top of service as well as confirming proper oil and fluid levels. Excellent customer driven service from the whole team. Thank you! I will definitely be back.

I was surprised that the staff did not ask what “type” of oil change service I had come in for. The staff just started to do my oil change without asking. I had to tell one of the staff members for the signature oil change, so I was not charged for a more expensive oil change. I was also surprised that they did not vacuum my driver side floor mate or check my tire pressure with my oil change. At the Jiffy Lube location closer to my home, they always check my tire pressure and vacuum my floor mate with my “Signature Oil Change” service without having to be asked.I did not decline these services as mentioned in my paperwork. I only used this Jiffy Lube location because it was the only Jiffy Lube close to my home that took the coupon sent to my email. I would think twice before using this a Jiffy Lube location again.

The 2 gentlemen that changed the oil in my car were very professional and knowledgeable. I did have a few random questions about some issues I have been having and they both took the extra time to answer each questions. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Really dislike being pushed other services on my vehicle. I was clear Im the beginning that I live in Evergreen and will take to my mechanic yet he still offered flushing of fluids etc. and now my air conditioner is rattling.

Busy, busy, busy bees! Im soooo happy that theyre open on a Sunday but quality customer care and service is what I got here. Joshua P. is friendly and informative. Moses J. explained things to me in a manner I could understand and Devin was quick and efficient with getting service done. This place has quality workers who make a customer feel valued.

I was helped by Dominique and a couple other gentleman that honestly made my day. Not all jiffy lubes have done me right but I will forever be a customer here after the kind and quality services they did for me today. They even gave me tips to keep my car running well, which was highly valuable to me as I drive for a living. 11 out of 10 highly recommend!

Have a new Subaru with only about 12k miles, took it in for an oil change since I just moved across the country in it. The oil change was relatively fast but other than that terrible experience. Instead of just doing the oil change they tried to sell me on some additional work that wasn’t at all necessary. They of course tried to sell me on a new cabin filter even though I really didn’t need to change it for another few thousand miles. They also tried to get me to replace the differential fluid after showing me cups of oil with different colors saying mine looked awful and required a change. Because of covid they would offer me $30 off the normal $100 price per differential which I would say is still overpriced for the service. They said because of the AWD system it runs harder and would need it every 12-15k miles. This was a lie. Differential fluid doesn’t need to be changed until about 30k miles which I confirmed with my Subaru dealer. Because I declined the service I was told they’d report it to Carfax which will decrease the value of my vehicle. Definitely get the vibe that this place is just trying to scam people. I will never be going back there, and would suggest avoiding that place at all cost.

I had a really great experience with everyone who assisted me. They identified what my car needed but weren’t too pushy when I wasn’t able to purchase everything. My car feels good and they got my oil change and tire rotation done extremely quickly!

They told me I needed a transmission flush. They said there was no record of a transmission fluid change in Carfax. I had gotten a transmission flush 10,000 miles previous at the dealer. I declined the service, and after I left I checked Carfax. Carfax did in fact show I had a transmission flush done. I dont like when places up-sell expensive, unnecessary services. I even checked with another oil change place, and they said I didnt need the transmission flush. I wont be going here anymore.

These are prices at the dealership. So Expensive. Jiffylube is way cheaper and these extra services take way less time to do at jiffylube. These guys and girls there are very professional and nice fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube any time of the day over any dealership. When it comes to preventative maintenance items like oil change transmission fluid change differential change engine air filter cabin air filter anything. Ask for Cody hes the best and will take great care of you.
