How about not ignoring maintenance requests dating back to November 2020? It is now August 2021.

Ive lived here a little while now and I can say the new management is fantastic. My apartment was newly renovated and was spotlessly clean at move-in. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and the dog park is a great place to hang out with my pup!

I have lived here for 4 years. Yes the old company just let PEOPLE and kids do what every.Since the new company has taking over there are changes but its a slow process to make a place look different. The NEW COMPANY show that they care they walk the property more than the old company. We had an Easter egg hunt and they helped with candy, eggs, and drinks it was an AWESOME turn out.With new Company very FRIENDLY STAFF and they care about Their PEOPLE and the Community.This year has started off GREAT.

We lived here for over 4 years and had problems from the start. While I like apartment, it was a great size and good layout, the community was terrible.Lots of fighting, arrests and even a drive by shooting. I had to have my downstairs neighbor arrested because I complained about his constant screaming and slamming of doors and he threatened me.Whenever minor maintenance issues came up we did our best to resolve it ourselves or have my dad fix it. Maintenance was terrible and I can’t imagine it would be any better.When we moved out they tried to keep $200 of my deposit for the fridge being dirty and the kitchen floor needing cleaning. Not only were these both spotless, but I had pictures and videos to prove it. Even after showing that to the management company they still refused to return the full deposit. I eventually gave up arguing as I just wanted to be done with that place and move on with life.I’m glad we were able to move out. But the reason moved there in the first place was because they were the only place I could find that would take us having owed money to another apartment. If you have credit or financial issues and need a “decent” place to live this would be ok.I don’t know what a 2 bedroom is going for now but when we first moved in it was about $750 and by the time we moved out they were wanting to raise our rent to $1450.

The older owners were awful but now its great love the managment they are improving this place everyday

Been waiting almost 10 months now on a broken bathroom fan, have watched other people let their dogs kill other peoples dog because someone had it off leash. Diapers are thrown in the yard kids are in supervised all the time. Cars are constantly getting broken into and the cameras they have up here dont work. And they tell you they are prob never gonna work because owner doesnt care so tons of vandalism by the unwatched kids. Only time they care about you is when it comes to rent

New Owners Suck! Been here 7yrs and since the new owners took over they never put ice melt down when it snows, walkways almost never shoveled and when they do shovel its half ass, and they even have employees that live on grounds!!! Makes no sense!!! Guess itll take someone falling and pursuing a lawsuit before they see it as an issue!

One of my favorite places Ive ever lived. No plans to move. Been here about 6 months, no real problems except a rent mix up, so keep all of your receipts. Payments can be made online. Mostly 2 & 3 2nd apartments. Beautiful. Near rail and bus. Lots of kids. 2 blocks from Safeway, About a mile from Wal-Mart, Casa Bonita, Dollar Tree, and more. Highly recommend. They accept section 8 and similar housing vouchers. Swimming pool.

Management turnover rate is sky high, and they just get worse every time. Police are there all the time. The grounds are not tended. I lived there for quite a while and gave them the benefit of the doubt many times. When i moved out and they charged me for more than my deposit i asked for pictures of damage- they sent me pictures of someone elses apartment, with the door number in the pictures. Keep away, this place is toxic.

This complex is a ghetto as it can come! The management team is the rudest most unhelpful group of people I have ever met in my life, and watch out they will try and squeeze every dime out of you they can so keep your receipts they will try and screw you if at all possible.

No parking. Terrible office staff. Horrible maintenance staff.

Ive lived here for almost two years and its the worst apartments I have EVER lived in. Noise complaints are not dealt with and maintenance requests are not attended. Lazy manager!!!!!!!!!

This place is a joke! it takes 4 months to get a bathroom fan and three weeks for a kitchen light and the staff takes nothing serious unless its your rent!

A friend lives in this Apt.complex for 2 yrs now but not quite happy with the management...No one is around when she needs help ir when something goes wrong with the Unit shes in...Too many Stray Kids unsupervised....
