The Office at Beaumont Grand Apts. was fantastic. Dana and Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me get my mother moved into her new apartment. They both helped us thru the entire process. From my first call to the Office inquiring about availability to move-in day, they were there to answer my questions. Thank you so much and job well done!Brad Fowler
Elizabeth was AMAZING! She helped me get set up and ready to move in as soon as I got bacc from my trip! Dana and Austin were great help as well!
Amazing experience with the leasing staff/management! Got everything squared away for our move in and staff was super responsive to any and all questions. Would highly recommend us based off the move-in experience alone! :)
After a couple of bad experiences with property management from another apartment, we are so grateful that we found these apartments. The property team is attentive but not overbearing, the property is clean and well maintained, and our move-in process was stress free. I’ve seen bad reviews about parking but we have had no problems finding parking between the two of us.
Best place to live if you have no friends or family. They have a strict parking policy that does not allow any cars without a parking permit to park in their lot after 9 pm. In addition if your a new resident without an access to a parking pass yet, they will tow you as well. Happened to this dude’s second car who just moved in to his new apartment. They gave this man a hefty fine of $460 in towing fee for something that could’ve been dealt with just a warning paper in the front of his car.( like how my previous apartment did)
I just recently moved into the Beaumont and the move in process was easy and seamless thanks to Dana! She has been a pleasure to work with and I most definitely recommend the Beaumont, I have been here for about two months now and I am very satisfied. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, my neighbors are nice and the unit is in great shape. The only piece of negative feedback would be the parking situation, but other than that its an awesome place to live. P.S Management- You need to give this woman a raise.
When I moved in I received brand new carpet . Wonderful customer service . The apartment complex was really clean .
We’ve lived here for about 2 months and love it so far! We live on the 2nd floor and you can barely hear your neighbors. The maintenance team is awesome, Jay was extremely friendly and did a great job. Dana made the move in process extremely easy and not stressful at all. Overall I highly recommend moving in :)
I was very disappointed in the way my first impression of this place was. My husband and I made an appointment on Saturday (May 8th), at 1:00pm with Austin to see their apartments in person. We got there 10 minutes early (because if youre not early, youre late). When we approached the leasing office, it was closed with a sign on the door that said, Will be back at 1:00pm. We were ok with it because we were early so we sat down near the front door and waited. So, 1:00pm rolls around and we see no one coming to the door. I told my husband, lets wait a few more minutes. So we waited. At 1:03pm, a guy shows up, looks at us but doesnt say anything, opens the door to the leasing office, walks in, and locks it behind him. Aside from the fact that he didnt even acknowledged us, my husband said, lets give him a few more minutes and see if he comes back. I immediately said no way! He saw us and didnt offer to let us wait inside, or even introduced himself. Hey Austin, if youre reading, customer service and having etiquette is EVERYTHING in this line of job and anywhere else you go to! If you need someone to train you on that, I would gladly help.
What a great experience!! Dana O made the entire process incredibly easy. From the initial application to the actual move in - she was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions. The apartment is spacious, the grounds are well maintained. This is a very comfortable environment. If youre looking for a new apartment in the Lakewood area, check out the Beaumont Grand. Be sure to ask for Dana!
So much help in hard times right now. I broke my washer and they had it taken care of in less than a week! Great people and service! Thank you so much
I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to the crew at the Beaumont Grand Apartments. This last year of COVID has been especially challenging for everyone and its been so nice to have the support of the Beaumont management team. Austin and Dana have been so understanding and accommodating of my circumstances and needs as a resident. Any time I have concerns or questions they are ready to listen and support while working towards resolutions. Since the office has been closed they have had numerous conversations with me on the phone to address any issues. I truly feel heard and valued as a resident!I have lived here nearly 4 years now; Austin was my original leasing agent! The property was going through some big transitions and construction at that time. Things have remained on the up and up since Austin took over as property manager. Along with the remodeled leasing center, weve seen the addition of a very nice package room which has made deliveries so much more convenient. Large bright floodlights were installed throughout the property on all buildings, stairwells, carports and garages. This property used to be very dark at night with minimal lighting so this has been a wonderful upgrade.I have a 2 bed 1 bath unit and I have been very happy with it over the years. Ive been raising my child here and its been a great space to grow into. I love this area close to Steilacoom Park and the Oakbrook neighborhood with plenty of stores and options nearby. My apartment overlooks some lovely green space. The community is fairly quiet with a mix of families, couples, singles and lots of military. Prior to COVID management had started hosting gatherings for community events in the leasing center to bring everyone together.Maintenance has always been so helpful to me from the beginning. From the little things that need to be replaced or repaired to a full window reframing and appliance upgrades, I have always been taken care of by these guys! Most recently Jo, Jai and Liam all went above and beyond to make sure my service requests were completed to my satisfaction. I had to have my stove replaced and Jo made sure to communicate with me through the entire process. This crew is achieving excellence right now! In the past Leo and his guys were diligent and kept my apartment in great condition with 110% efforts. Our property porters have been incredible as well. Isaako is the current porter and he works so hard to keep our property looking great! He runs all the garbage bins and sweeps up loose trash daily. During the winter months he was out there every evening salting the pathways around the property to keep them from icing over. He goes the extra mile to take care of the complex and keep it looking nice. This man deserves a pat on the back!I have not had many issues on this property that could not be resolved. Austin and Dana have always been very responsive to my concerns. Apartment living can be noisy sometimes, but most of the residents here are very reasonable in terms of hours and volume. There have been times in the past with neighbors that were not reasonable. Management was quick to address it and the excessively loud or late night disruptions stopped. I have been so grateful that they approach these kinds of issues with consideration for all residents. Recently dog waste became an issue with residents not cleaning up after their pets, but again management has taken steps to address it! They are diligent in enforcing the leash laws and pet waste policies. We residents can do our part to keep our property looking beautiful and help by securing our trash and picking up after our pets!Thank you so much to the team at Beaumont Grand for making this a great place to call home!
I moved into this beautiful classic 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment 3 years ago. The management staff are amazing. If I had any questions or concerns they were always there. If I left a message, I never had to wait to long for a response. My neighbors were nice and always willing to say hi back and give a friendly smile. Over the last 12 years of life changes this has been one of my favorite places I’ve lived. It is close to parks, stores, and a wonderful community. I would recommend it to anyone.
My family and I have lived in Beaumont Grand for 3 years and I have not had a issue. The staff Austin and Faith are phenomenal they always go above and beyond and make my customer service experience an A+ every time. The maintenance crew works around the clock trying to keep the grounds neat and they answer work orders within 24-48 hrs which is great. The gym area is always clean and there is a wide variety of equipment. I have read a lot of complaints about people complaining about getting cars towed, but if you have a visible parking pass in your car you will not have this issue. If you are looking for a pet friendly, clean environment, and great customer service Beaumont Grand is for you.
Very limited parking, especially if you have two cars. You can hear people from upstairs if youre staying on first on a floor loud with foot step, especially when you tried to go sleep every night. Trash are over flowing mostly during weekends and pets poop all over the grass and sometimes on a concrete walkway without clean up after their mess.
I have been living here for about 4 years. I couldnt be happier! The staff are always polite and professional. The grounds are well maintained. If an issue needs to be fixed it is done in a timely manner. Its also in a great location! Next to a park, grocery store, walgreens. The apartment itself is very spacious. The manager was kind enough to upgrade my kitchen counters at no charge! All in all, I highly recommend this place!!!
I loved living here. The 1 bedroom apartment that I lived in had so much space with a really big closet. I got military discount on my rent which was cool and if I had any issues, maintenance came out to fix it within the same day. I got a free parking spot and they offer garage spaces if you would like one. They allow pets for a low fee which was great because my puppy loved living here as well. The staff are really friendly and I always felt safe while living here. I would recommend it most definitely!
No. Dont move here unless you have an assistant to deal with the front office on your behalf. Itll be a pleasant stay if you can stay out of their way.
I lived at Beaumont Grand for 2 years and had a great experience! The staff (Austin and Faith) were amazing and always very helpful! Parking is kind of difficult sometimes but other than that had it was great! I like that it’s close to things I need and that the car spot is included. They are doing some awesome updates as well! :)
All around not a good place to live. You Cant have friends or family over past 9 pm. Parking impossible if you have more then one car. Amenities are never open. Grounds keepers are loud( also nothe best work ive seen). At least for my apartment the floor is uneven. This is my perspective from living here for 3 months.
My move in experience was very delightful and a breeze. Precious was great to work with, you can tell she really knew her job and she was great at it. She didn’t try and pressure us to pick these apartments but they were definitely the best ones we looked at in our price range. She worked with us with our move in date and to help us transition from one place to another very smoothly. If you want a great leasing consultant go to Precious Matthews she’s amazing.
So far this has been the best place we’ve lived in. The staff are nice and caring and on top of everything. Faith is the sweetest and always returns my calls! We recently resigned our lease for another year and they gave us a complementary carpet cleaning! Perfect timing, right before the holidays.
Let’s be honest- living in an apartment is not ideal, there will never be a perfect apartment experience. That being said, I personally read reviews for places to get an idea of what the reality of the place is.... so here is reality folks....The apartment complex advertises specials for military, which is awesome since it’s so close to the base. Let me tell you how they honor the military....in the middle of the night, MANAGEMENT has cars towed from their assigned spots. This conveniently happened after the 1st of the month when rent was already paid. So tack on $500 to your rent to get your own property back.I’ll shelve the smaller things and chalk it up to “apartment life”. However, when you take my property in the middle of the night, from my assigned space included in the rent I pay, gloves are off.So happy Independence Day: Land of the free, Home of the brave. A huge and sincere thank you to our military for serving our nation, but you deserve so much better than this.Shame on you Beaumont Grand.
Austin, Faith, and the whole team are simply AHMAZING!!!! I moved out of a 4 bedroom home into a 2 bedroom apartment...HUGE CHANGE (I know). In the last month of living in my house, we encountered a house fire (yes I said that correctly...a house FIRE!!!). They were able to get me into the apartment early and with no hesitation. Austin & Faith made the transition enjoyable and stress free. I dont know what I would have done without their timely execution to my needs. They were understanding and posed no judgment towards my rather devastating situation. Their customer service was impeccable and I highly recommend this apartment complex for your next home.
We just moved here from S. Korea. Before we moved, we started looking for places to live. Jodi was quick to respond to every question we had. When we got here, she showed us some available apartments, we picked one and was able to move in 4 days later. Thanks for the awesome help, Jodi!!! And thanks to Austin for helping us out on our move in day. Great team!!
If you can find another place to live, I definitely would. This place isn’t worth the rent they charge in the first place. I was told if I held an apartment but changed my mind I could have my hold deposit back, however that wasn’t the case when I called. I ended up moving in only for that reason. The day I moved in I had been shown my parking space by the lady who did my walk through, the next morning my car was towed even despite having already put the parking pass visibly in my vehicle. Which is another huge issue here, there isn’t enough parking ever and the cars that do park in the open spaces so if someone happens to be in your parking spot you’re out of luck until a tow truck can come or they move. I recently had gotten a letter put in my mail box stating that I was not compliant with a term of my lease, however on the day it is dated I was not even home for that entire week. When I called the office to talk about the matter, there is no one available and no one has returned my calls. I’ve already begun looking at possible new places to move into, and I wouldn’t ever bother to recommend living here to anyone else especially military members who are trying to stay within a BAH budget.
Zero stars should be an option! Perspective client seeking housing. Faith should not be her name. she was rude and bias in regards to providing resources which i did not inquire out of the company business. Here is the conversation between I and she: This is I: wondering if you have a income base program available? This is she: We do not, there are a few in the area we accept, however I am unable to recommend one to you. If youre not going to have integrity keep your misconduct essence to your self, give info only to what is asked.
Loved this place from day one!A huge improvement from nearby apartment communities. In my experience so far, the staff have always been helpful and professional. They are straightforward yet friendly. Any issues weve come across, maintenance or otherwise, have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Its in a great location. Walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, shops and a huge park. Theres nothing ghetto about this area. Its safe and family-friendly.There are some drawbacks, like parking, but thats just the way apartment life works sometimes...(although my husband and I usually manage parking 2 cars at or close to our building just fine)...And there are the occasional rude people who blare their music late night or sometimes a loud neighbor, but its not the apartments responsibility to police these people 24/7.When you live in a shared space like this, especially a complex so large, you have to accept that things might not be 100% to your liking all the time...but in my experience Im happy to say its been pretty close.Pay your bills on time + be kind and courteous to neighbors and staff + speak up if you have any issues = happiness at Beaumont Grand!
Im a current resident now and I have been staying at Beaumont for 3 years now. DO NOT MOVE HERE, not worth the money or effort of moving in. Here are issues: They changed property management companies (which suck), hot tub is down as has been for a 2 months, the gated community they advertise is not gated, the gate has been broken for several months. The indoor basketball court is permanently locked. The dog stations areas are always filled with poop ( they dont empty them). They talked about security but it is useless they are never around. There was gang members squaring off in our complex. I showed up at home one night, and it was a random pool party going on. No one lived there. There has even been car break ins happening more frequently. The phones arent answered in a timely manner. I generally get the vibe, the new property managers dont care because, they dont live here. I dont feel safe here, I will be moving out in October. Dont move here if you want to feel safe
Austin is fabulous!! He made the move-in process easy and simple. He has exceptional customer service skills and he is a delight to work with. The management has been making great improvements, and the community aesthetically is looking great. They offer renovated apartments with nice updates and apartments that haven’t been renovated. The apartments that haven’t been renovated is a little dated but very livable. The price point is fair based on the size of the apartments. Overall pleasant experience!!
Great place to live! My Man is in the Military and we were having a hard time finding a decent place to live close to post. Thankfully we ran into Beate at a different location and she directed us here! It checks all the boxes. We were even able to get a garage! Faith was extremely kind and went above and beyond to help, she even stayed late to make sure we could move in the same day. Everyone here has been very attentive and make us feel at home. Highly recommend these appartments!
My husband and Is move in to Beaumont Grand Apartment Homes was so smooth thanks to Precious! She was so easy to work with, and took the time to ensure that everything was all set up so we could move right in. We could tell she genuinely wanted the best for us, and even requested to get us brand new carpet! She is fantastic at her job and a great asset to the apartment complex. If you would like a stress free move into a fantastic complex request to work with Precious Matthews.
I moved in a few months ago and Austin has always been awesome and helpful!! Faith started a month or so ago and is great to!! My windows got busted by kids with rocks and Austin and Faith were great and got it taken care of and Faith was awesome with helping me when it was very stressful . If it wasn’t for Faith and Austin don’t know what I would do without them they’re great managers !!
All three years we lived there were great!!! Beaumont Grand has awesome staff with the best customer service. They will take good care of their residents right away. Never had any complains. Will recommend to everyone! Thanks Beaumont Grand!!!Ana and Manny
This complex is great! The staff are friendly and the place is nice. I feel safe in this complex and they’re always renovating which is a plus. Bonus they’re military friendly! You get your own parking spot!
Management have been very understanding and helpful, especially with renewing our lease. If you have any concerns, I highly suggest talking to them about any issues or concerns you have so that they can help assist you, they want to help in any way that they can. Austin and Precious have been great help during this stressful and chaotic time. Thank you for hearing me out! Weve been here since Nov 2017 and just renewed it for another 12 months. :)
My family and I sadly moved here about 3 months ago was okay at first but this place is not family or military friendly like advertised. Staff doesnt really care about much going on. The apartments inside carry smell from other apartments more then any other Ive ever lived in and noise. 24 hours a day noise outside between people hanging out blasting music or couples fighting its not worth the 1500 a month after they put there trash and sewer fee thats with a discount, plus electric is almost 250 which we dont understand we are hardly home this place needs new appliances also very old out dated refrigerator makes noise and my freezer sometimes doesnt even freeze fully like it takes breaks. Dog poop is everywhere I dont think they even clean it up very nasty. We will be leaving as soon as our lease is up.
Great complex. Quiet, peaceful. Neighboring complex can be loud. Gym and clubhouse is always clean and comfortable. Mangers are attentive and accommodating. Prices are reasonable. Very pet friendly.
I give it a three star because the way my apartment looks inside and parking. I live here now I love the management they are understanding and listen takes awhile but works. I wish instead of them trying to work outside of our apartments they would change this 1960’s stove we have and these counters for how much we pay here. I seen some for places painted but no mine and we need different fridges other than nothing wrong with these apartments people are just adding extra for no reason.
Very friendly staff and always helpful when I need something. Faith especially is always helpful!
This is one of the worst apartment management team I have encounteredz I absolutely do not recommend this apartment. Not enough parking space and they love towing your vehicle!
The apartment itself is fine. The management, though extremely nice, do absolutely nothing with noise complaints, and believe me, you will have them. This place is notorious for parties so if you have children, go somewhere else. Had I known that before moving in, I would have done just that. My neighbors party until 3am-5am every weekend and I have complained to the apartment managers a total of 7 times and their resolution is for us to call the cops. Calling the cops wont resolve anything either. Weve tried. We have three friends that live in this complex who are all unhappy about the same thing. Dont let the outside deceive you. If the apartment managers took a more active stance in the happiness of their tenants and would resolve problems that took place on their property, we would be happy. We feel like we are living in an expensive housing authority with the worst neighbors possible!
Its a beautiful place, very quiet community. everyone kinda leaves you alone and its PACKED with military. overall its not a bad place to live. the only reason i am giving it three stars is because the parking is horrible in this place if you own more than one car or want company over. the tanning bed was always locked, and though it was partially my fault as well, it would have been nice if they actually talked to me about my lease being up and what i need to do about moving out. instead of just putting a piece of paper on my door. i ended up having to pay full price for an extra 20 days past my lease and after moved out just to clear. because even though they sent me a piece of paper saying my lease was up, they still wanted to charge me because i didnt walk in and tell them i was leaving. as i said it was kinda my fault for not reading the paper it was apparently on thoroughly, but at the same time aggravating because they could have made it easier. other than those no complaints
Over priced, poor renovations, hellish parking, homeless lurking around and stealing property, dog poop everywhere. Likely to get towed because there is no spots and you just want to go home. Will cost you $390 to get your car in Parkland. Only good thing is thier maintenance crew.
I hope you dont have two cars. Finding a spot is impossible after 5pm and you have no choice but to park illegally and get towed. Mind you the towing company in charge of BG is 8 miles away in parkland and cost 390$ to get you car. Thier answer about parking is best summed up by saying not our problem. DONT LIVE HERE.
Horrible place over priced rent horrible parking very noisy, the staff is horrible they dont respond to maintenance well there are so many better places to stay do not get fooled into living here if there was a way to get out of my lease I would but as soon as its up Im leaving. Take my advice continue searching for a place to stay. I moved here thinking it was military friendly but they lied.
By far the most awful place Ive ever lived in!!! Rat infestation! Ruined all my sentimental belongings in storage. My son passed away a year ago and I had some of his things stored away, GONE! They HAVE YET TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!! The front girl was rude and disrespectful, its no wonder they got rid of her. WORK ORDERS NEVER GET DONE!!!
I lived in Beaumont grand from July 2015 - may 2016. From the very beginning the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had. I was part of the armys RPP program and they made the move in process very easy. The apartment was just what I needed and I had a one bedroom with wood floors. During my stay I had a problem with a leak and they fixed the problem that day and assured me it wouldnt be reflected on me during move out (I have had bad expiernces with previous complexes). The only negative I can think of is the parking, theres not much they can do about that but it wasnt that big of a deal. I moved out last week and my walk through was a breeze. As long as you actually clean up your apartment and didnt damage anything then you will have no issues with your deposit. They make that extremely clear. I would definitely recommend Beaumont grand to service members and friends alike. The staff alone is what makes this place so wonderful, thank you!
New management sucks. My car was towed away for parking at the fireline spot, and i paid tons of money for that. But Now everybody is parking at the fireline spots. Besides this, new management really sucks. I liked the old one lot better.
The new management isnt very good. If you call theres a 1/10 chance theyll answer the phone. When I moved in they gave me a key and told me to do my own walkthrough and to make it quick, there was only a temp in the office and he didnt explain anything to me he just wanted me to finish so he could go home, no info about mail, trash, or parking. Cabinets and shelving were broken, the ancient stove was shooting sparks, the fridge and dishwasher were missing parts and broken, there was writing on the walls left from maintenance, and the apartment was absolutely filthy. Just doing the walkthrough my socks went from white to black the floors were so gross and sticky. The counter tops were cut up so bad and covered in tape. The water was yellow for my first several days here. Even the patio was filthy. Covered in trash and broken glass and cigarette butts and even seafood shells. All of this couldve been fixed before my move in if staff had just paid attention and inspected the unit before leasing it to me.The walls are thick, which is nice but the community is LOUD. Frequent parties, arguments, and no one picks up after themselves. I constantly see trash just set out in the parking lot like someone just cleaned out their car and left it there. They provide bags for your dogs but no one uses them, theres poop everywhere its even smeared into the sidewalks. Ive complained about the dog poop many times but nothing is being done and it just gets worse and worse. Its unsanitary. It took them over a month to look into my maintenance request for my tub drain, and over a week to look into my fire-hazard stove (the lease says it will be fixed in 72 hours). I put in a request for my washer and dryer, and they said it was fine and didnt fix anything. The knob is still broken on my washer and my dryer takes 4 cycles to dry a small load. This place isnt worth the cost. They have been doing work on the outside and the office but that doesnt improve the quality of living here. The whole time Ive been here there hasnt been access to the amenities Im paying for because of the construction. I didnt even have a patio for 3 months.
Run away, for the of God. They treat residents horribly, the parking is a literal joke. We cant believe how horrible it is some times, and the new policies are B.S. Way over priced for a poorly managed, crappy apartment complex. Go anywhere else, seriously. Lakewood has better.
My husband and I have lived at Beaumont Grand from summer of 2015-winter of 2017 and only moved because of the army. I have no complaints on the management whatsoever. Michael with the previous management was great! And Austin with the new management is awesome! Maintenance responds quick. Yes sometimes calling the office takes a bit to actually get someone on the phone. Parking does need some work. But for people complaining that their car got towed... well... then don’t park illegally. My husband and I have lived in a renovated and unrenovated apartment and both have been simple, clean not gross like some comments say on here. I have never experienced being moved into a dirty apartment with Beaumont. You can ask to view an apartment before you sign a lease. I would always suggest that.As far as noise complaints, you can’t control everyone. I have heard a few times people argue but, there’s not much you can do about it. I have had to call patrol one time and they responded quick and took care of the situation. The dog stations, some people don’t clean up after their dogs but I did notice maintenance will clean up those areas but there’s only so much they can do. We all need to do our part. So many residents living in one place and the residents expecting a couple of people to do ALL the work... well that’s unfair. They have worked on the exterior of the apartments and they look GREAT! Wish I could’ve stayed around to see the renovations of the leasing office.Bottom line, would I rent here again? Definitely! Management has always been nice! Maintenance responds quick! When we moved out and did our walk through we weren’t charged anything except our last utility bill. Because we cleaned the apartment ourselves and took care of the place and respected the place they didn’t charge us anything else. The main reason I give only four stars not five is because the prices go up every time the lease is up for renewal. They are definitely worth checking out though.
Parking was terrible.. Tenants drove through complex during late hours with loud music playing... Im 22 years old... Loud music doesnt bother me unless its 2am and I have work that morning. Place always looked nice and some of the staff were absolutely top notch... And a couple were not... The manager has a snotty attitude and the matienence guy smells like an ash tray... Complex gate is open all day to the public and anyone can follow behind a car after hours through the gate so whats the point of having one? Apartment is right next to the getto and lots of crime/low income. Also..... They will nickel and dime you during move out inspection even if you professionally clean. They will charge you for things you didnt expect to get. Stay away and save yourself the money. This place is over priced. Check out some in Olympia or Lacey!
The team at Beaumont all the way from leasing consultants to maintenance are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. As first time renters it can be rally intimidating going into something unknown, but Austin and Merle have made things so easy and they do this in a pleasant manner.
I honestly do not know how or where to being describing how disgusting and terrible this apartment complex was for the couple months I lived there. First thing we had a bug problem we had spiders, ants and bugs I didnt even know existed in our apartment. I had a newborn son and I NEVER felt comfortable having him in our crap apartment. We had complained many times about this, all they ever brought was cheap bug spray ofcourse we still seen bugs everywhere. They said they had a exterminator come twice a month....exterminator never came! Oh yeah we also did not have base boards, we brought this up again nothing was ever done.Parking was another big issue we had to park on the other side of the complex just to get a space. Once I got a call because I havent moved my vehicle in a couple days??? I still never understood that. I lived there where was I suppose to park?????Next carpets they charged us for a replacement, when we moved in the carpet was already crap and it had black marks by the front door. We also had a pet, they said the reason for the replacement was pet damage (pet urination) first of all my pet is house trained she never ever urinated inside. She always let us know when she had to go.Laundry room door was crap it had cracks in it made the worst noises when we open and closed it. The blinds in the livingroom were barely hanging on maintenance said they would come back to fix it, never came back. Therefore I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and beyond repulsive. You do not understand how happy my family and I are we left that place.
The office worked for the carpet to be replaced before I moved in. Greatly appreciated!
When looking at these apartments they show you a very nice apartment, but what they dont show you is the apartment you will actually be living in. Which is in no comparison what so ever. Lets start with the first apartment they tried to put us in. It was so disgusting it was insulting. There were cobwebs in all of the corners. The kitchen was completely worn down. The doors on the pantry barely hanging on and not to mention the carpet. From looking at it, it looked like they had a professional cleaner come out. But my friends daughters feet were BLACK! and when I showed the maintenance guy who smells like an ashtray he said, oh, she must have stepped somewhere else. Then I showed the office manager all of the disgusting pictures I took of the apartment and all she said was, oh, it looks like they missed a few spots. Yeah, more like the ENTIRE apartment. so Cindy who worked there at the time got us moved into a different apartment. Of course they did nothing to accommodate us it was either we stay in the nasty apartment or spend more. So we look at the only two bedroom they had available. It was better, but still nasty. She claimed the carpet was new, but it clearly wasnt. Stains started appearing everywhere and my conscious told me to take pictures, but Cindy was so friendly and said dont worry about it. It looked as if the person before us owned a cat and it pissed in the corners. Light stains appeared like ammonia and sometimes the apartment would smell like animal. We were stuck in a lease what could I do, but complain about it. Now we are being charged for the carpet to be replaced because we made those stains. I am a crunchy mom. I DO NOT use chemicals in my house because my kids play on the floor. I do no allow shoes for the very same reason. My daughter is only given watered down apple juice and milk, but apparently there were also red stains every where. They are understaffed. When you call the office you hardly get an answer. When we asked them to do a final walk through inspection with us Michael said, dont worry about it seems to be their favorite quote so that they can keep their asses covered.I have nothing, but complaints about this place from the disgusting apartment, to the unsafe tanning bed, to the broken gym equipment, to the poor customer service and terrible maintenance crew that leaves your apartment smelling like an ashtray. We were on the rpp program and my husband got orders. Our lease was up 18 days before we had to leave so of course they told us we could no longer rent under the rpp program and we had to switch to the civilian side. Just to put it simple. It would have been MUCH cheaper to stay in a hotel those 18 days. If you choose to live here make sure you document EVERYTHING with pictures. The parking is also terrible and you think you are living in a gated community, but the 13 months we lived there it was ALWAYS open.I also wonder if they disclose to new tenants that someone has been shot and killed in that apartment complex earlier this year. Last Halloween SWAT was out. There is always something going on. If my husband was in the field. I never left.. it is not a safe community as they pretend to be. Its ghetto.
Horrible customer service and management I can’t wait to move.THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR WITH NO NOTICE! DO NOT LIVE HERE! THE MANAGMENT IS NOT FRIENDLY AND THEY WILL PUT A 10 DAY FIX OR VACATED IF ANYTHING TOUCHES THEIR FENCE! THEY DONT CLEAN UP THIER DOG POOP AND LET CARS BE PARKED FOR MONTHS ON END AND DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE THE PRICE YOU WILL PAY HERE IS NOT WORTH IT.
Ive lived here for nearly nine years. The staff is friendly and it has been a safe environment for my children and I.
Parking is absolutely terrible! I wish they would have informed me off this before I decided to move here. My car was towed because they did not have enough available parking spots for guests or people with 2 cars. So the only place left to park was a covered spot. I had to pay over $500 to get it back and I was told to park on the street instead. If my car gets hit or towed from parking on the street because they have no available parking spots, then it all falls back on me (AGAIN). This is a friendly warning since I was not given it and had to pay the consequences.
Nvm I give this place a one star !! They were very nice until it was time for me to move. I’m five month pregnant and this is my first apt they sent me a letter saying they can’t renew my lease call and ask why I called he was very rude and told me all he knows is I have to leave and he doesn’t care. I’m going to upload him telling me this on YouTube so just search beamount grand. I paid for my door two months ago to get fixed but they still have not came and fixed it on purpose so by the time I move there you go I owe an apartment complex they can’t say Nosie complaints because I work 10pm through 8am since October and 10pm by state law is when you are supposed to be quite they deserve a one star the management dead ass is pure evil and they don’t give a f**k!
“Beaumont Grand” management will show you their complete lack of respect for tenants and disprespect for personal property. They have one addenda, to take your money and provide as little as possible with out showing an ounce of respect.
I have lived at Beaumont Grand for a number of years and there have been good times and there have been bad times. The new management company is very friendly and accommodating and they want their residents to be happy. There are issues with parking since there are not enough spaces for everyone. If you have more than one car or have a lot of visitors this may not be the place for you. Im sorry, but if you park in a no parking zone (RED) or in someone elses spot you will get toed, this is not the management faults. With that being said, all you have to do is talk with the office and they will brainstorm with you on ideas to solve the problem. The new management company has been working hard to update the grounds of the complex and it has taken longer than I think anyone would like. But again, this is not their fault. They have been at the mercy of contractors, the weather and other unforeseen circumstances. However, every time I have asked for an update, Austin and the crew have been very willing to give me a straight answer. I do look forward to the new club house to see what has been done to update the services there. It has taken longer than originally informed, but again, this is not in their control.Whenever I have called with a maintenance issues, they have been extremely response. Once my key wouldnt work in my lock and the maintenance employee was there, after hours, within 20 minutes to fix the problem. On a Saturday night, I think that is pretty impressive. If you are looking for a quite community near Steilacoom, Lakewood Towne Center and JBLM, this may be the spot for you.
Me and my husband lived in Beaumont Grand Apartment in Lakewood WA for just over 2 years. We absolutely love this place! The apartment was spacious and very bright, well maintained with brand new carpet. We loved the location of apartment complex, it is 10 minutes away from North JBLM, 5 minutes away from Lakewood Towne Center, grocery store is right on the corner less than 2 minutes walking, huge dog park cross the street, golf and frisbee golf cross the street, 25 minutes to Tacoma and 10 minutes to highway 5.And special thanks to the people who work in Beaumont Grand Apartment, every one is so friendly, helpful and nice. They will always help you when you need them, take care of the issue the same day. We always felt welcomed in the office, any of the requests was always taking care of, every question was answered in a very polite manner. Maintenance guys kept place clean and nice, you always will find dog bags, grass always cut perfectly and streets are clean. We were very sad to move out of this apartment complex, and if not the relocation we would still be a part of the Beaumont Grant Apartment family:)Thank you guys! You r amazing!
Last Lease for me .Been here 3 years of my JBLM tour. Raised rent for a non renovated Apt. / using my personal washer and dryer/ increased garage monthly rate/ not to mention RPP recently dropped them, no need to say anymore but there is plenty left. Under new Management but changes for the worst. And constantly take away tenants paid accomodations, but dont you dare ask for account adjustments or credits.
I would give a zero if it was an option! I absolutely hate this place! When I first moved in 3 years ago it was nice. Parking is absolutely terrible!! They will tow your car with no warning even if you are a tenant!! Who cares about all the cars that havent moved so the actual tenants can park! Then they raised the rent $200!! Pigeons poop all over your balcony and they wont do anything about it so you cant enjoy the balcony. The area is not all that great and a month ago a 15 year old kid was shot and killed outside of the apartments. Police are always here. Music always loud! For this price! No thanks! ✌🏼
Zero stars should be an option. Im writing this as I lay in bed at 1am with loud arguing. More domestic violence than Ive ever seen/heard. But this is constant. Booming music, yelling and dogs barking until 3am or later EVERYNIGHT. The rent is way too high for this and they wont update the appliances. I can not WAIT for this lease to be up. Disgusting. Dont move here!
WE love our home at Beaumont Grand -Clean grounds/ Friendly Staff and maintanence. My family and I have enjoyed 3 years - Military friendly RPP program.Events scheduled for residents, pool, gym, free internet, basketball court indoors, nice recreational area. It is apartment living - if you have an issue just report it. We have had a couple neighbor problems but they were resolved rather quickly -Fireplace along with our washer and dryer, back patio with closet. Great size bedrooms compared to some others. Not very modern but you make your home.
Austin was a really big help. He conducted a walk through with me before hours due to our movers showing up earlier than expected.
Let me start off by saying that the apartments themselves are pretty nice. Anything other than the apartment its self is not!! Parking is absolutely terrible they will tow your car if it is not parked in a parking spot or under a carport even though they tell you that it is okay to park in the fire lane throughout the night. When your car is towed you will then be charged a $600 fee just to get your car back through the towing company. The residents here are terrible no matter what day what time it is always loud people will go out and start their motorcycles in the middle of the night and wrap them up at 1 in the morning and not care they also have constant pool parties that consist of a hundred plus more people that take up all the parking and park in the middle of the road and do donuts in motorcycles and peel out in cars. I have lived in a few different places since I have moved to Washington and I will save this is the absolute worst place because of the residents. Management does not do anything to help either all they do is send out flyers about how you can only have one guest at the pool and no loud noises. I seriously cannot wait until my lease is up to get out of this hell-hole!!
We have lived here since the beginning of the year and love it. An excellent place to live if you have kids and/or pets. The two bedroom, two bath that we rent is only 50 sq ft smaller than the house we rented at our last duty station. The kitchen has a nice sized pantry and pull out cutting board that really makes up for the lack of counter space when cooking. Very open layout with lots of windows, we usually dont need lights on anywhere but the bathrooms during the day. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The maintenance crew are quick to arrive whenever we put in a work order to have something fixed, and always clean up after themselves before leaving our apartment. They are also very accommodating and installed a sturdy door latch onto our front door similar to the type youd see in a hotel room, when we expressed concerns about our autistic 3 year old who wanders, learning how to work door locks. The lawn care workers are very considerate and do an amazing job keeping the grounds always looking neat and tidy. Even when the pressure washing crew accidentally sprayed debris onto our patio, the lawn care guy came later and cleaned up the area without us ever having to complain. If you have pets youll appreciate that they are walking distance from an open area dog park. They also provide not only dog waste receptacles throughout the grounds, but also dog waste baggies as a courtesy. Though some residents are not as vigilant about cleaning up their dogs mess, which is in no way the staffs fault but they could benefit from contracting a pet waste clean up service from time to time. If you have kids, they have two playgrounds, one that is more suitable for older kids that has a bike track around it and another for younger kids. Both play areas are located in a shady area which is great when BOB (big orange ball) shows up in the summer months. The pool, spa, and gym are all kept clean and well maintained. They also offer a military discount and are approved by RPP, so you can pay your rent by allotment. An all around awesome place to live in the Lakewood area. Plus theyre only 15 minutes from JBLM.
Hi Jonathan. I am the new manager and I am unable to find you in our resident database. We take all reviews seriously and would like to discuss any problems you are having or have had. Please contact the office I look forward to talking with you.
Literally the worst place imaginable. The list of negatives is longer than what is good about this place.... Because theres absolutely nothing worth appreciation here. My roommate and I honestly have a countdown on our fridge until our lease is up, horrible horrible place. 👎🏼The apartment itself? Front door has a draft, sliding door hangs off the hinge (you have to slam it shut and it gets jammed a lot), our pantry door constantly falls off the hinge, as well as the closest door, pretty much any door is broken. Our cabinets creak and are loud when you open them. Dont even get me started on the washer and water heater. The washers are new but sound like a machine gun, its obnoxious, hope you enjoy the sounds of drive by shootings going off in the convenience of your home. As for the water heater, which has been reported numerous times, is a P.O.S., the hot water isnt even hot, its luke warm and runs out in less than 10 minutes, not even enough to time to shampoo and condition without getting a stream of ice cold water. OH! And if you need your cardio for the day, live here, because youll be parking so far away from your place. :-)Management & Staff? Very, very rude and inconsiderate, roommate and myself were in a serious car accident and in the hospital when rent was due, didnt care we got out after rent was due, and wouldnt dismiss the late fees. When you report maintenance work that is needed, its usually done within the same day or a day after (only positive thing), BUT catch is, the maintenance guy is unskilled in a vast majority of what needs to be fixed. Side note, the maintenance is very unprofessional, somebody had knocked on MY door and he answered and left halfway through the work due to another maintenance guy getting him to go for a smoke break.... When we moved in, we paid a pet deposit, they forgot to file that under the correct category and tacked it on to next months rent, only to make us REPAY the deposit due to their negligence and irresponsibility. Rent is also over priced considering what youre getting.Previously I moved from dangerous neighborhood before this that I heard gun shots every night and would move back there in a heartbeat.. I wouldnt recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
Toilets always breaking and backing up, washer broke and filled the house with dirty water, dishwasher breaks constantly, and all for the low low price of your first three children. I do not recommend this place.
Horrible experience.. dirty, old the cabinet doors are so cheap they constantly fall off when opened. It seems like people in the office dont have a clue about what theyre doing. Would move asap if had the option.
We originally checked out these apartments thinking they were the nicest ones in the neighborhood, which is how they appear. However, the staff was fairly rude and not very helpful. The also tried to pull the ol Switcharoo on showing us the model vs. the actual apartment. They were not willing to let us use our own appliances at all, as in it was completely out of the question for them! So we walked next door and talked to steeplechase. They were kind, understanding and were very willing to work with us. So, after all of this, for a slightly smaller balcony and one less window to look out of, we are happily paying over $300 less for our rent and utilities than what just the rent was for at Beaumont. Also, there are very sleezy people that are always out late at night on the beaumont side of the fence, glad I, at least, didnt pay the extra rent just to hear it up close.
There is nothing good about this place now a year ago it was great. Now I wouldnt let my worst enamy live here.. Shots get Fired and the cops dont come out drugs in and out of the place .. Houses getting brocken into cars brocken into and nothing happends the people in the OFFICES dose nothing ...Kids trowing knifes at other kids and the office want help.. They say the pool is heated its not the hot tub is like 96 should be 104 they say the the pool is over 70 but you stay in or have young children you have to pull them out cause they are so cool their lips are blue...This is not the place to live ..... they smoke drug right by your house to the point the smell is in your house...IT IS NOT SAFE HERE STAY AWAY
I have lived in many apartments over the years and this by far has been the worst experience yet! Since the beginning it has been one problem after another and nothing ever gets fixed, from appliances around the house constantly breaking to neighbor children vandalizing cars and trying to break into peoples apartments to extremely loud and violent neighbors to extremely loud noise from the garbage compactor on a daily basis. Weve had to call the police on several tenants for domestic violence, killing birds with pellet guns, and vandalizing of our cars. The appliances in the apartment are cheap and constantly break (washer and dryer), and it takes maintenance days to even attempt to try and fix it. The stair wells are absolutely disgusting, from tons of spiders to nails to food, cigarette butts and ash and unknown liquids all over the stairs. Its a filthy place to live in, extremely loud, and management no matter how many times you confide in them dont give a crap! It is a very unsafe place to live and you will not want to raise your children here! Do not be fooled into living here like we were, thank god our contract is almost up! I will, as long as i live in the area let everyone know what a horrible place this has been.
After I moved out, I received a fat bill of nearly $500. saying I didnt pay them water bill for nearly half year.... I actually paid to them month by month through their web portal. they also claimed that I own them sewer and garbage fees... its another joke cause those fees are rent covered. they also trying to double charge me cleaning fees.... also they charge me for broke their blind, I mean its normal wear..... TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!
They will tow your car while not giving any open spaces for its tenants
Literally worse than government housing. Parking is awful and they never fix anything.
Wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone!
New Management sucksIts little expensiveParking sucks, you are assigned with only one parking space even if you rent 3 bed room apartment..
I cant wait until our lease is up because this place is complete TRASH......
