This salon is amazing. Dont let fake 1 star reviews from online trolls scare you off. Ive been coming here for a while and have NEVER had a bad experience. Salon is well decorated and very clean. When you arrive you are met with smiles, a beverage, and homemade chocolate truffles (SO good). I actually followed my nail tech, Damaris, from another salon that was far inferior. The pedicure area is separate and has low lighting for a relaxing experience. The chairs are brand new and have multiple massage settings. I receive so many compliments on my nails. I love this salon and recommend them to friends and family.

Very happy with my experience here. Nasi did my nails and she did a great job. She understood exactly what I wanted and was very helpful and careful with my nails (I have very thin/weak nails). Their pricing is a little higher than some other places in the area, but you get the good quality work you are paying for. I will definitely be back!

After visiting this salon multiple times for a pedicure, I have to share how amazing and relaxing my experiences continue to be. The pedicure room has a very luxurious ambience with warm colors and comfortable massage chairs. The staff has always been welcoming and eager to help in any way they can. Seréne is amazing! Everyone is super friendly, professional, and accommodating. Damaris is the best nail tech ever!!! She goes above and beyond to assure you leave with perfect looking nails. The nail techs at Seréne always use brand new pedicure tools and discards them after each use, which is a HUGE plus! So glad I left Tipsy.

I have been having suffering from thin nails due to damage from acrylic/gel, Nancy was AMAZING and suggested I use a different type of gel. I think they are the only salon that carries it...LOVE IT! In town visiting friends for the Holiday weekend and really needed a pedicure. This place is awesome! They got 2 of us in on very short notice. Both Cristina & Nancy were great. The conversations were better then any other place that I have been to. The ambiance was very relaxing. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I will definitely be back when i am in town again!

I was here last year and it was a better place with different staff. It certainly NOT a med Spa. A nail salon that unfortunately no longer do a good job at that either. I had my nails done by a girl, Damaris, whom I was not impressed with. A few days later I got pain in my finger. Not clean, that is for sure. I am glad they do not do any medical works. I will never come back and I hope this review help others. Tried to upload a photo of my swollen finger, but I am not a technical person. It was infected. So many 5 star reviews, for a very small and quiet place. I have no doubt that they are not real.

Nancy did my eyebrows done here and it was fantastic. Was treated to water and chocolates while I waited. Nancy did a great job on my eyebrows, discussed what she was going to do before she did it, and made sure I was happy with the service. Fantastic service, price, and work. I will be going back!

I have found a new home for my nails and skin care! Damaris does such a wonderful job on my dip nails. She is meticulous and takes her time. And Nancys facials are incredible.

Can I just say that I’ve been following Damaris since her earlier days and I’ve been so in love since she moved to this location! Her work continues to be stellar and the spa is just so peaceful and full of zen. I will not be going anywhere else for as long as Damaris stays here. Love love love Serene! This review is coming after my second time back, the women here are nothing less than spectacular! Serene is very clean and new tools are used each time they work on you for a pedicure, a plastic bag is in the tub prior to water being filled.It is conveniently placed right off I-4 and I have yet to find another salon where I feel right at home. I’ll be coming back for sure!

This place is a disappointment. A great turn over rate among the nail techs and new ones unfortunately not talented. Their products are below average in quality. There is lots of competition in the area and some are superb. Try Craze nail and Spa just down the road. They are SUPERB.

Love this place. Has a boutique vibe and it’s very classy. Being there is a welcoming expirence. The pedi room is the best. Damaris is mostly my tech if I can get her, she is booked a lot of because of her regular clients. Around Christmas I had another tech (sadly I can’t remember her name) and she gave me some wonderful holiday nails that I had many compliments on. Give this place a try! They will impress!!!

I wished it was one good thing I could say about this place and the owner. Regretfully, there is not. This place started off well, but the unethical and immoral doings and behavior of the owner caused its own demise. I cant recommend any place like this. The service is truly mediocre and there are truly many other places in close proximity that offer the same services, but at much higher ratings and quality.

I am writing this review for my aunt. I was visiting Gainesville on business and after flying in, visited and brought my aunt to this spa in Lake Mary; she cannot drive. My aunt really wanted a review posted, as she loves the way she is treated there…this time quite impressed by the professional manicure she received from a new girl. Omg, I had the best experience ever! From the time I walked in I was impressed. The fragrance that filled the building, the beautiful decor, the courteous and friendly staff, the selection of polish colors and options and the separation of the rooms that enhanced the experience. If that wasn’t enough, they had beverage offerings and served them in nice glasses. I’m so happy I found this hidden gem. This salon and spa exceeded every one of my expectations. It is truly luxurious and serene; you will definitely fall in love.

When you walk in you immediately feel the serenity in the spa. You are greeted right away and they have a nice lounge to sit in and select your nail color. Diana took great care of me and did an amazing job on my nails. I had the SNS with gel color put on. She made sure to find just the right color for me. What is nice there is a separate area for pedicures and the nails are in the front area Nice massage and facial rooms are there, too. Cant wait to come back for a pedicure next.

Had my nails done by a girl named Sammy. She was sweet, but I got an infection in my nail bed of my index finger 3 days later. Saw my doctor and he told me that this happens as a result of contaminated equipment, or dirty materials. I saw this happened to a few others in this place. I do not blame the girl, but the place itself and management. Instead of denying and accusing people of not being clients, they should do what is right. Can NOT recommend this place.

Sorry but you can never bribe me enough for 5 star review!! So glad Damaris is no longer at Tipsy Nails down the street. Her dip skills are below average (if she can stop talking so negative about other people, maybe she will have more time to better her skills). This place literally can never have more than 2 staff and i start to notice their 5-star reviews are not legit either! So frustrating! DO THE RIGHT THING!

I am a retired detective that moved here to Florida last year to be with my best friend who is also a working detective in Orlando. While she works, I have a little extra time on my hand, and once a detective, always a detective. I used to get some Botox and other goodies when working in Vegas. Since I am still relatively new to the area, Ive started looking at some places and the name Serene was one of those that came up as Med Spa. I did look at the reviews and frankly, it was a few disturbing ones that I saw that related to their function as a Med Spa. It was intriguing to read the low star reviews that asked the place some valid questions. It was even more intriguing the owner responses without revealing any names. It really took me back to my undercover years when we would encounter business that would function under different facades . Being an ex-detective, I called them and heard a sweet voice on the other end that did not know what to answer me when I asked her who would be my doctor/injector? She seemed to have her hand on the receiver to muffle any sound and while discussing it with someone else. She eventually blurted a first name out that I wont repeat. She asked me to make an appointment to meet the staff. Ive been around too long and seen too much to be fooled. But, I may show up unannounced with my hobby and that in itself can make a great evening news. I dont believe that this place is legit, and my advice to them is run a reputable place or accept the consequences. There is a cause for state investigate this place and those alike before any harm is done to public. You can find a good number of legitimate Med Spa in this area.

Im in there every two weeks or so. The ladies there are amazing! Needless to say, my nails are ALWAYS flawless. :) But... I have found more than just a nail salon or spa, I have found friends that will last a lifetime. Currently, Im participating in their weightloss challenge and I have never been more motivated in my life!!! These gals are polite, caring, beautiful, and just awesome human beings. Also, because of the way it looked inside, I thought my visit was going to cost an arm and a leg. But as it turns out, I spent less there than I have at any other location in Lake Mary! Everything is clean and the decor is very inviting. Ive taken my teenager to get her nails done too... and of course she loved the experience! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This must be the worse place I have ever tried. The products are all outdated and service is miserable. My nail got infected during my last visit. Had to take some antibiotics for it. I am going back to Tipsy nails. Ethan is fantastic there. This place will probably deny me as a client. Save your money and headache, go to tipsy nails.

I have been getting my nails done for over 2 decades. It was never a “loyal” decision to me...it was just where I was at the time. From the FIRST MOMENT I walked into SERENE, I could tell this was a place that I would keep frequenting. The AMBIANCE ALONE was 10x more tranquil, inviting, and relaxing, vs your average nail place. The PEDI ROOM is amazing. My nail tech, DAMA, has a heart of gold, and a personality that made me remember her, and want to come back to her. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place, and it is my NEW NAIL SPOT hands down no questions. The energy in the place is warming, welcoming, and inviting, like friends. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!!

The ladies at Seréne are fabulous! They do a phenomenal job and are also so personable. The spa itself is comfortable and inviting. The Seréne staff is by far the best at what they do and are able to establish relationships with their customers!

I was excited by the reviews. Unfortunately, when calling to schedule some facial work, the staff was unable to tell me the doctor’s name or when they’d be available. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t know your own doctor?! I decided not to get service at this spa.

Cristina and Nancy are not only wonderful in what they do, but have the highest respect for one another.Beautiful, clean, tastefully and beautifully decorated, no loud music or TV’s.This beats ALL other salons in the area hands down and I’ve tried many.They have several services besides nails. This place is a fake. I have been to many nail places in the past, but I have never encountered anything as fake as the service and materials as this place. I could not believe that many five star reviews for such a small and quiet place until I witnessed it myself. They dont even have more than two people working in there. Would not give them even one star.

I first I was very excited to hear about a med-spa in town, and I heard that the place was very nice. First of all, the location was not ideal for someone to conveniently get to. It must have taken me at least 20 minutes to travel less than 200 feet during rush hour. Its not apart of the strip that attaches to the main road, so be careful not to take the wrong turn when getting to it. SECONDLY THIS IS NOT A MEDSPA! My main purpose was to go to a med-spa not a fancy nail salon. Upon arrival, I inquired to speak to the doctor or the nurse in charge for questions regarding facial aesthetics, but was informed that there is no doctor or any other health care professional in the house. At this point I realized it is nothing but an overpriced fancy nail salon, under the pretense of a med spa. There are plenty of other genuine med-spas in town. If you want a place just for your nails, it may be ideal, but keep in mind there are many other places in town with better prices and service.

An unethical and untrustworthy place with essentially very old and primal style. They try to sell you what you really do NOT want. Can not recommend this place at all. At the end of session they try to bribe you with half off next nail job for a trade for 5 star review.

I love love LOVE Serene!!! I’ve been going to serene for some time now, and the service there is absolutely amazing! You can really tell that the nail techs truly care about you and the quality. I have never had a bad set! They are very clean and they always make sure that the clients are comfortable and happy :) Nancy has done Acrylics with gel for me, and SNS dip powder, and I loved them both!!! She is very sweet and always wants me to love my nails. I’ve always loved my mother’s nails too! Dama (who does my moms nails) is always so sweet and caring!! My mother even followed Dama to this salon, that’s how much she loved her!! They truly give the best service and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for stunning HEALTHY nails! ;)

Im mixed on the review here. The place is nice and making a reservation was convenient. The first time I went, I got a gel manicure from Nasi and it was beautiful. The second time I went back, I tried a different nail tech and the gel mani came out thick and uneven. She even files the surface of my natural nail, which I did not like. When I went to get it removed, it was impossible to get off.

I have been to many nail salons and typically go from place to place just trying to find a decent mani/pedi. I can honestly say that once I found Serene I will never go anywhere else. Christina and Nancy are both amazing women. I’m never disappointed when I leave here. They offer just about any service a woman or man could possibly need. I have been a Client of Nancy the owner for over 15 years. I started with her before she was married and had children. She then opened to more salons in Daytona area. Two years ago, after she became a single Mom, she decided that she need to move on up, as the saying goes and she designed and built a magnificent spa in Lake Mary. I followed her. Driving 2 hours round trip, every 3 weeks. I tried a new “spa” here in Daytona, 8 of 10 nails were chipped or broken by the end of 1st week. I returned to Nancy. Quality work is hard to find.My husband, MR Macho, had an ingrown toenail in suggested he go get a pedicure and let Nancy take care of him. He loves her like a granddaughter.The spa is clean, up to date on latest products and professional in every way.IN MY OPINION THE BEST IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

I have known the owner since she had a nail shop in Ormond Beach. She lacks any talent in business and nail salon, but she is a master in conning and scamming. I can not recommend a place that she manages, not for anyone.

An okay place to get nails done but tbh just couldnt stand the girl named Dama. Every single time I go there, she always has something negative to say about people. She has such a big mouth... pretty ghetto tbh. Not professional at all. Would NOT recommend.

I had my nails done here and their work was not satisfactory at all. All the polish came off after 2 days. They don’t use any quality material. I decided to go to Tipsy Nails just down the road from them and I was amazed by their work. Do yourself a favor and ditch this place. It is very primitive and their products are cheap.

I have been to Serene a couple times now. Firstly, I love the set up of the salon. There is a cute waiting area with a very comfortable seating and warm decor. The pedi and manicure sections are separate which is brilliant because it reduces noise and creates an Oasis like feeling especially in the pedi area.Above all, what I love is the entire Serene team is there to cater to your every need. They are also very knowledgeable with their med-spa treatments, I am new to the med-spa scene and they have been great in educating me about how to address my skin concerns and goals.I trust the Serene team fully in their recommendations since it is clear they have a lot of experience in the industry. I am SO happy I finally have a go-to salon for my nail, facial, massage and med-spa treatments.
