I used to go here a long time ago but switched because I was unhappy with quality. Today I was in a hurry and couldn’t get in to my normal salon so I gave this a go. I wanted a fairly simple design with my no chip manicure and she said she could do it but it would cost $15 more and I was ok with it. As she was doing my nails she didn’t even cut back my cuticles or shape my nails at all. She also was rushing so much that she was filing my actual skin and made me bleed. Then she moved on to the color and she was in such a rush. There is nail polish all over my skin and the design doesn’t look good enough especially since I spent $50 total. If she didn’t want to do the design I would have rather her tell me that then rush through my service. I know she would’ve done a great job if she would’ve just slowed down. I really didn’t think that a French tip manicure with some dot flowers would be such a hassle but I guess I was wrong

I just had a manicure and pedicure at the Elle Nail & Spa. The service was outstanding. My technician was kind, thorough, and provided meticulous care. By far, this was the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had in my life. I will recommend Elle to all of my friends and family.

My first visit for a pedicure and manicure was today. I loved it! Very relaxing. Olivia was a wonderful technician. They are very knowledgeable and precise!

I have been coming here for a few months now and the first few visits were actually good! The last visit I had was one of the worst; I sat down for a no chip manicure, the gentleman started my nails (remove old polish) and then another customer walked in. She wanted acrylics which takes longer, he said he would be right back to go help her for a few. I sat there waiting for more than 20-30 minutes with no service as they helped the other customer who came in after me with no appointment? Finally another lady was free to finish my nails and she was sweet to do so. As I was paying the man walked by me as he laughed and said “oh wow you’re still here?” I couldn’t believe it I felt like I was invisible and it was so rude. I wasn’t going to mention this but I think every customer deserves to be treated fairly and even if they are busy they can tell people to come back but they take anyone without enough staff. Best of luck & I hope this helps them be better as a business.

This is such a cute place. Super affordable and the furniture is so comfy! I also felt very taken cared of and welcomed.

If you could give less than 1 star I would. This place is low rent on a good day. They rushed, and did not do a good pedicure. Did not have all of the appropriate tools for mani/pedis. The massage was her putting a warm stone back and forth for about 60-80 seconds. The Manger was fighting with someone in the back room for the first 15 mins of my spa treatment! I would literally never go back there.

Been here many times. Always great service and always friendly staff. Myself and my daughters love it here and will always continue to keep coming back.

My pedi is ok. However, with the purchase of the Deluxe pedi, I expected it to take some time. I was excited for the leg massage, etc. They were in such a hurry, I felt like an inconvenience.

I recently got my nails done here and just wasnt happy with the result. I went in for a full set gel manicure. The gel was way too thick and the man applied the gel in the strangest way by dangling my finger for the gel to drip down... just odd. Color was done by another person because they were in a rush although there was no one else there. WAY too thick on the color. would not recommend

Very clean place and good atmosphere. Lovely big windows and decorated elegantly, staff is kind. Relaxing time. This place has disposable everything including the plastic that goes in the pedicure bowl. I recommend the orange peel scrub pedicure - it feels good and they use hot rocks after the massage.

Great salon and wonderful staff. The color selection is endless. They offer gel, no chip, etc. They have nice pedicure chairs and use disposable plastic over the bowl for each customer and also use cleaner in-between. If you get a manicure, the staff will come around and give you a mini shoulder massage while your nails dry!

A friend went here to get her nails done (See below Megan Holt review) An awful service experience followed by an even more awful customer service response. Save yourself the time (and your nail beds) and choose a different salon.

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The technician, Leeann, was professional and friendly, gave me ideas for stronger nails, gave a great pedicure, and ended with a neck massage. They were clear on the pricing from the beginning and offered options. I would recommend highly.

Went here twice for a no-chip. The first time, it only lasted for 10 days. I figured Id give them another chance since theyre so close to my house. The second time the technician cut my cuticles on 2 fingers and made them bleed. I had a few other nails that were sore for days after. I was worried about an infection. Fortunately, there was no issue there. But that manicure only lasted 5 days before chipping. Its unfortunate because the people that work there are very friendly and nice. I just dont think the quality of the work is worth any more of my money.

I went here today for the first time. It was very relaxing. I was pleased with how clean the spa was as well as impressed that they use plastic liners for your pedicures and use new pumice scrubbers for each individual. Sarah did my no chip manicure and pedicure.She was great. This is my new place. It was a great experience.

When i was there i said a was my age and they charged me for the wrong thing and they were verydisteprectful . and denied my age . i felt very unhappy . as, my toes were looking good . i asked for my water hotter and they wouldn’t . i will NEVER come back . also, they didn’t put the massage chair on and that all goes in to the price . also whenthey asked us for a design they charged us without telling us

I found this place when I moved to the area. Its very clean and they do a nice job on pedicures and no chips. For pedicures, they use a plastic liner for the bowls, which is SUPER nice because you dont have to have you feet touch the same bowl as everyone else.Added bonus is that they are open on Sundays!

Rushed through both pedicure and no-chip, cold water for pedicure, they use super cheap disposable nail files and buffers that do nothing. No-chip polish around cuticles was awful and uneven, applied super thick too. I left and went somewhere else to have it all re-done.

This place has a very friendly staff and is very clean. I’ve never had a pedicure but I’d consider it for that but never a no chip again. I’ve received two no chip manicures and both times the nail polish is so thick that it won’t fully set and looks bad. Last time it peeled so quickly - I went back and they redid it at no cost. I would recommend telling them only two coats or it’ll be a really thick application.

I should have left once he told me to choose a different color than the one i chose, then he repeatedly nicked my cuticles and when i flinched told me to just relax and watch tv then he rudely asked what my age was (18) and that i dont understand that acrylic isnt supposed to be comfortable because i am young. Ive been getting my nails done for years in the city and any service that is paid for should not be painful that is for sure. Amongst other things, it is totally not worth how expensive it is and the whole establishment is a total mess, the only reason I went back was because Jinny is so sweet but this is too far. I really wish i had walked out before he even started painting but im writing this so others know NOT TO GO HERE.

I have been going for almost a year. Very clean facility, which means alot to me, esp. regarding Pedis. Staff is friendly and most technicians have done nice work.

First time coming to this place. The person doing my pedicure dropped all the utensils on the floor, picked them up and then attempted to use the utensils on me! I had to ask her to get fresh clean utensils that didn’t get picked off a dirty floor.

Ginny is so kind and does a beautiful job on my nails. She even came in on her day off to help me out! Great personal service!

Cute salon. They only do no chips and regular manicures. I got a no chip. It was great Initially but didnt last and my cuticles looked atrocious after wards.

Went today for a pedicure. The new salon is very clean, decorated beautifully, and the technicians are very good. The services include a lot of extras and I am pleased with the results. Prices are very reasonable.

I had a no-chip manicure done less than 4 days ago and almost all of the polish has peeled off one hand. Im only 3 days into my vacation and cant come back to get them fixed. My manicurist was very nice but Im very disappointed in this experience. I never treat myself to a no-chip manicure so I feel like it was a huge waste of money.

I wish i could give a zero star, The lady over here was very very rude, she was in a hurry to go to the next customer and ruined my nail color, when i asked her to change my nail color she said that she wanted to got the next color. I said i am paying you the money and you are not even listening to what i am saying. Then she was like forcefully went and changed my nail color...very very bad service.

If you were thinking of treating yourself to a nice pedi, to relax as you get a fill done for your tips..then you are sorely mistaken to come to this establishment.I was desperate for a simple pedi and fill right before my trip. Pedi was basic, no huge complaints.Now the owner did my fill. Convince me I needed a new set, I was thinking oh five more extra bucks..no biggie. After ninety minutes later, he charged me $75 for a new set!!! And now two weeks later, they are already falling off.What a rip off.Never going back.Rude customer service.And the owner was standing there with his hand out, waiting for his tip! His tip was charging me thirty dollars more then was told!

I love this place! Gonna be my new permanent go-to.

Im a very picky customer because i like things a certain way. I work in a office so my nails mean a lot to me and have to perfect. Especially because i just got engaged i wanted my nails to look better then they ever have! I went on a Sunday, i got this lady Ive never seen before, another lady was taking my no-chip off which she was extremely rough with the file then she left me siting and waiting for about half an hour finally the lady Ive never seen before started to work on my nails which my nails were pretty long so i told her to cut half way and file square shape. She did but my nails were crooked so i pointed it out and she did attempt to fix them but by the time i was done she did not paint all of the edges, she painted my cuticles, and my nails were uneven they just looked horrible!!! my nails bothered me so much i called and asked if i can come in so they can fix and when i went back in its like they didnt even know i called and all the ladies just looked at my nails and then one lady finally said can you sit here, i told her what had happened. She asked if i wanted the no-chip off and im like i want you to fix them like you should know you tell me. I told her i wanted them squared she said the only way she can do it is if she cuts them short (no place has ever told me that) which some are shorter then others and they are still crooked, she cut my cuticles which i dont know why she touched my cuticles, she was extremely rough and the nail polish is so bumpy, i hate them!!!! I WILL HONESTLY never step foot in this place again. I do understand that people make mistakes but if i have to go in the second time and im still not satisfied well theres a problem. Not every staff is the same they do have good staff but because of my experience im so upset and for the first time ever Im writing my first review!!!

What a terrible mani/pedi experience! To start, the staff got into a screaming match with one another in the back room. There was so much yelling, crying, and screaming between a male staff member and female staff member that I almost called the police. Other staff members were crying and saying “I’m so scared”. A truly bizarre and awful thing to experience as a customer. On top of that, the manicure and pedicure were terrible. Nail polish all over my skin/cuticles, misshapen nails. Nails chipped in a matter of days. I will NEVER go back!!

Over priced and horrible job! It hasnt even been day four with my nails n theyre chipping/peeling off.... I run my fingers down my hair and the nails get caught already needing a new fill in.... Guy seriously peeled my skin apart trying to separate my skin off the acrylic nail from all the glue he used after I kept telling him to just leave it, so now Im dealing with a deep cut he made to my finger with his nail. SmhKept telling me that it not worth me getting my nails done if I was getting them short... I atleast dont recommend the guy M. Super nice but his work is terrible. I dont even want to get started on my poor nail polish.. lesson learned

I went in this morning and this place was extremly busy, even though I was a walkin they didnt rush on my services at all. I recently moved to the area and had been patroning near my job, however this will be my new nail salon. Martin gave great advice on my toenail, Jinny came over and assisted by polishing my nails while I was recieving my pedicure. They are very clean they use liners in the pedi spas and I was really impress that they actually used real cleaner(lysol) not alcohol as other places Ive patronized. Jinny had a great welcoming spirit when I entered. I asked her how long she told me about 5 mins and they started when she said. Great way to start my Anniversary Day.Thanks Martin and Jinny

Nice salon however the nail tech I had was terrible. Worst manicure and pedicure ever.

AWFUL. I could cry.The nail technician probably painted more of my actual toes than my nails. But then didnt pain enough of my nails on my hands. I walked in with no hang nails and now have hang nails on every one of my fingers as well as bruising around some of nails. I never write reviews but this was too awful I couldnt keep to myself.I would have asked for a re-do but couldnt bare to sit there anymore. And I think the tech knew she wasnt doing well because all she kept saying was sorry its a saturday.I was just there this morning and am sitting my my car writing this. Will never to back. The extras are nice but a cover up for the actual service. Cant believe I wasted my money on this knowing I will have to get them re done somewhere else once my nails heal.

Tarreble service, unprofessional people there . One hours to take off only shellac from my toes... I dont say even about regular pedicure...

They lie about the charges. It was $110 for a full set and and an eyebrow wax.

I am so disappointed I cannot give this place a thumbs up. I booked a 9:30 appointment on a Monday for the Saturday morning of my daughter’s homecoming. I was treating her and her bestie. Packed when we arrived. No one to greet us. Held my daughter hostage until I drove back and paid first. Then proceeded to do a terrible job on her nails for homecoming no less. Told both girls they couldn’t get any details on their nails because they were too busy and didn’t have acrylics. Wish I could say we would be back. I tipped out of protocol.
