Got a gel acrylic manicure done here which was great. An amazing matching gel pedi that’s holding up well after over four weeks.Yesterday I went in an hour before close to get my nails done. Still received excellent service and got these sparkly dip nails. I got them gel sealed so they were around $43 and will last me all golf season. Anna did an amazing job and my great manicure a couple weeks ago was done by KimWill make this my regular nail salon. They accommodate walk-ins amazingly, which is perfect for me

The salon is seriously so beautiful and relaxing. Everyone was so nice! The pricing seemed fair relative to the service, cleanliness and attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, I had a great experience. Ill definitely be back!

First-timers, only because this was the only place we could find that opened before 10am. Clean place. Pedicurist (male) for my daughter massaged her legs entirely to hard and the pedicurist (female) for myself was entirely to soft with the massage. Overall pedicure was so so. We will wait for the 10am facilities to open from now on. The chair gave a better massage. 2 to 3 star for them opening at 0930, cleanliness, and social distancing practices.

They so patient with me when I was keep changing my mind on mynail colors. Price is decent, actually cheaper than the previous place I went! But the quality of work is the best.

For starters I got the wrong color, I wasnt going to say anything because they were crazy busy but then I wanted a design on my ring finger but wasnt sure what and the design looks absolutely horrible Im really upset abt how my nails look. I was having a really bad day and needed a pick me up and this made it worse because now I dont know what to do. Very upset

I needed to get my nails done for. I got an SNS manicure and a pedicure. I had such an amazing experience while here! It was a relaxing environment and the tech who helped me was amazing.

Davinci always does a high quality job on my nails but their prices are getting so high they may no longer be in my budget. I feel like $85.00 for a pedicure and dip is pretty steep and on top of that they charged me $1.75 for using my debit card. Add the tip and it becomes no longer affordable.

Don’t usually write reviews but my experience was horrible. The guy that did my nails was the manager or something and he kept answering the phone while doing my nails. Probably about 10 times. His hands were not clean and his nails were VERY long and dirty underneath. It was honestly kind of gross. He had a lot of cuts on his fingers, and didn’t wear gloves. I just wanted to get my nails done tbh, so i just said whatever. I’ve been here before and it wasn’t this bad.

I showed her a picture and she showed me some of the same design she had already done on a few clients. My tech is very detailed and loves to do designs so I would try her out if you want a design. I was super happy with it. Its lasted me almost 4 weeks so far.

Have gone twice now. They are very nice but it takes way too long for any mani or pedi. They also arent consistent. I got a mani last time and two different girls did a hand, so it was awkward and weird. The pedi was not relaxing and the manicure is mediocre.

My gal made my toes look absolutely adorable and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. 10/10 will recommend and will definitely be back!

Was scheduled with someone and they didn’t show up for work! I will not be back again due to my nail tech being back from vacation was only getting my nails done for an outing with my family the tech kept knicking my nails! Constantly tried to update me! I will stick with my normal nail tech!

My nail tech just gave me the biggest attitude when SHE hit my freshly painted nails up against her arm and ruined the polish. She “fixed” it but it looks terrible.

I went to get myself a pedicure and Jade did not disappoint! She gave me exactly what I wanted!

I was not happy with andy because they charged me $50.00 for a dip manicure then that night 3 of my nails broke and I went back to get them fixed and he said that I have to pay to get them fixed since I wanted them to not look as thick and a more natural look and was my fault for wanting them thin. I stated I wanted them to look natural and if I would have known they would’ve broke the next day I would not have gotten them done and wasted $50. I’ve also been a client with them for over a year going twice a month to be treated like this is really awful and unprofessional. There are way too many nail salons to not get loyalty and professionalism.

When in for a full set. I wanted square round shaped. I have almond. I have 10 different lengths and shapes. When I mentioned how 3 of the nails were not straight they tried to fix it and it looks worse. Total waste of money. I wont be back.

I got an older lady and got the most expensive pedi. Could not even feel the massage or the hot rocks. She did not polish the whole nail and only put one coat of polish she added acetone too and you can see right thru the polish. Never been more 😞. Worst pedi ever.

Took my pregnant wife here. We had 430 appointments that obviously dont matter. She received an attitude for asking for warm water. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money someplace that appreciates it.

I asked the lady before hand if she would be able to do the picture i showed her on shorter nails, she told me yes. long story short, i corrected her several times and when she was finished it looked TERRIBLE and FAR FROM the picture. my nails look like they were sloppily done and they proceeded to charge me $60!!!! that’s not including her tip!! after i left i was disappointed and i called them maybe 35 minutes after and asked them about possibly redoing them or even a refund and the same lady that did my nails answered the phone told me they don’t do refunds and she won’t redo them she’ll only touch up....i’m just disappointed wish i would’ve gotten my money back and i don’t suggest going here.

The nail tech that helped me took one look at the picture of what I wanted, talked to me to get a sense of who I was, and went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning

Terrible salon!! i use to go there all the time and they did amazing now with this corona stuff, i called the other morning and asked about prices or two nails to know how much money i needed, and the man had told me i didn’t need an appointment. which had seemed odd to me. then when i drove over an hour to go get my nails done, they told me i had to have an appointment and i had told them when i called the man told me i didn’t need an appointment and they got extremely rude with me. so i wasted my gas driving there for no reason.

Judy and Andy were amazing. Everyone there was so nice the place was clean... Andy fixed what the other place did. I am very happy and this will be the only place I go to get my nails done.

Had been there before but this time they left a 1/2 in gap between my actual nail and my acrylic...

Went in for a pedicure and they barely did anything for the callouses on my heel. I left with my feet being rougher than when I went in. I asked her at the beginning to pay special attention to the callouses, she barely touched them. I also asked her to not cut the sides of my nail and had to pull my foot away because she tried to cut both. They do not listen to their costumers. I will not be going back! Also after cutting my nail so short It was bleeding they poured rubbing alchohol on my foot.

My nails have never been more crooked in my whole life. They go so fast and they dont listen. I asked for a squared edge and they made it coffin. I asked for a dark blue and they made it a bright blue. This is honestly the worst nail salon I have ever been too.

Visiting here from Seattle, WA first time getting my nails done in months bc of COVID-19. Called and booked an appointment upon arrival I was greeted and received an ok pedi (think the girl was new). Then Jenny came to finish my shellac French tip on my toes. She did an incredible job so I scheduled an appointment (specifically with Jenny) to come in the next day to get an acrylic mani French tip which was today. I’m rating Jenny and her husband 5 stars ⭐️ I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with Jenny or her husband if you can she speaks great English, very sweet, you can instantly tell she’s super experienced and super fast.If I rated the first girl that did my pedi I’d give her a 2 star rating and never go back.Everyone wore a mask and there are Pexi glasses between you and the artist. They ask you to wash your hands before they start working on your hands. The fancy sink is next to the sitting area so you don’t have to get up. Very impressed by the sinks. Felt very safe in there.

I got a full gel set and 2 nails are warped and 2 others look crooked. They arent all the way filled. I wasnt shown options for my tips or asked.From a distance they arent bad tho.Id probably go someplace else next time..

I am very mad. I did not receive the shape or length I originally asked for and when I asked them to fix it they said no and wouldn’t help. The paint is uneven and messy and looks like a 5 year old did it. I will never come back and I recommend not wasting your money or time coming here.

It is really hard to tell someone that doesnt speak English what you want. I asked for something that would last thru our vacation. The person helping me nodded vigorously and said yes yes. Less than 24 hours later my nails were peeling. I didnt even get in the plane before they were ruined.

Go early to avoid the crowd, and get the best service. The shop is clean, staff is nice and their quality is superb. I wont waste my time or money anywhere else in town.

I took my two girls in for child polish changes. They were rude. One lady yelled at my daughter for holding a polish bottle because she didn’t want to clean up a mess. When we were finally taken to a booth, the lady didn’t speak to us outside of asking me what color the girls wanted. She did a bad job painting their nails, was rude, didn’t interact at all with either of them, and then she overcharged me. Definitely not coming back. We should’ve gone down to queen nails.

Be very particular about who you have give a dip manicure here. Ask for Jenny or one of the owners. I received a dip today that was not the color I asked for. I asked her once if this had glitter in it after seeing the dip powder and she said no (it does) and seemed very indifferent when I asked her twice throughout the process if this was the right color as I expected it to be different. Nails are uneven in texture and in length. I have been here before and received great service but caution you to be specific about who you ask for as the quality was not consistent across all employees.

I advise everyone, if you respect yourself and other races dont go here because they are RACIST. Completley ignored my young daughter and wife and took care of others clients who randomly walked into the the door. This was my second time at this place and I don’t recommend it at all. I asked for a basic manicure design and they didn’t delivered. I told the manicurist I didn’t like it and she treated me with an attitude. No customer service at all. She called another coworker to finish my manicure since she was feeling frustrated. I was rushed by the other lady so my manicure got damaged few times because they were putting the gel dryer machine somewhat fast and hit my nails over and over again. I asked them to fix it and they acted that I had to take their bad work as it was for free. I’m sorry but I’m paying $31(plus tip)for a manicure, and I expect a good work. It’s the attitude they had that makes you feel to take your business somewhere else. If they were apologetic perhaps I will take this as a one time incident but with that attitude I will not come back.

This place is hands down the best nail salon. I went to... I believe... her name was... Jenni (?)... She was amazing and very detailed. I will be going here from now on. This is coming from a very very picky person so please take my word. She knew that my nails werent the right shape for my fingers.... I complained to everyone and she was the only one to understand my frustration.

So this about the third time I have been there. First time was wonderful, took their time gave me a pedicure and was happy. Second time felt the pedi was rushed and didnt feel like I got what I paid for. This last time the place was busy mind you but that shouldnt mean you have to rush the service. I paid for the Deluxe Spa service. My daughter was with me and she got the same package and her person did a much better job than mine. I guess it all depends on thr person you get. Very disappointed. Will go elsewhere.

The only salon I go to. I moved to Fort Wayne in January of 2018 and tried a ton of salons to find my favorite. I’m very picky about the shape of my nails (almond) and the staff get it right every time. I also got an awesome chrome ombré style once, and if I could share the photo, I would. It was SO pretty.

Staff was prompt. But I’m LIVID about my nails. The manicure/gel application took a total of under 20 mins from start to finish. It was rushed, and it shows. It hasn’t even been a week and my nails look awful. The polish peeled right up without me even touching it. My nails were unevenly shaped and have sharp edges. Won’t be returning, the tech clearly didn’t follow proper procedures.

Brought my 7 year old niece for a pedicure, the staff made fun of her large birthmark throughout the pedicure. I told them that I loved it and it means youre lucky, one of the girls said no I dont think so and laughed. Will never go back

Terrible service. Woman rolled her eyes every time I asked her to fix something. The nails I left with were worse than when I came in. When I asked for them to fix my nails they told me they would charge me again. Would not recommend this place, there are only two good nail techs that work here out of the 10+ employees.

I did not get her name but the lady who did my nails around 5-6pm today at table 9 did such an amazing job. Ive never once walked out hating my nails. They are always on point when I go here. Highly recommend.

Worse place ever to get your nails done. I went twice and both times received dip and not even a week later both times my nails were cracking and the dip was coming off. Went to DT nails and dip lasted for over a month!!!!

I went in for a pedicure and was told I was too dark for the color I chose.

The staff was rude and sloppy with their work. They are inconsiderate to people with disabilities who can not properly rotate and or move their hands the way that the technician wants. I repeatedly told the girl doing my nails that I could not relax my hand, and she proceeded to pull and rotate my hand in a way that was uncomfortable for me. My friend who went with me, asked her technician to try to remove the extra overlay out from underneath her fingernail, it was not done like asked. She had to go out to her car and use tweezers and do it herself. The technician also was on the phone setting up a doctors appointment while doing my friends nails, to which she did not properly paint them because she was more worried about setting up a doctors appointment. This place to me is very unprofessional. My friend gave this place a second chance and she will not be going back. This was my first time at davinci and I was extremely annoyed by the service that I received. Getting a nails done is supposed to be relaxing, but in my case it was extremely painful and a waste of my money.

Not a pleasant atmosphere. There were 4 employees standing around my station and over my shoulder while I was receiving a manicure and talking loudly to the lady that was doing my nails. Very inconsiderate of the client. Employees are constantly on their phones too, playing videos or doing video chats. Loud and rude. Additionally, employees do not obtain appropriate licenses. Lastly, the polishes are not high quality, and chip within two days.

No wait time and pleasant staff. They do an excellent job making sure your pampered and the pedicures and acrylics are fabulous!
