Big City Window Cleaners are AMAZING!!! I dont write reviews very often but I feel that this is definitely worthy of one. I volunteer at a spiritual center in the valley and we used to struggle to keep the windows, solar panels and even the HUGE glass dome clean. So we shopped around and found Big City Window Cleaners. From the initial phone call, to email correspondence, to the cleaners themselves, we have all been super impressed! Everyone was so kind and friendly, profession and did a wonderful job! We have a big building. The dome is about 20 ft tall and about 60 ft across. They were able to do this spotlessly. They had a solid crew working around the building, some on the dome, others cleaning windows, others cleaning our 144 solar panel car port. They cleaned the tall windows all around, the 2nd story windows were cleaned inside and out, and they even removed the screens, washed and dried them and put them back. That was seriously top notch service!Lastly, we are a spiritual center. So it is imperative that whoever we have coming to do any work be mindful and respectful. Dave, Stanley and everyone else was so attentive that they took off their shoes without being asked, wiped all the surfaces and left things sparkling. All the volunteers here were really impressed with this solid crew that came and worked so well without being intrusive in any way. We had an event a couple days later at the center and we took drone footage which looked phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend Big City Window Cleaners. Thank you!

We had Big City Window Cleaners clean our solar panels, gutters, and windows (both inside and out) and were very happy with the service we received. Getting an estimate and booking with them was extremely easy, and they were very responsive in general. They showed up when they were supposed to, worked efficiently, and were very respectful of our home and belongings. Additionally, the price seemed very reasonable.I would definitely recommend using Big City Window Cleaners and will be using them for the same services next year.

The team was quick and responsive. The windows looked great when they were done. I would just recommend that you confirm the entire scope of service with the team when they arrive to be sure everyone is on the same page. We had some confusion over whether or not the frames were to be cleaned as well as the glass. It is also important to note that they do not include cleaning the paving areas below the windows of debris that washes off in the service. That was a surprise to me.

Big City did a great job cleaning the windows but their attention to clean up detail left much to be desired. After they left I found the cloths and cleaning materials used to clean the windows left in my driveway, on the front steps and even in the plants in the backyard. Also, two screens were left uncleaned in the front of the house. I assume they removed them to clean but forgot, although, since they exited through the front I am not sure how they were missed.I was so impressed with the quality of the window cleaning I neglected to check to see if they cleaned up; the workers were very nice and friendly so Im sure they would have cleaned thoroughly if Id asked. BUT, should I have to ask, isnt clean up a part of the service? At any rate, quality window washing, poor clean up.

Big City Window was amazing. Their quote was competitive and they did a fantastic job. Our home was built in 1928 so the windows and screens are old and they navigated them well. Im a housekeeper and house manager and Ive hired many window washers over the years. This company, by far, did the best job. David and George were FAST, efficient, friendly, and everything they touched looked absolutely perfect. They happily completed a few extra tasks I thought of last minute and even helped me move some furniture under which I was struggling to adjust a rug by myself. They gave a great price too which I found pretty fair for everybody, especially considering the job they did. Not to mention, they had a cancellation last minute and were able to come on a day earlier than expected knowing I needed the windows cleaned asap for my client returning to town.I cant imagine hiring anybody else from now on. This is the second time we have used Big City Window Cleaners and they were terrific as always. We have very high ceilings with big skylights across our ceiling. They always tackle that with ease.

Big City Window Cleaners cleans the office building where I work on a quarterly basis and do an absolutely phenomenal job. Their staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and they are always on time.
