Purchased new Kelly tires for 2015 Silverado dually $1300.00 drove truck home on service streets, do not use truck for day to day driving. Two weeks later left for Florida and at highway speeds noticable vibration. Contacted Quick lane to try to resolve problem and was asked why I didnt call sooner. I asked to speak with mgr. Chris not available. Several calls and messages later Chris never available or returns call. Took truck to local tire shop in Sebring Florida. Front drivers side tire out of balance 5 oz all total 6 tires out of balance 18oz. Tire tech at competent tire shop said must have been some ones first day balancing, or they didnt care! Quicklane in Florida no help!! Bottom line is beware no service after sale!
