Today was my first time at the salon. I went in with a terrible orange hair color that I got done at another salon. My goal was to get rid of the orange hair and get as close as possible to the hair color I had before, but the stylist did even better. She made it look so pretty and flawless without any trace of orange. I am extremely satisfied with the result and recommend this salon to everyone!

I like to change my hair color a lot and she does everything she can to make it happen, not to mention she is very honest. Second Nature Salon is amazing! I moved from the western suburbs 4 years ago and found them fairly quickly. Kasia always makes me feel beautiful and up to date! I trust them 100% and have NEVER had a bad experience. I moved even further away, 2 years ago but still commute from Spring Grove because - once you find a salon this good - you drive for exceptional service. They are up to date on color, styles and trends, trust me - you cannot go wrong.

I had a highlight with Kaisa and she did a phenomenal job! And at a very reasonable price point. The one thing I thought was weird was that the stylist doesnt blowdry your hair as an included thing with your service. So I was left to blowdry my own wet hair. However they provided me with the brush and blowdryer, so that was fine, just not something Id ever experienced before. Id say overall this is a less all-inclusive experience than what Ive gotten at other salons, however for the price point, Im more than happy to give up things like included blowdry and complimentary beverages. Especially for the high quality service Kaisa provided. Would highly recommend this salon and stylist.

My stylist Agneiszka listens to what your needs are, is an expert in color and styling and you end up with the perfect look for you! All the stylists at Second Nature are equally as talented, you cant go wrong with any of them. Just as important, the stylists there are friendly, professional and truly care about your needs regarding your hair. I would send anyone of my friends or family to Second Nature, you are in good hands there! Prices are reasonable too.

Hi! I am 23 years old. I have blonde thick hair and dry scalp. I usually just get some highlights in my hair but I wanted something different. I tried second nature salon. I asked for balayage with toner to make my hair more ashy blonde. It’s GORGEOUS ! When they washed my hair, it’s like massage on my head. Paulina and Agnieszka tended to me and helped me by also recommending products to help with my dry scalp. I am so happy and confident every time i pass a mirror now. Definitely coming back.Wonderful experience and lovely workers!!!
