Originally was going to get acrylics but John recommended a dip powder since its not as thick and healthier for you nails. Im glad I listened and got it. I recommend this place because theyre all friendly and patient. The atmosphere was also pretty relaxing. The photo doesnt do my justice because there are holographic sparkles. Wish I couldve gotten flowers or a pretty design, but because of my job I couldnt. Really obsessed with how sparkly, but subtle my nails are. Try this place out, you wont regret it. Especially since the prices are great 😊 Ill definitely go back again to get my nails done there.

I had several good pedicures, but the only good manicures I got were dip nails from one lady who decided to no longer do dips. The the other manicurists I tried could not provide nails that lasted even a few days. I decided to stop getting manicures rather than get poorly done manicures.

I booked an appoint for my nails to be done for my wedding on Thursday. Walked into this salon and none of the staff were wearing masks. When I asked if the technician could please wear a mask, they ignored my request, so I left. Will not go back to this salon as they are not following COVID guidelines for client safety.

Awesome pedicure!

The guy who did my nails was nice enough but did a terrible job. The last in charge knew he did terrible because she kept telling him to fix stuff and wound up taking over at the end. It took FOREVER for my nails to dry, my friend who started at the same time as me was done an hour before me. My nails look horrible. I asked for a discount because of how messed up they are and they gave me just $5 off. I have never had my nails look this bad getting dipped.My friends nails however looked great, so I guess be careful which tech you use.

Saw this salon while I was shopping around in the area. Had a little time left so I decided to go get my manicure done. Went in and was really surprise with how spacious and clean this salon is. The techs working here are also very friendly and sociable. Not a single rude tech at all. When it was my turn to get my manicure done, the nail tech working on nails did a fantastic job of removing the cuticles from my nails without causing me to bleed. She also comply to all my requests without a single problem. When she was done, I was really happy with how my nails looked. Best customer services ever! Highly recommend coming here! You wont regret it one bit! Really wish this salon was in my city!

I have just moved to lake Mary. After the movers left my daughter and I really needed a pedi. This was my new neighborhood so we walked in close to evenings end. Everyone was cordial and the peppermint massage was delightful. I have found my new nail salon

Haven’t been to this place in some time, decided to make an appointment after reading reviews on Facebook, I had a few questions which was answered quickly, made an appointment for a time suitable around my lunch time. Got there, didn’t have to wait long, once seen, was given a very abundant of colors to select from, was impressed that there was no upcharge for shape of nails, although I didn’t get the shape I initially wanted because I liked the shape the technician files them.The place was very clean, staff was friendly and I will definitely be back

I went for eyebrows and pedicure today not knowing that they close at 7 pm. The lady told me that they close at 7 pm so I requested for a eyebrow instead and respected the fact that they close at 7 pm. The lady did my eyebrows and kept Pursuading me to do a pedicure. I told her that I dont need any pedicure because they told me I will get eyebrows and not pedicure. Also, I was not wearing my flip flop today. She was rude and started shouting at me and like a criminal kept forcing me to do a pedicure. I requested her that I dont want to get it today and will come some other day. She was rude and kept insulting me in front of other clients. This is not for the first time she did it to me. The other time she charged me extra and her service was also not good. Additionally, I feel she is a racist because she treats people from different culture differently. Later, when she could not make money from me as I did not do the pedicure, she literally threw the bill on my face and said she does not need any tips. With such rudeness and humiliation, does she expects tips from me? I will never ever go to this place and would humbly suggest everyone not to go to this place. They are just not unprofessional but also extremely rude and poor in their service. Not to mention, they do a horrible job with eyebrows and pedicure!! I should have read those reviews before going to this awful place. I will also tell my friends to stay away from this horrible awful people out there! Yikes ... you guys suck big time ... also want to let you know that there are tons of nails and I can get quality service at a same rate... bye forever losers!

They double charged my card for 4 nail removed. I ended up paying 20 for a service that cost$10. I disputed it with my CC company and the salon said the charges was valid. I will never use them again.

This place is absolutely amazing. It’s really hard to find a technician who can appease to every detail I want but thankfully John can do it all. I truly recommend him, especially if it’s difficult to find someone that does not hurt or nick your nails.

The workers are really friendly and there’s good service. As soon as I sat down (no wait with no appointment) I was offered a drink. I got a regular full set and kim and Cathy were very nice. They did an amazing job. I did have to switch from Cathy to kim which wasn’t an issue. They were very polite and were asking me if I liked them so far throughout the whole thing. It was definitely worth $25. I will 100% be returning. It was the best service I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The accents are thick but if you can understand it’s great.

Stop by to get one nail fixed. Never been here but live rather close. As soon as I told them I was only there for one nail they bumped me to the end of the line. Another lady came in after me and they took her first advising me that the wait time was 1 hour and they were busy. If they were busy why did they take another walk in before me? Not very friendly either. Although they are conveniently close I will not be returning. Poor customer service.

The first technician i was placed with could not distinguish my real nail from an acrylic nail. I was placed with another technician for prep even though i explained that my nails were real. I was then moved to the pedicure chair where i received a subpar pedicure. I could tell that the technician was unsure of what needed to be done. I gave her a chance because eveyone has their very first client, i get it. But i was not impressed at all, i understand training and being new to the profession but it was very obvious she had no idea what to do. By that time, i had decided that i would forego the SNS dip powder i originally went in to get. I was pressured into it, by yet ANOTHER technician assuring me she knew what to do. She did not. My nails were uneven, lumpy, and it was very obvious i had dip coating on my nail. I was very upset with this experience and i will not be returning to this establishment. I had to visit another salon to have my nails redone. I hope they continue education for all of their staff and improve on their techniques.

Was very excited because reviews were good here. This was my first time here.I was the only one in the salon when I came I even made an appointment. But Im not very happy with the service. The women who did my nails seem like she was in a rush. Im the only one here, so I just got a gel french manicure. I also wanted pedicure for my feet just french polish.But the prices show different on the take home price sheet then the in salon price. . The price they charged me was $47 bucks!!! I should have just gotten the spa treatment for that price. Very disappointing.Then on top of that when another family came in after I was almost done. They asked them if they wanted something to drink no body asked me that. Then once I was just about to get my gel last wipe he says oh do you want something to drink. SMHWont be going back here!

Worst experience ever!!!!I went to get a mani and pedicure with my friend. The pedicure was ok, but the manicure was horrible. The guy that did my nails was so rude and he was the manager there. I simply asked him to change the shape of my nails and he refused to and he started yelling at me which embarrassed me in front of my guy friend.I left feeling embarrassed and unsatisfied. Now I have to go to another nail salon to get the shape that I want.Don’t waste your money at this place.Terrible customer service and rude manager/owner.

I got my eyebrows waxed at this place and they burned my skin with the wax. Both of my eyes have burn marks that surround me entire eye. It is very painful and is hard to hide for my presentations at work. Ive been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and have never been burned like this. I would not recommend this place.

I went in for a fill.... I just got a full set a little less than 2 weeks before; however I understand they may lift.... anyways... when they were doing my nails I explained I just got a full set and if you feel any are lifting please replace them (I literally told the tech I do not have a lot of time for this so I would rather pay more to replace then to come back) They filled and trimmed my nails and I explained again there were a few where and I would like a fresh set on the Nails lifting. So they finally did (4 replacements).... so here I am... 1 week later.... now all my nails (even the replacement) are broken and lifting. I had to ask to re-gel (repaint) my Nails due to the bubbling in all the Nails before I left on the initial visit. So in a nut shell.... I paid 80ish for a pedicure and a “fill/partial set” and I had to remove my nails tonight.... sad thing is .... it was easy... prolly the easiest it has ever been to remove them myself.... not kidding; I have been getting them done for 16 years....... Never going back, people are nice but they don’t know what they are doing. My friend refered me that lives in the area and she did say everything sucks here .... so if you have a recommendation please let me know: I hate having to go to winter park!

One star is gracious. Greeted only to be shown to back for color. I asked for a refill with a sheer polish. I was told sure in gel. I agreed and tech showed me so polished. Assured me they were sheer like water colors. Tech did refill burning my cuticles three times. Then went finger by finger with gel then into light. Then tip coat. This all took 90 min. When completed nails were still sticky. The polish was not gel. So the tech took each nail paint off with grinder. Then immediately re polished with 3 coats and then tip coat. Needless to say 30 more min of drying and still my nails are a wreck and the color is deep purple not sheer at all. 2.5 hours and a horrid experience.

I would give no stars if I could. I went to this place 3 times and each time I felt like they didnt want my business and acted like I was annoying them. The techs do not shape nails well and cannot do designs. My most recent visit will be my last. The tech didnt shape my broken nail that I was replacing like the others. She didnt put the right color and when I provided the right color, she just used it for the second coat which made it different from the other nails. She seemed annoyed that I noticed. She wouldnt take my card for a 5 dollar service so I had to get my eyebrows done to use it. The whole experience made me feel very disrespected as a paying customer so I will not be going back. If you want well shaped nails and maybe a choice of design from time to time, dont go here.

After having artificial nails for over 20 years, I took a year long respite and went au naturale. Last November, I went to L.M. Nails and Spa to have nails put on once again. Ten days after getting them on, a noticeable white space presented at the cuticle line and the nail was lifting slightly at that point. I went in to the shop immediately for rectification. I was told that was nothing unusual. I knew better, but decided that if they made it right I could live with it - AT THAT POINT. The nail tech filed, clipped and recommended refilling that area. I refused to allow that, and she worked around the space to make it presentable. Two weeks later, when the area had doubled in size and the area was definitely lifting, I went to the shop again and was told there was nothing wrong - totally normal she said! No one at the shop took any responsibility whatsoever and even charged me to make the area presentable. I never went back to L.M. Nails & Spa. I eventually lost the entire nail. Now, seven months later, a remnant of a nail has regrown, but it is not grown out to the finger tip and never will. Obviously, this shop does not sterilize equipment. Buyer beware!

Very disappointed...had my nails done and the tech argued with me to convince me to use gel polish over an acrylic base telling me that you cant use regular polish with a gel coat because it will crack. I stated to her I dont like the gel polish because I dont think it holds up well. I was right and in a week I had several nails that had noticeable chips. I went back stating I was not satisfied. I had them do pink and white acrylic. They charged be $45 . No discount no apology. I will never go back again which is their loss as I have my nails and toes done on a regular basis.

I will never go here again. I’ve boycotted this place for about 5 years now because of a previous bad experience but when my usual nail place was packed, I decided to see if anything had changed. I went in for a polish change on my nails and toes, gel on my nails. Not only did it take over two hours, my nails look horrible. They’ve already started to chip after two days! The saddest part is I live right next to this nail place and I go out of my way just to get my nails done elsewhere. So disappointed.

I love this place when Jimmy was the owner. So very upset that he & his family are no longer there. Jimmy gave an outstanding Pedi. I will not go back in for any of the new owners services. Why all of a sudden are there new faces. Too many other places to go. Will find a new pedi person!

I picked this nail salon to go to for a pedicure on Friday after work for my friend and I purely based off of the rating of 4.6 and the fact that my usual place was busy and couldnt fit me in until later that evening or the next day. We were both there to get a basic pedicure but the one lady doing my friends pedicure insisted on upgrading to the therapy one which I refused because almost anywhere else the basic pedicure includes the cooling gel and scrub on your legs but you pay $5 extra for it here. The major issues for me was that I felt uncomfortable and also the job wasnt really great. Its almost like the person working on me didnt want to even work on my feet (I dont have ugly feet lol) and the paint job was messy. I didnt notice the fact that the guy doing my nails didnt properly wipe the excess polish off of my skin until after they were dry. They were clearly bad so I couldnt understand how he didnt see it. Also they charge $1 extra for the liner they use for the spa which should technically be included in the cost. Everywhere else I have been its been included. All these factors were reflected in the tip I left (even with shotty service I leave a tip). The next day I went to my usual place for my nails and had them change the color...he scolded me for going to another place because this happened and even trimmed up and shaped my nail better to apply to color. I will never go to this place again!Also, just like another person mentioned on their comments they are inconsistent with who they offer beverages to. I waited 20minutes for my friend to get there then we got of pedicures and in that time frame we were never offered anything but other people were by the same people doing our pedicures.

Finally found a new nail home. After months of jumping place to place due to poor product after a recent move to the area, I found it. Been in monthly for the past 3 months to get a pedi and sns nails. They last the whole month if longer great work. Quiet and very clean. I always call ahead to make appointment just to avoid having to wait or beong rushed.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I was looking for a new nail place that is very close to where I live so I decided to try this one and I am so disappointed. The first time I received dip powder they chipped after 3 days but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and go back and try again. Today after she finished my nails the color was blotchy and very uneven so I said something to her and a man came over trying to fix them I told him I could not stay any longer (I was just going to get them done else where at this point, when I had time) as I had to leave for work but he would not let me leave the chair.... when I went up to the register I told him I am not paying for the full price of the nails because they were so bad, and he made me 20 min late for work. He got an attitude and was very rude to me. I have never experienced anything like this before. Just save yourself the time, energy, and money and go somewhere better.

Not relaxing nor fun. My nail tech was bossy and acted like she was the one paying me to be there. Refused to give me a manicure before a pedicure. Then proceeded to have her daughter do my hands and gave my torso teisted so she could accomplish thus. Ugh! Never again!
