I have lived at Camden for about 4 years and I’m extremely proud to call it home! The office staff, maintenance, and management have been so friendly and professional in everything they do. They even welcomed my new kitten with the cutest little treat bag. Thank you, Camden staff!

Camden Lakeway is a lovely place to live. Honestly, the staff here is so caring, prompt, polite. I really cant speak highly enough of them. The maintenance crew is truly the best! They go above and beyond all the time, even during the lockdown period. Love the area and the amenities here and around the apartments.Love the look of my apartment. Great quality and big rooms.

Camden Lakeway is such a special place to live. Honestly, the community here is so unique and wonderful. The staff here is so caring, prompt, polite and genuine, I truly cannot speak highly enough of them. The maintenance crew is truly the best of the Best. The views here are incredible and second to none in the area. Even though, its a relative large complex it feels like a tight knit community. Not to mention, the amenities are unbeatable.

I was previously at a Camden residence in the D.C metro area for 8 years and when the opportunity came up for me to move back out West, I chose another Camden property. The Camden management, including their great maintenance staff, is just exceptional.Camden Lakeway, so far, has been a wonderful change for me. I was in a midrise, elevator style building before, surrounded by retail, and even though I could walk right out to shops snd restaurants, could get quite noisy. The location was great for a while, but I was ready for peace and quietI love my new home here, and being on the end, with the lake behind me - plus my own garage - cannot ask for more. Even my dog, Beau is happier. No more trips up and down the elevator a few times a day!After owning several homes in the past, this feels closest to having my own place. The grounds are kept beautifully, the lake and pool areas are gorgeous. Plus I have fabulous views of the lake behind me.I’m so grateful to Emily in working with me for several Months in finding the right unit and on the timing of my transfer.Also appreciate how the leasing staff has reached out to welcome me and see how I’m doing.I chose Littleton out of several possible Denver Camden’s, because I wanted to be able to see the mountains. I know I made the right ChoiceCamden is considered one if the top managed multi family companies and is always making the lists of top companies to work for. Pretty great place to live. Been here about a month and so far, its generally pretty great. Walls are pretty thick, and the only downside is that the decks are covered so you cant have a grill.Also, when you start looking at this place, ask for Blakely. She was, hands down, the best leasing agent Ive ever dealt with. Attentive, courteous, and ridiculously friendly.

The staff at Camden is amazing both the office team and maintenance team! They are so responsive, kind, and wonderful to deal with! This is by far the best place I have lived in years!

Kevin was our leasing agent 2.5 years ago and still remembers us! The maintenance staff knows us and our dogs (Larry loves to bark at their golf carts). They are all wonderful!

I worked with Bobby Sheppard. He was very nice and extremely helpful and responsive. He showed interest and was honest when showing me around the complex. I appreciate the transparency when renting. I looked a multiple apartment complexes and Camden was by far the best value and vibe. Clean, full of trees, nice lake in the middle, nice pool and gym.

We love our apartment and the amenities are above and beyond what was expected. Yes, Covid-19 precautions have kept us from getting to use most of the facilities, meet our neighbors, or venture forth in our new surroundings but getting things fixed has been easy, the staff keeps us in the loop of everything going on, and having a dog park on the property is a plus. To go from a 4-5 is just the minor needs of fixing the water spout at the dog park and putting in video surveilance to assist security with the minor mysteries that have started to pop up.

During these tough times of covid I’m helping a friend who works out of town and lives in hotels by letting him keep his stuff in my spare room. Now during the holidays while he’s back home in Wisconsin they are forcing him 10 days to get his stuff out or sign the lease or evict me. I have been financially impacted during covid, my mom is dying of cancer, and it’s the holiday season and I’m helping a friend and in return Camden threatens this. It’s a very cold community to live in, neighbors are mean and complain if your dog is playing or if you simply drop something on the floor too loud you can bet on it that they will be filing a noise complaint. I’ve lived here for 4 years and we’ve been through 4 managers already.

- CRIME: Ongoing issues with crime. Car and garage break-ins. In other complexes, extra policing is done after these incidents. Camden did not provide any sort of extra security and every week had multiple break--ins documented. Even after moving out, I am still getting email notifications about these break-ins.- MOVE-IN: Issues with moldy windowsill upon move-in and a dinged up front door. Issue was resolved by maintenance, no biggie. We moved across the country and werent notified of any of these issues until moving in. Very unprofessional but again, maintenance crew did a good job fixing.- SAFETY: We lived on the second floor with outside stairs. During the constant snow, maintenance did not salt the outside stairs so I would have to shovel myself. My elder dog would constantly slip and fall because of the icy and steep stairs so I had to pick her up to carry her up and down for months with this bad weather. Many complaints from residents about sketchy people cropping up late night on campus. Again, nothing was done on the apartments side to try and mitigate this issue.- CAMPUS: Sprinklers go off for way too long causing muddy grass areas and constant flooding/pooling around the campus. Many areas around the fountains were flooded every day in the spring. This is not environmentally conscious and not friendly to tenants trying to walk around the sidewalks. Constant issues with bugs and geese poop around the community but it is what it is.Moved the dog waste station away from the patch of land outside my apartment for seemingly no reason or explanation. Led to increased waste all over the grass areas. When I asked for something to be done, maintenance did pick up waste ONCE, but continued to be an ongoing issue with dog waste in the grass where the dog waste station used to reside. Many children would leave bottles, nerf darts, and other garbage/waste in the grass and bushes and nothing was ever done to clean this up.- FRONT OFFICE: Many issues with many of the front desk people. I assume they have had much turnover around the beginning of 2020 because there was a new voice every week telling me I dont know the answer, Im new and would get loud with me when I asked for a manager who was capable of resolving my issue.- MOVE OUT: Had to move out during the pandemic because my elder dog had worsened medical conditions and couldnt traverse up and down the stairs. She also had to take medicine that caused increased bathroom usage which worsened the issue. Even after explaining my issues and urgent need to relocate, they would not waive any fees during the pandemic. There were so many tenants leaving during the pandemic and it is sad they do not care about the community that are suffering during this time.They forgot to sign a digital form when I gave my 60-day notice to leave and continually tried to charge me for something which they did not sign on top of another 2000 for breaking lease early during a pandemic and to give the dying dog a more comfortable final weeks of living. They even bragged after charging 900 for carpet replacement sayingTo put this into perspective, I have had 5 other move outs this week that I have had to charge for carpet replacement due to pet damages just like yours.Absolute nightmarish move out during a pandemic, dealing with a dog passing away, having to pay 3k extra on a move out with no sympathy or assistance from Camden. Had to deal with one issue after another while the people of Camden did very little to accommodate or assist with standard renting issues.IN SUMMARY: Big issue with crime, garbage, and waste all around the campus. An old, shoddy apartment that had been redone that they are trying to charge a premium because of the location. The walls are thin, you can hear all of your surrounding tenants. Their TV, their music, their conversations, EVERYTHING. The walkways are messy and mismanaged. Your landlord does little to help to assist with any of these issues.Failure happens, but their response to these failures is unacceptable.

We have been here for about one week. We had to move up our move in date last minute, and Lisa accommodated us very nicely. They even allowed us to move to a different unit for personal preference (plus a killer view!)Upon move in there were a few maintenance requests, and Chris was absolutely wonderful. He is very prompt with the requests and any time we would see him around property he would say hello and update us on the requests. He is very polite when in our unit (I work from home) and super helpful with any questions. He has been great to work with, as well as the other maintenance and staff members - everyone is so friendly!

I called the office this morning to replace 2 light bulbs, one at our front door and one on the stairs. Really amazed that wasnt taken care of. The area is without safe lighting. Amazingly the maintenance manager lives in the building right across the way, it only takes minutes to replace the bulbs.

I have been looking for a place to move to so I can be more closer to friends and family. I have looked at other places but they just didn’t seem right. It didn’t take long for my online search to lead to Camden Lakeway. Was looking for a spacious one-bedroom with attached garage, in-unit laundry and an outdoor pool. I had been a long-time homeowner in CO and was returning after a brief time out-of-state. The staff was very helpful via phone and gave a tour of the property to a local friend on my behalf. I asked my friend if it really looked like the photos and how she was treated by the staff. Based on her positive responses, I moved without seeing it first. Have lived here a year and loved every season. My guests call it a resort. I enjoy the pool and the walking path around the lake and fountain.The staff is friendly and professional and the maintenance team is very responsive and available 24/7. The valet trash service is worth every dollar. It is an active community and surprisingly peaceful. Exceeded my high expectations. My best online shopping experience ever!

I have lived in several different apartment communities over the past 20 years and by far Camden Lakeway has been the best. When I moved there in the fall of 2017, I had received one of the renovated units and it was awesome! This company has put a lot of time and money into the buildings and grounds to keep it updated and fresh looking. I really like that every apartment comes with a garage, most other communities charge extra for this if they even have one at all. This community is really quiet considering its size and the number of people living here. As expected, from time to time others could be heard, but it was never an issue for me. Fortunately, I never had any maintenance issues, but Ive heard lots of good things about Rob and would often see him around the property working hard to keep things running smoothly. The maintenance team would always be out early on snowy days to clear the sidewalks and parking lots. It was always a pleasure to chat with Lisa, the community manager, as well as everyone in the office anytime I needed to stop in to take care of business. They were always prompt and professional. If it were not for transferring work out of state, I would definitely have stayed at Camden Lakeway.

I want to give a shout out to the maintenance team here at Camden Lakeway and especially Andrew Rivera & Chris. I am impressed by their professionalism and getting the work done in a timely fashion, highly recommend. Also the office staff is very helpful and so friendly. Emily went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with the property before I traveled here from the East coast and I am so grateful. I am so happy to be living here.

Ive been living at Camden Lakeway for almost 2 years now and love it. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance and office staff are very helpful and friendly, and the location is fantastic for work and play.I recently switched units and the office staff was very helpful, making sure I had everything I needed while being transparent. Kristina, Kevin, and Emily (I think I got the names right) were exceptional during my transfer process. After I did my walk-through and started settling in, I noticed a few items that needed attention. I literally walked to the office, reported what I found, and within the hour maintenance was knocking on my door ready to address my findings. This happened on 2 separate occasions within my first week in the new place. Rob, Chris, and Andrew from maintenance were friendly, prompt, and thorough, resolving my issues quickly and on the first attempt.Overall, Camden is great. I did a lot of apartment hunting before moving here and I can definitely see myself for a long time to come. Thank you Camden Lakeway team for all that you do, staying consistent, and being genuine.

I just moved in to Camden Lakeway one week ago and I have to say everything has been top notch so far. The staff was extremely helpful on move in day and even left a thoughtful gift in my apartment! I never received this kind of customer service at any other apartment community I have lived at! I love all of the amenities here and how well maintained the property is, you can really tell how hard the staff works here! The location is close to everything and I am 100% happy I chose Camden Lakeway as my new home! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

Ive lived at Camden Lakeway for 7 months and I love it! They have a great staff who can help you get a lease, fill a maintenance request and keep the property looking great. The head of maintenance, (Rob) is fabulous. The work requests I have filed have been taken care of quickly and properly. Lakeway has the best snow removal staff anywhere Ive lived. Manager (Lisa) is very helpful and works hard to keep things flowing smoothly. Amenities are great. Huge pool, basketball court, sauna, hot tub, video arcade games, pool, and shuffleboard. There are many social events for the residents as well. Pool parties, holiday parties, free breakfast, occasionally having food trucks pass by. Leasing agents are kind and efficient and receptive to suggestions. Great landscaping well taken care of. Did I mention the dog park? All in all a great place to live!

Rude neighbors. Awful management. The apartment itself seems nice but it isnt worth dealing with the people both living and working here for the high price and area.

Amazing place, beautiful people. My first visit to Camden Lakeway on August 17, 2019 left me with the impression of how well planned and ecstatically satisfying Camden Lakeway is. I was even more so thrilled with the well mannered people who run the place, especially Kristina Bruce. She received us very well and answered all our questions satisfactorily.

I have lived here for several years and I love calling it home! The amenities are top notch with a very large swimming pool, gas grills, huge gym with a ton of equipment, pool table and a full court basketball gym. The best anywhere! I love the location as you are close to everything including the Southwest mall. If you love walking to stores this is the complex for you. Great neighborhood and people too! AND you are only minutes from the mountains which is very important if you love to explore Colorado!

I felt compelled to write this review of Camden Lakeway because of the exceptional service and professionalism presented to me since moving here. Property Management (led by Lisa), office staff and the service crew (Rob and Jay) are incredibly responsive to any request brought their way. The team is professional, quite knowledgeable and personable, to say the least.I have especially enjoyed talking to the Service Crew. They have always made their best attempt in maintaining scheduled requests. I really appreciate their help and quick response when needed.There are some really awful properties out there, and find myself saying this is certainly not one of them. I have extended my lease here for a longer term, not because they are the most affordable property in this convenient location, but possibly the most responsive and professional. And that certainly counts for something. They really seem to care about the residents here.I can safely say this is an excellent community to consider, whether you are looking for a temporary situation, or a more long term fix.

We have enjoyed living at Camden Lakeway for over 27 months. The interactions with the team members that manage the maintenance, the landscaping, the huge pool and fitness center, and the leasing administration have all been great. I have been very pleased with the courteousness in communication, the timely response to our questions and requests, their fulfilling promises, and the professionalism in the details of the lease agreements. I would recommend checking out Camden Lakeway before deciding on where to lease. One aspect I appreciate about Camden is their maintenance team. Specifically the maintenance lead Rob, who is constantly at work, always waves when you drive by and is just genuinely a nice guy. He is always on the spot to take care of apartment issues or property issues. Great hire by Lisa and the team.

Living at Camden Lakeway for the past 2 years has been a wonderful experience! From the many wonderful amenities to the extremely professional and responsive maintenance/office employees. The pool, gym and lounge area is always clean and up kept in a manner that makes you feel as though the maintenance team takes care of it as if it’s their own. My roommates and I moved apartments within the complex and with that usually brings the headaches of paperwork and contacting office staff about the move… Not with these wonderful staff members. The whole move was seemingly painless! They were on top of everything and extremely quick to help us with all of our needs. Any maintenance issues you may have with your apartment, no need to worry, they have maintenance staff “on-call” 24/7. They are always extremely quick to respond and very knowledgeable in their field of work. All around, Camden is a wonderful place to live! 11/10 would recommend living here!!!

Emily has been a huge help on our journey for a new home! She was so helpful and kept great communication with us on all the units we were considering. I have been here for a few months and love it. The staff is very welcoming in the office. They always have a solution for anything I bring to them and do everything with a smile. Camden Lakeway is a super nice community. My apartment is wonderful, the neighbors are so nice, and the grounds are spotless! All of this is most certainly due to the hard work of the amazing staff. The management and leasing staff will bend over backward to help and do so with a genuine smile and sense of urgency. And when is the last time you read a review that specifically calls out how great the maintenance staff are? These guys are no joke. Theyre super respectful, prompt, and they get the job done right the first time. And THEN they go above and beyond by doing extra things without having to be asked.Im not kidding...Ill never move out of Camden Lakeway!

I am only giving this review a two because of the management at Camden. To say the least, myself and several other residents here feel like we are treated like children. I get usually 2-3 negative emails from the manager every week telling the community of all the things we cannot do.We recently received a call from the office saying our car was parked in a spot for too long even though there is nothing in the lease stating a parking spot time limit. After speaking with the office, they admitted that there was no right for them to call about this since we have a permit and the vehicle is on operating condition.They now are offering a NEAT parking enforcement system that basically just puts more money on their pocket. Instead of towing your car for a violation, you get a boot! And you get to pay Camden to take it off! How exciting!I love my apartment, and how quiet the complex is. Most people here are great and super friendly. Although if you want constant emails from the manager reminding you of rules and telling you what you cannot do and being treated like a child, this is the place for you!

I love my babies here at Camden. Im a big researcher when it comes to apartment hunting and while I left the property this summer, given the opportunity I absolutely would have stayed. A little expensive, but for the amenities, its an incredible value. A full indoor basketball court? Super quick and reliable maintenance staff? A garage with every lease? Washer and dryer in every apartment? Geese that nest by the hottub? And i cannot stress enough how delightful the leasing agents are. And they let me get as much free coffee as I like. I love you Kevin.

Lisa McCartney is the absolute BEST!!! My mom is in the process of transferring from a two to one bedroom apartment within Camden and Lisa has taken the time to work with moms best interest in mind. She has been patient in explaining the transfer process, answered numerous questions and is extremely detailed oriented. Lisa returns phone calls in a timely fashion and follows through on issues that have needed attention. Also, a huge shout out to Rob and his maintenance staff. They are kind, prompt and competent. Camden is a fabulous place to call home!!

Lived at the place for over 7 years. First the good: Nice amenities, well kept ground, everyone gets an assigned garage space. The apartment itself is decent, and has nice layout, monthly rate a bit on the high side compared to other similar brand new units in the area. I like the online maintenance request (instead of having to wait on the line for hours trying to get to someone), and having it performed within a few days. Rob S. from maintenance was awesome.The bad: Its typical I guess in a way from all apartment management companies, but I think it could have been done better. The management and the front office staff are just like a revolving door, because of that we feel like they treat everyone just as numbers. One time I was out on vacation, and completely spaced the first day of the month was late 2 days on one month rent (out of the 7 years I was there), and instead of calling me asking/reminding me whats up, when I returned they left a BIG warning of eviction on my front door. Seriously?The last three years I was there, they wanted to renovate my unit twice, which required me to completely pack up and move my stuff out for two weeks while they renovate. They said that they needed to keep up with the newer apartments in the area with the high rent that they charge. The last straw was when they pretty much told me during lease renewal We cant let you renew your lease, because we need to renovate your unit. No matter what you do, you cant stay at your unit, you need to either move out to another unit, another property, or move you stuff out for two weeks. And btw, were NOT paying / give you a discount on your lease or anything to help offset the moving expenses or the inconvenience this have caused you, and if you decide to do any of these options we will RAISE your monthly rent by about $200/month They couldnt care less about the fact that I actually had to go through the entire ordeal a couple of years before.Thats when I said I was done with this complex/management company. To add salt to the wound - WARNING: Ask for everything in writing when youre about to leave. The will not honor anything that they said verbally or on the phone. As I was leaving they nit picked and charged me for every little thing of extra charges thats not even under my control, or stuff that they told me on dates, keys, tags etc. (partly because the people I talked to wasnt with the company anymore)So all in all, I did enjoy the earlier of my time here (when they were looking for renters), but I would encourage you to look somewhere else. They would do anything to be able to compete now and the renters are disposable. And how much their actions affected our lives in a major and negative way, I have two give it a two star.

I can’t say enough great things about Camden Lakeway. This place has delivered everything we’ve asked since moving in. Specifically, the maintenance team here is outstanding. 9/10 times, they come to my unit to fix what’s needed on the same day. 10/10 times, it’s fixed correctly. I specifically want to call out Andrew, he fixed my toilet today in record time and was extremely nice and professional. Thank you, Camden.

We were looking for a new apt and Emily was wonderful and informative giving us several options to choose from. She really made us feel at home and worked really hard on our apt requirements. Camden is really lucky to have such great staff at Lakeway.

My husband and I are so happy we moved into Camden Lakeway! We love our floor plan...so much room and has everything we need. One of the main reasons we chose to live here was that we felt like the leasing team was really nice and would be great to work with. We were right! They are kind and so helpful. So is the maintenance crew. They are so friendly, take such good care of the property, and get things done! The amenities, neighborhood, and mountain views throughout the property are also a huge bonus!

We love living at Camden Lakeway. It is peaceful and well maintained. We love our view of the lake and listening to the fountain. The pool is lovely, too, but the most wonderful part of living here is the amazing maintenance team. They rock! We are building a wonderful community of friends here and enjoying life in Camden Lakeway.

We have been living in this apartment for nearly a year. Its an amazing community with all good amenities. Brandon and Janet were very helpful through the process of our initial days. Maintenance crew are so proactive and very helpful. We never had any issues with neighbors, management or the maintenance. Its a pet friendly, neat, safe and an awesome place to live in. I agree its expensive, but its totally worth it.

I had to move into a one bedroom apartment sight unseen which can be daunting, but Janet Brown, the representative I worked with, made the process seamless. I dont know if a perfect apartment complex exists but Camden Lakeway is a close as you can get to perfect. The staff is attentive and quick to respond to the needs of its residents. Before rolling out a new policy or process, they will ask for feedback from the residents to incorporate it into the plan going forward. The grounds are well kept and offer some of the best amenities in the area. I highly recommend taking a look at Camden Lakeway if you live in the Denver area.

Maintenance crew on Sundays? Wow! And they are out shoveling snow before I head to work in the morning too. Super nice guys doing an excellent job keeping the property looking good.

I moved in to Camden about a year ago with my husband, and for the first half of our lease we loved this place because it was so quiet. Then, the unit above us got remodeled and the carpet was replaced with hard surface flooring and now we can hear everything the neighbors above us do and every step they take. I understand that Camden needs to update, but when updating there should be consideration beyond just aesthetics. Hard surface flooring is in style, but there is just no sound buffer when you have someone living above you. When we initially moved in and there was carpet above us we heard nothing and I really appreciated that! If you are sensitive to noise I really would not recommend living here, and if you do you might want to find a top floor unit.There are also some positives to the community. The amenities exceed my expectations. The outdoor pool area is amazing in the summer and they have a great newly updated fitness center. Camden is also conveniently located to everything you need when it comes to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. It is also very close to the mountains if you like to ski and snowboard, but its also not too long of a trip into the city.

I called Camden to help me get the little things I needed completed in the apartment done so I could feel like I was in a finished apartment. Rob called me to come by and I didnt get back to him until 30 minutes before his time to leave, but without complaint he came over and even stayed late to finish all the details. I am impressed with the level of excellence especially with the short notice. If this is the kind of service that I can expect at Camden, I will be here for a long time. Thank you Rob!***Update***Dropping my review 2 stars.While the apartment, maintenance staff and area of the community is nice, the leasing staff has changed and they arent as friendly as the previous staff. There have been several different vendors on site (construction, roofing, lawn etc), which Im sure all complexes have in a effort to ensure the nicest of communities, however, for those of us that work from home this has been hugely distracting with seemingly no end in site with all the work being done on both the inside and outside of the apartments. The complex has also decided to take out carpet in their apartments which is aesthetically pleasing but lacking any sort of padding or noise cancellation that the carpet provided. So all I hear all day is someone walking loudly or so it would appear due to the lack of any softening of noise from apartment to apartment. Overall, I am considering looking else where once my lease is up for the reasons above which is too bad because the amenities are great but the lack of peace and quiet is not.

If you have any maintenance issues in your apartment, they are on it by the end of the day at the latest. The office staff are so friendly and very quick to respond to any of your needs. We have lived at Camden Lakeway for over a year and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. You never know how things are until you move in. Right from the beginning the staff was helpful, courteous, friendly and made us feel right at home. Any problems that have come up and needed to be addressed, Lisa has jumped right in to get it corrected and you know it will be handled properly and not just ignored. Any time we have requested anything she makes sure it is taken care of. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel like a new friend. The rest of the office staff is just as friendly and you know they will take care of you.Rob does a very good job as the Maintenance Supervisor in a large complex and having to deal with all the problems that come up every day. Anytime we have some work done he makes sure it is repaired and done properly. I can always count on him for anything and it is a pleasure to see his smiling face and you know this is another friend.This is not just like another complex. As they say, this is an apartment home and it feels just great. This is beautiful when you come into the complex and see the lake with the fountain and the large swimming pool. The patio area is filled up with lounge chairs and tables along with the wonderful jacuzzi that is operating year around. There is a great grilling area with 3 large stainless steel gas grills and a wonderful fire pit area.There is a state of the art workout area with all the latest equipment. There is a pool table and shuffle board table and a large basketball court. The list goes on and on.This is a totally different apartment complex and in my opinion pretty hard to beat. You need to take the tour.

I put in a maintenance request and within minutes Josh arrived to fix the issue. Very professional, efficient, and fast. Josh even left a treat behind :).

The Camden Lakeway Team is always finding new ways to connect with its residents. Yesterday they cheerfully provided breakfast burritos, coffee, and donuts as an appreciation for us. Thank you for all you do.

From the minute you walk through the door you feel welcomed. The leasing agents are helpful and knowledgeable. After looking at 10 other properties in the area, Camden Lakeway was by the far the best apartments for the money.

My family and I have lived at camden lakeway for 5 months now and it’s been the best experience we could’ve asked for, I can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations.The day we moved in, they greeted us with a card signed by all of the staff welcoming us, and with a welcome home package including all of the essentials. I immediately knew this was going to be a very friendly, open, and great home to live In. Throughout the five months we’ve lived here, we’ve utilized most of the amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and basketball court. We used the clubhouse for our baby shower in which the staff was more than accommodating, they gave us extra time to clean up and enjoy the party and everyone who came agreed it was a beautiful venue. The apartment itself is a beautiful, spacious layout with a luxurious feel. The lighting and the big bathtub are my favorite things about the apartment. We use the fireplace about everyday and we’ve gotten lots of compliments on how beautiful and bright it is, including the clubhouse and overall atmosphere. We use the gym and basketball court almost every day, in which is always very clean, equipment is always working and is big and bright and well kept. We haven’t been able to use the pool quite yet, but we imagine it will be just as amazing, from what we can tell, the pool and spa contribute to the luxurious feel of these apartments, just overseeing the lake! I can honestly say we absolutely love where we live! I want to thank Lisa, and all of the staff in the office for always being attentive, and there when we need you and making this place an exceptional home for us!

I lived here for about 16 months. Property was fine and amenities were fine. All my issues are with how its run and the people in the leasing office. And just like other places they will try and screw you when you move out with the cleaning and final bill so just watch out.

I rarely write reviews but recently the staff at Camden Lakeway reached out to my wife and I with such a kind gesture that I wanted to acknowledge how wonderful they are.We’ve lived in this beautiful community for more than 10 years and absolutely love it here. The manager Lisa and her staff are extremely professional, caring and responsive. The same goes for the maintenance staff. In fact, I was locked out of my garage on Easter Sunday and Rob the maintenance manager interrupted his Easter dinner to let me in… and with a big smile to boot.We originally moved here because of the location, just minutes from any shopping we need (Trader Joes, Costco, REI, Southwest Plaza, restaurants etc.) so what really surprised me is how peaceful and quiet the grounds are. Sometimes I feel like I’m living in a resort, especially with the beautiful landscape, pond and the finest apartment gym imaginable. They recently upgraded it with all new hi-end equipment and added a yoga and cycling room. I love working out and regularly use the gym as well as the indoor basketball court, sauna and hot tub.For my wife and I this is a perfect place to live. We love our beautiful apartment, the community and the wonderful staff. We may just stay here forever!

My husband and I are very pleased with our apartment and the amenities that are available here. We are retired and enjoy the generally quiet environment here. We are in walking distance of a few restaurants and strip malls on S Wadsworth Blvd. and a short drive to Southwest Plaza. We have had good experiences with problems being fixed or taken care of right away. We have lived here for just over 2 years and just renewed our lease.

I absolutely LOVE Camden Lakeway!! It is the best apartment community that I have ever lived in. The property is kept up beautifully and the staff is out of this world!!! The customer service received from both the staff and maintenance makes my living experience at Camden so incredibly enjoyable!! They have always gone above and beyond the call of duty.

Camden Lakeway Apartments is one of the best apartment complexs Ive ever lived in! The entire staff is very professional, courteous, prompt, and always willing to go above and beyond for their residents! I feel extremely safe living here and would recommend to anyone wanting to move to the Littleton, CO area! :)

I like this place. My one bedroom came with all new stainless steel appliances as well as washer and dryer. All new carpet and paint. There were several issues when I moved in that were quickly rectified by their very friendly maintenance team. Big detached garage and an extra storage unit on my floor. The stairwell a and hallway can be cleaned more frequently but thats about the extent of my complaints.

The only reason I write this 5 star review is because James Vigil gets things done! I love the location and the apartment itself but like many places youre given a little bit of run around whenever you need something fixed. Not with James though! If anyone from Camden Lakeway is reading this, give James a big ol raise! He deserves it!

So far so good. I waited for my apartment to be remodeled for 2 months... WELL worth it. I have attached pictures. the pictures on their site do NOT do them justice. My rent includes TV, Garage, VIP trash, a beautiful club house with tons of amenities and the biggest and best thing.. Management is amazing. They stick to their guns. They stay fair.I believe for the rent I am paying I have a GREAT deal. I came from a terrible apartment prior to this... it wouldnt take much to make me happy and they have overcompensated. I am pleasantly surprised.I have attached images of just how beautiful my apartment is. It was my dream apartment. They only way to do better, is to buy a home. I have worked mainly with Elizabeth and David. They are outstanding.Maintenance apparently does checks which is wonderful! They found a leak before it got bad. My neighbors are very quiet, and kind. These are great value considering the area and it is a safe place. Sure my garage isnt attached but overall I love my apartment. I did my research on the area with the police, and firefighters and it is the safest place I have ever seen.Recommended highly!

So they upgrade the apartments once you move out. Really old interiors, the carpets that are in the staircases from the garage going up to the apartment are filthy. The Windows leak when it rains. There is literally no insulation in the winter. We will be moving out as soon as our lease is up. There are many more new apartment complexes being built with better pricing. The carpets that are in the apartments are probably 10 years old. Just plain old dirty.

My girlfriend and I love living at Camden Lakeway. All of the/level of amenities we get here is reason enough to love it. Our apartment really feels like home, and the fact that we get an attached garage included is something I didnt know I needed in my life until we got it, haha. The leasing consultant, Emily, was so friendly, accomodating, and easy to talk with about all of the move in stuff. She even got us a little move in gift bag that had toys and treats for our two pets.I really dont think I can say enough good things about living here, haha.

This place is beautiful! The location is close to great shopping, restaurants, convenient to the interstate, and minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater! I went to the leasing office to pick up some info and Marthalee and her coworker were very courteous and professional!

Ive lived here for about 5 1/2 years. I truly do love it here. Starting with Lisa the GM to every member of the office and maintenance teams. Superb! Their level of concern that every Camden resident is treated with respect and appreciation is perfect. Way too many corporations today choose to downplay the importance of customers. Not Lisa and her staff! The grounds and amenities are always kept up and any issues with units are addressed and repaired as quickly as possible. The staff will also happily answer any questions you may have. Again ~ perfect. The location is ideal if you check Google maps you will see so many providers conveniently located within a couple of miles. Grant Ranch School which is just down the street with Sunset Park across the street. The park has kids playground facilities and a really nice area for those of us with pups to walk. Units are updated as tenants move out AND there are garages. Hello? Tired of cleaning the snow or ice off your car before you can leave for work? Well, how about getting in your car, opening the garage door and driving away. Works for me. Highlands Ranch is about a 15 minute drive and 470 is right here too. Im proud to post this information for Camden. I hope you will consider coming to check things out. It is worth your time. Love Camden!

Me and my wife were residents for nearly four years and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartments, the effective maintenance crew, helpful staff, and the welcoming community for our dogs. Evenings walking our dogs around the pond was a regular treat for us. The newly updated apartments just made the living even more comfortable for us. If it wasnt for my job relocation our residency would certainly have continued.

Ive waited roughly a month to write this review in order to give an accurate impression of my experience. I also picked Camden Lakeway after thorough research from 700 miles away. I leased my apartment without stepping foot on-site, and I could not be much happier. Lastly, I should mention that I spent 3.5 years in the property management business in the luxury-living market so I have an inside perspective and heightened level of satisfaction.The property recently hired a new property manager, Lisa McCartney, who has been nothing short of phenomenal. She has gone above and beyond in every single way, and has proven that she genuinely cares about this community and the residents living within it. I have been fortunate in my property management career in regards to having opportunities to work with some amazing people. Lisa ranks right up there with the best of the best!As a property manager, you become the leader, motivator and the measure of quality for the entire front-facing staff. It is no surprise that her team at Camden Lakeway follows suit in impressiveness. The Maintenance Lead, Rob, recently won one of Camdens most elite awards for his profession. From what I have witnessed it was well deserved!! Camden Lakeways other maintenance staff that I have had the pleasure of interacting with - Rick and James have also been nothing short of friendly, dedicated, professional and true to their word. The entire present Camden Lakeway team that I have worked with are cut from the same cloth. Very impressive!!Recently, I lost my wallet walking my pup on community grounds. It was late in the day and the offices have already closed, but thankfully Camdens phones never roll to voicemail. Camden has a live operator that will answer the phone 24/7 and is equipped with the right tools to assist in most any situation. I received a call from Camden that evening before I even knew my wallet was missing. A neighbor here at Camden Lakeway found my wallet and contacted Camden to locate me and give the wallet back. Camden was able to connect us so we can arrange pick up. Camden called back minutes later to verify everything went to plan - thats going above and beyond!! My wallet is expensive and had a lot of cash in it at the time. I got it all back! This incident speaks volumes to how safe I feel in a community surrounded by some impeccable neighbors.Very happy with my decision to live at Camden Lakeway, and its nice to have the opportunity to live in an updated apartment with all the new attributes. If youre a good person looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend Camden Lakeway!!

I have lived here for almost 3 years. I signed 2 leases and was going to sign a third even though they raised my rent every time! 200 the first time wanted 200plus for the this one! Well they told me and my wife if you want to stay youll have to move your things to the garage so we can renovate your unit and figure out where youll live for 3 WEEKS! OH AND PAY YOUR RENT! absolutely ridiculous! This place will F you over!

My husband and I have only been living here for a week, but we already feel so at home here! Its so beautiful and serene. Marthalee and Antonette are so friendly and welcoming, and Rob is probably the best maintenance worker Ive ever come across. Any issue reported, he is there in the blink of an eye. We are so excited to move here! The amenities here at this apartment are so worth the price! I am so excited to start swimming in the pool, it is beautiful! I can imagine summers by the pool here with my little family! Marthalee has been phenomenal is helping us out to make the transition to move in so much easier than I could ever imagine. We are so thankful and blessed for how amazing Camden Lakeway has been! We are so excited to start our new journey here as we transition in life! Lived at Camden Lakeway for the last two years and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, and located close to great shopping, dining, parks, ect. Because of the adjacent reservoir and the mature landscape, it feels secluded and relatively quiet. Very pet friendly, especially since the addition of the dog park. Our apartment was in great condition, especially for an older property, and with lots of windows it felt a lot bigger than 715 sq ft! The office staff and maintenance team were very friendly and responsive to requests or complaints. We will definitely miss living here.

The looks of the complex are nice BUT if you want a community with lots of rules, over-priced, and full of brown-nosing residents then this community is right for you. They require everyone to pay $28 for valet trash, on top of regular trash service. The valet trash service doesnt always pick up your trash. Also, you will get in trouble if you dont put your trash in their valet trash cans. In the pool area you must wear a blue bracelet and can only have two guest per household, otherwise you will be kicked out. When we were canceling our lease, the manager was unsure how to do the paperwork and we needed to come back in to sign more stuff. Allie, in the office is awesome, very nice, and actually knows what she is doing. The maintenance guys are very nice. The internet and cable they provide is terrible and over-priced.... the worst part is you cant opt-out of it. When they do required maintenance in your apartment, they only tell you a day in advance before they come into your apartment without you home. There are a lot of older people in the complex that constantly reporting other residents in the community. The windows are single paned- terrible on the heating and cooling bills! My toilet kept backing up and it took multiple attempts and a couple of weeks for them to respond to the situation and get someone to my apartment. I can keep going on but it will make this post too long!

Its a beautiful, friendly complex in my experience. The grounds are well maintained, as are the amenities. Everything is lovely.

The maintenance crew is by far the best, most responsive, polite, respectful, caring crew Ive ever encountered. I love the apartment itself as well.Only down fall is one specific office staff can be extremely condescending.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for over a year, and this place really is incredible. We cant hear our neighbors, the management is incredible, and they are constantly making improvements to the community. Were going to miss this place!

Terrible complex, horrible management/staff. Seems they like to pick and choose residents in which fit their demeanor and rude nature to treat with respect, rather than respect the community as a whole, I mean we were giving all out paycheck to live somewhere that sucked. Atleast make it liveable and not dreadful to come home every day. In the 10+ years of apartment living, the 5 spent in Camden Lakeway were absolutely awful. Let me also mention we were forced out of our apartment in which we inhabited for quite a while, sent a cleaning fee/damage fee when our apartment was completely remodeled and gutted a DAY AFTER WE MOVED OUT. this place is a scam and a joke. Don’t bother.

A truly amazing apartment complex, everything from the friendly and professional staff to all the amneties that come with living in this beautiful place. To be able to experience and call such a beautiful place home has been a dream.

Update:::: The new management was wonderful and responsive. Definitely miss living here.The apartment is NOT sound proof, hearing outside doors close throughout the night, car doors, people walking on the stairs/hallway. We can feel the cold air blow through the closed and locked windows.Management is extremely difficult to work with. If you chose to move here, know they are never wrong-they will not budge from that line. If you are asked how can we do better, dont answer, they will push back (because they dont see anything they do as less than perfect).

Ive lived here for two years, staff has never stopped changing, except for one consultant. Since Ive been here they have stopped having the year long pool, started and never finished several projects in the community, and will always raise rent each year. Love my location and view, but simply have to leave after this lease because of the pricing :/

On June 1st, two months before our lease ended at the beginning of August and the last day that we had to let Camden know if we were staying for the next year, we received an email titled, “FORCED REPOSITIONING” which essentially kicked us out of our apartment and ended our business with Camden. We were given the option to move to a smaller, more expensive, and already renovated apartment within the complex. We could also move out for one month, at our own expense, for our current apartment to be renovated, then move back in to our apartment at $400 increase per month to pay for renovations we never asked for, or finally, we could stay in our apartment as is and pay $1000 more per month until they would inevitably kick us out any way to do renovations. This unbelievable increase in rent was for a renovation we never wanted and one that should have occurred between tenants, not kicking current tenants out. We would have to move all of our belongings regardless of the option with Camden, so we decided to move out. Furthermore, an $80 “cleaning fee” was to be paid at the end of our residency at Camden. We asked if that can be waived since the apartment was to be gutted for renovations and needed to be cleaned regardless. They did not honor this and we still had to pay the $80.Camden’s policy is that every lease must end on a Sunday. This was not communicated to us upon signing our lease and ended up being an extra $365 prorated fee for completing our lease on a Sunday, which was five extra days past our original end date. By this time we had already moved into our new home and had to pay $365 extra for nothing. Also, the renter’s insurance is only offered in annual increments, so we didn’t have the mandatory renters insurance for the last 5 days of the lease and were told we must insure the apartment for 5 extra days.The most unprofessional and terrible experience of our Camden residency was a leak that flooded our living room, dining room, guest bedroom, and hallway. My husband woke up for work on a Monday morning just weeks before our lease was finished to find the carpet completely soaked from one broken fire sprinkler on our living room wall. We were told it was due to shoddy workmanship from the crew renovating the other apartment in our building. Thank goodness it was the first day of my summer vacation as a teacher, so I was home and able to deal with this emergency while my husband went to work. The Camden employees were clueless on what to do and how to fix it. They asked me for all of my towels to soak up the excess water. They didn’t bring any towels, buckets, or supplies for a water leak. The employee came back with an old, bent Colorado license plate to fashion a makeshift funnel for the pouring water to stream into a bucket (which I provided like the towels) on the floor, opposed to in the wall as what started the flood. Several employees came in and out of my apartment that day to soak up the excess water and finally put four industrial fans with an industrial dehumidifier in my living room for 72 hours! I was stuck in my bedroom with my pets for 3 straight days with a deafening whir of fans and dehumidifier operating in my living room. I couldn’t cook or eat in my kitchen, do laundry, sit or do anything in 2/3rds of my home. It was uninhabitable. There was no money refunded for the days spent locked up in my room while the flood aftermath made my home unlivable.

Did not live there but i went to see apartment, staff Very nice and friendly. But the apartment itself looked very very OLD with dust and old carpets. Extremely expensive for the price. 1500+ for 1BHK. Internet is included but still not worth. Very disappointing interiors. The only place that looks awesome is leasing office😂😂😂

Great property, horrible service. My fiance and I were transferring from another Camden property so we called in to get it rolling. We specifically talked to Allie, who assured us that if we made it in by 5.45, she could facilitate the transfer. So we made it in at 5.00 on the dot. The property was beautiful and we were so happy about the plan/price Allie quoted us. When we got there, Allie greeted us by name and remembered talking to us 30 minutes earlier but then pawned us off to the new guy who admitted to only being there for 3 weekes. Her reason? She literally just sold that very last floor plan/price to a different transfer at that property. So knowing that this floor plan was no longer available, she still pawned off the problem (us) onto someone else so she wouldnt have to deal with the repercussions. She even had the nerve to tell the new guy that we were looking for this specific floor plan and we had just talked about it, knowing it wasnt available for us anymore. Very unprofessional and we will no longer be dealing with camden properties.

Beautiful apartment homes with lots of great amenities. The maintenance staff is outstanding, and the office staff is great too! We love living in such a peace paradise.

Best apartment I’ve ever lived at!

I want to give a shout out to James Vigil on the maintenance team! He is hands down the most respectful, professional and he is very good at what he does.

When I moved in I was told that I would be given a storage room to store my belongings. The room was filled with black mold and they informed me they would rip the dry wall out and re-paint. When they finished they gave the room to another tenant int the building and did not provide me with a new storage room. I was also told that I could store my supplies in my assigned closed garage with no problem and was shown where I could park my vehicles. My grandmother died and I traveled with family to help my grandfather as we all mourned her loss. When I came home my vehicle was gone I thought it was stolen. I was informed later that Camden Lakeway had my vehicle that I am in charge of towed away and that I was going to have to pay over $600 to get it out. Since then the management has been very rude and lazy with their response times. It has been over 2 and a half month my car has been in the tow yard adding to the bill that I cannot afford to get out now. Two weeks after the car was towed I got a note that my storage room was available! This horrible experience is made worse by the apartment manager and the uncaring cooperate office. This is such a massive company that they do not care about my situation that they put me in. Do not risk your family by moving into this prison like Compound. They have no interest in keeping their word or doing the right thing.

I feel like all of Camdens reviews are love it or hate it and I think they deserve a fair review.My family moved into Camden last year, and like most people, was blown away by how beautiful the office and amenities are. Our Leasing Agent, Lindsey Mayes, absolutely wined and dined us, showed us the apartment and layouts available and did not pressure the application.After move in, we had some common issues (minor carpet repair, new trash can, etc.) and the maintenance team was very quick to respond.Anytime we had an issue or had to go to management it was handled well. We had to move out before our lease ended and the break lease fees were moderate.We did have to set up a plan to arrange move out and fees and everything with Allie and Tammi who worked with us and handled everything professionally.Pros:AMAZING AMENITIESPool is great, gym and basketball court are awesome!Community is super involved, the online community site is very informative.The units are very spacious and modern.Beautiful and well kept communityLOCATION! it is so close to everything, stores, restaurants, parks.Best priced and best value for the areaQuite neighborhood.For a pet lover, this is the place for you, very pet friendly.Responsive staff, they have a follow through program for issuesCons:we only had one major con,Thin Walls..our bedroom backed to the neighbors living room and we could hear the conversation or tv.We have small children and when they would roll around on the living room floor or drop the blocks our neighbor below would hit the wall to let us know. if the neighbor below would play music or watch a movie with surround sound it would shake the floor or blinds...BUT....in all fairness, Camden has a fantastic security team and respects quite hours, so anytime we had a problem they were very quick to respond..overall, we had a great experience at Camden and would recommend it to friends and family.

Camden Lakeway is a jewel surrounded by mountain and lake views. An oasis off an elegant residential street, Grant Ranch Bl., just blocks away from some of the finest shopping in all of Denver.Where can you find a Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joes, and Super Target nearly adjacent to one another ?Camden reminds me of a small village nestled near lakes, trees and water in Switzerland .One problem with many complexes in Denver/Littleton Colorado is that if they have sufficient amenities they are impersonal and factory like. Camden is not, though it has an Olympic sized pool, three BBQ areas, men and women’s sauna and locker rooms, a professional indoor basketball court, and a 24 hour state of the art fitness center. A big bonus is a breathtaking rentable clubhouse overlooking the pool . Also a beautifully appointed game room, social and e-lounge, common area wi-fi, and a double dog park with a lake view.The management team and maintenance led by Lisa is remarkable, smart, swift and fair .It’s extraordinarily peaceful and quiet, which is everything in community living.Seasonal events and food trucks are on tap.Speaking of on tap for you beer drinkers they have a Kegerator !!!!Though I moved here from Miami and miss the beach, I love living at Camden Lakeway, a cozy mountain and lake paradise with exquisite amenities .
