Called to get information regarding The Harrison Apartments. - the manager Ashley was extremely rude, unprofessional and treated me as though I was inconveniencing her. Consistently sighing when asking questions and being very short and disrespectful. She does not know her community very well as she was unsure of most information i was asking.Not professional -

Put in an application and got a call right away to move in, moved in the same down after getting the call! Super exciting to be moving into this area with a lot of parks and shops around us! And love the staff in the office for being so amazing!

I love the management! Erika and Chrissy take care of business! They are professional and give a warm welcome every time I pass through the office. The maintenance guys are typically punctual and respectful of the living areas. I have been at two properties with Erika as the manager, and I trust her skills. I wouldnt want to be living anywhere else! Reasonably priced apartments, and a wonderful community!

Thank you 🙏 for the new management I live next door at the Beaumont and have seriously considered moving because of all of the neighborhood kids and just being loud rude and behind the office of your property going crazy all times of the night. Well, I went to speak to the manager and she was so considerate and professional. I had to leave her an amazing review. She is the best manager I have met and I would love to live where she works. If anyone says different they’re miserable 😩. That woman is great and her staff is just as wonderful. Beaumont take notes.

EXCELLENT service!!If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I have been in Washington for over a month and looked at over 15+ places. I have to say the quality of service that Brittney and Teresa provided me with definitely sold me to move in the same day! They were both so friendly and so inviting that I did not think 2 times. I read many of the other reviews about The Harrison and they are under new property ownership and also NEW management as well! I will recommend this place many times to anyone!!

The management has been extremely welcoming and helpful each time Ive needed to see them. They do a great job at helping tenants find their parcels and whatnot.
My husband and I moved in about a month ago and love it! Staff and property management are friendly and great to work with. Building maintenance is very helpful and usually comes out the day a request for repairs are made. Trash is picked up in the evenings from your front porch, so no need to trek to the trash bin outside to take out the garbage. Overall its been a positive experience and we love the Harrison Apartments!
I have been living at The Harrison for little over a year. There was recently a new owner who bought this property and things have improved so much. I had a work order and they fixed it the same day, before it would have taken the old owner months. They have replaced the landings outside the patio which was ignored before. The landscaping company cleans the property and are using a pressure cleaner as well to clean the stairs. I am in shock how much a difference, I am just so glad we have a caring owner who wants a nice community. I met the new office staff and they are extremely nice and go out of their way for me. I feel so much better now and am excited to stay here longer to see what else they do!
Erica has been an absolutely wonderful manager. She is reasonable and kind, and very quick to help resolve any issues that come up. The Harrison is good place to live and deserves all five stars.
This place awful. Ive lived here for a few years and its gone down hill every single year. The rent is ridiculous for what you get. The staff are almonever in the office. Theyll set the well be back soon to a specific time but then never show up, Ive had to ask the maintenance guys to get my mail out if the office for me before. They stopped the valet garbage pickup but still charge for it. Every few months youll get a note on your door saying the parking passes, that you pay for, wont be valid and you have to get a new one. They close the pool everyday when they leave the office. They change the office staff every 3 months it seems like, and every time its someone progressively worse than the last.TL;DR: this place is garbage, find somewhere else.
I absolutely loved staying at the Harrison. I moved into a recently renovated apartment, which was spacious and comfortable and I never had any complaints. The office manager Libby was always so helpful and such a bright person to see. She always answered my questions whenever I had any. The apartment location was great, Im military so it was easy for me to get to and from work everyday. Parking can sometimes be tricky but if you were to buy a parking pass Im sure it would be no trouble at all. The apartment complex is pet friendly which was great so I had somewhere for my pup to use the restroom. The gym was a wonderful addition as well as the computer lab which id used plenty of times. The locks were recently updated to smart locks which Im sure I would have enjoyed. The trash being picked up from the front door was such a great service as well. I definitely recommend The Harrison to any and everyone. Such a nice community to call home 💜

I’ve been looking for apartments for about a month now. I stopped by with The Harrison driving by with my Mother looking for something In March a lot of properties I’ve inquired about rushed me and didn’t really provide me with much information, but Talona at The Harrison was super nice and provided me with all the information I needed for when I am ready to move ! So I had to leave a review because she was so helpful and patient:) and one of the first GREAT experiences I’ve received. I can’t wait to call this place home! Definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a home.
I enjoyed my stay here the management were always pleasant I appreciate all of the staff for being pleasant. Only two owners since Ive been here, several management. however the maintenance staff didnt fix things properly. The only complaint I would have is the neighbor upstairs constantly complaining about everything, noises, me and my friends smoking outside. I suppose you get the small few that think apartment living should be like country living.
Upon moving to Washington, it was quite the daunting task of finding a place to live. After visiting several properties we came across the Harrison apartments. We have now been here 6 months and have enjoyed the friendly staff and prompt service. Overall, the community is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is moving here to Washington and wanting a place to stay without all the headaches. Brittney and Teresa in the front office will explain everything to you in detail leaving you walking away satisfied without question.
I am a current resident and they are fantastic at keeping me informed on whats going on, and they always worked with me on paying rent. They have an amazing 24 hr policy on fixing whatever is wrong with my apartment. always kind and awesome to talk to for advice on what to do to help save money.
The new management here is definitely an improvement to this complex. They were happy to help me with any issues that I had in a timely manner.
Charged a $100 late fee after being in this place for 7 DAYS, not even joking... I was trying to figure out how everything worked from long distance, and wow, Ive never gotten screwed over so hard so fast!So I was a few days of being late for the 1st EVER rent payment, due to confusing payment instructions ... not lack of funds. Id let them know previously I needed to pay rent online and then I let them know I was unable to because of the confusing setup... it took me until Day 4 to even figure out how to finally get into the payment portal because my own information wouldnt work (They had everything under my sons name despite knowing I was paying the rent).When I discussed this with management they actually told me they couldnt return my late fee because it took me too long to ask for help and now the law requires them to keep my money.Id question if $100 late fee is legal...it seems excessive and prohibitive to me. Can you imagine fair housing laws requiring a landlord to keep a $100 fee?It is a horrible way to start out in the first week of a tenants stay and along with the molding cupboards, broken fixtures, flooding sinks...all in our Remodeled apartment, had been the cherry on top of this nightmare. Even if it was as nice as I was led to believe ( I had to do everything long distance and went off photos and the managers words) I can say, being in the field myself, it is horrible customer service. I will never trust anything these people say again.

The staff here at the Harrison is outstanding havent had a problem once! Nice apartments to live in while being in a quiet neighborhood . Maintenance does an great job with keeping the utilities and outside good .

So I usually dont write a review but this needs to be heard especially if you are military! We lived here for 2yrs no issues, rent was paid on time and everything was handled accordingly! But July my husband came up on orders for us to leave Aug 5. I had already let Libby know just as a heads up so it wouldnt be any surprises. Our lease ended July 31st but we were told that we would have to be out on the 30th since no one would be in office on the 31st with it being a Sunday and if we waited until Monday we would get charged a full months rent( I think pro-rated rent should of been an option since it was only 4 days over the 31st) So we got out on time handed in keys etc. We get to our new duty station and a letter was sent to us from COLLECTIONS!!! saying that we werent out on time! Libby had the nerve to even type a letter saying it as well. When we gave her orders and she signed off on everything! Ive called numerous of times. No answer! Next call will be to corporate to have these apartments black listed from military personnel!
I moved into this complex a year and a half ago. In the first few months I did make several complaints due to partying and so forth. A few months after moving in the apartment complex known as the Steeplechase Apartments were sold to Trinity properties and have now become the Harrison apartments. We now have a fantastic management team Libby is the best manager Ive ever encountered if theres an issue or complaint that needs to be handled she is very efficient and takes care of anything within her means of doing so the maintenance team has also changed Alan and Devon are very efficient if there is a problem in your unit they get the job done quickly and effectively. I no longer have sleepless nights due to partying I no longer find cigarette butts all over outside of my unit the property is well maintained and always looks nice. We are allowed pets in our units with a deposit of course there are breed restrictions however the only issue that I have there is that if you not all individuals do not clean up after their animals if he sees intern that means that our maintenance man Devin has to do so in the mornings which is not fair to him however he does a phenomenal job there are doggy poop bags provided and Bens to put your animals poo into. Olivia has been organizing community activities such as last month she arranged for a snow cone truck to be there for the community for unlimited snow cones for kids parents and so forth and coming up since the summer days are closing in the pool because shes arranged to have a pet pool party where people can bring their animals and animals can take a dip in the pool before it closes which is kind of cool. I now feel safe in my own home Ive been there like I said for a year-and-a-half now and I love my apartment its cozy its just my husband and I and occasionally I have my granddaughter over and theres plenty of room for the three of us I do live in a bottom floor unit so of course you get the natural noises of tenants above you however its not bad at all overall people respect your community and I couldnt ask for a better management or maintenance team Im very proud to live at the Harrison and so when my lease expires in June I am actually considering resigning we do have a lot of residents that Ive been there 18 to 20 years and I just may end up being one of them so thank you to Libby Allen and Devin for taking care of our properties and handling situations if need be finally I found a place where I feel like its home and I have neighborly people living around me its like an extended family to me. Due to the reasons above I am reading our apartment community 5 stars. Again thank you to the staff for making our community 100% better than it was prior to your arrival.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. I lived here since July of 2018 for a year and I am very happy that we finaly moved out! There are a lot of issues in this apartment. First, parking. This apartment does not have enough parking spaces for residents or guests. A lot of parking is resereved and only a few open paking spots available. At night, literary there is no parking. I am not complaining that I cant find close parking to my complex. No, there is NO parking at night in the apartment. Near this apartment, there is no street paking. So where were we supposed to park? A lot of people double park or park at fire lane or future resident parking. But the office staffs have zero tolerance towards these paking so your car will get towed immidiately. I even tried to get another reserved parking spot, its not available. I waited for 3 months for that we never got it.Next, management. Most of the time I lived there, management was awful. It seemed like office staffs changed monthly basis. Every time I wanted to check up on the issues I already told them, they are gone! So, I had to start over again. I higly recomend to save email or in writing when you adressed them a isuue or when they agreed on fixing issues. They are not going to take any responsibilities previous staffs made. Last couple of months, it seems like finally getting better tho.During winter, we had a huge mold issue. We tried to avoid as much as possible but it never worked. Mold was all over the windows, even the corner of the bedroom...wall behind matress...It was awful. Ive never seen mold like that in my life. Im sure something was wring with the bilding or lack of sun light. My complex never had any sun light throught out year.Also in this apartment, there is electricity power station? I dont know what it is but its located by the dumpster. This things make noise 24/7. I was living one of the closest apartment from this. It was super anoying.I dont know about right now, but rent was highler than apartments near by when I moved in. But this apartment doest offer anything. Inside of apartment is cheaply maintenanced and appliances are old. Limited amenity.
While the apartments are decent, the property is terribly managed. There has been 4 different team turnovers since I moved here 9 months ago. Because of the constant changes of staff, there are constant changes in policies and how the apartment is run. Just recently the website and app portal was deemed a luxury (per the office manager) and residents are suddenly expected to pay rent in cash from now on.Also a kid got shot and killed on the sidewalk right outside the apartment, so not the nicest area.I cant wait until my lease it up!

I’ve only been staying here at the Harrison for a few months but so far I absolutely love it ! Apartments are beautiful inside and outside it’s nice and quiet and I love the new management Brittney and Teresa !! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone ..
Gave notice to move out and gave military retirement orders to break the lease legally. Was told by corporate that this was ok and there would be no penalty for breaking the lease. Turn in the keys on Jan 2nd and they decide they want Januarys rent because I turned the keys in on the second day of the month. The new front office guy is a nice guy but corporate is filled with crooks. Be very careful about how you do business with these people.
My name is Don and I am a current resident at steeplechase. The staff is nice and the apartment is very suitable for my families needs. But its really hard to enjoy this place when your neighbors are literally partying or being loud 24/7. I have been here for a month and everyday since the move(literally everyday) my neighbors are either drunk and partying or running constantly through their house like its a playground. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life and I have deployed 5 times in which 3 of them had no running water or hot meals. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else. EVER!!!!
I love living at the Harrisson they are awesome people that look over people that live in there apartments. I would suggest them to any one.
I love living here, no drama, place is clean, maint takes care of stuff right away and the office staff is always there if I need them.

Worst 6 months of my life! Husband was stationed at JBLM and decided to live off post to save money. At first it seems okay but management has issues! They constantly had problems with checks being lost or money that was never paid that was, they sent us to collections saying we had never payed $300 for a move out fee in which we did. The apartments arent even worth what you pay for and the area isnt all that great either. I would never recommend this place.
The experience has been awesome. Managment has done everything they possibly could to accomadate us, from fixing little things to replacing the carpet. Fair rent and utilities have been reasonable for our family of three. If we had not bought a house we would renewing our contract.
Horrible, is really the only word to explain it. I have had a garbage disposal backed up for days before they would come fix it cause it was not an emergency, half my apt goes out of power and its on their end to fix it they saw they will try to get here before the weekend. Walls are thin, neighbors are loud, needless to say we are looking forward to moving soon....

From 2012-2014 I lived in Steeplechase and it was awful. There was constant littering in the very back where my family and I was living. The neighbors were constantly fighting (domestic violence) was a constance either upstairs apartment or the neighbor across the hall. The staff is horrible very rude and the maintenance staff always half ass repaired things. The front of the complex might look nice but beware its nothing more than a farce. This is the worst place to live and there’s always some type of negative happenings taking place on a regular basis. If you have young kids this isn’t the place for them at all, even when you move out and steam clean your carpet they still rip it up and charge you for replacement no matter what. If you want to live in filth and around a bunch of drunks and drug addicts then by all means move there.
I previously posted a negative review because I was upset at management for not giving me the right information when I moved in . Since Erica has taken over in the office my experience had been nothing but positive, the Maintance guys are also really nice and helpful !
You dont even have to have a car to live here. I can walk to walgreens, dollar tree, alberstons, the park. McDonalds, Starrbucksss?!?! iMacs in the office and 24hr gym? Dude...managers hot too. I’ll holllllaaaaaaa....1. *drops mic* 🎤

NOT A PLACE TO STAY. I repeat NOT a place to stay. RIP OFFS. Rent is high compare to the place.Small living room,small kitchen,dryer the whole entire 6 months we stayed there we had to call someone to come fix the dryer,it takes 2 hrs or more for our clothes to get dry. We clean it both inside and outside still nothing. The oven,smelled like burning everytime we use it,light bulbs goes off on and on,took them 3 months to fix that. We stayed at this place for 6 months,thank God we didnt sign up for a year lease. People who were living upstairs kept making alot of noises which woke up my daughter so many times. Alot of dog poop outside and alot of cops coming in the area. We stayed june till november and yesterday i received a electric bill from nov to jan called them and they said its my responsibility. The office when you go in,they are inside but when you call,omg takes hours and hours to call. Went to turn in my keys end of nov and no one is there called manager and he said to bring it next day. My hubby had surgery ending of nov,turned in keys and manager told us everything is good they gonna send us our 200 deposit till now,received nothing. And when i called,he told us they charged us for cleaning and bla bla bla. The apartment we rented was small,our couch and entertainment took the whole space for living room,1st room no one used it,2nd room we used it. Our bed and our drawers and my babys crib took most of the space. We left the place spotless,more cleaner than how we got it,and they charged us 200 for cleaning?if i knew i wouldve just left it messy and have them charge me 200 for that. Instead of 200 charge for something thats already clean. Yes we might be young,but that doesnt mean you guys can take advantage of that. Such a rip off people. Not good people to work with,and NOT a safe place for kids. Suggest to look for another place to stay. Not here,

The rent is too high considering the loud work they do on the buildings and on top of that they charge you when you have a maintenance problem ! The staff is okay. But theres no sense of feeling at home. I wouldnt resign my lease when its up if they paid me

This place is a joke, who ever heard of a pool being open Monday through Friday 9-5, and closed holidays, and that is just the tip of the iceberg, 90% of this complex probably work those hours🤔
