I am new to the area and tried them. I was very pleased and I am very picky with my nails. I got Vic and he was excellent. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend them.

Ive been going here about a year now and I look forward to my appointment every 2 weeks to get my nails re-dipped. My tech Alvin always has new ideas and great color combos to try out and does a great job every single time i go. Ive recommended many other happy customers to go here as well.

I normally go to a different salon but I decided to go here because of the great reviews. I went here twice, and the first time Alvin gave me gel without even asking, and the second time he gave me dip powder, again without asking. I’ve talked with other people who have also been here and apparently this is common of the salon. If you only want regular polish, make sure you are very firm about it because they will try any way they can to overcharge you. My service took much longer than it should have because Alvin literally would not put his phone down, he’s constantly on it throughout the service.

This is my go to place! I love everything I get and they do great designs! 10/10 recommend!

So many other reviews are positive! I wish I could say I had the same experience. I went in to have my nails fixed ( even and thin out the acrylic and cut down). Because another place had botched my full set & left a thick lumpy acrylic mess. I came due to the high ratings but frankly the woman who did my nails has no business being licensed. I asked for simple, thin and short nails. I corrected her often with what I was asking for as she did my nails and it was just in one ear and out the other. Her quality is terribly poor. My nail shapes are crooked, the length of nails on the right hand do not match the left and the acrylic is THICK. I specifically asked for it to be thinned. Usually a poor job is a result of poor communication but this girl was clear on what I wanted and simply couldn’t rise to the occasion.

Not good quantity. My nails were not clean and when finished it was not acceptable. Never again I will go there.

Tina was lovely and took so much time to make sure my nails looked amazing. Will definitely be back!

I called ahead to make an appointment for a pedicure and dip manicure, and the service was right on time and professional. The salon owner, Will, was so friendly and made sure everything was done just right. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality manicures or pedicures in Lake Mary!

Will and his team are awesome. They are very professional and customer oriented. Salon is clean and they maintain recommended precautions to protect customers.

So I went in to get a simple gel manicure literally just gel Polish Is the lady dizy Michelle Polish 1st of all didnt even use any activator didnt use any base coat just literally went on with the Polish so of course its coming off the next day then overcharged me by $7 for what was posted on the Menu lists that they have posted oh and its coming off the next day!!

Tina did a great job on my nails. She is very detailed while painting and cleaning up nails for perfection! I would definitely return to this salon.

I Googled best recommended nail salon near me & they popped up with 4.5 stars. So I called and asked the gentleman now come to be known as Will if they could do designs in which he said yes and low and behold he came through!!!!!! For the first time I actually got what I asked for!!!!!!! They are also very down to Earth!! Theyve got a customer in me for good!!

I switched to Premier after several bad experiences with another salon and I am so glad I found them!! Will (I believe) did my nails the first time I went and was friendly and answered all my questions. He made a suggestion on a design I wanted which I ended up loving. I came back for a fill and Alvin did an AMAZING job on the design I asked for. He is truly an artist! They are professional, on time, and my nails are immaculate. They really listen to make sure I get exactly what I want. I will be highly recommending them to everyone and am looking forward to going back many times!

Went to Premier Nails and Spa for the first time to try the color dip for the first time at the recommendation of a friend of mine. Even though they were busy when I walked in, I was promptly greeted and I only waited about 2 minutes before they had me at the station with the nail tech. I kick myself for not getting his name. He was amazing! He had to give my nails tips because they are too short naturally to do the powder, but he was able to get them nice and short for me. Everyone was super friendly and the gentlemen doing my nails did a fantastic job! I dont get my nails done often, but I will definitely be going to this salon from now on!! Fantastic place!!

I treated myself to a pedicure and dip for my birthday weekend at Premier Nails in Lake Mary today. Alvin, Will and Tina are always friendly and professional. They never disappoint! Best in town!

My daughter made an appt for 3 of us to have pedicures at 1:30. (She actually called here by accident meaning to call a different place but the appointment was set so we honored it and showed up.)3 stations were already set up for us when we arrived. I always get a basic pedicure but my daughters boyfriend said they would get the deluxe pedicures. They immediately went to work on them. Another customer came in and a male technician went to work on her. I still didnt have the water turned on at my station. After 15 min my grandson ...who was sitting with his tablet ...was getting antsy so I offered to take him for a walk. Another 15 min passed before my daughter texted me to say they were ready for me...30 min past my scheduled time. No thanks. My time is important too. I ll be going back to our regular place.

Not happy at all. First of all, the inside of the place is disgusting. There’s mold or something all over the walls and ceiling. Secondly, two days after my gel manicure, the polish started peeling off. Obviously not quality work. Definitely will never return.

Visiting from jacksonville stop by to get a fill on Sat, 3 hrs later tip broke off went in on Sunday to have them repair the lady was rude, the guy did a horrible job on fill I dont know why I expected more on the repair, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I will make sure I get my nails done before going out of town. The Middle nail is massive looking.

My wife and I went here for the 1st time about a month ago. I got a manicure and a pedicure. She got a pedicure with nail Polish and design. Excellent service and the price was fair. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

Alvin is always able to put a smile on my face and that is BEFORE he even starts my nails. He is friendly and professional and does my nails in a timely fashion. I always walk out of the salon thrilled with my results.

I took my mom there for a pedicure for her birthday. We brought our own organic nail polish in, and they were happy to accommodate. Everyone made sure I was being helped. It was a friendly atmosphere, and the bathroom was super clean. Loved that they had a Hello Kitty pedicure seat for kids, as well as a Kids Menu. I would highly recommend.

Thanks to a few referrals I decided to try Premier Nails & Spa, and thank god I did because they are Fing FANTASTIC! I go to Alvin (even though Will is just as amazing), but my nails come out PERFECT EVERY SINGLE TIME! He will fix exactly what I ask of him and doesnt let me leave until I am 100% happy with my nails. I do dip powder, and havent had one break yet! They are super professional and I will also add in, FUNNY! Highly recommend this place even though I dont want all my reservations spots to fill up! LOL

I’ve been coming here for awhile. Staff is always friendly and the price is good. I typically don’t write reviews but I just got my nails done and was very happy with the service I received. The nail tech I had today was Ken. He finished my nails and I realized I didn’t like the color. He was very responsive and told me he would have no problem changing them. He changed the color with no extra charge, and the gel color change alone is $20. Will definitely continue to keep going to this salon. Sophia is also really good at nails, she has been doing mine for years now!

The lady who gave me a pedicure was wonderful. Working on my feet for 14 hours a day leaves my feet hurting often. She helped me so much that I felt like I had new feet. Lol. They were great and all nice!

You have to use Sophia. She knows nails and does a great job. You can’t walk in and get her. You have to make an appointment because she’s very good. I promise, she will not disappoint.

Very clean, and it’s overall great but I got one lady who cut my thumb and it started to bleed everywhere it hurt so bad. I would definitely go back but I would want a different person to do my nails.

This salon is under new management/owner and I could not be more excited. The salon is clean and newly remodeled. They have just bought new, high quality OPI powder which lasts forever on my nails when others have failed. They also have easily matched polish for your toes. Ive had great experience with all the staff but Alvin is who I chose to do my nails. He is quick and thorough. Highly recommend everyone give this plave a try, I have never left disappointed.

I thought it would be a great experience, place is clean and cozy but the owner/manager convinced me to get ombre dip well.. agter 2 hrs i got pink and white no dip. The employee said it wss ombre and the owner told me there were different types of ombre mm ok this is still pink and white. Dont get me wrong he did a goos job but i didnt get what i paid for which was like 20 more than pnw...

This is a lovely Nail Spa, they do amazing nail art and the salon is just beautiful and so comfortable, my nails came out looking incredible and I mean just really picky person so I was actually surprised, this is the second time Ive been there and I think its my new nail salon

Look the pedicure I just got, went south. She made one foots nails longer then the other. Polish was done like a 5 year old and she didnt even communicate with me how short I wanted. Maybe I should of said something, like I wanted some nail left on my toe. Sorry for the bad review, hope I was the last one that got this treatment. The price was the only thing that was good.

Always friendly and very accommodating. They did a great job on my American tips.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went for an eyebrow wax, they put wax so low it was on the top portion of my eye lid. She then proceeded to rip my skin off when she pulled off the wax. When I came in the next day to get my money back they were very disrespectful blaming the injury on something I did when both of my eye brows were bright red 24 hours after they waxed me. DO NOT GO THERE, it is a serious health risk, ladies do not know what they are doing.
