I paid $50 for a pedicure which was rushed because she was busy though I made an appointment. She was trying to go so fast it made me really uncomfortable and hurt at times especially when she was cutting the cuticles. They are not socially distancing - I had to be asked to sit apart and not next to someone. I was supposed to get my eyebrows waxed too but opted not to do as she was frantically trying to ready the room for me. I was worried she’d be going so fast she’d wax my whole eyebrow off. Won’t be going there again.

If you’re looking for a quick pedicure, they do a decent job in less than 30 minutes. However I was not impressed. My regular nail salon was closed so I decided to give them a try... they were aware that it was my first time, and they were not concerned with giving a good first impression. I paid extra for something that should have taken a minimum of 5 minutes and I MAYBE received 1 minute of service. I’m looking to relax and feel pampered when I get a pedicure, but I left realizing I could have done a more thorough job myself. Very disappointing.-side note: they were very polite and everything was very clean/sanitary.

French costs $10. Usually takes 30 mins to get in and get out. No waiting time. Usually happy with the results.

Two of us had an apt for pedicures at 11 - arrived to find only one employee. Second employee came flying into spa - she raced around for 15 minutes before even helping us. During the pedicure she ended up slicing the slide of my foot and putting a gash about the slice. There was blood all over my foot and she was oblivious. She cleaned it off after I asked her to stop and let me take care of the injury. Later she placed foot in bag causing it to burn and is now. She started painting my nails the wrong color and I had to ask her to fix it to the color I actually picked. Once she finished painting she said ok you can go now. Awful customers service and painful process. Will never go back !

I stumbled upon Ecco today and needed my toes painted for a couple of events this weekend. The greeter took me in right away. I needed help picking a colour and the technician helped me match to my dresses and was very efficient. He did have to go in the middle of my procedure but they were very apologetic and I have no issue with that. I was Very happy with the whole experience and I highly recommend Ecco Nails.

I’ve been going here since July of 2018. I will always go to Lisa. She really is the best I’ve had for pedicures and manicures. I typically do the sns dip powder and a pedicure. She’s taken care of me since my pregnancy. I have had others do my nails here but they don’t have the same attention to detail as Lisa. The atmosphere is nice. But if you’re a first time customer, Request Lisa. You will love your experience.

Everytime me my sister and mom come we are always rush i came 2 days ago paid 100 for toes and nails and they already chipping paint coming off & they literally took everyone but my mom was last & she even did an appointment they rushed our pedicures it was just a bad experience not coming back .will he posting pictures when i figure out how to upload .

I have been going here for over a year now. LIZ is the best nail artist I have ever had. I had no nails to hardly work with. She sees every clients request and makes a master piece. She doesn’t treat you as just a fill or a set. She truly loves and enjoys her job. I would refer ANYONE to her. I’m never rushed and if you don’t like something it’s corrected. She takes her time and NEVER rushes. It’s nice to have a nail tech with so many clients yet remembers your name and what you like,not once but every time you visit. That’s the kind of nail tech anyone would want. If you go here I recommend LIZ OVER ANYONE 😁

I was told a price when I came in but when I went to pay it was ten dollars more then I was told. I have multiple cuts on my fingers as well. I definitely do not recommend going there especially if you have a set budget it will be different when you go to pay.

I have been going to Ecco since I was in high school and I’m now about to graduate college! I always leave completely happy with my nails, no complaints. They actually take their time and pay attention to detail. I recommend this place to all of my friends in the Lake Mary area.

Liz is the BEST! Takes her time, doesn’t rush, and makes sure I’m loving my nails every step of the way! I never had a nail lady before her cause I was never fully pleased with my service. I first came here last week and got a full set pink and white and they just did an amazing job. Then I came back 2 days later for a pedicure and they did awesomely so I came in today to bring my family in and they loved it as well!!! A great place with great people!

I was very disappointed with the service my daughter received, I made an appointment for 5 oclock for nails and feet upon arriving on time still sat for 35 minutes until served then was not given a time frame for her feet just kept being told a minute. I understand its Friday and busy get what good is an appointment if you are still waiting while others go ahead of you. Not good business.

Went there for a simple Black with glitter design on my nails with black on bottom and silver up top fading down. Asked twice if she knew how to do it then showed pictures. I was told oh yes, its easy. Well, apparently not so easy.....She was globbing on the glitter and they looked like a hot mess. Knowing I was unhappy she was going to continue doing it and I was like no, how are we fixing this. Their solution was to put 2 more coats of black on my nails....mind you I had already been there 1.5 hours. So fine, I left with black nails...just black. They still charged me $25 even though I was late returning for a meeting, It was torture waiting for them to correct my nails and they acted as though they did me a favor for not charging me for a design.....Seriously????? There is no design, the attempted design is now hidden under multiple layers of gel. The next salon will have a field day taking off 6 layers of gel off my nails. I still need to go to another salon now to see if they can pretty them up because plain black is not my look or my offices style. I also mentioned all the pictures on the website and asked where they came from or if new owners, they seemed like they had no idea. Those people did NOT do the designs in their google pics.

The Salon has a nice atmosphere. Michelle did my nails and she did a wonderful job. I usually never get a color twice, but the way they look I m going to have to get it again. I received so many compliments on the color.....mood changing color. She put the acrylic on thick just how I like it because I do a lot of typing at work and they break easily. Its hard for me to find someone to do my nails correctly, but it looks like I found the right person and nail salon. Thanks Michelle.

Got eyelash extensions from here for the first time and i was given the choice between short medium and long. i chose king since i like the more dramatic look and the lady repeatedly tried to talk me out of this choice even though it’s the same price. when i was finished i told her how beautiful they were and how much i liked them and she made multiple comments about how they were too long and didn’t look very good. kinda rude and i was taken back by this but so far i like how they look, just wish they had nicer customer service.EDIT it’s been two days and all of my lashes have fallen out. was in love with how they looked but were clearly not done properly.

It was a love at first sight the moment my girlfriend and I walked in here! We went to get our toenails done. We randomly decided on this spot. Vincent did my toenails and another lady did my girlfriends. He was hilarious and kept us laughing the entire visit. The point of going to a salon is to make yourself feel better once you leave and Vincent not only did that, but also provided excellent quality work as well! I would follow him anywhere he is definitely my favorite nail tech I have ever found!! Lake Marys best kept secret!! Way to go Vincent you are awesome & many thanks!!

Been going here for a couple of months and have been getting my nails done by Lis. she is very welcoming and always makes sure i leave happy with my nails. she is very talented and works hard to meet all of my requests, and she’s super friendly!! she definitely cares about her clients and i love the atmosphere

I have been going to Ecco Nails and Spa for over a year with Liz and have never had a complaint. The environment is very calm and soothing. Liz will always ask what you want to get done and will always create perfection. I recommend going to Ecco Nails and Spa and most definitely make an appointment they are usually busy.

I had the privilege of having Vincent doing my pedicure and gel manicure. Vincent was warm, welcoming and had attention to detail on my nails. I enjoyed my spa day today and recommend Vincent. I hope he stays for a while because every time I find someone that meets/exceeds my expectations they leave. Case in point Emily.I have been overly pleased with both Vincent and Emily!!!

In my opinion I like to go to a place that I can have conversations with my nail tech and not being ignored. someone who can listen to what I like my nails to look like .My nail bed is very small at Ecco nail this man doing my nail I told him I dont like my French to be thick he just nod his head and telling me I make it shorter and continue with his job.the hygiene is so bad I couldnt believe what I saw Im a nail educator and if I had to score this man he shouldve gone back to school and learn the basic Hagen first they use cheap product and cut corners .He was sharing cuticle oils with a person beside him same brush goes on all the client nails . instead using a dropper to not touch anybody .* I think people should consider going to a place whos value them* A place who welcome you* A place who cares about simple basics hygiene and your well being* Not a place to be ignored

This was my first time at this salon and it was a horrible experience. I left there bleeding from 3 of my nails and the tech Kim didn’t even cut my cuticles before painting my nails. The dip polish is lumpy and to make it worse they had a young child behind the counter climbing on the chairs of the techs as they did other customers nails. 2 other customers complained about the service while I was there. The salon itself is beautiful but the service is awful. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ive been coming to Ecco Nails & Spa for years now and I can safely say that it is one of the things I look forward to most throughout the month. In my crazy hectic life its so wonderful to sit down in a warm friendly environment and relax! Thank you to Hugh for always treating me so well & making me laugh!!!

My sister and I checked this place out over the weekend for the first time. I had a great experience, with the manager of this spa doing my nails. My sister had a terrible experience. Her tech rushed through her pedicure and manicure, was sloppy, and did not listen to my sister when she made multiple requests to change it. She ended up paying full price because the tech eagerly stood at the checkout while she paid and there was not a good opportunity to speak to the manager alone.We called the following day and spoke to the manager who apologized and offered a refund or redo. Because she was leaving town, we opted for the refund. When my sister stopped by, the manager said he could fix her nails. When she stated she had to leave town, he offered her a less than 50% refund stating the rest was services he could not refund.He even told me while he was doing my nails he was unable to find good techs and most of them were brand new with no experience. I would have gone back but due to his unwillingness to take responsibility for the poor staff, I will not go back-there are plenty of local nail salons I will try instead.

Im extremely picky with my nails! And this is the only place that knows how to apply liquid gel correctly (this is not gel polish, people confuse this two products). There are a few places besides them that are good for any other service, but what separates them from the rest is their customer service and variety of nail technicians. They always listen to what you have to say. So if you are not happy dont wait to last minute and let them know right away, so they will take care of your. Love Michelle! They also offer other services like makeup and eyelashes extensions.

Ecco Nails is the best nail salon in Central Florida. Michelle is the nail tech. My Mom gets a pedicure every time and is always happy. Come to Ecco Nails for the best nails in the business.

I was so super excited to come here after reading the reviews.....BUT not very happy with my first experience. Everyone seemed to be friendly but the pedicure itself was extremely weak. I didn’t even realize she massage me. I feel like I basically paid 35 for a color change. Very very skimpy with the oil/lotion. I will try one more time and book with Liz. Everyone has nothing but a good things to say about her. I just want to find somewhere to go on a regular basis.

The online price and the actual price, was NOT the same. I booked for a full set with gel powder and a pedicure, both were $25. Nowhere on the website did it state that it will be $15 for gel polish or that it was $5 to have them shaped. I dont mind paying for what I want but let me know. Dont just charge me any price that you want.

Had someone new do my nails...they didnt turn out as I had hoped... I contacted them and they immediately called me set up a time for me to come in and completely redid my nails at no cost, they were so nice when I had asked for them to redo them. I really appreciate this salon and Ill be going back for more visits!

This was my second visit to this nail salon. Angela did my mani/pedi this time, and my nails turned out great. She was very careful to make sure that I would be pleased with her work at each step. I appreciate that she took the time to understand what a new customer would like. I will be back to see her.

I have been a loyal customers to Ecco for the last few years. One weekend, I came for a manicure and pedicure. While getting by pedicure done, the employee doing the pedicure slice the bottom of my foot open. I started to bleed profusely. The way Ecco handled this situation was not professional and absolutely no one was apologetic after causing a wound to my foot. The employee and a guy came over with no gloves and touch my foot to try to stop the bleeding. They also use some type of blue liquid to my open wound. After they somewhat stopped the bleeding the employee wanted to proceed with the pedicure as nothing had happened. I did not want to continue and asked to speak with a manager several times and was told they were not available. The custoner next to me even stated she needs a manager. After asking the front desk reception guy for a contact business card for the manager I left Ecco and went straight to urgent care to be treated. I had to pay for my own medical attention. I was given a prescribed ointment to treat the wound and had to perform wound care daily to the area. Also, i received a tetanus shot. I could not bear weight on my foot for weeks due to the pain. I have not been back to Ecco and any nail shop and I will not return back to Ecco based on the lack of customer service and no regards/concerns after injuring my foot.

My experience at this salon was horrific and caused my nails to develop fungus! Ecco had a generally unwelcoming atmosphere and uncleanly environment. I had come in for a standard, acrylic nail fill and left with nails that were noticeably uneven and sloppy. Approximately three weeks after my visit to Ecco, I returned to the nail tech I usually see and to my surprise I had a small patch of green nail fungus on my right thumb! My nail tech had said the nail fungus was because the nail tech at Ecco simply placed acrylic on the grown out spots on my nail bed (instead of filing them down and replacing ones that needed replacement), thus allowing for water to get trapped under the acrylic, causing fungus to grow. I would not suggest this salon to anyone.

Very clean, large selection of colors to choose from and friendly staff. The staff listens to what you want and will ask questions to make sure you are getting exactly what you asked for. Very calming, relaxing, and soothing environment down to the music. I came here after leaving just fabulous nails down the street, which I would not recommend going there at all. Ecco Nails did good work and their prices are very suiting for those of us looking for good work on a tight budget. I paid $39 for a full set, and design. You can get a Mani and pedicure combo for $35. I will definitely be returning for my combo :) they also do eyebrow threading for $10 which is awesome! I think I found my new nail spot.

This place is absolutely amazing. The service is great and the people are just as wonderful. I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I do everything from Mani, pedi to my gel nails and even facials. All their services are equally good and they only use the best products out there which is the best part. You truly get what you pay for. I would reccommend this salon to anyone, hands down.

Waited over two hours for the nail tech to be very rude and try to rush me, while trying to charge me over $60 for acrylic and gel. Which is ridiculous I didn’t ask for anything fancy. He also cut my nails way too short. Gel is promised to last two weeks and my nails are ALL chipped in less than a week. Completely horrible service.

Giving this place 2 Stars which are actually for my nail Tech who I really like. Unfortunately, thanks to the rude owners I will no longer be going. The wife pretends to not understand English (when she clearly does) to not interact properly with customers- which makes it extremely awkward to deal with. The husband-another moron. The place is usually very warm in temperature which makes it uncomfortable and they have no problem over-booking my nail tech because they want to brush you off on a not so good tech who doesnt have work. Either way, for what this place is- its super bad AND overpriced! Dont bother coming here.

Went here for pedis... I actually booked two friends with me and we went in, asked the nail tech if I did a design on my toes how much would it be? She told me 5.00, I asked each or for both. She said both... We were going to get the basic 25.00 pedi but I talked both girls into the 35.00 so we would get paraffin treatment as well... My nail tech did the design, added her own flair which I didnt request but ended up keeping since it was completed. When we went to pay they charged me 10.00 for the design. I asked them why they were charging me more? They said the owner wanted to charge more since they added dots as well (which I didnt ask for) my friends liked the place, but not sure I will suggest or go back here, I feel like I was overcharged and scammed. Quoted a price when I check out charged another.

The nails looked good in the end, but it seriously took over two hours. I shouldnt have to sit in a nail salon for more than two hours just to get acrylics. My lady spent probably 85% of the time just in filing, and it wasnt great either, she ended up making me bleed and she hurt me a few times. She also didnt know what a coffin shape was. After her first few mistakes though I just thought everyone makes mistakes but it only got worse, I wont be coming back here in a weekday at least, but maybe give then another chance sometime.

Googled around, found this place. The place is beautiful, Well maintained. They had awards, so i figured it had to be good! I was wrong! the product or the way the do the nails are poor quality. They started falling off 3 days later. my mother in law and i went in got a full set each. I got acrylic, she got gel they were very unclear with the pricing and when she went to pay- instead of it being $25 it was $45. We paid and left.3 days later my middle finger nail just popped clean off! I figured it was just that one, and Id go back in and gave it repaired. Until then, i put some nail glue on.... then a few days later one by one they started popping off like press ons. My mother in laws as well. Totally disappointed. Not to mention that they looked super thick and her gel looked lumpy. Guess ill be on the hunt for a new place. Glad to hear everyone else had a good experience, but this place just isnt for us..

Horrible service. I wanted a French manicure and was advised that I had to have gel polish to do so. A regular mani & pedi took 2 hours. My nails have chipped already and it hasnt been 24 hours that I did my manicure. I was extremely unimpressed!!
