Came9:10 am nobody else, vacuuming 3 guys eating breakfast. I guess there breakfast was interrupted… I paid $29.75 for Ultimate wash!! My carpet was very wet, was not vacuumed the carpet. All the side doors was not cleaned…When got home I wiped and cleaned my self!!! I don’t need free wash, not coming back again

Used to be a really good place. Paid for the premium wash. The windows weren’t clean and the passenger side still had bird droppings all over it. Good thing they cleaned the driver side or i might have noticed before i left.

This review is specifically for the Car Wash portion of Four Seasons. I have brought my cars here many times over the last 7 years and almost always got the Ultimate Wash. I had minor issues (spots missed inside the vehicle) but nothing of major concern. Overall, a good place to get my car cleaned inside and out. The last and final time I brought my vehicle there, I got the ultimate wash. It was moderately busy (about 10 vehicles in line) As I was waiting for my car to come through I noticed a woman asking for the manager. She was pointing out all the spots that were missed. Then another woman asked to speak with the manager since she was already outside speaking with the other woman. Again, another complaint about the service. My vehicle is finally ready, I give it a quick look over and everything seemed clean enough, so I left. As I’m driving I notice a crack in my dashboard near my radio screen which was not there prior to me bringing my vehicle there. I called Four Seasons and spoke with the manager who had dealt with the two women earlier. I told her I had just gotten my car washed there and I noticed a crack in my dashboard. Immediately she gets a defensive tone and says “a crack in a dashboard? I’ve never heard of that before” and I explained I’ve been going there for years and have never had this type of issue. The reason I will not go back to this establishment ever again is because of her condescending response back to me which was “you can’t prove the crack happened here” Yes ma’am you are correct, I can’t. But I know it happened there. So, to anyone who decides to get their car washed from here my advice is to take a before photo just in case a situation like this ever happens to you. I am not giving this place a 1 star review to lose any customers but in the hopes that current and future customers know the way management will handle any type of issues that may happen.

Use these guys for years. Some washes are a little better then others but they good on the whole. Fair price for a good wash and vac.

Never go to this place. I was just there, and they threw my weather tech car mats as if they were a Frisbee. I payed for the most expensive car wash, and got back a car that was only cleaned on the outside. My rims were still dirty. Why pay for the full package, If youre not even going to get all of it. Very disappointed with this place, and recommend no one to ever go here.

Always stop here when in town to visit my mom, because we dont have car washes that do interiors where I live in ME. Ive usually been very happy with the service and results for the price and short wait time. I enjoy browsing the greeting cards in the small waiting room gift shop. I was disappointed this trip-cleaning/vacuuming not at all up to standards and I had to wipe up crumbs from crevices myself after. I was the 2nd to last car of the day and the crew was out of there before I even started my car. Ill give them one more chance, but will go earlier in the day.

Four Seasons did a very nice job on both the exterior and interior. Quality results at a fair price. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Family run local business. They spend the time to completely clean the inside before the wash and in addition to the normal clean, when they are not super busy they do a quick detail of the inside. Very nice work.

I rarely leave poor reviews. I had a really negative experience. I paid almost 28 including tax for the ultimate car wash. My exterior was still dirty especially the tires that still had all the grime left on them. There was no interior vacuuming just some wiping down and they werent careful about cleaning with detail. When I drove back around to point out what was still dirty they werent helpful or receptive in addition to barely speaking English. One guy had the nerve to say its too dirty. I said, didnt I bring it to a car wash for a reason and pay for the top quality package cleaning. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. A waste of time and money.

Dropped my car off for a full body detail. Much needed. Unfortunately not getting (my precious) back until tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully everything will be sqeaky clean. Been going to this car wash for years and workers always done an amazing job ( no doub about it). From oil change to simple car wash, Im always please with the work they do. Paid for most expensive option, detailed car wash. Came to car shocked to 90% of car not touched inside. Asked the person who detailed car to pls finish job which he rudely responded to get out. I went to ask for manager, manager asked 3 times over 20 min to wait another minute.

A decent car wash with a fair price. My one complaint / recommendation to the business is to have the employee that pulls the car away from the wash NOT be the same guy that applies the tire shine. On multiple occasions, Ive had to go home and throughly clean my steering wheel. There is nothing worse than having a slippery steering wheel when pulling away.

Well run; never had a problem. The oil and fluid change size is top notch.

Price $ 22.5 for deluxe car wash. The car came out with windows and filthy mirrors more than what went into rinsing. After a few minutes I asked them to clean the windows again. the guy said that windows are not included in deluxe washing !! conclusion: it is better to go somewhere else !!

It was a quick in and out. You cant expect too much from a hands free car wash. Workers were very expeditious and even left some bird poop behind. Ill return.

For the price they charge, they completely rush through the inside of your car. Cup holders still full of sand. Floor mats are never put back properly, rear view mirrors always moved and seats moved all the way up. At least they’re consistent. Consistently below average.

Car wasnt clean even after paying for the most expensive wash. Guys werent nice. They made us carry all our belongings with us. And the mats were not in we had to do that ourselves

I was able to give a zero I would. I asked the man in charge if they would be able to clean a certain spot in between The seat and the “ armrest” The guy said sure no problem. I get back my car after paying a hefty price and sure enough it wasn’t clean well. And I paid for an interior cleaning also since that was the deal he was going to clean that spot. Part of the exterior cleaning includes waxing your tires it was only half waxed(Which means he did not wax the entire tire) basically you’re not getting your moneys worth at all.I was told that in order to get a car perfectly clean brand new looking you have to spend $90I don’t know About you but that’s a lot of money.

Terrible experience, got the most expensive car wash $28 i had big spot of bird poop on hood, and dead flies from traveling. Came out of wash and wasnt clean at all. Ask the gentleman about it, he wouldnt clean it. Mind you it was after giving a $5 tip. I ended up doing it my self. Sat into car and seats had some light spots. Wasnt cleaned either... would not suggest using this place.

1ST BAD REVIEW. I asked for an oil change with the listed price then told once the filter was removed and thrown out that itll be $110 since its a larger car. I couldnt say no at that point it was to late. Then it went in for a full detail and they BROKE my middle conceal witch worked perfectly fine there was still visible dirt in ALL the narrow places which was exactly why I brought it there. I PAID $421.32 for this oil change, detail inside & out and wipers. Please please save the headache and FIND ANYONE ELSE OR DO IT YOURSELF!!4 seasons if you wanna make it right REFUND me my money for breaking my center conceal on my range rover.

Being a repeat customer, the oil change tech knows exactly what I want. Quick, courteous service and the car wash is super!

They do a decent job but never as well as I can clean my car myself. But in all fairness what takes me an hour to do, they come pretty close in 15 minutes. If you ask the staff to clean a specific area, like the hatch or back of your car they will at no extra charge. In my opinion they do a better job than the other local car washes.

Car looks terrific when done! Best time is before noon midweek, usually no line then or one or two cars. Workers are attentive to details, even spraying windows when it comes out and wiping with clean dry rags. Its worth the cost. Even the tires look great!

Too many people on here complaining about interior vacuuming. It’s an exterior car wash, and that’s what they do extremely well. There is a reason they have pay vacuums on the property.

I wouldnt know how the car wash was because it was closed due to mechanical errors. No sign outside the front to indicate they were closed. It was only after driving all the way around to the back did I find out.

Came here for an oil change. The price for basic synthetic is $59.95 which is only a few dollars more than Im used to paying, which is fine since Im getting a car wash. After the oil change is done I find out an additional $7 was added due to oil filter, and Im fed some BS reason that its because its not a standard filter (I have a typical car). Never encountered such an up charge anywhere else.They claimed to have checked my air filters, yet I know for a fact theyre dirty and I have new filters at home to change. Dishonest and will not return here.

Worst car wash ever. Charge almost $5 for tires shine which is highway robbery and not justified even though they are on the highway. The young kid at the counter acts like he owns the world because its a family owned business. Apparently this family never bought any stock in customer service. Im all about ensuring my clients are happy with the service I provide, and by the looks of this 3.7 rating, this place needs to take one of my seminars on proper customer service... Or get staff that actually cared about paying customers... You know, the people who keep them in business. Avoid this place. Id pay twice the price somewhere else for a friendly smile and better service.

The best car wash EVER Period. I had my car oil changed and washed here few days ago. The lube staffs were kind and honest - they told me what was wrong with my car and offered few options to fix. The car wash service was also nice - there was one stain didnt come out from car wash because my car hasnt been washed for a while. I kindly asked one of the guys if they can remove it for me and they DID!!!.I am definitely coming back here again!

Very bad customer service car wasnt cleaned well would not use them again

I used to love this place and go here quite often, but that will now change. My last 2 visits were not up to the standards I expect for the price that I paid. One visit they switched my billing with another customer and I wound up paying more for services I didnt receive. The last visit was pretty bad. I paid for the top service and I tipped the workers five dollars as well. The place was slow and I expected I would receive a better job than usual. But quite the opposite I received. The car still had dirt marks around the outside of the car, but the worst was inside. I had dog hair in my back seat that seemed to not even be touched. The front dash and consult was also cover in missed cleaning areas as well. Dont know what happened to this place, they used to be awesome. Sad to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely bad service!!

I went here for an oil change and car wash and when I left, my check engine light came on and it wasnt shifting right. I have a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. So I stopped the car and called them and told them what had just happened. One of their service techs, Ronny, came to my location to see what the check engine light was about. Long story short, they were, without hesitation, ready to step up to the plate and pay for any damage they may have been responsible for. Well, as it turns out, a sensor in my car had failed and was fixed by Hyundai under warranty. There was no indication 4 Seasons was at fault and it seemed to be all just coincidental.So Kudos to 4 Seasons for their integrity and their cooperation and help. I will certainly continue to use them exclusively for any vehicle I own and cant recommend them highly enough!! Very impressed.

Recently received my own work truck. Previous worker had left the interior in a disgusting state to say the least. Caked with grime and dirt. After a minor scheduling error on their part I received my vehicle SPOTLESS. this thing looKS like new. From grime to shine the inside of my truck is amazing. They made it look like new! Now I know where to take my personal vehicles if I need them detailed! Definitely recommending them to all, their work and price is more than worth it!

Yes they help me out with disabled I couldnt get out of my car if they let me go through the wash and one of their work is paid for my wash instead of me getting out of the car to pay for it and they did a great job on the outside I will go there again

New customer, wont be back! I got the Ultimate package. When I got home I realized they had not vacuumed the back of my jeep out. For $22.98 you would expect them to at least vacuum the entire car. I had mentioned it was my first time there, nothing on a sign about it and no one said it wasnt included. Called to complain and the owner first told me its not included in trucks, told him its not a truck, its a jeep wrangler. Then he said they dont clean trunks...told him its not a trunk either. All he was willing to do was to have me bring it back and they would vacuum it. PIA to have to make a second trip to get the car cleaned. When I got there, I asked the man in the back, and he said it should have been done, the cleaner just forgot to do it. Should have offered me a discount on my next service to make up for the second trip, but not even a Im sorry. Gas is $$ and my time has value as well. NOT happy! The inside wasnt cleaned well either, they left leaves under the mat and there was still hair and fur on the carpet and sand on the seat. REALLY SUB-PAR WORK!!!
