Montrachet is the best. Weve lived here for 5 years and would never live anywhere else in the area. Excellent proximity to trails, restaurants and shopping. The management team & the maintenance team are awesome. Very nice people. They are always prompt to help with any issues that arise. Great gym, great pool, and great rec center.
Very nice apartments. This is our second apartment here since 2015 couldn’t be happier. Staff and management are great! Everything remodeled nicest apartments in the area. Highly recommend
The location is perfect, but thats where the good ends. Prior to the remodel, rent was affordable, south table was undeveloped and management seemed to have integrity. Maintenance is understaffed and did not address the majority of our requests and now rent is too high. Had a terrible experience moving out. Honesty is optional at Montrachet. Would not recommend.
Great spot, great maintenance & great views. Rent and congestion are the only dowsides
Great place to live. Great management and maintenance. Right next to a mountain you can hike right up. Apartment is great and when you need help they are there for you. Highly recommend this place. They conduct social events for residents that are awesome and they always treat you like family.
Horrible concept, practically impossible to move anything through. Don’t move here
I have lived here for 5 months and I love it...Tony is AMAZING and is very helpful and professional. Maintenance requests are tended to very quickly and the grounds are well maintained. Quiet but great location...literally seconds to I-70! Would highly recommend this apartment community.
Beautiful views and spacious apartments. Shawna was friendly and accommodating to her residents and employees and she truly cared about them. Great place to live and work!
The staff is mature, professional, and responsive. There is no turnover. They know the complex well and keep it in great repair. It is a beautiful, safe, and convenient area to live. The units are very large and clean. It feels and looks like a community of homeowners rather than renters.
Weve enjoyed living here for the past year. Were moving to a house but had that fallen through, there was nowhere else we wanted to rent from. Very friendly management and theyve been extremely accommodating with our closing date. Factoring in location: right next to I-70, close to fuel, food, and fun. Its butted up to the base of South Table which Ive hiked many times. Theres absolutely no crime on this side of 70, Ive done the research. For amenities: garage, open concepts, central air, gas fire places, large balconies, and great clubhouse area, the price is definitely on target. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.
Poor Management and poor decisions for how expensive it is here. Apartments are falling apart, doors and windows don’t keep heat in, water smells and you can feel like you live in dorm as they don’t give you enough key cards and also manually lock things down like the clubhouse during office hours which is weird, especially when you pay an exorbitant amount of rent and fees. Since they don’t put in nice windows, doors, carpet, piping, or kitchen appliances, they make the grounds look really nice. I would personally rather have my apartment updated and also warm.
We have lived here for 3 months now and LOVE it. Everything from the location, maintenance, and fitness classes are awesome. Plus the mesa out back makes having a high energy dog much easier to manage.
You will have a hard time finding any staff/management as OUTSTANDING as Montrachet! These guys CARE about you and make sure youre happy with your apartment home. The maintenance team have been here for many years and I havent came across a thing in which they cant fix (and they are PROMPT) with their service! The price might be a little high but you get what you pay for! Feels like home here and not just another place to live. Life is great at Montrachet and I used to live here for 1.5 years back in 2010/2011 - moved back because the above reasons and the views rock here!
I toured Montrachet and The Lodge 3 weeks ago and was told about a move in special that consisted of 1) No application fee 2) $500.00 off first months rent. I expressed that I wanted to move in by February 1st. Upon calling today to setup an appointment to complete the process, I was told that the rent specials are no longer available??!! I spoke to Bianca today and Lindsey on December 29th, 2015 when I toured. Never was any deadline mentioned. I was essentially told by Bianca that nobody would have told you that you could get the rent specials in January. But thats what I was told. The lease that I was given has Application Fee: Waived written on it! And the floor plan sheets say $500.00 off of rent. I toured on December 29th, 2015 so how could I have possibly signed a lease and moved in within 2 days? There was no deadline given to me and Im glad I did not waste time with this place as this kind of customer service would have most likely carried over to maintenance issues and my overall experience living there. If this is how they treat people before they even move in - Beware!
The place is absolutely awesome, the leasing agents are very cordial and knowledgeable.
I moved out due to a new renter with 2 very large noisy dogs moving in right below me. The management just ignored my complaints.Upon moving out due to the noise I was charged for outrageous fines: INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF THE KITCHEN SINK!!!Poor management and rude renters, this place should be condemned. Also important to mention how close this is to the highway and the High Crime Rate that comes with Montrachet off of I-70.
Great views, great neighbors, great staff
Excellent location! Trails in your backyard, close to Denver, i70, allthethings.
Living at The Montrachet feels like I am living amongst family. From the friendly, professional staff to my neighbors, everything about this community makes me feel safe, welcomed and at home. This is my third year here and I am only sorry it took me this long to write a review! The property is gorgeous and well-cared for. The maintenance crew is always out busy doing something, yet theyre never too busy to wave at me (yes, every single time) as I drive past them on a daily basis. My apartment is spacious and beautiful with amazing views. At night, I go out on my balcony under the stars, with the rolling hills as a backdrop, and drink in the silence. The Montrachet would be great for you if you are looking for upscale living mixed with adequate privacy and a strong sense of community. We have people of all ages and backgrounds here. This community would be great for you if youre in a position where you need a transition home and are considering an apartment, but dont want to lose your sense of privacy or your ability to unwind at night, given the spaciousness of the units and their proximity to each other. Its a pretty quiet community so if youre wanting to escape from all of this noise pollution, Montrachet is your place!I love the yearly catered holiday events, including an amazing pool party every July. I also appreciate all of the little ways they are continually letting me know that they appreciate me as a resident. The staff all know me by name, which is mind-blowing when you think about the hundreds of people who live here. I am constantly receiving little favor/treat packages on my door knob filled with goodies. Sometimes, I receive so many packages from Amazon that they get delivered to the leasing office, rather than to my doorstep. There have been many occasions where one of the staff will help me bring packages out to my car. Its those little things that make all of the difference. And although this is a bit of an aside, I must say that the community center, pool and gym/sauna are fantastic! My extended family and I have rented the center several times for holiday and graduation parties. My family loves coming here so much (because its so elegant and spacious) that they want to have ALL of their parties here now. That is going to be a big (sad) problem when I relocate one day!Another thing I enjoy about The Montrachet is our location. We live only minutes away from my daughters high school in Golden, yet were also only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Denver. I feel like Im getting pretty spoiled living here. Soon enough, Ill be buying a home and giving my notice here, but it will be tough to go.Thank you Shawnna, Doug, DJ, George and ALL of the fabulous staff for making The Montrachet such a wonderful place to call home. XOP.S. - I have noticed some negative reviews and only want to add that, while I am not aware of specific, negative situations people may have experienced while living here, I can say from personal experience that *everytime* I have went to management with an issue of any kind, they have been highly responsive.I have went to them with various things over the years from a broken garbage disposal, to letting them know that a random neighbor is letting their dog leave little biological gifts for everyone in the courtyard. First off, these problems are few and far between and of course, youre going to come upon a problem at some point, be it a non-functioning toilet to a neighbor who leaves their trash out at night (when they know theyre not supposed to).Thing is, I tend to look for whats good rather than whats bad about a person, place or thing. Thats just me. Life is what you make it. If youre the type of person who cannot be pleased, thats going to be your experience everywhere in life---its going to be the theme of all of your relationships. I would like to believe that I have good relationships with the staff at The Montrachet, in part, because I am not constantly pointing the finger & fault-finding. My 2 cents.
The management is terrible and unhelpful, and the apartments are way over-priced for what you get. Thin walls and loud neighbors; chintzy appliances; run down; you get the picture. Stay away if you can!
Great place to live in
Whoever chose the labeling and signage for the apartment numbers is a nitwit
