Ive been going to Nail Circle to get dip manicures for years. Most of the time my nails will last 3+ weeks without a single chip or crack (not always the case, but Ive had good luck lately). They are very accommodating to walk-ins, but that being said they can get extremely busy at times so plan accordingly if you want to see a specific technician. I recently moved and will definitely miss going to this place!

I was excited and hopeful about this place. My first few times were positive experiences. Made an appointment with Tina and for Tina and yet someone else was there in my slot. She acted like poor me sorry i didn’t know and asked if i could come back. I saw my name in her book so she just disregarded my appt. Normally I would be flexible but i saw this happen before there and I have a wedding to go to. Ugghh! Does anyone know of a reputable place? This isnt it.

I used to love Nail Circle and have given them many chances. However, I have had 2 very poor experiences that make my not want to go back. First, my nails all peeled after 4 days with a no chip. When I went back, they told me it’s because my skin is too oily (I’ve never had oily skin) and that they’d fix it. They peeled off the bad parts without properly taking it off and then painted over the existing polish, even after I asked them to take the polish off and redo it properly. My nails looked like beans. I asked that they take it off and do it properly. The woman became very upset and sent someone else over to help me. The woman who ended up coming over did well. I went again. This time my thumb nail chipped after 2 days. Again, I went back and showed them a picture of the polish. When she started painting, I told her that the color doesn’t match. She said that after a day, it will change and match and not to worry. When I took a closer look, there is no way it will change, they mixed the colors so they don’t match anymore. I called the salon and the woman argued with me telling me that I should have known the color, when I told her that I did and I showed the tech a picture of the bottle, she told me that “if we aren’t good enough for you, don’t come back”.

Great service, really improved a lot and very attentive

This was my first visit to Circle Nails. It was a great experience. I had a pedicure and fill. Both nail techs took their time and were both meticulous. Both made sure I was happy through the whole time. I cant wait to go back!!!

If you’re going to charge people extra for a coffin shaped nail instead of square at least know how to perfect the shape properly.

Went here on the recommendation of a friend. I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early and was taken right in. I went for a pedicure only because I cannot trim my own. The lady I had Lina she did a wonderful job. He did a very thorough job took her time. I recommend in would go back again.

I used to love going to this place. Stopped wearing nails a year or two, went back to them and Im never going back again and telling all my friends to go there. None of my nails are the same length. About 6-7 layers were put on, my nails look like jelly beans! I choose a certain color, the guy DIDNT tell me that they didnt have that color so he chose to pick another color without asking, NOTHING like what I wanted and still put it on my nail. cut open my nail bed twice on the same nail, filed the skin under my pinky nails RAW. All they said was OOPS here $5 off. Still payed $55!!!!. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. PLEASE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO MODERN NAIL IN PALATINE. cheaper, WAY more professional and your nails will look 100000000% better.

I just moved back from Tampa and was looking for a new nail place. I stopped in on a whim just to give it a try and I am SO THANKFUL I did! Suri and Terri were some of the best technicians and artists I’ve had! Suri spoiled me with an amazing relaxing pedicure and Terri made my gel tips FANTASTIC! In these crazy times I know pampering isn’t always priority, but their facility was so clean and I had zero concerns. I can’t wait to go back. Love love love.

After I got turned away from Coco nails...I called this beautiful place and they greeted me with a smile over the phone and in person. I got there and I didnt have t wait for what I needed done. Great Staff! Super nice! If there is a wait not a long wait. I always go here and get my nails done. I wouldnt go any other place. My friend goes and gets her eyebrows done here and she says they are great and they do it right everytime!

I read the reviewes and I didn’t believe. I made an appointment for no chip manicure with a design. When I got there I specified that I have an appointment for no chip with a design. The manager had one of the girls do my nails who didn’t know how to do designs. I ended up with six layers of nail polish on my ring fingers, because she was trying to do the design and finally just gave up. The manager was working next to her and did not say a word. I ended up with a totally different color than I originally wanted. All what the management is worried about is how many customers they can do in a short period of time and how much money they can make. They don’t care about their customers being happy.

My nails have always been done nicely while here. But they went above and beyond to help me when I locked my keys in my car.

Tommy did an excellent job on my dip ombre no cuts just gorgeous nails.

They offer kids manicures and pedicures too. Great staff, super friendly and usually not a long wait. Been her many times, and wish they had a rewards card or frequent customer card.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. We made an appointment with Raymond the owner for 2 pm on a Sunday on the Saturday before. We watched him right it in his book and we marked in our phones. When we arrived on Sunday at exactly 2 pm Raymond the owner yelled across the room In front of all of his customers that we were supposed to be there by 1 pm and proceeded to tell us that they were too busy to take us. He flat out turned us away like he didnt care that he made a mistake. We have been coming there for years and cant believe he would embarrass us in front of everyone. We will NEVER go back! This owner does not care about his customers. If he continues with that type of an attitude, he wont have any customers! I recommend one of the many other nail salons in the area.

Walked in just for a polished change was asked to come back in two hours because they were very busy. Never has that happen most places they make a way. No inviting welcome stood at counter awhile before even being acknowledged.

Nail Circle is my favorite nail salon in the area. I have gone to places from Aurora to Glenview to McHenry and Nail Circle exceeds all expectations. The Owner, Raymond, is friendly, professional, and does a great job organizing and scheduling clients so that there is hardly ever a wait for a service. The staff is warm and all do a great job. Their services are reasonably priced. I have not experienced this type of customer service and quality from any other nail salon!

My daughter and I walked in for pedis only. We only waited about 5 minutes, had a good pedi. Sadly a little hard to have conversations with them.

Came the day before prom and they scedualled 10 people for appointments at 2 and didnt have anybody available for anybody. Understood it was the day before prom but should not except walk ins when expecting that big or a group.

As a nail technician I’m very disappointed with the service! They ladie who do my nail was nice but not very professional, she not even clean under my toe nails and her tools not even seeing sterilized, the Foot scrabble was dirty, look like they use at every costumer the same one! The onwer was rude ! I don’t even care to finish the service! Spend $45 for nothing! As a nails technician I do my pedicure much better my self!

After calling and setting up an appointment i was told fill ins for my acrylics would be 20$ but before starting i was told it would actually be 29$ to wich iagreed to. But after being halfway done with my nails, the lady told me the price would be even higher (36$) and asked me if i had that much on me. Not knowing what to do as my nails where already a good way done i didnt want to leave with them partially finished and agreed even though i tried to tell her she originally said 29$ before starting which was higher than i expected already. I payed more to get my acrylics filled in then i did to get my acrylics in the first place.

Best Place for a pedi/mani! I have been going here for the past 5 years (2013). I love being greated by name. And if you are getting a pedi, ask for tech Sam and get the #2. I promise you will not be disappointed. For the mani ask for Sams wife. They are a great duo!

Wwaaayyyy to much acrylic on my nails! Its on my nail and skin and its so thick cant reach in my ear if i wanted to lol then the lady got mad cuz i told her my nail was crooked... Will not go here again

The lady that didn’t nails was rude and kept changing the price. I came in for a FILL. I get my nails done every other week on the dot and just moved to the area. I came for a fill and That’s it I asked the price and she said 35 but 40 bc you want pointy (keep in mind that this was a fill not a full set so my nails were ALREADY shaped to Stilleto and really required no further work) when I pointed that out she said ok yeah 35 which honestly I think is overpriced for just a fill even for gel polish to begin with. I then picked my color, I always do a solid color and the ring finger a sparkle color. She then said okay it’s 40 then. I asked why do you keep changing the price and she said because I wanted one nail sparkley. It wasn’t a design just one nail a different color. I have NEVER had a salon charge extra for this in my life. This was unacceptable and it was all I could do to not tell her all about herself and getup andleave to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I didn’t is bc she had already started. It isn’t okay to be so greedy. I typocally tip 10$ no matter what. She got nothing but her overpriced 40$ and I will NOT be coming back.

My fiance needed gel nails asap after another place messed hers up. They accepted her as a walk-in and did a bang up job! The price was even lower than at the other place.

This place is ALWAYS busy, so make an appointment. The price could be cheaper (3 minutes away is a cheaper place) but for the quality here compared to the place 3 minutes away, this place is worth the extra money!
