Ive been going to Elite for a few months now. Jessica and Li are amazing when it comes to my nails. I bite them, so its really great to be able to have nice nails for special ocassions. I get dip powder with tips. I recently went to have my nails done for Christmas and my birrthday (see photos) and Im so in love with them. They looks gorgeous and make me so happy. Everyone there is so nice and genuine, I always feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. I also think the prices are quite fair and the quality of work is A+! Definitely have them do your nails--you wont regret it!

I have been a client of Elite Nail since I moved to this area. I have been very impressed and pleased with the friendly, courteous service and amazed at the quality of their work. I primarily go to one tech, but have also used several of the other techs. I have been so pleased with the work of all of them. I think Elite is the best nail salon I have ever used.Le just gave me a facial and it was amazing as well. Very talented professionals who care about their clients.

I was treated very kindly by everyone at the establishment. Initially when my nails were done I actually received cuts on my finger around the cuticle, and my nails werent trimmed or evened out before the acrylics so now that theyre growing out you can visibly see my nail under the acrylic from the side. So great customer service, not so great actual service.

I have been going to Elite Nail and Spa for many many years. I have always been treated well. Many of the ladies that work there have been there for as long as I have been going. That speaks volumes about the owners respect for their staff...this spills over to the customers. Clean, professional, friendly and they know all of the best and new treatments for clients. They have customers satisfaction as their number one goal.

They were mean and confusing. my gel polish started fading 2 days after i got them done. they also gave me the wrong color and my toes didn’t match my nails. awful experience NEVER go there.

Went here after having a terrible experience at a local competitor. I was pleased with how quick they took me in on an evening rush. Got a gel french manicure and Leena did an awesome job. With small children in the house, I wash my hands (and theirs) often, the polish is still on after over a week.My new hot spot!

I have been going to Elite Nails since I moved here in 2010. I have always found their manicures and pedicures exceptional! Sally is the best nail technician I have ever experienced. I never feel rushed and she is warm, friendly, and very professional!

Got a pedicure. It was just a basic. It was okay. The reason for the 4 stars are their amazing chairs. I usually turn the massage off after 5 minutes. I let this one go and go. It even massages your butt and taint and its delightful. Seriously.

I had an eyebrow wax done and was severely burned. They refunded my money but that does not help how I will look for my event or possible scarring.

Some of the girls have a bad attitude. They dont respect appointments if ur late one min they start doing someone elses nails. And the place doesnt look nice or clean. Will never go back.

I had mani/pedi and my eyebrows waxed today, very friendly staff and overall great experience. Leena did an awesome job!!

The worst mani/pedi I ever received. She wasnt wearing a name tag so I cant say who it was. But it was rushed, she left half her tools untouched, and I spent 20 minutes when I got home removing the nail polish from my skin and filing down the rough parts of my nails that kept catching on my clothes. The friend I went with said hers was ok, so its hit and miss. I wont ever go back.

I wont be coming back. received rude treatment during my manicure. The tech had a bad attitude, and just because i was asking a couple of questions the tech raised her voice at me, she was annoyed about fixing my broken nail..and noticed her rolling her eyes, then stated you dont get nails done a lot? very condescending, her name was Leena. They should get trained on how to treat customers with respect..

Won’t be back! Cold water, sloppy polish, bad foot scrub, not good all the way around!
