I needed an oil change on the family van and I had limited time without the kiddos. They were able to get me in and out quickly. The service was fast, staff was friendly, and waiting room clean and comfortable. Definitely will be back for future oil changes and services on both of our cars!

The service was fast and the price was right for the oil change. I felt they were honest with recommendations, however, I made the mistake of not asking the price for a new cabin filter before having them replace mine. I knew it would be somewhat higher than I could buy it for but the price they charged was way more than it should have been. $43 for a filter that I can buy for $10-$15. Installation takes 30 seconds.

I’ve had my car serviced here a few times in the last year, and it’s definitely the only place I will go to for anything I need. Kaycee and Chad have been extremely honest, transparent, and professional with every issue I’ve had with my vehicle. I’ve already referred my mother to them and she loves them too! It’s nice to have mechanics you can trust to be honest and give you a reasonable price for whatever you need.

I HIGHLY recommend using this specific Havoline for all your car needs. I have been coming here for a few years and I honestly don’t trust to go anywhere else. Great and honest shop! Im a mechanic by trade and every now and then things prevent me from doing my own repairs, this shop confirmed what I thought was the problem, called to confirm i wanted them to continue and fixed my truck quickly. Their shop rates are about the fairest in town and honestly about what i would charge not to mention there was very little mark up on price of parts which was a relief. I highly recommend this shop. The staff were also a pleasure to work with. 5 stars all day!

I called to find out more info for a simple oil change. The lady who picked up the phone was very cut and dry and hung up on me before I got my last question out. I ended up going here and the same lady was working the front desk. NO smile, and same energy when I arrived to schedule a oil change. She was hard calloused, took my keys said to wait- it’ll be 30 mins. When I came into pay I asked if the coupons on the website would still be validated even though they were recently expired & her response was “Thats not my job, or responsibility for the coupon on the website” she still honored the coupon, but I was really shocked to see a middle aged women give this type of customer service. Sadly I won’t be returning even though this location is convenient for me. I was so turned off. There are too many places that will be happy to take business and make you not feel like a burden.

Literally called around 10 places trying to get an oil change today and everyone said no too busy all had the schedule out luckily I called one more place and that was here and they told me to come on in I was in and out in 30 minutes and everyone who worked inside and in the garage was extremely nice helpful and just all-around good staff especially *Kaleb who was not only helpful but went above and beyond to point out some things that were leaking and also checked my dis fluid level just that good customer service that I look for in places like this I recommend Havoline to anybody as I will definitely be back

I went in on my way to work with a low tire and was told there was a nail in it.They were able to fix it immediately and I wasnt late for work. Everyone was very pleasant and eager to help. I have an older car and will definitely go back for service with them.

Always a great experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they always remember me by name and my car. They always explain the repairs and charges in detail. They even popped out a dent in my rear bumper while fixing my license plate light without charging me. I dont go anywhere else for maintenance or repairs!

I had a recent experience with a complex repair involving a prior accident in another state coupled with the part(s) being under warranty and 3rd party insurance billing issues. It was a complex repair mess. Chad and Casey were knowledgeable about the repair and totally competent in dealing with the insurance company. They were always on top of my situation and explained each step in detail and were always available to personally explain updates at anytime.I seriously have never had a better auto repair experience. I will wholeheartedly recommend them for any make or model of auto repair.

Installed my filter wrong, leaked oil. Did not clear my maintenance, over inflated my tires, by a 10 year old kid, got in my car, with greasy uniform, refused to rebate my lost oil.Been changing my oil for many many years.I should know better to go to Grease Monkeys like them. Never again and going to file small claims court. Principal up date later

Higher quality oil Im going to be a repeat customer

David was just at Xpress Lube.......minutes before they closed.They were kind enough to check out our oil leak that was becoming worse. We had just traveled for 9 hours for a wedding here in Lakewood. They were quick to find the cap had not been tightened properly 2 days ago when we had our oil changed in Iowa. Took my truck in to have the front driveshaft and ball joint lubed and they took care of it for me no problem.

Theres a reason these guys are so highly rated, especially for mechanics!From my initial call through picking up my Jeep they were friendly, honest and transparent about my costs, not to mention about $300 cheaper than the other place I went for similar work a few years ago (looking at you, Firestone.) They took care of my car, didnt push me into any additional maintenance I didnt want, and on the way out they noticed my brake light was out (I had been putting off replacing it) and replaced it for me.They have been my boyfriends go-to mechanic for years, and Im happy to say theyre mine now too.

I had a great experience at Havoline. I brought in my Nissan Altima because it had an oil leak. I had previously taken it to another shop. The other shop said that they fixed the main leak by replacing the camshaft sensor but that there were other leaks and in order for them to diagnosis the other leaks, I would need to leave my car with them longer and pay for additional labor. I then decided to take my car to Havoline. Chad diagnosed the other leak in no time, told me it wasnt a big issue and that it didnt need fixing, and then refused to accept payment for his time in diagnosing the leak. All in all it was a great experience.

Went here for a full synthetic oil change. super quick, staff very friendly and sweet. I like this place better than Grease Monkey because it had a bigger fishbowl window and the guys actually did everything the service listed, such as vacuuming my car and inspecting my battery, ect. took about a half hour, and my car ran noticeably smoother afterwards. will try to sell you on some side services, but thats typical of businesses like this, and the guys werent pushy, so no complaints. will definitely be coming here for the rest of my oil changes!!

New to the lakewood/green mtn area. Thought by the reviews this would have been a good place. I was wrong, even for a basic oil and fuild top off. The desk counter customer service was friendly, welcoming and greated me with a smile i will acknowledge that. However, the the lube tech who was working our my car (named zach with blackhair) seemed to be high out of his mind on the job, red eyes and possessed a VERY arrogant attitude. After picking up my vehicle, upon start up the next morning i noticed a distinct ticking sound coming from my engine that was not previously there. Frustrated, I took my car to the dealer after work, for them to tell me MY OIL WAS MISSING ALMOST 2 WHOLE QUARTS which was the cuase of the ticking noise, and on top of that HE SHOWED ME THAT THE OIL FILTER WASNT EVEN REPLACED!!! very disappointed.... If i cant trust a shop for a basic oil change what good are you? I Will be returning to the dealer from now on even if it costs more, atleast they have SOBER friendly employees that get the job done right the first time, and dont leave you with a worrysome headace.
